Leone sat in her tub thinking of how she spilled her heart out to Lucas but got a simple response of "Grace". She couldn't help loving this goofy little boy. Wait he was no longer the goofy off center boy he was but instead a strong and brave man and Leone saw this quite clearly. Her heart was pounding so hard that she felt it would burst with sorrow any minute but it never did. The pain never left.

She started braiding her long blonde hair that caressed her cheeks as they fell down on her face. She looked over at the portrait on the wall of the inns bathroom and saw a couple happily smiling. This did not improve Leone's mood. Just then the little window to the bathroom opened with Lucas on the other side he simply said,"Excuse me I think your in my bath."

Leone said so startled,"Uh close your eyes." She turned from Lucas trying to cover up her petite naked body. She rolled her eyes as she grabbed for a towel. Lucas backed away from the window with his hands overs his eyes laughing lightly.

When Leone came out from the bathroom she began to take the braid out as she held her towel close to her body. Lucas's smile fell as his eyes looked at Leone, he thought of how selfish and rude he was when he said Victoria after Leone spilled her heart out to him in the carriage. He knew now what he had to do,"Did you really mean what you said in the carriage?"

Leone's eyes bulged out of her head as she looked at Lucas and said,"You were a mouse you wanted cheese." she covered her mouth and continued,

"I asked you to give me a sign."

Lucas took Leone up in his big arms and said,"And stop you from saying all of those wonderful things," he kissed her head lightly,"Do you want to know what the Captain really said to me on the ship." Leone was quiet but she nodded her head yes,"He told me that my true love was right before my eyes, and he was right." In that moment he captured Leone's lips in a kiss. She glowed so brightly it was a sight that could only be called beautiful. The two people who never expected anything like this to happen were completely at peace.

Leone never thought that she would fall to earth. Well it may have crossed her mind but never did she ever think that she would fall in love with a boy who worked at a shop. Lucas was no shop boy though not anymore as he kissed his star. They could not have been happier as they began a lovely night. I am sad to report it would not last for fate had a funny way of messing up things.
