(Running track)
At dawn, Dimitri was walking the grounds of Heaven Academy when he reached the running track to find Rosalie jogging in circles, her ponytail bouncing with each step. He admired her dedication to her morning routine, knowing that she was always the first to arrive and the last to leave. As he watched her graceful movements, he couldn't help but feel a surge of admiration for her unwavering commitment to both her physical and academic pursuits.
Dimitri peered around the ground only to notice Guardian Hathaway wasn't nowhere to be found; when notice she would follow Roza around as guardian. He wondered if Rosalie was aware of her absence and if she would be safe without her usual protector nearby. Despite his concerns, he couldn't deny the strength and independence that radiated from Rosalie as she continued her morning run with determination.
Deside to become Roza bodyguard until Guardian Hathaway arrives. Dimitri made a split-second decision to shadow Rosalie and ensure her safety until Guardian Hathaway returned. He knew that protecting her was the right thing to do, even if it meant stepping into familiar territory. He remembers that he was his Roza mentor; it would only be right if he was one watch over her.
He believed that his Roza knew more than most people. Dimitri was struck by Rosalie's resourcefulness and resilience, as well as her strength, which went beyond her physical limitations. He couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to her than met the eye, and he was determined to uncover the truth behind her mysterious aura.
As he watched over her, Dimitri couldn't help but feel a sense of duty and loyalty towards Rosalie, knowing that she was worth protecting at all costs. He vowed to keep her safe, no matter what challenges they may face together. Dimitri's admiration for Rosalie only grew stronger as he witnessed her unwavering determination in the face of adversity. He found himself drawn to her enigmatic nature, eager to unravel the layers of complexity that made up her character.
Remembering what his grandmother Yeva said at Roza, he notices that Roza was different from normal. Yeva had always believed in the power of intuition and foresight, and Dimitri couldn't shake the feeling that there was something truly special about Rosalie. He resolved to uncover the secrets that lay beneath her enigmatic facade, determined to protect her with all his might.
Guardian Smith stepped out of the shadows and noticed Guardian Belikov was watching Rosalie as she ran on the track. Guardian Smith couldn't help but wonder what it was about Rosalie that captured Guardian Belikov's attention so completely. Until he remembered that Guardian Belikov was Rosalie's mentor while she was in Russia. As they both observed her, a sense of unease crept over Guardian Smith, making him question the true extent of Rosalie's enigmatic nature.
Rosalie stopped running and walked over the bench, picking up the water bottle, and took a drink. Rosalie eyes shifted at both gaurdians. Dimitri moved forward and came to stand next to Rosalie. Rosa moved her eyes to Dimitri and said, Good morning, " Dimitri." "Are you going to join for my morning run?" Dimitri said, "I would love to, but duty calls." Dimitri replied with a smile. Rosalie nodded understandingly, her mysterious smile never leaving her lips.
When Guardian Hathaway walked and said, "Rosalie, how many times, do I have to tell you not to sneek off?" Rosalie simply shrugged in response, her enigmatic nature still a mystery to those around her. Dimitri said, "Guardian Hathaway, you have to stay on your toes when it comes, Roza." Guardian Hathaway said, "Thank you, Guardian Belikov."
Rosalie looked at Guardian Smith to notice the way Guardian Smith looked at her like Predator. Rosalie's eyes narrowed slightly as she sensed Guardian Smith's intense gaze, causing a shiver to run down her spine. Dimitri notices Roza peering at Guardian Smith when he moves his head to the side and peers out the corner eyes to notice Guardian Smith was looking at Rosa.
Dimitri realized Guardian Smith was looking at his Roza like Predator. He made a mental note to keep a close eye on Guardian Smith's interactions with Roza in the future. Dimitri quickly stepped in between Rosalie and Guardian Smith, subtly blocking the intense gaze. Rosalie shot Dimitri a grateful look before turning her attention back to their conversation.
Janine said, "Guardian Belikov, could you take Rosalie back to her dorm?" "I would like to see both in my office in an hour." Dimitri nodded in acknowledgment and escorted Rosalie out of the room, making a mental note to discuss the situation with her later. Rosalie reached down, picking up her backpack, and followed Dimitri across the grounds.
Rosalie asked, "Dimitri, Can I ask a question? "Of course, what's on your mind?" Dimitri replied, glancing back at her with a reassuring smile. Rosalie hesitated for a moment before finally speaking up about her concerns. "Have you noticed the way Guardian Smith looks at me like a predator stalking its prey?" Dimitri's smile faded as he turned to face her, concern etched on his features. "I have, and it's something we need to address immediately," he replied firmly. Rosalie nodded, grateful for Dimitri's support as they continued walking towards Rosalie's dorm.
Dimitri observed that the Rosalie dorm's construction differed from that of the other Heaven Academy buildings. The front door had the appearance of a heavy wood door, while the windows were Moroi windows. Rosalie looked across to Dimitri, to see whether he had noticed too.
"Have you noticed that your dorm is different from the other building? Dimitri inquired. "Yes, this building was built to house Moroi," Rosalie affirmed. "However, you must have noticed that neither male nor Moroi students attend Heaven Academy." "Pregent Dhampiers students are the only ones enrolled here."
Dimitri, stop in track and remember Tasha and Christian had brought female dhampiers, female guardians, and two male students to St. Basic Academy. He realized that Heaven Academy was exclusively for female dhampir students, a fact that had not crossed his mind until now. Rosalie watched as Dimitri's expression changed, understanding dawning on him as he processed this new information. Rosalie asked, "Something wrong?"
Dimitri said, Before I came here to Heaven Academy, did you know that Christian and Tasha brought all female dhampier students, a female guardians and two male dhampier students to St. Basil Academy?" Rosalie said, No! Where did they come from?" Dimitri said, St. Valdmir's Academy. Rosalie's eyes widened in surprise at the revelation. Dimitri could see the surprise on Roze's face. Rosalie asked, "Why?"
Dimitri said, "It would have appeared that Moroi students were bullying female dhampiers into having sex and getting them pregent." Rosalie's eyes widened in shock at the disturbing news. She asked, "How could they do such a thing?" Dimitri explained, "It seems like they were trying to protect them from harm and exploitation."
Rosalie gives a questionable look, before saying, It sounds to me that a male Moroi students can't keep their dicks in the paints." Dimitri chuckled at Rosalie's blunt assessment, shaking his head in amusement. He replied, "It does seem that way, but we need to investigate further to understand the full extent of the situation."
Rosalie rolled her eyes and said, "Bullshit!" "It is the same way that you stick your dick in Moroi slut." Dimitri raised an eyebrow at Rosalie's accusation, his expression turning serious. "That's not the case here, Rosalie. We need to approach this with an open mind and gather all the facts before making any judgments." Rosalie huffed in frustration, crossing her arms and muttering under her breath. Dimitri sighed, knowing that getting through to her would take some time and patience.
"Hopefully, your sister is not as bad as you," Dimitri remarked. With a smile, Rosalie exclaimed, "You have no idea!" God, Dimitri exclaimed. Rosalie said, "What does he have to do with it?" "I bet he's sitting on his ass right now and laughing it up." Dimitri raised an eyebrow at Rosalie's comment, trying to keep the conversation on track. "Let's focus on the issue at hand, Roza," he said firmly.
When Rosalie did something, catching Dimitri off guard, she stepped forward and kissed him on the lips and stepped back, leaving Dimitri's blindsided. Dimitri was left speechless, his mind racing with conflicting emotions. Rosalie smirked mischievously, her eyes twinkling with amusement at his stunned reaction. As Dimitri tried to gather his thoughts, Rosalie chuckled softly, breaking the tension in the air. "I guess I got your attention now," she teased, her playful demeanor putting Dimitri at ease.
Dimitri finally managed to compose himself and replied, "You definitely know how to make an entrance, Roza." Rosalie just grinned, pleased with herself for successfully diverting his focus from the serious conversation they were supposed to be having.
(Janine office)
Dimitri and Rosalie arrived at the Guardian Building. Dimitri moved to the front desk; Rosalie kept moving to the staircase and started heading to the next floor. As Dimitri approached the front desk, he greeted the receptionist with a smile and asked for direction to the Guardian Hathaway office." Meanwhile, Rosalie confidently climbed the staircase, eager to continue her exploration of the historic building and knowing where the Guardian Hathaway office was already.
As Rosalie reached the top staircase, she kept moving down the hallway. When she heard Dimitri voice calling out for Roza. She stopped and peered over her left shoulder when she saw Dimitri coming up the stairs. Rosalie just smiled and waited for Dimitri to catch up with her. Dimitri said, "Roza, I take it that you already know where you are going? Rosalie said, "Yes!" "Guardian Hathaway's office is just down the hallway and the last door on the right."
Dimitri chuckled and replied, "Impressive, Roza." "You seem to know your way around here better than I do." Rosalie beamed with pride and continued walking confidently towards the Guardian Hathaway office. Rosalie said, "Guardian Hathaway has taken me here a few times before."
As they reached the office, Roza confidently knocked on the door, ready to face whatever awaited them inside. Guardian Hathway voiced called, "Come in!" Dimitri turned the knob and pushed the door open. Rosalie walked ahead of Dimitri and said, Thank you!" Dimitri smiled and nodded his head.
Janine looked up from a pile of paper work to see Rosalie and Guardian Belikov come standing in front of her desk. Janine said, "Thank you for joining me." "The reason why I called both to my office, is that I would like to know was found out about the human strigoi that attacked the academy." Rosalie and Guardian Belikov exchanged a glance before Rosalie replied, "I have some information that might help in your investigation." Janine's eyes widened in anticipation as she gestured for them to take a seat.
Rosalie said, "What I have discovered is that human strigoi was sent by ex Royle Moroi that was turned into strigoi by the name of Darius Zeklos." "Darius is the older brother of Jesse Zeklos." Dimitri peered at his Roza to discover she knew more about what was happening around her."
Rosalie continued, "Jesse is a student at St. Valdmir's Academy." "Darius was a classmate and friend to Andre Dragomir."
Darius was a little odd—what I mean, odd—he had a thing for human women." "Not just feeding, sex, and Rosalie paused, looking uncomfortable before continuing, darker things." "Darius was always following André Dragomir around while we were at St. Valdmir's Academy." He seemed obsessed with him, almost to the point of stalking.
Rosalie's expression turned grave as she revealed, "Darius would get jealus; when Andre Dragomir pay more attention to my twin sister Rosemarie, Vasilissa, and myself than him? "Darius' behavior became increasingly concerning as time went on," Rosalie added, her voice filled with unease. "It was clear that his fixation on Andre Dragomir was unhealthy and bordering on dangerous."
Dimitri and Janine peered at Rosalie and realized that Darius's behavior may have posed a threat to Andre Dragomir's safety at the time. Rosalie continued by saying, "André Dragomir asked Halloween Dance, in which I agree." "Darius didn't like when André Dragomir asked me to become his guardian after I graduated from the academy." But it was never meant to be."
The night at Halloween Dance, André and Darius got into a heated argument that ended with Darius storming out of the event." "That was the night that St. Valdmir's Academy was attacked by strigoi." "Darius, André, a few more students, and myself kidnapped by strigoi and taken back to den."
Rosalie stopped talking, looked down, and said, "One male strigoi made me choose between Andre or Darius." Rosalie hesitated, tears welling up in her eyes as she remembered the traumatic event. "I chose André, but it was a decision that haunts me to this day," she whispered.
Dimitri and Janine could see the guilt and regret weighing heavily on Rosalie's shoulders as she recounted the difficult choice she had to make that night. The memory of that fateful Halloween dance still haunted her, leaving a lasting impact on her life. Rosalie said, "I can see Darius face, as they drag him away and can still hear his screams echoing in my mind," Rosalie said softly, her voice filled with sorrow. The trauma of that night continued to linger, a constant reminder of the darkness that lurked in the shadows.
The pain of that decision never truly faded, leaving Rosalie with a heavy heart that she carried with her every day. Despite the passage of time, the memory of Darius haunted her, a ghost from her past that she couldn't escape. Janine and Dimitri knew the pain that Rosalie carried from their past experiences that happened to them. Dimitri reached over, taking Roza. hand in his own, offering her a comforting squeeze. "We're here for you, always," he said, his voice filled with understanding and support. Janine nodded in agreement, silently acknowledging the shared burden of their past traumas.
Janine said, "What is Darius next action in his plan?" Rosalie said, "I believe that he is going to Vasilissa and Rosamarie as Rosalie reached into her backpack, pulled out the blue file, and opened it, when Janine and Dimitri realized that Rosalie collage evidence on this mystery. Pulling the piece of paper out that she had gotten from strigoi.
Dimitri reached over, taking the paper, and realized it was longitude and latitude lines. Dimitri said, These are the longitude and latitude lines, but to where?" Rosalie said, "Location Rosamarie and Vasilissa." Janine and Dimitri exchanged worried glances, realizing that Darius's plan was more complex than they had anticipated. They knew they had to act quickly to decipher the coordinates before it was too late.
Janine asked, "Why does Darius want Rosamarie and Vasilissa?" Rosalie explained, "Andre is the older brother of Vasilissa Dragomir." "Darius must believe by attacking them; he uses them as my weak spot to get to me." Janine and Dimitri exchanged worried glances, realizing that Darius's plan was more complex than they had anticipated. They knew they had to act quickly to decipher the coordinates before it was too late. Dimitri nodded in agreement, understanding the gravity of the situation. They needed to find Rosamarie and Vasilissa before Darius did.
Rosalie said, "Do understand, that Rosamarie and Vasilissa won't just come to you." "That is reason that I will become with you." "Don't tell me that I amn't going." Beside, you used this as a field test for records that you are keeping on me for old queen." Janine froze when she realized that Rosalie knew she was keeping records on her. Rosalie said, "Beside, Emily, Izzy, and Amber also know that their guardians keeping records them as while."
Dimitri looked at Roza, trying to understand how Roza must have known Guardian Hathaway was keeping records. Rosalie said, "Beside, I do believe that you have a bigger problem with Guardian Smith." Janine cocked her head as she just peered at Roza. Dimitri realized what Roza was speaking about and said, "Later, Guardian Hathaway, just two of us talk about Guardian Smith." Janine peered at Dimitri and tried to understand what they were both speaking about.
Rosalie turned her head, and listened to the sound of footsteps. Realizing footsteps coming closer to the door belong to Guardian Smith and Old Queen Marina, she quickly motioned for everyone to be quiet. Janine and Dimitri exchanged a knowing glance, silently preparing for whatever was about to happen next.
Dimitri didn't know, that Rosalie was hearing sharper than normal dhampier and Moroi. But Janine knew Rosalie, Amber, Izzy, and Emily were all scents stronger than normal. Dimitri turned his head to peer at Rosalie as he watched Rosalie's eyes start clouding over and realized that Roza was having vision.
They didn't realize Roza's vision had do Rosemarie and Vasilissa. About a minute later, there was a knock on the door. Rosalie blinks and stands up from the chair, and says, "I will take three guardians with me." "We leave within an hour." "I plan to get to them before Darius can." "I will protect Princess." Vasilissa Dragmir and twin sister Rosemarie."
When Janine hears another twin daughter named Rosemarie, she could understand why Rosalie was so determined to protect them. Janine knew that the safety of her daughters was of utmost importance, especially with the threat looming over them. She quickly gathered her own group of guardians to accompany Rosalie on her mission to ensure the safety of both Rosemarie and Vasilissa.
Rosalie said, "Please come inside Queen Marina and Guardian Smith." Dimitri jumped up from his seat. Rosalie started walking to the door, opened the door, and said, "Sorry, I can't stay; speak to both of you." "Queen Tatiana will soon be arriving at Heaven Academy in three days." The old queen Marina and Guardian Smith looked surprised that one of the sisters of Phoenix knew about Queen Tatiana arriving before saying anything.
Rosalie peered over her shoulder and said, "Guardian Belikov, I will meet you at the water fountain in the yard in less than an hour." Rosalie turned around and walked out of the Guardian Hathaway office, leaving Guardian Smith and old queen Marina exchanging puzzled glances. As she closed the door behind her, the sense of urgency in the air was palpable.
