Daemon of Wrath: It took me one Google search to see what is this 'Chaos Denizen' after reading your review. Also, as for Beru, you might need to wait longer as he's not making any appearances anytime soon.
ProjectIceman: Skill issues, indeed. And for your information, I do aim to surprise readers.
Dagobah Municipal Beach Park
Musutafu, Japan
"Woah..."
Mirio, wearing a plain shirt and swim trunks, looks at the beach in awe as he holds his parasol and a basket full of stuff he plans to do on the beach. He remembers that he got invited to the beach a few days ago, a few weeks since he was invited to Gang Orca's internship courtesy of one young green haired teen.
He never got a chance to say thanks to his future kouhai, and he is beating himself with shame over that fact. He promises himself that he'll properly thank the boy the moment they make eye contact.
"Yo, Mirio-san!" Mirio snaps out of his thoughts before turning to see Izuku wearing unbuttoned Hawaiian clothes and a pair of loose trunks. To be honest, he was a bit surprised by the fact of how tall Izuku was. Compared to him, he's a kid in physical appearance. And he can't help but find his physical appearance...attractive.
It's too bad that he already has a crush on someone, not to mention that the boy is a few years younger than him and he has a feeling the boy didn't swing that way.
"Izuku." Mirio greets before he bows towards him, startling the young boy. "Thank you for everything! I know back then we were just strangers, and you don't have to do anything, but you go so far just to help me! Thank you and I promise you I'll repay you somehow!!"
"N-no need, Mirio-san! I just help you, like how heroes do!" Izuku says as his face blushes a bit and his friends snicker behind him. Izuku turns around and glares at Eijirou and Ochako. "Don't laugh!"
"Sorry, it's just too funny!" Ochako says as she laughs. "You're a powerhouse and somewhat confident in battle or saving people, but when you're not, you act like a dork!"
"Betrayal! I can't believe this! To think I would be my dear friend's comedy material." Izuku fake whines as Igris appears from Izuku's shadow and pats his shoulder.
"Never fear, my lord. As I would never laugh at your misery." Igris says with a serious tone as Izuku facepalms and lets out a chuckle.
"Thanks for the reassurance. But, you know we're just playing around, do you?" Izuku says as Igris tries and fails to hide his flinch.
"Ah, of course I do, my lord." Igris stammers before he pulls out a book from his back. Izuku tries so hard not to laugh at Igris reading a book with a title called 'Socializing in Modern Society for Dummies'.
"Anyways, come on! Let's have some fun today!" Izuku says excitedly as the students cheer. Leo and Taurus can be seen sitting on Ochako's shoulder, wearing small-sized sunglasses.
"Ah, this is life," Leo mutters blissfully. "The Celestial Realm was too cold, dark, and gloomy for my taste. Stuck in that realm for centuries is no fun."
"Don't say such things towards the Celestial Realm!" Taurus exclaims. "That place is the realm for all the pinnacle of the Spirits transcended into our ranks! I shall not let you mock fun of it!"
"If you love it so much, then go back," Leo says in a dry tone as Taurus froze before clearing his throat.
"I...this place requires our strength to survive against the current threat. I shall assist them by staying here...also, I suppose this place is adequate." Taurus says, hiding his blushing cheeks while Leo rolls his eyes.
"Will you two stop fighting for once?" They both turn around to see a beautiful woman around their size with a golden tiara wrapped around their light brown hair, a pair of pure white wings on her back, and a dress resembling the ancient Greek clothing for women.
"Ah, sorry Virgo," Leo says with a nervous laugh. Virgo is the new addition to Ochako's expanding Constellation Spirit Summons. She summoned her yesterday, and it was a welcoming addition, as she's one of the greatest healers and magic users in the Celestial Realm. She's a white mage, one that rivals every Main 12 Constellations.
She's the embodiment of 'Don't Fuck with the White Mage'. Most Constellation finds it out the hard way.
"Simp." Taurus scoffs as Leo glares at the bull with a fiery glare, a tick mark pops on his forehead as his mane is on fire.
"Boys..." Virgo says in an 'I'm disappointed' tone, stopping them from fighting before sighing. "Honesty, you two sound like those two pirate crew from the show our maiden watched along with her friends."
"We're nothing like them!" They both exclaim before glaring at each other. Virgo sighs before facepalming.
"Don't bother with those two, milady," Igris says as he closes his books. "Those two will never get along. It's always been like that."
"I suppose, I was hoping they get along already..." Virgo sighs.
"Food for thought?" Igris asks.
"I still can't believe the Shadow Monarch has a successor and we encounter the vessels of the Fragments of Brilliant Lights," Virgo says. "Something is about to happen in the near future. The Rulers and the Shadow Monarch won't appear just like that."
"I have a prediction, but I wish it was false," Igris says. "Monarchs are coming..."
"...I have similar thoughts but I don't want to accept the truth," Virgo says shakily. "Back then, we barely won the war, Ashborn died, the Rulers disappeared, and us Celestial...slowly forgotten..."
"..." Igris sits down on the ground, trying not to show any hesitance towards Virgo's statement. The fewer people knew, the better. "I have a feeling that these kids shall lead the future of our victory, especially my lord's successor."
"With how fast he's adjusting to his strength and how he keeps practicing, I have a feeling they did," Virgo says before sighing at the brawl happening in the background."Do you plan to tell him?"
"...let him enjoy his life. He's too young to think about preparing for war." Igris says.
"To think I ever saw Igris becoming a caretaker." Virgo teased as Igris scoffed.
"Young master can handle himself without me," Igris says as Virgo chuckles.
"Indeed, especially when he bought you that book," Virgo says as she points at the book behind Igris, causing him to freeze and Virgo laughs at his reaction.
Meanwhile, Leo slams his paws on Taurus' head and buries his face in the sand, glaring at the back of Igris' head as he jealously watches Virgo talk with Igris.
"Damn you! You may beat me in the fight, but I won't let you rizz her up!" Leo seethes.
"vwyenaucrebfotogmgnttnkrk!" (Translation: You watch too many TikTok!) Taurus says in a muffled tone.
"Oh, shut it, you overgrown bull!" Leo yells as Taurus gets up and starts butting heads with each other.
With the kids
"Geronimo!" Eijirou yells as he jumps into the sky before transforming into his Were-Liger from mid-air and falling into the water, splashing waters everywhere.
"That is so unnecessary!!" Izuku yells as Eijirou laughs while sticking his tongue out.
"Spoken like a trrrue loserrr!" Eijirou laughs as a smirk forms on Izuku's face and his eyes glow green. In an instant, a powerful stream of water hits Eijirou like a truck, causing him to bounce on the sea surface a few times before he submerges.
"What was that, your pussycat? I can't hear you because of all the splashing!" Izuku yells before Eijirou emerges from the sea and starts swimming towards him at high speed. Izuku laughs before he also starts swimming away at high speed thanks to his stats.
"Wow, those guys are impressive..." Mirio watches from the other side as Ochako laughs.
"Oh, this is just their relaxing days. You should see them during training." Ochako says as Mirio turns pale a bit before chuckling nervously.
"Oh, right...I saw them duke it out." Mirio mutters, remembering Eijirou acting like a true ferocious beast while Izuku, being the Goliath himself, goes toe-to-toe with him bare-handed.
It's much scarier when Mirio witnesses it himself for the first time since when he first met Izuku, he saw Izuku carrying a huge greatsword that looks like it has been crafted by the hand of a true professional. From what he heard in his internship, Izuku specializes in using greatsword. Mirio also didn't expect Izuku to be capable of hand-to-hand combat since the majority of people prefer to specialize in one trick.
'Speaking of tricks...' Mirio looks at his hand as it glows yellow, the power provided by the voice he heard before his new internship started. 'I got this unique Magic granted by the voice. I know it grants me telekinesis, but what else?'
"Cool, you got that skill as well?" Ochako's sudden question causes Mirio to yelp. He had been so focused on his thoughts that he forgot that Ochako was here.
"Wait, too?" Mirio raises his eyebrow as Ochako points at his back. He turns around and his jaw drops.
Izuku can be seen covered in a green aura as he flies above the water. He gracefully dodges an incoming wind slash from Eijirou, who's grinning ear to ear, before letting a flurry of wind slash towards Izuku. Izuku lifts both of his hands as the green aura neutralizes the wind itself. Izuku pulled his hand back before slamming it downward, creating a huge splash of water around Eijirou while Eijirou felt a truck's container slam right into him.
"W-what!?!" Mirio gapes.
"Izuku explains that his skill is 'Dominator's Touch' and it allows him to manipulate mana however he desires. The basic one is telekinesis, and he's been...too creative with it." Ochako grimaces as she watches her boy-, I mean, best friend maintain himself in the air while he uses his other skill [Undine's Blessing] to slam a gigantic water pillar onto Eijirou, who slashes the pillar to destroy it.
She immediately facepalmed when she heard loud laughter from either of the boys. Her face changes into a deadpan expression.
"Boys." Mirio stares at her with an insulted expression, which she realizes immediately, and gives him a sheepish grin. "Sorry, not sorry." This time, it's Mirio's face turns deadpan, earning a snort from Ochako.
Later
"Alright, the sandcastle competition is now over!!! Now, it's time for judgment!" Ochako yells excitedly, holding a plastic spoon like a mic as she raises her hand in excitement.
Mirio and Taurus seem to have trouble trying to cooperate as Taurus doesn't see Mirio as a worthy warrior like Izuku and Eijirou, while Mirio doesn't seem to care about Taurus' attitude towards him. This ends up creating a sand mountain instead of a sandcastle.
"...umm, wow, that's...nice?" Ochako says unsurely as the team sulks.
"Ochako, I know you want to spare their feelings, but lying to them isn't nice." Virgo chastises her summoner. "You should say something like this: 'Are you trying to build a sandcastle or a pile of waste?'"
Ochako panicked when the first team fell to the ground and started shaking violently, like having a stroke. Virgo blinks before sheepishly scratching her cheek.
"...on a second note, that was a bit much." Virgo sheepishly admits.
"That was just too brutal, milady," Leo says nervously. Virgo turns around and blankly stares at Eijirou and Leo's supposed 'sandcastle.'
The reason? Somehow, they made a castle made out of glass instead.
"Oh, whoa! That's cool!" Ochako says excitedly, causing Leo and Eijirou to grin widely. "But, I'm afraid I have to disqualify you two."
"What?!?! Why!?!?" Leo asks in shock.
"Leo, this is a sandcastle competition, not a glass sculpture competition." Virgo deadpanned.
"...oh, right..."
Ochako chuckles before she looks at her boy-, I mean, best friend's sand castle and all of them are baffled at the result.
Somehow, in under 30 minutes, Izuku and Igris have created one large kingdom with a beautiful castle at the center. They use seashells, dead wood branches, and even kelps to decorate them. Both of them stood proudly, puffing their chest forward.
"H-how!?" Ochako says in disbelief.
"'Dominator's Touch'!" Izuku says as his hand glows green. "It's a good way to practice as well! Requires good concentration to make sure I didn't make any mistakes."
"And a job well done if I do say so myself, my lord." Igris nods as Izuku and Igris both share a thumbs-up.
"Not fair!!!" The rest exclaim in unison.
"Skills or Quirks aren't banned in this." Izuku shrugs. "Also, Mirio-san has a better version of my skill like Gang Orca, so you have no right to complain, my good sir!"
"...I wish I would think that method." Mirio pouts as they all laugh.
It was a great day for all of them and this time, there was nothing that interrupts their peace.
