"We're here." Rika smiled as she let go of Rosa's hand. Rosa looked up at the clinic while Rika and Satoko stood at her sides.

"I'm sure Irie can help you." Satoko smiled.

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to try." Rosa sighed. She looked down at Maria, who smiled at her. Rosa smiled back, still thankful her dream wasn't real.

"I'll go get Irie. You two can go get a seat inside." Rika ran inside the clinic.

"Wait! Rika!" Satoko held her hand out as Rika ran inside. However, Rika ran in without even looking at either of them. "I wonder what got into Rika."

"Now you know how I feel being dragged around by all of you." Rosa giggled.

"I haven't done that yet!" Satoko stomped her foot after turning to face Rosa. She crossed her arms and turned her head before continuing."I can't believe you'd lump me in when I haven't done anything like that."

"You're right, I'm sorry, Satoko." Rosa walked up and patted her head. "Can you forgive me?"

Satoko blushed again as Rosa gave her another head pat. This time, Satoko smiled at it.

"I guess." Satoko giggled.

"That's good." Rosa giggled as she pulled her hand back. "Let's go in and find a seat then."

"I'll get the door." Satoko ran to the door and held it open for her.

"Thank you." Rosa walked through it and held Maria to face Satoko. "Maria, don't you have something to tell Satoko?"

"Rena." Maria smiled as she reached out toward Satoko.

"I'll count that as a thank you." Satoko giggled as she brought her finger towards Maria, who grabbed a hold of it. "Nee-nee was right. Maria is adorable."

"She sure is." Rosa smiled as she watched the two of them.

While Rosa and Satoko were just getting inside, Rika ran to find Irie. She ran straight to his office, hoping to see him before Satoko or Rosa could see him. She opened the office door and saw him sitting at his desk.

"Oh, Rika?" Irie looked up. "Aren't you supposed to be getting ready for school this morning?"

"Sorry, we needed to stop for a friend." Rika smiled.

"A friend?" Irie raised an eyebrow.

"She's a woman who won a contest to stay here and said she's been having nightmares which make it hard for her to sleep," Rika explained. "We told her you could help with that."

"For nightmares?" Irie giggled. "Rika, a simple sledding aid, can help her go to sleep even if she's scared of a nightmare. Just tell her to take an over-the-counter sleep aid, and she'll be…"

Irie stopped as he noticed Rika had dropped her smile and was now looking around the room. Then she looked outside the door like she was suspicious. Irie sighed as he got up and closed the door.

"No one can hear us from the outside." Irie crossed his arms as he looked down at Rika. "What is it?"

"Okay." Rika sighed before looking up at him. "I know you may think it's random, but is there any way you can check them for Hinamizawa Syndrome?"

"And why would I need to do that?" Irie raised an eyebrow.

"She looked terrified about the nightmare she had and kept looking at her baby when she talked about it." Rika frowned. "I can't explain why, but I'm worried those could be signs she's already infected."

"An infection that fast, though?" Irie grabbed his chin. "I guess it's possible, but many people have come to Hinamizawa and left with no sign of infection."

"Please, Irie." Rika held her hands in front of her. "I can't explain it, but you have to check her. Please."

"Rika, as much as I believe you, I can't force anyone to agree to something like a blood test." Irie sighed. Rika opened her mouth, but Irie raised his hand for her to stop. "However, I may be able to find a way to get her to agree to give blood for another reason."

"Are you sure you can talk her into it?"

"It doesn't hurt to try." Irie smiled as he opened the door. "Once I'm done with my current patient, I'll come check on your friend."

"Thanks, Irie." Rika smiled as she left the room.

Meanwhile, Satoko was playing with Maria, trying to help her walk. Satoko walked beside her while Rosa stood a little further away in front of Maria.

"Come on, you're doing so good." Satoko walked right beside Maria as Maria was trying to balance herself. She started to slip after a step, but Satoko caught her. "That was a close one, wasn't it?"

"I'll say." Rosa sighed as she had her hand over her chest and walked closer to them. "Those never get easier."

"Maria will be walking alone in no time, though." Satoko turned Maria to face her. She then lifted her so that they were face to face. "Isn't that true, Maria?"

Maria grabbed Satoko's face again, making Satoko's eyes widen again.

"Maria!" Rosa gently pulled Maria's hand off. "That's not nice to hurt Satoko."

Maria just continued giggling as she was now holding her mom's finger.

"Oh, I can't stay mad at that face." Satoko smiled. "I know she probably doesn't know better."

"Maybe, but Maria can't go around hurting any of you." Rosa sighed as she looked down at her daughter. "She needs to learn that it's not okay to…"

As Rosa looked down at Maria, she had a flashback of her nightmare where she was holding Maria by the collar and screaming at her. Rosa screamed as she jumped back and fell on the floor.

"Rosa!" Satoko took a step closer. "Are you…"

"Stay away!" Rosa held out her hand as she backed against a wall. Satoko was now frowning as she saw Rosa covering her eyes and looking on the verge of tears.

"I'll go get Irie! Just wait here!" Satoko turned around and ran down a hall. As she did, Maria started to cry, making Satoko hold her tighter. "It's okay. We're just finding Irie to help your mom."

"Satoko?" Rika said, seeing Satoko come down the hall. "I told you I'd be right,"

"Where's Irie!?" Satoko stopped in front of Rika, Maria now crying loudly.

"He's finishing with a patient!" Rika jumped back. "What's going on!?"

"I don't know!?" Satoko was now shaking. "One minute I'm playing with Maria, and then Rosa was talking about Maria not hurting me cause she grabbed my face again, then she started screaming and telling us to stay away from her!"

"Wait, what!?" Rika's eyes grew wide as she listened to Satoko. Before she could ask for more, another person came running down the hall.

"What in the world is going on!?" Irie looked at both Rika and Satoko. "I heard you two screaming and was worried!"

"Irie! Please!" Satoko handed Maria to Rika and then grabbed Irie's hand. "There's something wrong with our friend!"

Before Irie could ask for more info, Satoko was dragging him to where Rosa was. Rika looked down at a crying Maria and hugged her.

"It's okay." Rika lowered her voice as she was shushing Maria. "Everything's going to be okay."
