Chapter 40: Kingsmen: The Secret Service "Free Bird"/ The Church fight scene.

Cast

Harry Hart: Ozpin

Valentine: Cinder Fall

Gazelle: Melanie Malachite

Merlin: Bartholomew Oobleck

Prepare for bloody and violent fighting!

The scene opens up with an inside view of a Church at the island of Patch. The preacher stands before the crowd. "And I say to you! Bear witness!" he preached while the followers roared in outburst. "Watch the News! AIDS! Floods! The Blood of the Innocent spilled! And yet, there are those who doubt this is the wrath of the Brothers!"

The crowd roared in outbursts again, agreeing with these preachings. The preacher goes on. "Our filthy government condones sodomy, divorce, abortion!" he listed.

Ozpin sits among the crowd, dismissing all of this.

Many in the Audience grimaced at the preachings while others were confused.

Darth Anarchus paid no attention whatsoever. "Preachings" like the one on the screen was just too bothersome for the Sith Lord to give any attention to.

"Um, what is the Preacher talking about?" asked Ruby.

"He's less preaching and more blaming something that is completely irrelevant." The Host replied. "Unlike your reality and others like it that have Grimm and Salem, realities like this one are filled with. . . a lot of more complicated societies and peoples that want to accept what they think is the truth and reject whatever contradicts it. And this is a big part of most of these Remnants, but most of the time with less words and actions that can have questionable morals, or lacking."

"Why is that?" Vernal asked curiously.

"History, Vernal." Darth Anarchus replied. He gestures to the screen. "People like these publicly disciminate against anyone who is different and that is their dangerous quality. Just think of the Faunus discrimination but on a worse scale."

This was clearly unsettled by most, save for Tyrian, Salem and Jacques, in the theater. With these realities of Remnant with just humans and Faunus, the discrimination that existed must be worst than the Remnants with Grimm and Salem even for the Faunus in the room.

"And yes, some still doubt this is the work of the Antichrist! You do not have a Jew, a N***, a w***, or an atheistic, a science-loving evolution spouter. . ."

"Charming sermon," Oobleck's voice remarked on Ozpin's Comms. "Do you see Fall anywhere?"

"That's one way to put it," Glynda said dryly.

Ozpin looks around and searches for Cinder as the preaching continues.

Though, unknown to him, Cinder and Melanie Malachite are in a house not too far from the church.

"Are you sure we're out of range?" Melanie asked.

"Out of range? Range of what?" May asked.

"Wait for it," the Host replied. "Oh, by the way, you students may need these." Barf bags and buckets appear next to them. He then used Force Persuasion to make Adrian fall into a deep slumber. The toddler was still too young to see this.

"Oh boy," Cardin said. The last time they had these was the Mortal Kombat trailer.

"We're over 1,000 feet away," Cinder replied as she typed on a case in front of her. "What's wrong?"

"What if the calculations are wrong?" Melanie questioned.

"You just have to trust me," Cinder assured her partner, resuming typing.

"I don't even know you," Melanie said. "And I don't feel assured. At all."

Back inside the church, the preacher continued. "Jew, N****, F** lovers, and the Brother of Darkness is burning them for all eternity!"

Having had enough, since he could not find Cinder and listening to these 'preachings' was a waste of his time, Ozpin moved to leave. "Would you excuse me?" He politely asked the woman sitting next to him.

The woman however blocks his way. "Where are you going?" she asked. "Hey! What's your problem?"

Ozpin looks her in the eye and says in the most serious tone, "I'm a Catholic whore. Currently enjoying congress out of wedlock with my Black Jewish boyfriend who works in a military abortion clinic." Then he adds, "So, Hail Satan and have a lovely afternoon, Madam."

". . . What?" was the general reaction of most of the Audience summed up from Nora, Neon, Velvet, Summer and Ruby.

"How the Hell can he say something like that with a straight face?" asked Raven, furrowing her brow.

"Also, why?" asked Fiona.

With that he stood up and walked out to the door.

Evidently, he was being monitored by Cinder and Melanie's screen. "Oh shit!" Cinder exclaimed. "He's leaving. I'm starting the test now. Let's hope enough of these freaks have our SIM cards." She then grabs a knob on her case and starts to turn it as if to increase the volume of something. A loud beeping noise is emitted from the action.

"SIM Cards?" repeated Penny.

"I'll explain it later," Darth Anarchus replied. Penny nodded with an innocent smile.

Back to the church everyone held up their phones and saw the Fall App activating on their Scrolls.

Unaware of this, Ozpin was walking to the door and the woman he blanantly lied to was walking after him. "You just leave this church like the infidel you are!"

Unaware to them, the people rise from their pews and focus their attention on Ozpin and the woman who rants at his back. "The Brother of Darkness can't save you now! You will eat your babies and drown in the blood of your Lord!" she yelled. "He will not save you!"

"Oh shut up, you're so annoying!" Tyrian snapped at the woman, rubbing his temples with his Scropion tail.

Time seems to slow down to the beat of the high pitched voice in the eyes of the Audience as Ozpin stops walking. He turns around and takes out his handgun, aims at the woman's face.

". . . What. . .?" Velvet asked slowly.

"The Fuck is he doing?" Coco asked.

Everyone else either gasped or held their breath.

Both Ozpins and Oscar stared, the latter swallowing nervously.

Cinder turned the knob all the way up completely.

And Ozpin pulls the trigger.

BANG!

"Thank you!" Tyrian exclaimed. "She was annoying!"

"Tyrian, I mean this in the most polite way I can say to a psycho like you," Cinder deadpaned. "Shut the Hell up."

And everyone else in the church begins to fight each other in any way they can. Whether it was by their own bare hands or makeshift weapons in the forms of hym books, their handbags, a knife or a candle holder.

"Holy Fuck!" Ossie exclaims in shock as he watches the whole scene on a monitor screen.

"I agree with the kid," Roman said. "That is anarchy, more than what I'm used to."

"Speak for yourself," Tyrian said with a laugh.

From Cinder's perspective, the sight of the churchgoers fighting each other like savages disturbed her and caused her to stutter to Melanie, "S-Shit, I can't watch this. Get over here." She and Melanie switch seats.

Ozpin proceeds to gun down the rampaging churchgoers with three headshots and pushes the fourth before killing him with a headshot. Ozpin then slid underneath a churhgoer that was throwing a woman towards another churchgoer while he shoots another in the stomach and then in the head.

"What is he doing?!" exclaimed Glynda and Ironwood in shared shock and confusion. They couldn't understand their oldest friend doing something like this.

"He's doing God's work," Darth Anarchus replied dryly, quoting some Reactor in the YouTube Multiverse. More or less.

"What? That doesn't make any sense!" Ironwood said, shaking his head.

"Of course it does!" Tyrian said. "Blood for the blood god! Skulls for the Skull Throne!"

"The Fuck is he going on about?" Robyn asked.

"Ignore him," Hazel sighed heavily to the crazy Scorpion Faunus' antics.

"Let there be Carnage!"

Ozpin then leans back to avoid a man swinging a knife at him, he grabs the other arm of the man and twirls around while firing three shots before shoving the man against another churchgoer and then shoots the man in the forehead.

Ozpin flinches when he is smacked in the back of the head by his current opponent, but he shoots him in retaliation and tosses the man he held as he reloaded his gun. Ozpin then tosses a man over his shoulder and another grabs him by the arm. Ozpin swiftly gives him a stomach shot followed by a headshot.

Ozpin then wraps his arm around a woman, shoots a man in the shoulder and then shoots the woman in the head before avoiding a knife swipe from another man.

Ozpin kicks the pews and the act knocks them down like dominoes. He kills a man that got stuck in between the pews before he crosses some pews, shoots another man in the forehead and tackles another and gives him a headshot.

The Kingsman Agent avoids a man that wields a wooden pike as a weapon and kills him with a headshot before rolling on the floor to catch a man from attacking him with a knife. Ozpin then shoots him in the stomach before throwing him against the floor, dislocating his opponent's arm in the process.

Seeing a man trying to vault over the altar, Ozpin shoots him. He turns around to break off a wooden staff from the wall and then stakes the man through the chest. He moved to shoot a man as he strangled another but his gun ran out of ammo. So he proceeded to his handgun as a blunt weapon to hit the man on the head before throwing him aside.

This was the point most of the students with weak stomachs, (Jaune, Velvet, Ruby, Oscar and Sage.) along with some adults grimacing and others looking away for brief moments to calm themselves down.

"I have seen a lot of wars," Ozpin said. "And it has been a long time since I saw chaos like this happening without interference from the Grimm."

"Just what the Hell is happening to them?" Qrow asked outrageously.

"I think it had something to do with Cinder's counterpart turning that knob," Winter mused.

"As I told Penny, I will explain later." Darth Anarchus replied.

Ozpin vaults over the altar before being tackled by a man into the wall. The camera focuses on a man being held onto the altar and then stabbed in the neck.

"Oum!" Ossie exclaimed in his perspective and momentarily looked away from the monitor in front of him. The Kingsmen training did not prepare for something like this.

In the perspective of Ozpin's glasses, he keeps on fighting, throwing a man at a pillar and the impact broke his neck while tossing another to the floor.

"Galahad, can you hear me?" Oobleck called out in the Comms before he was shown looking at the monitor. "Ozpin! Ozpin, what the Heck is going on?!" On the monitor, the Audience see Ozpin hold a man as a shield from a man that charged at him with a cross-staff.

"That's what I want to know," Amber said.

"You and me both," Oscar said.

Cinder glances at the monitor with a disturbed expression and looks back out the window. "Can you turn the volume down?" she asked.

Melanie complies with her request. "I didn't expect it to be that effective," she admits.

"That wasn't expected?!" Emerald exclaimed.

"What kind of response are we talking about?" Cinder inquired.

"100%," Melanie replied.

Cinder raised her eyebrows in surprise. "So everyone's been affected, whether they have a SIM Card or not," she comments. "And we get the added benefit of wiping out the Kingsman."

"Whatever these SIM Cards are, they would be devastating in our world because this kind of chaos would attract the Grimm," Pietro said in a grim tone.

Salem rubbed her chin in thought but she ultimately thought that Watts would not do that since the Atlassian scientist had seemed to be rethinking his allegiance since finding out that she just wants the Brother gods to return and wipe out all of humanity and Faunus with the hope they'll take away her immortality. He and Hazel and even Cinder were rethinking their loyalties along with her two followers. The only one that was loyal to her was Tyrian.

But that is expected from a psychopath like him. Not really beneficial for her in the grand scheme.

Melanie glanced at the monitor and sees that Ozpin is still fighting. "Not yet," she glanced back to Cinder.

Ozpin bludgeons a man with the Church Censer to death and then hits a man behind him. The Censer breaks and burns the man's face. Ozpin tackles the man to the floor and is met with a bookstand. The Kingsman Agent picks up the book and holds it up to stop a knife. He bashes the book against his attacker's neck, hits another man to the ground and pulls the knife out of the book to slit through the man's neck. He then stabs a woman in the back and followed by stabbing the prievous owner in the eye.

"No! Why in the eye!" Weiss exclaimed, covering her own scarred eye and Adam reached to the left side of his mask covered face.

Ozpin smacks the book toward another man, punches him against a pillar, pulls the knife out of the owner's eye and attempts to kill his next opponent (victim). However he kills someone else by stabbing the knife above the man's head. He spots the man he had sight on earlier, punches him in the chin, followed by a punch to the man's abdomen. He then punched the man three times.

Before Ozpin did anything else, the man was tackled by another man and pushed through one of the church's windows. While a man was being killed by a candle holder, Ozpin pulls out a light, pops it out and unleashes a flame towards a person's head.

The burning man was then shot and Ozpin quickly used his body as a shield. Behind him was a man shooting at anyone he sees and attempts to shoot Ozpin. The Kingsman Agent ducks down quickly and then begins to fight the man for the gun.

In the midst of this struggle, Ozpin gets hit by a candleholder but he doesn't seem to register the pain that follows and manages to get the gun, hit the man against his side, lock his arm around his opponent's neck. Ozpin pushes the man down, shoots a charging man twice before breaking the neck of the man beneath him. As he rolls on the ground, a woman trips him but Ozpin shoots her dead.

Ozpin was then stabbed in the back, but it merely made him flinch like a bee sting, turn around and shoot the stabber in head at point blank range.

What came next was him shooting more churchgoers while holding the dead man still.

"Holy shit," was all Sun could say at what they were all watching.

"None of them seemed to stopping," Yang said.

"It's like they're on sugar rush," Ruby muttered with wide silver eyes. "Or in a state of adrenaline."

Ozpin throws the dead man on the floor and tries to continue shooting, only to find out the gun had run out of bullets. He then avoids a man swinging a wooden spike, grabs it out of the guy's hands, and strikes the man in the stomach. Ozpin then turned him to two other churchgoers and then impaled the three men with the pike all at once.

Whitley turned green and puked in his bucket this time. When he was done, Klein silently offered him a napkin to clean his face. "Thank you, Klein." he mutters before wiping his face and straightening his clothes.

Ossie flinches from the scene and looked away from the monitor.

He wasn't the only one reacting like so among the teens and civilians. Most of the older Huntsmen and Huntresses just simply grimaced. Qrow rose his flask to his lips and took a swig before offering it to Robyn who took it without looking.

"Oh, you need to see this," Melanie remarked to Cinder who looked to her with a rejected expression and then to the window overlooking the church.

Cinder shook her head, still surprised that her counterpart could not stand the sight of blood. Granted though, there was no Aura breaking or Semblances/magic being used. It was just ordinary people using what they had.

Ozpin was in the middle of a chokehold by a man and used his watch to shoot an electric bola to temporarily stun him. He then pulls out a lighter grenade, arms it, and breaks himself free by elbowing his opponent's side.

"They have lighters as grenades?" Ironwood asked, partially impressed.

"Not something people expect most of the time." Darth Anarchus replied.

Ozpin then slipped the lighter grenade into the man's pocket, grabbed him by the back of his shirt and turned him towards the altar. He punches the man in the back and throws him hard against the altar. Breaking the man's neck while two others land by the dead man.

Just before the grenade exploded, Ozpin picked up a fire ax from a dead woman, killed another woman with it in the neck as well as the wood. As he turns around, the grenade goes off and knocks everyone within its vicinity on the floor.

The Faunus grimaced the most from the explosion to the heightened and sensitive hearing that came with having animal ears or animal senses.

"Maybe the explosion will snap people out of it?" Fiona asked hopefully.

Ozpin's ears ring as he picks himself up. He looks around at the carnage around him and the Audience see a man repeatedly killing another with a spiked candle holder.

The Audience sees a man stabbing another repeatedly at the back before attempting to slash Ozpin the face as he goes to kill the man via a neck stab. But Ozpin avoids this, grabs the man's arm after the kill and forces himself to stab himself with his own knife.

"Nope," Johanna replied to the Sheep Faunus bluntly who slumped down.

Ozpin was then shot in the back, but was protected by his bulletproof suit. He struck back as he pulled the dead man's knife from his chest and stabbed the gunman through the wrist. He took the gun and quickly shot the owner once, whirled around to cut another man's stomach and struck the knife in the previous gunman's neck.

Ozpin quickly killed the man he slashed with a headshot. A woman shot a man with a revolver, stepping into Ozpin's reach. The Kingsman Agent stabbed her several times before ducking down to avoid a thrown chair and kill another gunman at point blank range.

After that, Ozpin took the revolver and used it as a melee weapon. Bludgeoning two men and killing them, breaking a man's arm and smacking the man in the face with the revolver and forcibly dismantles the empty pistol.

The Preacher pulled out the fire ax from the dead woman before the view switched to Ozpin as he stabbed a man with the disassembled gun through the eye and neck.

"Kill the Preacher for his confusing rants," Tyrian exclaimed.

"Okay, there is something seriously wrong with him," Roman stated.

Neo signed to him with a raised eyebrow. You're just realizing that now?

"Shut up, Neo," Roman retorted. The mute assassin tilted her head with a smirk.

"You know what I mean."

Ozpin grabbed the man's spiked candleholder, turned around and stabbed the Preacher in the chin. As Ozpin walks away, the preacher falls to his knees and impales the spike end through the top of his head.

Completely battered and exhausted, Ozpin regains his awareness and looks at his surroundings. He is the last one standing.

". . . Well, now it's over," Flynt said, his partner Neon shuddering.

Through his glasses, he saw the carnage as the bodies were lying all over the church.

Meanwhile from Oscar and Oobleck's perspective, the two are utterly shocked by what they had seen on the monitors.

"Okay, what happened is that earlier before this, Cinder Fall's company sold thousands of these SIM Cards to people's Scrolls worldwide." Darth Anarchus explained. "What the public did not know was that, in simple terms, is that they were transmitters for a neurological that triggers the senses of aggression in anyone within range of the Scrolls, tablets or IPads and deactivates the inhibitors."

"Uh, what?" Ruby asked.

"It makes people uncontrollably violent," Oscar translated in more simple terms.

"So I. . . she just forced everyone in an entire church to partake in a killing spree." Cinder deduced.

"Oh, what? Actually disturbed?" Amber asked her with a glare. "After putting me in a coma, or learning what you do to Beacon, Haven and Atlas in the future?"

Cinder glared but looked away.

"Oookkayyy," the Host drawled, looking between the two before clapping his hands. "Well, that's all we'll see of this world for now. Time to visit a Multiverse we just saw glimpses of."

"One we seen?" Ozpin asked, sipping from his mug. "Which one is it?"

Darth Anarchus smirked slightly before bringing his hands to cup his mouth and unleashed a roar that the Audience only heard twice but recognized instantly.

SSKKRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOOOOONNNNKK!

". . . I don't know if I should be excited or terrified," Jaune murmured to his partner. Pyrrha's green eyes had widened and she nodded in agreement.

Well, now the Audience is done viewing the Kingsmen Universe. For now.

Next, they will be diving into the Multiverse of the one and only King of the Monsters

Starting with an AMV for the one who started it all.

"Let's start from the beginning. . . 1954."
