Here's a timeline for you all.
The beginning of March, before Harry turns eleven, is when Severus gets kidnapped. Therefore, Iron Man comes before the rest of the Philosophers Stone. Iron Man 2 takes place right afterwards and ends right before Harry turns eleven and gets his Hogwarts letter. Harry starts at Hogwarts with the Philosophers Stone situation, making friends with Ron and Hermione. Harry starts his second year; however, the summer before, he returns home with Draco and ends up in the middle of the Battle of New York situation. After that, he starts his second year with the Chamber of Secrets. He returns home with Severus during that Christmas and accrues Iron Man 3. Then begins Harry's third year, where he officially meets Sirius. Age of Ultron doesn't happen in this AU, and the reasons will become apparent while going through the motions. Civil War doesn't happen either, or at least not how it did go down. Harry gets to finish his fourth to sixth year before the Death Eaters want to start the war again. Remember, Voldemort couldn't come back in this AU. Harry and Severus have more prominent roles in the Wizarding War, the same with the Malfoys. After that, they have to deal with Infinity War. That also includes Endgame.[The next scene shows Harry, Severus Snape, and Aunt May walking through the Zoos entrance]
Harry: Did we bring anything to drink, Aunt May, Sev?
"Sev?" Lily asks her future son and her future former friend. She's hoping to stay friends after this viewing. Or, instead, with Severus.
Harry and Snape share a grin. "Oh, he calls me many things now," Snape tells her.
Harry smirks, "You make fun of me just as much as I make fun of you. So what, you say you can't take it, old man?" At that, Snape gives the boy a mock hurt expression, hand on his heart. After a moment, the two burst out laughing.
"See, this is why I love you, kid!" Snape snickers while wrapping Harry in a hug, one that Harry tries to escape but gives up within seconds of struggling.
With a deep sigh, Harry says in a gloomy tone, "This is my life now."
"You love me."
The Marauders are shocked; they've never heard Severus laugh before. But, then again, they never saw him smiling, either. No one in the hall wanted to interrupt the two, and it was apparent this was an essential conversation for them, even if it wouldn't seem like one to anybody else.
[Severus Snape pulls a fruit punch juice box from his bag, handing it to Harry, who takes it with glee. Severus Snape and Aunt May chuckle at the boy]
Aunt May: Thirsty, weren't you?
[Harry nods happily]
Severus Snape: Did you want to save the snakes or the spiders for last, Harry?
[Harry thinks for a moment before deciding]
Harry: I'd like to see the spiders first, please.
[Harry's eyes are wide with excitement. Aunt May ruffles the boy's hair, grinning]
Aunt May: Then, off we go to see the spiders!
[Before they head off, however, they hear someone call out]
Voice: Harry!
"I wonder who that is," a first-year Ravenclaw says with a tilt of their head.
Harry and Snape smirk. "Someone who, when he notices Harry is gone, will come here immediately."
That got everyone's attention, and now they wanted to know who this boy was.
[A platinum blonde-haired boy barrels into Harry, hugging him]
Harry: Draco!
Draco: Happy birthday, Harry!
[Draco grins at his friend. Harry turns to Snape and realizes that Lucius is also there, smiling at him. The blonde man was also carrying two presents wrapped in red, yellow, blue, and green paper]
Lucius: Happy birthday, Harry. So we're going to either the spider house or the snake exhibit?
[Lucius is smirking at Harry kindly. ]
Lucius speaks up at this point, finally getting rid of his shock. "Is that- is that me?"
Harry laughs, "Yup, Uncle Lucy. That's you alright!" Snape is snickering into his hand; everyone can tell he's trying not to laugh outright.
Regulas speaks this time, "Who's the boy?"
Harry grins at him, though there's a slight sadness in his eyes while looking at the man. "That's Draco, my best friend and Uncle Lucy's son."
"He forgets to say Draco is my Godson and his boyfriend," Snape announces with pride, causing Harry to go bright red.
Lily stares at her son with awe. He has a boyfriend, and they love each other; anyone with eyes could see it. James was thinking along the same lines as Lily. He was so proud of his son. He didn't even care that his son was dating Lucius Malfoys son, a supposed Death Eater. Remus and Sirius were staring in front of them with wide eyes before looking at each other. One thought going through their heads, 'We could be ourselves in that time.'
[Harry is jumping excitedly in Draco's arms, not wanting to let go]
Harry: Yes, we're going to the spiders first!
Severus Snape: Well, Remus texted to let me know he'll meet us there. He wants to pick you up another present.
[The boys almost run toward the spider exhibit. The adults have to move quickly to keep up with the two]
Remus perks up at his name and, out of his faint shock, asks, "Are we, friends?" He isn't confident in his question; however, Snape laughing doesn't help.
"Not exactly, but you are Harry's Uncle Moony." Snape has a spark of amusement in his eyes.
Dumbledore is seething:
Harry ends up with something other than the Dursleys. He doesn't have any control over either Harry or Snape. The boy not only knows about the Wizarding World, but he also knows Lupin, who he would actively keep away from Harry, and the Malfoys.Of course, no one noticed the old Headmaster.
[The boys are standing in front of some tarantula cages. One is blue and red, and another is white and purple. Draco seems to take a liking to the white and purple spider, while Harry has taken a liking to the red and blue one]
Some notice that Harry's suit is now red and blue, the same as the spider he admires; however, no one says anything outwardly.
[Remus walks into the exhibit, looking around before spotting Harry and smiling. He goes over to his honorary nephew with a box under his arm]
Remus: Happy birthday, Harry.
[Remus grins at Harry, holding out his arm so Harry can hug him. May and Severus smile while the two Malfoys smirk]
Remus: I got you something!
[Remus holds the box out to Harry, who takes the cover off to reveal a scrapbook. The scrapbook has a picture of his parents, Severus Snape, Remus and Sirius]
Remus: Severus and I got all the pictures together while Lucius helped put them in the book. Do you like it?
[Harry is tracing the face of his mother and father with a finger; a silent tear drips down his face. He is smiling brightly, however]
Harry: I love it, Uncle Moony.
Like James, Severus, Remus, and Sirius, Lily has tears running down her face. Peter is wondering where he is, but he is the only one to notice it.
[Neither Harry nor Draco notices a baby spider from the tarantulas they had been admiring crawl onto their shoulders and onto the back of their necks]
Everyone seems to freeze or tense up at that. 'No, this can't be how Harry got his abilities. But he said he got them when he was ten.' But, of course, that's only some thoughts going through everyone's mind.
[The group is now in the snake exhibit. The adults are over at a different habitat while Harry and Draco admire a large Boa constrictor. There is a boy with his parents standing nearby]
Boy: Make it move.
[The father taps the glass of the cage]
Father: Move!
A male pure-blood Slytherin and a half-blood Ravenclaw give incredulous looks. "Why would the father listen? You aren't there to see the animals do tricks. If you want that, go to the circus." The Ravenclaw speaks.
"Not only that, but it's clear the child runs the family instead of the parents. If I ordered my father around, I'd be dead." The Slytherin stated.
Harry grins while Snape smirks. Lily recognizes Petunia as the mother, which means the man is Vernon, and the boy is their child.
"That's the people Dumbledore wanted to raise me? To do what, not have manners?" Harry asks Snape with a raised eyebrow. Snape nods, drawing some attention.
"Indeed, they might think they're good parents, but if you spoil your child to the point of uselessness as they did to Dudley, it's abuse," Snape responds with an air of indifference. Still, anyone who can see his face knows that he's seething at the knowledge.
[Dudley taps the glass much harder, and Vernon nervously winces]
Dudley: MOVE!
[Harry and Draco have had enough of the idiotic boy and his family]
Harry and Draco: He's asleep!
Sirius grins and cackles. "Looks like Harry here takes after both Lily and James when it comes to anger!"
Lucius shivers, "And, unfortunately, Draco takes after his mother in anger."
Harry bursts out in laughter at Lucius. "Hell yeah, he does! It's hilarious when someone doesn't know him and ends up in the path of his rage!" But, unfortunately, this statement only causes Lucius to fear what will happen.
Dudley: He's boring.
[Dudley and his parents head over to another enclosure. Harry and Draco are left with the snake. Draco looks around, scanning the area before turning back to Harry]
Draco: The coast is clear, Harry.
Some needed clarification as to what Draco meant. Others thought the boys were going to get into mischief. No one would have expected what would happen next.
[Harry starts hissing. However, everyone can hear what he is saying]
Harry: Sorry about him. He probably doesn't understand what it's like, lying there day after day, having people press their ugly faces on you.
Gasps had rung out through the entire room when Harry started speaking Parseltongue.
"How can you speak Parseltongue, my boy?" Dumbledore asks, trying to sound as if he isn't positively seething.
Harry raises an eyebrow at the man. "You realize that Parseltongue is a dormant gene in the Black family, just like the metamorphmagus gene?" He questions the Headmaster.
Dumbledore goes to open his mouth once again, but this time, Severus interrupts. "James Potter's grandmother was a Black before she married his Grandfather. So, yes, Black blood does run through him." James nods along to that, showing that what Severus says is true.
[The snake looks up and blinks]
"I know snakes can't blink; it just looked like a blink," Harry reassures the people who were about to state that.
Harry: You're from Brazil, aren't you? Was it nice there, do you miss your family?
[The snake turns its head in the direction of a sign which says, Bred in Captivity]
Harry; I see. That's me as well. Unfortunately, I never got to meet my parents. Hopefully, you'll get to see them someday.
"You're so sweet, Harry!" a Hufflepuff student coos, causing Harry to blush.
[The now awake snake has attracted Dudley's attention. He comes over to the glass, knocking Harry into Draco, causing them to tumble to the floor]
"Such a rude child!"
"There was no need for that!"
James is fuming while Lily is standing there with a clenched jaw. How could Dumbledore ever think sending Harry to Petunia would be a good idea?
Dudley: Mommy, dad, come here! You won't believe what this snake is doing!
[Dudley puts his hands on the glass wall. With his back turned, Harry and Draco glared at him. Suddenly, the glass disappears, causing Dudley to wretch forward, losing his balance]
Flitwick's eyes widen. "Did you two just cast the disappearing charm at age ten with accidental magic?" The small man is rightfully shocked.
Harry snickers. "We did, but I believe it only worked due to our strong emotions at the moment and because we've learned to share our magical energy for better attacks and spellwork."
That statement does nothing to quell Filius' shock. Never has he seen a child use accidental magic to cast the disappearing charm.
Dudley: Whoa! Ahh! Ahh!
Harry and Draco: Ow!
[Dudley falls into the snake enclosure, spluttering in a pool of water. Harry and Draco hit the back of their necks, killing the spiders that had just injected their venom into their bloodstreams]
Lily made a shout that wasn't intelligible.
[The snake gets out of the exhibit, slithering past Harry and Draco, who are about ready to pass out]
Snake: Thanks.
Harry: Anytime.
"Such a gentleman," Minerva says.
[The snake slithers off to the exit]
Man: SNAKE!
[The man's scream draws the attention of Snape, Remus, Lucius, and May. There is a lot of screaming as the snake heads for freedom. Dudley gets up to get out, but the glass is now back over the enclosure. Seeing he is now trapped, he pounds on the glass in panic. Once the adults reach Harry and Draco, the two have already passed out. The two holding onto each other in apparent pain and panic]
"You two were alright, though, right?" Regulas asks in concern.
Harry nods, "Yeah, we were fine. That's how we got our spider powers."
Everyone was shocked at how the two ten-year-olds got their powers and at the knowledge that it wasn't just Harry who got powers.
[The adults are in fear for the two boys, trying to wake them while Petunia gets over to the chaos in the background]
Dudley: Mom, mommy!
[Petunia notices him in the exhibit and screams]
"Oh, yes. Screaming is going to help the situation." Someone scoffs.
[The screen turns black with the words "Two Days Later" written]
"What does it mean, two days later?" someone asked, confused and concerned for both boys.
Harry is being glared at by Snape; he gives a nervous chuckle. "We might have been unconscious for two days."
That certainly doesn't calm anyone down, let alone his parents. It also doesn't stop Snape from glaring at him.
[Severus and Lucius sit on the beds next to their respective child. Remus and May are standing nearby. Everyone is worried, and with good reason. After a few moments, Draco starts to stir, Harry following closely behind]
Harry: Sev?
Draco: Father?
[The two rasp out, clutching the hands held out for them]
Severus Snape: You're going to be alright, Harry. Poppy came and checked you both to make sure of it.
Lily gives a sigh of relief that she didn't notice was mimicked by nearly everyone else in the room. "Thank you, Madam Pomphrey." The woman in question waves her off.
"I'm simply relieved Severus and Lucius trust me to do a house call."
[The two boys start tearing up]
Harry: It's so loud.
Draco: Why is it so loud?
[They are panicking now, and their grip on their parental figures tightens. Severus and Lucius wince and look concerned and confused at the two]
James speaks in confusion, "What's happening?"
Harry gives Snape a look that means he wants Snape to explain. With a sigh, Snape begins to explain. "When the spiders bit them, they got superhuman strength; however, they also got superhuman vision, reflexes, and hearing. So everything's heightened, and they haven't figured out how to handle them yet."
Naturally, that didn't calm anyone down. Instead, it only caused people to start shouting. Their shouts cause Harry to go into sensory overload.
The boy whimpers, and Snape wraps him up in a hug. Poppy sees what's happening, being the closest to the pair. She stands quickly, "Everyone be quiet! You are making it worse!" the Dragon of the Medical Wing hisses.
Lily practically rushes toward her son, who Snape lifts into his arms. Her former- no, her friend is taking Harry towards to exit of the Great Hall.
"We need to get him out of the room for a little bit. I have everything you need, Harry. Don't worry." Snape soothes the young adult in his arms.
James had gotten up when he saw Lily stand and went to follow.
Once outside the Great Hall, Severus casts a Mufliato around Harry while putting a blindfold over the boy's eyes.
"Unfortunately, you can't touch him," Snape whispers. "Touch is just as much affected in sensory overload." He runs a hand through his hair with a worried look. "I was hoping this wouldn't happen today."
"He's going to be alright, though, right?" James asks, concern and slight fear radiating off the man.
Snape turns to face the boy's two soon-to-be parents on the floor. He nods gently, "He will be fine. That doesn't often happen anymore, but sometimes it can creep up on us as it has just done."
Snape's statement calms the two down. They nod back and sit down near their soon-to-be son. Snape takes a seat nearby as well. All three of them are staring at Harry in worry.
