"Hermione!" Jasmine shouted as she walked into the library.

"You know you are meant to whisper in a library?" Hermione asked, putting a book down on the table.

"I fear you wouldn't hear me if I didn't shout," Jasmine teased back.

Hermione rolled her eyes at Jasmine's teasing. "How are your potions coming along?"

"The hair on is going pretty good. Can't you tell?" Jasmine asked as she ran her fingers through her hair.

It had gone from a thick, tangly mess to silky smooth and shiny. Jasmine had found it hard to not run her fingers through it all the time.

"Hmm, think I can get a bottle?" Hermione said as she ran her fingers through her own hair.

"Of course, I will give you some when we get back from shopping. Oh, right, your parents have arrived, by the way."

"Really, I thought it was still morning," Hermione said, taking out her wand, checking the time, and frowning at the result.

"Nope, it's midday now, come on," Jasmine said, grabbing Hermione and pulling her out of the library.

Hermione's parents and Sirius were waiting in the main hall, chatting to each other while they waited. Jasmine was surprised at how well they got on. It turned out Sirius was far more knowledgeable about the muggle world than Jasmine would have thought.

Sirius had told her that he had taken muggle studies during school to anger his mom, and Lily had helped get him more up-to-date with the muggle world after school.

"Ah, there you two are. Come on, we need to hurry, or everything will be sold out," Sirius said jokingly.

"Tell me about it. We still need to visit Gringotts," Hermione said, huffing in annoyance.

"You haven't swapped your money for Galleons yet?" Jasmine asked, surprised, given that Hermione was normally so organised.

"We tried, but it turns out there is a limit to the amount of money 'muggle-borns' are allowed to swap per year," Hermione said, clearly angry.

Jasmine frowned. She wasn't aware of anything like that, but then again, she never needed to swap muggle money for Galleon's.

"How about you swap it with me, and then I shall swap it for Galleons, and then you don't need to worry about hitting this stupid limit?" Jasmine offered.

"You won't get in trouble for it, would you?" Emma Granger asked, sounding worried.

"Why it's my money? I can do what I want with it," Jasmine said with a shrug.

"Well, let's take the floo. We need to get there as early as possible if we don't want to spend the entire day in the bank," Sirius said as he lit the fireplace and threw some Floo powder into the fire.

"I will go with your parents first, and then you two can follow after us," Sirius said, leading Hermione's parents into the green fire. "Diagon Ally!"

With a roar of green flames, the three of them vanished, and the fire died down into small orange flames. Hermione grabbed the Floo powder and threw it into the fire.

Jasmine walked in after Hermione and took a deep breath. "Diagon Ally!" Hermione called out, and Jasmine closed her eyes as the roar of air filled her ears. Jasmine could feel herself spinning and falling rapidly before being shot out the other side.

Thankfully, with Hermione's help, Jasmine only stumbled out of the fireplace.

"Thanks," Jasmine said as she brushed the ash from her clothes.

With Hermione taking Jasmine's offer, there was no longer any need for them to visit Gringotts as Jasmine could withdraw her money from a teller at the main entrance.

As for the muggle money, Jasmine just kept it as she no longer needed to pretend to be poor during the summer holidays anymore.

"Hey, do you know when Ron will be back?" Jasmine asked.

"I think he's coming back later this week, about three days before school starts," Hermione replied as she kept looking at the bookstore.

"Im jealous that you both went to other magical countries," Jasmine said, pouting as she realised that she still hadn't even left magical Britain.

"We could go next year. I learned there is a magical train from the UK to France, which sounds amazing," Hermione said excitedly.

Jasmine's eyes widened at the news. Jasmine didn't know about a magical train, and Daphne hadn't ever mentioned one either. Then again, she hadn't ever asked about it. However, she did wonder why it was a magic train and not just some kind of magic portal.

"I will have to check with Daphne," Jasmine said, blushing.

Hermione grinned, making Jasmine feel even more embarrassed.

"Come on, let's buy your school supplies. We have a reservation at The Tulip in a few hours," Sirius said.

Jasmine gave a confused look to Hermione, who looked just as confused as Sirius hadn't mentioned a meal after shopping.

"Okay, clothes first?" Jasmine asked.

"Then you will want Twilfitt and Tattings," Sirius said, pointing out a very posh-looking shop on the corner of a street.

"Not Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions?" Hermione asked.

"Madam Malkin's is fine, but Twilfitt has much better quality clothes, and given it's your 3rd year, you will probably want your robes to last the next few years," Sirius said, leading the way towards Twilfitt and Tattings.

As Jasmine and Hermione stepped into the elegant store, their eyes roamed across the displays of clothing and stylish accessories. The chic ambience and sophisticated decor made it evident that this was a high-end establishment.

Jasmine was surprised to see that the store had more than just the same boring robes that she had seen in many of the other wizarding stores. They had the stood robes that she had seen wizards wearing, but they also had suits that had subtle wizard styling, and the number of dresses on the show was mindblowing.

Jasmine hadn't really cared about buying pretty clothes before as she wouldn't be allowed to wear them regardless. But for the first time, Jasmine felt the urge to play dress up even more so if she could do it with Daphne.

"Ah, Mr Black need some more clothes already?" a young beautiful shop assistant asked in a suggestive voice.

"No, my goddaughter and her friend need new robes for the school year," Sirius said, gesturing towards Jasmine and Hermione.

"Ah, step right up," the shop assistant said, pointing to a small platform.

Jasmine went first and was surprised at how quick the shop assistant worked, taking only a small amount of time to take all of her measurements, which she then handed to Jasmine on a fancy card.

Hermione measuring was also just as quick, and then, under Sirius and the shop assistants' advice, they picked out their new robes, with the inside being lined with acromantula silk dyed Gryffindor red.

Jasmine was glad that Sirius offered to pick up the bill as the robes were very expensive, and she could see the price made Hermione and her parents a little uncomfortable.

"Why don't you two go pick up your books? We can pick up your potion ingredients," Sirius suggested with a grin that made Jasmine think that something was going on.

It only took a few weeks for Jasmine to pick up on the grin that Sirius did when he was playing some kind of prank or joke on someone. Jasmine narrowed her eyes before looking at Hermione, who seemed to be grinning at being able to spend more time in the bookstore.

"How could I let Hermione down," Jasmine said, getting a large grin from her friend.

"Okay, meet you at the bookstore then," Sirius said as he left with the Grangers. Sirius was whispering with the Grangers in a very conspiracy manner.

"Come on, let's go," Hermione said.

Jasmine was surprised at how empty the bookstore was. Given that Hogwarts started in just over a week, Jasmine had expected it to be packed like every other time that she had visited. However, there were only five other people in the store.

"Please tell me you don't need the monster book of monsters?" the shop assistant asked hesitantly.

"Err, sorry," Jasmine said awkwardly as both she and Hermione took care of the magical creatures in class.

The shopkeeper grabbed his wand and launched a flurry of stunning spells at a cage full of books that were fighting each other. He had even started to tear one of the small books apart.

Jasmine and Hermione left the man to get the books on his own. They went and grabbed the other books. Soon, they were struggling to carry the large number of books.

"Maybe we should have picked fewer classes," Jasmine joked.

"We need to learn the weightless charm," Hermione said back.

"Could we not just use the levitation charm to move them?" Jasmine asked.

Jasmine had to stop quickly to avoid hitting Hermione in the back with her books. "Hermione," Jasmine asked, confused.

Hermione pulled out her wand and cast the floating charm on the stacks of books, which slowly rose off the floor. Jasmine felt her eye twitch before she quickly copied Hermione so that her arms were free.

By the time they had gotten the books to the counter, the shopkeeper had managed to get the two monster books of monsters ready for them both. They were still stunned and then had been wrapped up in a strip of fabric to keep them closed.

"I don't know who your care for magical creatures teacher is, but if he tried to set books like this in the future, I refuse to stock them. These are worse than the invisible book on disillusionment," the shopkeeper complained.

"Wait, you bought an invisible book?" Jasmine asked, confused.

"It was a book about disillusionment," the shopkeeper said, seeming confused.

"Right, but if it's invisible, how do you read the book?" Hermione asked, seeming confused.

"You use the counter curse, of course," the shopkeeper said, rolling his eyes.

Jasmine shook her head at Hermione, who was about to speak up. "Sometimes it best to just nod along with the crazy," Jasmine said in a whisper.

"Would you like an extended bag for your books?" the shopkeeper asked.

"Yes, please," Jasmine said as she pulled out some Galleons from her pocket to pay for all the books.

After packing all the books away, Jasmine and Hermione visited the pet store to buy some owl treats, and Hermione wanted to look at buying a pet now that she had spare money.

"See anything you like?" Jasmine asked Hermione as she picked up some owl treats for Hedwig.

"No, I don't really want an owl as my mum is scared of them," Hermione said as she looked at some of the cats, who seemed to be unable to decide on any one of them.

A large orange missile seemed to pounce from the sky and land in Hewrmione's arms, letting out a rather content meow as it did so.

"Crookshanks!" the shop owner shouted.

"I guess you found your cat?" Jasmine said jokingly.

"Yes, he is a gorgeous cat, isn't she," Hermione said as she stroked the large, fluffy orange cat.

"Err, sure. Do you think he likes lasagne?" Jasmine asked jokingly.

"He isn't Garfield," Hermione said pouting.

"How much for him?" Hermione asked the shop owner.

"He is five Galleons if you really want him," the shop owner said.

Jasmine got the feeling that the shop owner didn't seem to like the orange cat very much and wanted him gone. The few other cats that were on sale were all at least 28 Galleons.

"Really," Hermione asked, disbelieving the cheap price. "Deal. I also need a cage and a cat bed," Hermione said.

The shop owner quickly picked out a large cage and a nice-looking cat bed and rang everything up.

"Hermione, don't forget we have dinner after this," Jasmine said, reminding Hermione, who seemed embarrassed that she had forgotten.

"Can we pick him up in a few hours?" Jasmine asked the shop owner.

"Sure, if you would like," the shop owner said, taking the items and placing them behind the counter.

"We will be back in a few hours," Hermione said as she petted Crookshanks goodbye.

"Would you like a copy?" a dreamy voice asked that Jasmine recognised.

"Luna?" Jasmine asked, surprised.

She had sent some letters to Luna over the summer to see if she wanted to meet up, but she said that she was spending the summer in Greenland looking for an unknown magical creature.

"Hey Jasmine, I am back," Luna said, handing her a copy of the Quibbler.

"I see. Did you find what you were looking for?"

"Not this summer, but maybe next summer we will," Luna said hopefully.

"What was she looking for," Hermione asked.

Jasmine shot Hermione a warning look, knowing that she could be a little pig-headed about things, and she didn't want her to hurt Luna. Jasmine personally didn't think the creatures that Luna or the Quibbler talked about existed, but if Luna wanted to believe in them, then Jasmine would be happy to play along with her.

"Would you like to come for some lunch with us, Luna," Jasmine offered.

Jasmine saw Luna's eyes widen at the offer. "Yes, please," Luna said, a little quieter than normal.

"Come on then, we are on our way there now," Jasmine said.

The Tulip wasn't hard to find. It was a well-known restaurant just down a little quiet side street at the entrance of Diagon Ally. As the three girls approach the cafe from the street, its sleek, modern facade immediately stood out.

It had large, frameless glass windows stretching across the front, allowing passersby to catch glimpses of the elegant interior as well as making the inside feel open and roomy. The exterior was a combination of smooth wood and polished marble, and a minimalist sign, with the café's name in understated black lettering, was discreetly mounted above the entrance.

Potted plants flank the glass door, their deep green leaves adding a touch of nature to the cafe. Small clusters of outdoor seating—polished wooden tables with matching chairs.

The subtle hum of conversation and the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee spill out onto the street. At the front of the store, Sirius and Hermione parents were waiting for them, and Sirius had a large grin on his face.

Jasmine felt the urge to look around, almost expecting some kind of prank spell to hit her, but nothing.

"Who is your friend?" Sirius asked, looking at Luna.

"This is Luna Lovegood," Jasmine introduced.

"Lovegood? You are Pandora and Xenophilius's daughter?" Sirius asked.

"My dad didn't ever say he knew Stubby Boardman," Luna said, sounding confused.

"Stubby Boardman? Sirius asked. "As in, the lead singer of the Hobgoblins," Sirius asked.

"You shouldn't tell people your secret identity," Luna said in a whisper.

Sirius seemed stunned and confused. The look on his face was enough to make Jasmine burst into laughter.

"Did you girls get everything?" Hermione's mum asked.

"Yes, and I have bought a pet," Hermione said, with an excited smile on her face.

"Not an owl, right?" Hermione's mum asked, sounding worried about the answer.

"No, it's a cat," Hermione said.

"She has adopted Garfield," Jasmine said jokingly, getting a pout from Hermione.

Sirius gave a confused look at the joke, having clearly never seen the movies before. Jasmine made a mental note to go to the pictures with him at some time. She also wondered if it would be a good date idea for Daphne and her to do.

"Well, let's go inside and get something to eat. You are welcome to join us if you want to, Luna," Sirius offered.

"Oh, okay then, im sure Daddy won't mind," Luna said.

The interior of the cafe exuded an air of elegance and refinement, with gentle melodies playing in the background, adding to the charming ambience.

The cafe was surprisingly quiet, not nearly as bustling as Jasmine had anticipated. Only 8 individuals were present, none of whom Jasmine could recognise. A waitress came over and led us to our table, which seemed to be made of two tables that had been pushed together as none of the other tables were as long.

The waitress handed us the menus. "Here are your menus. Would you like to start with some drinks?" she asked with a friendly smile.

The adults all ordered some kind of coffee that sounded French, which Jasmine thought about trying until Hermione warned her that it had a rather acquired taste, so she settled for fruit juice.

"Now that I think about it, pumpkin juice is a strange drink, isn't it?" Jasmine asked Hermione.

Both Luna and Hermione gave her a confused look. "You know you can change it, right?" Hermione asked.

Jasmine froze in shock. "You can?" Jasmine asked.

"Of course, I just thought you were odd for liking pumpkin juice, to be honest."

Jasmine pouted at Hermione. "It's not that bad once you have drunk it for a year," Jasmine said, embarrassed.

Hermione let out a disbelieving snort. "Anyway, you can just say the drink you want, and it will be changed for you unless it's alcoholic. Some of the older years have already tried."

"By the older years, I think you mean Fred and George," Jasmine said, rolling her eyes.

Jasmine let out a laugh, getting confused looks. "The twins are great pranksters, but I don't think I have ever told them that I know the marauders," Jasmine said, grinning.

"Well, that just won't do, would it now," Sirius said, grinning.

"So, are you both looking forward to the new year?" Hermione's mum asked.

"Excited. I guess the new subjects will be interesting, but I'm not sure about the extra homework," Jasmine said.

"Oh, how many are you taking?"

"I am taking Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Divination and Care of Magical Creatures."

"Oh, that is nearly as many as Hermione," Hermione's dad said in surprise.

"Well, I plan on dropping Divination if I don't have any talent in it, as you either have it or you don't, so I will just have the three extra classes. As for Muggle Studies, I will just take the exam as I grew up in the muggle world," Jasmine said with a shrug.

"Hmm, maybe Hermione should do the same," Hermione's mum said with a worried voice.

Before Hermione could reply, the saver came back with drinks and took their food orders.

"Are you free to meet up sometime this week?" Jasmine asked Luna as she placed her knife and fork down on her clean plate.

"Yes, it's just Dad and me at home," Luna asked, looking confused about the question.

"How about meeting up tomorrow?" Jasmine asked, feeling a little guilty that she hadn't sent her many letters over the summer.

"Sure, it's a shame Ginny won't be back for a few more days," Luna said wistfully.

"We can do something when she comes back from Egypt," Jasmine said.

"Well, we best head back home," Sirius said as he pulled out a handful of Galleons and paid the bill, letting the waitress keep the change.

Luna left them to go and hand out some more copies of the Quibbler and Hermoine, and Jasmine went to pick up Hermione's new cat.

As soon as they walked into the store, the large orange cat jumped into Hermione's arms again before making himself comfy.

"Hmm, I see where you got the nickname from," Hermione's parents said to Jasmine as they looked at the cat.

"I am not calling him Garfield," Hermione said, rubbing the cat's ears.

"What are you going to call him?" Jasmine asked curiously.

"Hmm, does he have a name?" Hermione asked the shopkeeper.

"Crookshanks is his name unless you want to change it."

The cat let out a meow at his name.

"I guess he is keeping his name," Hermione said as they gathered all the items that Hermione had bought before leaving the store.

The group went back to the Leaky Cauldron, and Hermione and her parents were the first to return to the Potter manor, with Sirius keeping a close eye on the other people in the pub.

Once Hermione and her parents had gone through Sirius, Jasmine was next.

"Wait!" Sirius said as Jasmine and Hermione were about to leave the room.

Jasmine looked back at Sirius with a weary glint in her eye. She suspected that this had to do with whatever Sirius and Hermione's parents had done on their own.

"I have a late birthday and Christmas present for you?" Sirius said, pulling out a long box from a bag.

Jasmine carefully took the package and gave Sirius a curious look.

"What is with the weary look?" Sirius asked in mock offence.

"Asked the practical joker?" Jasmine asked back.

"It's a real gift, I promise," Sirius said.

Jasmine pulled off the ribbon and carefully opened the box before she broke into a large grin and let out an excited scream. Jasmine rushed over and pulled Sirius into a tight hug.

"What is it?" Hermione asked curiously.

"It's a firebolt," Jasmine said as she carefully removed it from the box.

The firbolt seems to gleam in the light of the room. The entire body of the broom was made from polished ash, which led to the tail of the broom being made from birch twigs. Each of the twigs looked perfect and was streamlined to a point at the end.

Jasmine made her way outside and mounted the broom. Gripping the handle tightly, the broom shot into the air, and Jasmine could feel the wind whipping at her face, and her eyes became watery.

Slowing down slightly, Jasmine started laughing loudly as the feeling of excitement and adrenaline coursed through her body. Jasmine lay down as flat as she could against the broom and urged the broom into the sky as fast as she could.

At the jolt of speed, Jasmine almost lost grip on the broom and fell off but managed to hold on. Quickly, the ground got further and further away, and the air started to get colder, and Jasmine started shivering.

Jasmine looked back down at the ground, and her eyes widened when she saw how high it was. She didn't think that she had ever flown so high before.

Jasmien cut her magic to the broom, which quickly came to a stop and started to fall back towards the ground. She couldn't help but let out an excited scream before she urged the broom to level out now that she was at a more normal height.

Jasmine flew down to the ground, grinning. Once she was back on the ground, Hermione's parents stayed over for dinner before taking Hermione back home after she promised to visit early in the morning so they could meet Luna tomorrow.

Jasmine went back to her room, grabbed the enchanted mirror and contacted Daphne.

"Do you know the Floo address for the lovegoods?" Jasmine asked as she waited for Hermione to arrive.

"You didn't ask?" Sirius asked.

"I forgot," Jasmine said, embarrassed at her slip-up.

"It's called the rook, or well, it used to be called that," Sirius said.

"Well, I will try that, and if not, can you apparate us there?"

"Yes, I can appreciate you both there," Sirius said.

"You need to be 17 to learn apparition, right?" Jasmine asked.

"Well, to do it legally, you do," Sirius said, grinning.

Before Jasmine could take Sirius up on the unsaid offer to teach her apparition, someone knocking on the door interrupted them.

"That will be Hermione," Jasmine said, getting up and quickly walking over to the door.

Jasmine opened the door and pulled Hermione into a hug. "Come on, let's go visit Luna."

Jasmine pulled Hermione to the Floo and threw the powder into the fire before stepping inside with Hermione. "The Rook!"

The flames didn't react at all, making Jasmine frown. "The Rook!" Jasmine tried again. But the flames still didn't react.

"Hmm, they either have the Floo locked down, or they have changed the Floo name. Apparition it is, then come on, grab my hands, and I will take you," Sirius said.

With a gentle pop, they landed, and before them stood a grand house resembling a rook perched atop a hill. Flanking the gate were two trees adorned with apples dangling from their branches.

Luna was already waiting outside for them with an excited look on her face.

"Hey, Luna," Jasmine called out.

"Let me go speak to her parents," Sirius said, walking towards the large house, which was made from what looked like quarried stone instead of bricks.

"Hello," Luna greeted both Jasmine and Hermione.

"Hello, Luna, want to go to the hot springs to relax?" Jasmine asked.

"Sure, I have already checked for Gulping Plimpies all summer, and I haven't found any yet," Luna said dreamily.

Hermione shot Jasmine a look that clearly said that she was biting her tongue. Jasmine rolled her eyes while she wasn't sure if Luna's creatures were real. She also didn't think that magic was real a few years ago, so who was she to say what was or wasn't real.

Luna spent the time talking about her holiday, and both Jasmine and Hermione were surprised to hear that she had gone to a total of four different countries with her dad. Each one of them was an exotic part of the world in Asia and the Middle East.

"Did we need to tell Stubby about leaving?" Luna asked.

"No, it's okay, it's girls only," Jasmine said, giving the girl a wink.

The pools appeared just as breathtaking as they had during their visit the previous summer. The water retained its crystal-clear allure, emitting wisps of steam into the air.

Jasmine quickly pulled off her clothes and jumped into the hot water. Hermione shook her head, grabbed Jasmine's clothes, and folded them up before getting undressed and joining Jasmine in the hot spring.

Jasmine laid back and floated in the water as she turned and looked at Hermione's body. She hadn't noticed before how much her body had changed in the year.

She had grown into her womanly curves with her hips curvy and a large butt, but the most noticeable was her breasts. Jasmine was only a B cup at the moment, the same as Daphne and Tracey, but it seemed that Hermione had been hiding her development.

She was at least a C-cup, and they seemed to stand proudly without any sagging visible. Jasmine blushed as Hermione caught her staring, and she quickly looked away at Luna, who was still clearly going through her first phase of puberty.

"Do you wear your collar 24/7?" Hermione asked.

"Hmm, of course, the only time I take it off is when I shower, as you can't easily clean under it with it on."

"Can I have a look?" Hermione asked.

Jasmine was surprised by the question and slowly took off the collar, feeling a sense of nakedness that she didn't feel even without clothes. Jasmine passed the red snakeskin collar over to Hermione.

Jasmine watched as Luna walked over to Hermione, and they both inspected the collar before doing something that surprised Jasmine. Hermione put the collar around her neck and buckled it in place.

She moved her head around before she took the collar off and gave it to Luna, who also tried it back on before returning it back to Jasmine, who quickly put it back around her neck.

Seeing Hermione wearing the collar made her pussy throb in excitement.

"You really can't forget you are wearing it, can you?" Hermione said.

"That's the idea it constantly reminds me about being Daphne's," Jasmine said, grinning.

Jasmine saw that Hermione looked thoughtful and wondered if she was thinking about starting to date this year. She knew that most people in Hogwarts started dating in the 3rd year due to being able to visit Hogsmead.

The last week of summer went too quickly for Jasmine's liking. However, as it drew to the last three days of the summer, Jasmine found herself excited as it meant she could spend pretty much every day or, most importantly, every night with Daphne.

However, today, both she and Hermione were waiting in the Leaky Cauldron for Ron and the Weasleys to arrive back from Egypt. By the time they had finished breakfast, the Floo had roared to life, and the sound of people shouting came through the fire.

Unsurprisingly, Fred and George came rocketing into the pub, and they cast some kind of charm that made them float in the air slightly. Both the twins did a flip in the air before landing with a bow to the audience.

Jasmine let out a small laugh at their flare, wishing that she was able to use the Floo with the ease that they seemed to be able to do so. The Floo lit up again, and this time, Ron, Ginny, and Percy came out of the fire, and then Mr. and Mrs. Weasley came through last.

All of them had very prominent tans, far darker than Hermione had gotten from her time in France. Both Jasmine and Hermione got up from the table.

"Ron!" Jasmine and Hermione called out, seeing him looking around for them.

"Ah, I hope you weren't waiting too long," Ron said.

"No, we just got breakfast. I believe that you all need to go shopping, right?"

"No, Mum mail ordered it last week to be delivered at home, but we still need to pick some things up like robes for Ginny, and we have all been given a small amount from our winning to spend as well.

"Speaking of which, you have gotten your permission slips for Hogsmeade signed?" Ron asked.

"Yep, my parents have asked me to take some pictures for them," Hermione said.

"Sirius had no problem signing it; I'm just glad I didn't need to ask my aunt and uncle."

The three of them spent the rest of the morning walking around Diagon Ally, looking in shops and seeing what was for sale, but nothing caught any of their eyes, and soon it was time for dinner.

The seven Weasleys, Jasmine and Hermione, ate their way through

five delicious courses. Jasmine found that she preferred Mrs Weasley's home-cooked meals to the Leaky Cauldron food.

After dinner, everyone felt very full and sleepy. One by one, they made their way upstairs to their rooms to check their things for the next day. With a reminder from Mrs Weasley to make sure they had packed everything away.

Jasmine had offered to let them stay at her manor, but Mr and Mrs Weasley had refused, not wanting to intrude, so Jasmine and Hermione decided to spend the night at the Leaky Cauldron instead.

Jasmine and Hermione were sharing a room with Ginny, as they were the only girls, and it also saved the Weasleys a bit of money.

"Are you going to tell Ron about your girlfriend?" Hermione asked as Ginny was in the shower.

"I want to, but I don't know how he will react?" Jasmine said quietly.

"Well, you can't hide it forever. You are best off just telling him it will only be worse if he finds that you didn't trust him. Though I would leave the whole S&M part of your relationship out, though."

"What if he blows up?"

"Then he isn't a good friend, and his opinion isn't worth listening to," Hermione said as she opened her runes book.

Jasmine was woken up the next morning by Mrs Weasley and got out of bed with a groan. If there was one thing that she was going to miss about the summer holidays, it was being able to sleep in every morning.

The trip to the train station was a hectic one, with some last-minute packing by Ron, Fred, and George, as well as a mad scramble to fit everything into muggle taxies who were very unhappy about the owls.

The actual trip to the station was, thankfully, a short one. Meaning they had managed to get to the train station with plenty of time to spare. As they made their way to the entrance of the platform, Jasmine was one of the first to go and, gave a small run-up and easily passed through the wall to the platform.

Jasmine made sure to keep walking forward, knowing that other people would be coming after her. She had seen many people forget this and only be hit by someone running through the portal.

Ron and Hermione were the next through, and Ginny came through with Percy after them.

"Is it the same platform as the magic train that you mentioned?" Jasmine asked Hermione.

"No, this only goes to Hogwarts and only runs for the school. The train to other countries is on a different platform altogether."

"Which train?" Ron asked, confused.

Hermione filled Ron in on the European magical train that she had been told about while in France over the summer, which Ron was just as surprised at, which was odd as Ron was normally the one filling them in about the magical world.

"Come on, let's get a cabin before they are all taken," Ron said.

Before Ron could escape, however, Mrs Weasley pulled him into a bone-crushing hug, which took Ron a few minutes to escape. Once Ron got free, they made their way onto the train, and Jasmine kept an eye out for Daphne as they picked out a cabin.

Jasmine felt her watch get warm and looked down to see a message from Daphne telling her where she was on the train. She didn't order her to come and spend the trip with her, but Jasmine knew that the invitation was an unsaid one.

Once they got settled in their cabin, Jasmine pulled out a bottle of Fanta and took a sip while they waited for the train to depart. Jasmine looked out the window as Hermione was trying to convince Ron to take another owl class as he had only taken care of magical creatures and Divination.

Soon, a loud train whistle sounded, and the train started to vibrate and then slowly move forward. Jasmine looked at Ron a few times as she thought about how to bring up her having a girlfriend.

Hermione rolled her eyes, seeing how Jasmine kept trying to say something and then stopping.

"So, are you going to visit your girlfriend or wait till after the feast?" Hermione asked.

Jasmine froze in shock at Hermione's question, having not expected it.

"Wait, you dating someone?" Ron asked, shocked.

Jasmine swallowed nervously. "Yes, since last year, but I wanted to keep it quiet in case we broke up," Jasmine said, feeling a little guilty.

"Sho, are you dating," Ron asked, and Jasmine could see that he was going through every girl he knew.

"Daphne," Jasmine said.

"Daphne?" Ron said, confused before his eyes widened. "Daphne Greengras?" Ron asked disbelievingly.

Jasmine nodded, worried that Ron was about to blow up.

"You're dating a snake?" Ron asked.

Jasmine frowned, feeling a little annoyed about how he was talking about Daphne.

"I guess she isn't so bad, or at least I have never heard of her family being death eaters or her being evil to muggleborns," Ron said. "But if you start dating Malfoy," I will have you institutionalised Ron threatened.

Jasmine pretended to vomit. "Why would you even paint that picture into my mind," Jasmine complained.

"I'll tell you, what about I invite her to sit with us? Neither of you has had the chance to meet her, so now seems like a good time," Jasmine said, getting to her feet.
