After the world-known scandal, Gwen knew no one would be on her side. She just had a little faith that maybe LeShawna could see it on Gwen's side. She was wrong. Their friendship was completely over and it was and overstatement to think that LeShawna would still support Gwen.
Guess it was wrong to have assumed...
As the two walked past each other after the Aftermath episode was finished, both lowered their heads.
Friendship over.
Harold found this confusing. "Isn't Gwen your friend? What was that about?"
LeShawna hadn't told Harold about it. No one knew that Gwen and LeShawna stopped being friends. Everyone just expected that they grew apart after last time...
"Long story." LeShawna brushed off. "Let's just go."
SCENE CHANGE
The cast had now gone to Hawaii where everyone could relax and celebrate.
In Gwen's case, there was no celebrating when almost everyone stopped talking to her and the only person who tolerates her is Noah. Noah's nose is always up a book so there was no use for that.
LeShawna watched Gwen try and talk to other people and started feeling guilty. Although she wasn't friends with Gwen anymore, she didn't want Gwen to be so alone she had to hang out with Noah. So, she decided to head up to Gwen. Maybe a little talk was all what was needed, right?
"Nope." LeShawna stated as she walked away. "I'll wait for Gwen to come over here. So I don't look desperate." LeShawna sat back down as she slurped on her drink.
Harold tapped LeShawna's shoulder. "Uh... are you talking to yourself?" He stared at Harold perplexed as she continued drinking. Again, Harold tapped her shoulder. "I suggest you go talk to Gwen. Maybe that'll solve this issue." Harold suggested.
"I don't need any advice from you String Bean. I don't even want to be friends with her." LeShawna retorted.
"So that's why you're sitting here and waiting for Gwen to come over. You're too afraid to admit you were wrong. I get it now." Harold stated as he put a hand on LeShawna's shoulder to comfort her. "Look, Gwen's probably going to lose her marbles if you don't go talk to her. Look at her with Noah." Harold pointed to Gwen and Noah. "She's just sitting there, doing nothing."
LeShawna snatched Harold's hand away from her shoulder. "Get your hand off me white boy!" She shrieked. "That's on her for wanting to sit with Noah."
Harold shrugged. "I mean, no one else is going to talk to her after what she did."
"Well..." LeShawna turned around to see Gwen slightly kick the water. Gwen looked miserable. "Um..." She hesitated, looking at Gwen's expression. "Fine!" LeShawna stood up and started marching towards Gwen. "Gwen?"
Gwen looked up to see... LeShawna. "LeShawna? What are you doing here?" Gwen asked.
"Just came here to ask you if you want to talk about stuff." LeShawna suggested. "Like what happened last season?"
Noah smirked at what he was hearing. He was probably the only person to know LeShawna and Gwen were fighting. "Oh yes, take Gwen away. She won't stop talking about you." Noah lied. "Never thought agothcould talk so much."
"Shut it Noah!" Gwen retorted as she snatched the book away from him. "I'm not sharing any of my books with you anymore." She huffed as she faced LeShawna. "Wanna talk?"
SCENE CHANGE
LeShawna and Gwen walked inside Gwen's room in utter silence. No one knew what to say which turned to be really awkward.
As soon as Gwen stepped inside her room, she grabbed something and turned around to face LeShawna once again. "I want to be civil about this so I'll make a peace offering." Gwen started. "Brownie?" She held. "Was planning on talking to you so snagged it when I came here."
"Alright." LeShawna slightly smiled. The two girls sat down on the bed. LeShawna faced Gwen seriously. "Look, about last season. What was that fight about?" LeShawna asked.
Gwen took a bite of the brownie as she spoke. "What do you mean? Last season you would totally ditch me to spend time with Harold and I guess that night a lot of things started to get on my nerves." Gwen looked away. "I know it wasn't right of me to do that but like-"
"What did you mean I would always ditch you for Harold? I wanted to know that the most because I wouldneverin my life ever ditch a sista' for a mista'. Especially you."
"But you did do that, LeShawna. On many occasions. On nights I needed you the most, you said you'd talk to me later because you were busy with Harold. That later never came." Gwen responded. "Then, I was voted off."
"And-"
"I know. I realised I was part of the fault for the Duncan thing." Gwen interjected. "I suppose I also put a guy over our friendship and should've never done something like that. Especially to you."
It was silent for a moment. No one dared to talk. No one dared to even look each other in the eyes. "I'm sorry." The two said at the same time, looking up at each other with a soft smile.
"But what about the deal you made and Trent? You shoulda told me and I woulda helped you." LeShawna insisted.
Gwen nodded. "Yeah, I know. However I got someone else to help me." Gwen responded, a cheesy smile creeping on her face.
"Duncan?" LeShawna teased. Gwen shyly nodded. "I knew you two woulda been an item sooner or later. That act you put up never fooled me. Just never expected that cheating coming from you. Wanna tell me why you did it? You seemed to have made Miss Counselor in Training extremely mad."
SCENE CHANGE
An hour has gone by and Gwen and LeShawna walked out of the hotel, linking arms as they made their way to the beach. They were spotted by Harold who was reciting facts from an abnormally large book to Noah as he ran over to LeShawna to nudge her. "I told you." He grinned.
"Oh shut it Harold. Go back to Noah. I need me some girl time." LeShawna smirked at Gwen.
Noah stared at the three in horror. "No! I'm not listening to anymore from you Harold!" Noah stated as he walked away. "I'd much rather be dealing with Izzy right now." Noah grumbled.
"Noah!" Izzy started chasing Noah in her bear outfit. "Who wants a bear hug!?"
"No! Stay away Izzy!" Noah shrieked as he dashed off.
"Noah! I need to talk about the elephants! You were waiting for that one!" Harold called out as he also chased after Noah.
Gwen and LeShawna continued laughing as they watched Izzy and Harold torment Noah.
"I missed you, Gwen."
"I missed you too." Gwen responded. Someone then tapped on Gwen's shoulder as she slowly turned around to see...
