A/N Hello everyone this is a new story that I'm wanting work on. It's the Amazing Race set in Panem post-Mockingjay. This is a continuation of the canon so anyone who died in the books is dead now. The application to create your teams is below. You can create as many teams as you would like and it can be of any pairing; friends, spouses, siblings, roommates, etc. If you have any questions about the application my PMs are open. I may also post this on AO3 as well.
President Paylor looks out over the cheering and raucous audience. It has been four years since she was elected President, but she still gets a tingling sensation whenever she has to speak in front of such a large crowd. Stepping up to the microphone, she notices her face broadcasted on the large television screens surrounding Capitol Square. A stray hair catches her eye, and she brushes it back while flashing a smile.
"Good evening, Panem! With the Hunger Games behind us, it is time for Panem to move on to more exciting spectacles. To showcase the new unity of Panem, the Gaming and Entertainment Commission has introduced a new reality competition for Panem to adore in the coming years. This new televised show will be known as 'The Amazing Race: Panem,' in which twelve teams of two will participate in an epic race across our nation. Daphne Skysmith, head of the Gaming and Entertainment Commission, will provide more information."
President Paylor steps aside to allow Daphne a place at the podium. Daphne, in her mid-thirties, has curly shoulder-length bubblegum pink hair and gold star freckles tattooed across her cheeks. Despite the mingling of District and Capitol citizens, past trends persist, causing a continued social divide within Panem. President Paylor hopes that this new television show will help to close that divide.
Daphne clears her throat and starts to give more information about the show, her soft, cheerful voice appropriately matching her puffy, round face. "The Amazing Race: Panem is a high-stakes competition where teams from all twelve districts will face a series of intense challenges that test their wit, strength, and courage, reminiscent of the perilous Hunger Games but without the deadly consequences." President Paylor instinctively winces at the mention of the Hunger Games, a habit that is hard to break. She should have had her speechwriters review Daphne's announcement.
Daphne continues without missing a beat, "In each episode, our contestants will traverse iconic locations, from the opulent Capitol to the rugged terrain of District 12. They'll navigate complex puzzles, daunting physical tasks, and unpredictable twists, all while forging alliances and outmaneuvering rivals. The landscape of Panem, rich with its diverse environments and deep-seated histories, will push our competitors to their limits, both physically and mentally.
"Every leg of the race will eliminate the weakest team, bringing us closer to the ultimate victors, who will claim not only glory but a grand prize that could change their lives forever. As they journey through the districts, contestants will also uncover hidden secrets of Panem, revealing the true cost of its past and the resilience of its people.
"Get ready to witness the ultimate test of strategy, endurance, and teamwork. This is 'The Amazing Race: Panem' – may the best team win, and may the odds be ever in their favor. Applications will be available at your District's Justice Building starting tomorrow, and the application cycle will end soon, so apply ASAP!"
Daphne flashes a smile and waves as the camera pans from her back to President Paylor. Paylor waves and returns to the podium. "Daphne will answer any questions you may have. Thank you all, and best of luck to the lucky racers."
President Paylor exits the stage as Daphne is bombarded with questions from reporters. Daphne is well-prepared for this moment and answers each methodically. President Paylor gets into her private car to take her back to her office to fulfill her other duties. She hopes that this new show will be a successful way to bring Panem into an era of unity.

I would like to have a team from a diverse set of Districts so if I like your team I may ask you to tweak them to fit another District. I just don't want half the teams to be from District Four or something. Also as a reminder, Capitol citizens can apply as well. You may create as many teams as you'd like. Contestants must be 18+
