Chapter 2: Resolves

'I never thought some hero wannabe kid could have it in him?' He thought with a cough as he stared at the boy in front of him. Toka Mayuri, an American-Japanese man had just been heading back home minding his own business. He felt rather pleased with himself after another successful day of his drug selling jig. Of course he was supposed to just give the stuff out as it was still in it's experimental phase but they never said he couldn't sell it. He grinned to himself. As he arrived at his small apartment.

The moment he walked in, he was met with a hard punch to the left side of his face sending him tumbling down and crashing onto some house furniture.

'The hell?' He thought as he looked up to see some hooded guy walking up to him. Immediately, he sent some spikes out of his arm towards the guy who dodged it easily before lifting him up again and delivering a more devastating punch, shattering his nose and a few teeth and blood fell on the floor.

"Alright, if you know what's good for you, I advice that youu don't try anything funny if not your nose won't be the only thing I'll break." The figure said menacingly while glaring down at him with cold blue eyes that sent shivers down his spine.

"W-who the hell are y-you?"

"You know of me. I'm pretty famous after all." The boy said taking off his hood causing Toka's eyes to widen in fear and shock.

Ken Nagato, former hero in trainee turned traitor now vigilante. You'd have to be living under a rock to not know of the brat.

"Where's the rest of it?" Ken said looking down at him. Mayuri's eyes widened. How did he know of the Trigger drugs?

"W-what?" He said feigning ignorance. Ken shook his head, not even close to buying it. He grabbed him harshly and tightly by the throat, raising him up. The older man gasped for breath and he tried to free himself. His attempts came to a halt when the former hero in training raised his other hand and a ball of energy, the size of a basketball flared to life on his own palm as he brought it closer to his face.

"Unless you want your head blown to pieces, I suggest you tell me what I want to know." He said with a glare.

"I-in…the s-suitcase." He said through harsh breaths pointing to the suitcase he had brought with him. Ken smiled. "Was that so hard?"

Dropping him, Ken walked up to the suitcase and tried to force it open before stopping. He then shook his head and threw it at Toka asking him to open it.

Dropping him, Ken walked up to the suitcase and tried to force it open before stopping. He then shook his head and threw it at Toka asking him to open it. Toka pursed his lips in disappointment hoping that the brat would stupidly try to open it. It would have shocked the hell outta him.

Placing his fingers in the lock, he opened it and slid it over Ken who took a look inside. There were still a few vials of the green stuff. Seven to be precise. Nodding to himself he sent a blast of energy at it promptly destroying it.

Mayuri's eyes widened. He thought he was looking to use the stuff, not destroy it. Ken then turned towards him.

"You're gonna give me the names of every one involved in this business of yours. After that you'll turn yourself in. You understand?"

He nodded with a grunt, not liking taking orders from the kid but didn't have much of a choice in the matter. He was just happy the kid was letting him live.

"W-what are you planning to do?" He asked spitting off blood that was in his mouth. Ken smirked a very scary one as his eyes glowed a bright blue.

"Deal some justice."

Present Day, Minato

"He hasn't moved yet?" She heard from behind her causing her to quickly spring into action, rolling in the floor to quickly adjust her position before aiming the gun at the person behind her.

She was surprised to see it was her 'boss'. She scoffed mentally at the thought of calling him that.

"I could have shot you." She said lowering her weapon. Ken smirked at her mockingly.

"You would have missed anyway."

She sighed as she turned away from him. How he was able to sneak up on him was a mystery to her and no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't sneak up on him. He'd just sense her. She hated that.

"You should be more vigilant Kaina." He said crouching beside her. "We're not in peaceful times so It's best not to get rusty now." He added.

She let out a snort but didn't refute.

"Anyway don't tell me the guy's too much of a coward that he's still hiding." The former hero said looking down at the direction she had been looking at not too long ago.

"I'm not surprised. You really spooked him." Nagant said with a shrug. "I'd have been surprised if he had come out by now."

"Hmm…" He hummed with narrowed eyes. Nagant was wondering what he was thinking. "Well guess I'll just drag him out myself."

She frowned after the statement almost feeling bad for the guy down there. Not only was Nagato scary but also extremely dangerous. She remembered what she had been told about him more than a year ago and looking at him now, he was a far cry from the kid back then. Whatever had happened to him must have been drastic to cause this much change in him.

"Just don't make too much noise, you'll attract heroes if you do. They're already putting more effort into finding you." She said as a reminder.

"Hmph, let them come. Haven't had a good fight in a while anyway." He said with a wave of his hand before jumping down the roof leaving her alone.

She just sighed, that guy was a goner that's for sure. When Ken had his eyes on you these days, you just prayed he let you leave.

First, the Hero association, then AFO, now this kid. What was with her and dangerous people.

Flashback…

"Okay then, now that you all are done with the rest, let's introduce ourselves shall we?" Ken said turning towards the class in frint of him.

Class 1A.

Aizawa had really spooked them with that previous test. He knew he wasn't gonna expel any of them but they didn't know that. He could see people like Midoriya, some pink skinned girl, a brown haired girl and a few others shaking slightly with relieved faces while a few like that Todoroki kid and a spiky blonde didn't look fazed at all

"Introductions?" A frog looking girl asked.

"Yeah. We might have an idea of what your quirks are but it's better to hear it from you. Let me go first. Name's Ken Nagato, second year student. I'm 17 and my favorite food is anything long as it's good. I hate bullies and assholes. My quirk's Energy Manipulation."

"You're too loud you know that." Aizawa said from his position on the floor in his sleeping bag. Ken just waved him off.

"Ignore him, anyway now let's start with you." Ken said pointing at the spiky haired blonde kid.

"Hah?! Why me?!"

"Cause I said so." He deadpanned. "Are you shy or something."

"Eh?! What'd you say?! Wanna die?!"

"No? What kind of question is that?"

"Stop yelling, this is a classroom." Some blue haired glasses wearing boy said while moving his hands in a chopping motion. Weird.

"K-kacchan…c-calm down…"

"Shut up Deku!"

"Oi no insulting in class."

"Me? Can I go first?" Alien girl yelled with a hand up.

"Shut up!"

Before he knew it, the class was rowdy and loud. He had a feeling Aizawa was not gonna like this class much. Meh not his problem.

Flashback Over…

'Reports from various hospitals and witnesses state that…'

'There seems to be an decrease in crime and increase in…'

'If he taking out those criminals then let him, I don't see a problem with…'

'Many people already have an idea of who it is despite the lack of answers from hero and police officers. This is…'

"Goddamit! Pick a fucking channel!"

"Calm down will ya?!"

Bakugo growled as Mina continued to mess with the remote. She had been doing that for five minutes now and it was beginning to annoy him.

"Not my fault, every channel seems to be talking about the same thing " Bakugo frowned understanding what she meant. In fact, everyone in the room seemed to frown and the mood dampened.

Bakugo, despite himself, couldn't blame them. The situation was not one for smiling.

"It's getting out of hand." Iida spoke with a grimace. Beside him Uraraka just nodded not saying a word as she didn't know what to say in the matter.

"We can't deny that. The brutal beatdowns, murders among other things. Im not one to feel sorry for villains but this is just too much." Kirishima said with a frown still on his face.

The murders were non-existent at first and a part of them had been relieved that at least he wasn't just killing them but that was until it happened. It started with one and then many others.

'Tch…when is it gonna end?' Bakugo thought with a mental growl.

"D-do you think we can stop him?" Koda asked with a whimper and the others remained silent.

"He's managed to evade every hero that had come close to catching him even then not many people can take him on in a fight." Jirou said with a sad sigh.

Bakugo growled at that. As much as he hated it. Nagato was stronger than him Not many heroes could take him on. Still though…

"T-there has to be a way." Uraraka said speaking for the first time

"You're right…" Momo said meeting her gaze. "From what we gathered, he seems to be after the League of Villains as almost everywhere he's been is related to them in some way."

"Even so how are we gonna get him if we don't know the League's or his next step." Shouji asked with a few others nodding.

That was a good question.

Honestly he wondered how Nagato was even able to get to all these gatherings, or knew of them in the first place. Maybe he had some help. Or he was just that good?

"S-so…what do we do?" Tsu asked.

Once again, silence was the answer. No one knew what to do or how to answer her.

"I don't know if you guys, but I for one would like to give that bastard a good old beating." Bakugo said in his usual angry tone. "If you guys wanna cry then go do that but I'm gonna find that prick and teach him a lesson."

"Ajd how are you gonna do that?" Mina asked.

"I don't know yet Racoon eyes!"

"Wait, where's Midoriya anyway, isn't she supposed to be here?" Todoroki asked.

"She's in Kyoto, helping out in a raid." Bakugo answered

"A raid?"

"Yeah. From what I heard Best Jeanist they had found another Nomu factory over there and had taken it down." He grumbled.

The others just thought in silence. The League of Villains were still out there causing trouble and with their friend who was running around as a vigilante and crime rate fluctuating, it seemed there were going to be hard times ahead.

Hours Later, Musutafu…

"Shit!" Spinner hissed as he was sent flying and crashed into the other side of the room hard. He sat up painfully, glaring daggers at his assailant who was walking casually up to him.

"You know, you're not doing yourself any favors keeping quiet. So I'm gonna ask again?" He said stepping on the villain's face hard. "Where are the rest of your pals? Where's Shigaraki?"

The only answer he got was a scoff and growl from the lizard man causing the vigilante to shake his head with a sigh.

"You're way too loyal to someone that'll most likely discard you guys once his done with whatever it is he wants to achieve." Ken said causing the lizard man's glare to harden even more.

"Shut your mouth brat!" He managed to shout out despite the foot on his face. "What do you know about Shigaraki?"

"He's a Man child who's just angry at everything cause things didn't go the way he wanted it too. Not someone worth people's dedication to me." Ken deadpanned. "I mean, if he's such a good leader, why isn't he here to help you huh?"

"Damn you…"

A cruel smirk formed on the blue eyed boy's face. "You know Giran showed this much dedication too and now he's currently six feet under." Spinner's eyes widened understanding what he meant. "I won't hesitate to end you too. While it will be way harder, I'll still be able to find Shigaraki and the League on my own."

He shook slightly in fear. No. He didn't want to die. Not now, not ever.

However before Ken could do anything more, a misty purple portal opened up behind him as a large muscular arm came out and attempted to grab him.

Of coursez evading it was no problem, but he had released Spinner in the process. Clicking his teeth in annoyance as a large Nomu, that easily towered over him stepped out. It has six arms, wings and a visible eyes. It roared and charged at him, throwing several powerful but wild punches that he dodged easily.

As he dodged, he noticed that another portal had opened for Spinner allowing for him to escape. Before he could try and get to him he was knocked back by a fist to the face sending him flying out the building he was in and onto the streets.

"Tch…" He shook his head and dusted himself. The punch hadn't hurt but it really pissed him off. "Okay then ugly, you're gonna regret that."

With that said, he charged at the roaring Nomu, coating his right arm in electricity.

An Hour Later…

"You know, you could have been more quiet about it?"

"It pissed me off."

Danjuro scoffed as he looked at the young man in front of him. Ken was covered from head to toe in blood, not his but the Nomu's. Defeating it was simple enough but he had blown it to bits, showering himself in its blood.

"You should take a shower. You smell like shit."

"I know."

He then looked towards the other person in the room as she typed away on the laptop on her lap. "So does it work La Brava?"

"Of course it does. I told you to trust me Nagato-san." The short woman answered causing Ken to roll his eyes. "They seemed to have stopped moving though."

"Where?"

"Yokohama."

"Hmm alright then." Ken then dialed a number on his phone and put it against his ear. "Yeah it's me."

"…"

"You know the drill, I need you to head to Yokohama and check something for me."

"…"

"Yes it involves them."

"…"

"Well get to it then, I'll contact you later tomorrow." He finished cutting the call.

"I'd thought you would be the one to head over there yourself." La Brava asked a bit surprised.

"I have other things to do around here." Ken said rubbing his spiky black hair. "Plus that City is the stomping grounds of some notable heroes. Don't want to go wandering around in the city unless I know exactly where I'm going."

"Smart." Gentle criminal said.

"Well then, I'm off." Ken said walking to the exit of the small apartment the two villains where staying. "Keep me posted if anything changes."

As he left the room, crouched down before blasting off. His quirk was quite the versatile one and flying was one of the perks. As he flew, he was seemingly lost in thought.

'AFO, Shigaraki, you two will pay for everything you've done.'

Hiroshima, Japan

"Damn kid is still our there causing trouble." Mirko said with a low grumble that was loud enough for her guest to hear.

"Seems so." Ryuku said with a nod. "I decided to come to you first before informing the other heroes. A heads up if you want to call it that."

Mirko grunted, the only indication she was listening the Dragon hero. Ryuku knew that this affected the normally strong willed woman as much as it affected many others at UA.

"Any ideas where he is?"

"No."

"If you do find him…" Mirko turned towards her with a fiery gaze. "…I want to be the first to know so I can beat a lesson into him."

Ryuku suddenly felt herself pitying for the vigilante.

Alright, that's it for this chapter. I've decided that Uraraka would be the last of the harem. So it's Izuki, Melissa and Uraraka. Also if you're wondering how Melissa fits into the story, don't worry, I'll introduce her at one point but that'll be at the ending of the first arc.

Till then, Read and Review.
