Here it is, the 103rd full chapter of Miraculous Quirks released on the right day as promised. It's time for a little celebration in the transition arc and this is the first of a two part mini Christmas arc that is released in October because of how the MHA timeline worked out and I'm not waiting 2 months just to publish a Christmas chapter. Anyway, that is all the administrative stuff I have for now though and as there are no review questions to answer or guest reviews to respond to I will end this note here. Do keep the reviews coming as I enjoy hearing from y'all. Now, though, it is time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the 103rd full chapter of Miraculous Quirks.

Disclaimer: I do not own either of these great works of fiction.

Chapter 103: Merry Christmas!

Marinette hummed a Christmas carol, in French of course, as she moved around the kitchen area a bowl in her arms as she whisked the contents within it to make sure that the air got into it to provide the necessary volume. It was Christmas day so naturally a day off for the entire class and as such they were having a party that night with a random gift exchange, plenty of good food, and fun as they enjoyed the holiday. Japan wasn't the most Christian nation, but it still celebrated Christmas in the more general sense and most of the class was really getting into the festive spirit for it.

There was still a few hours before the party but as it would take time to cook and bake for it, so Marinette and Sato were in the kitchen already making the food for the day. Sato revealed that he could cook normal food as well as bake so he was in charge of the turkeys, vegetables, and other items with Marinette helping as best she could while she handled almost all the baking as there was one cake that Sato wanted to bake separately. Marinette knew she wasn't great with non-baked goods, so she was mainly there to provide assistance as she baked the bread and a bunch of Bûche de Noëls for the class.

Marinette had debated what to bake but in the end she'd defaulted to what she knew best as she wanted it to be good, so she was going with more a classic Christmas cake she always made back in France rather than try to hybridize or bake Japanese ones. She'd been learning the latter two as best she could, her natural talent and expertise helped a lot, but for a meal like this she wasn't going to risk it and besides, she wanted to treat her new friends to what she used to make for all her friends in her past life as well.

As she worked Marinette was fully in the Christmas spirit as she wore a Santa outfit that for her and the other girls consisted of a top made to fit her petite frame with a fluffy white collar and center with black buttons and cuffs at the mid forearm, a black belt, matching skirt and white fur hem with black tights and boots. The color options were red or green, so Marinette naturally went for red as it was her color.

Meanwhile Adrien had gone with green as that color really suited him but of course his was the men's outfit which was the same only it was more of a coat as the top and matching pants tucked into the boots. The exceptions to this were Shoji and Tokoyami who had specialized tops made by Momo to account for their different body in Shoji's case or Dark Shadow in Tokoyami's.

The only things that Marinette wasn't wearing at the moment were the long black gloves that came to just past the cuffs of the top and the matching red Santa hat as she had to be free to bake. She was also wearing a bright pink apron over her outfit to keep it safe and clean as she worked, Sato doing the same though he wore a green outfit.

All of the class were wearing outfits because it was fun and part of the Christmas spirit, as well as a good bonding experience for them. Well, all of them were wearing the outfit but Bakugo who was only expected to be here for the food, but Mina claimed that she had a plan for that, so Marinette left it in her hands.

All was looking great, and Marinette couldn't wait for the meal and the random gift exchange that would apparently be conducted using Sero's tape as Marinette's gift for it was a card that allowed the receiver to get a tailored outfit of his or her choosing from Marinette's personal collection of outfits. She designed clothes for men and women though rarely made them, so this was a way for Marinette to share one of her other passions with her classmates with something special while also getting to make one of her designs and seeing how it looked on a person.

As for Adrien, he was going to gift a selection of the latest games that had been released and if the winner didn't have the console he'd loan them one so that they could enjoy the games. It was going to be good; Marinette knew it.

Of course, she also had her own gift for Adrien, a personal one, and he had one for her but that would come after the meal and cleanup though as a cook Marinette didn't have to clean afterwards. That would come at the end and Mage, with Nezu's blessing and certain restrictions that he said he'd explain later, had apparently set it up but wouldn't tell them more than to be in their rooms at a certain time. He'd been busy but had done this as well as reoffer work studies to Marinette and Adrien for the new year when they resumed but Marinette didn't mind because it had been a busy time for everyone recently.

Since the end of the joint training exercise and the after party a lot had happened and as Marinette baked she recalled all that had transpired, at least that she knew of, since then. The first thing she'd been told was that Midoriya and Bakugo, due to what had happened with the former's Quirk during the 5th match, had been told the full truth of who Mage was and his past.

Apparently this was due to Fei recognizing the black tendrils he produced as a Quirk called Blackwhip that was used by a hero some 60 or so years ago. From there things had moved rapidly regarding Midoriya and his Quirk so Mage revealed the Guardians to him and Bakugo as soon as Mage had learned more about Blackwhip, the hero who once wielded it, and his associates.

What he didn't do was reveal the full truth of Adrien and Marinette or what they knew to Midoriya and Bakugo. He couldn't without their permission anyway and neither of them were ready for that with Midoriya and Bakugo especially after the other bomb that had been dropped on them by Mage, but he did tell them that the French couple knew the truth of the Guardians.

Neither boy had spoken to them about it, but they knew, and Marinette was sure that in time they'd discuss it when they could but for now there was other things to deal with and that didn't include Mage and All Might updating Adrien and Marinette on the developments with One for All. Of course, they would in training Midoriya for what was to come, and All Might had already spoken to both of them about special training sessions for Midoriya that they could help out with which both of them had instantly agreed to participate in.

The biggest of the things that they had to deal with was the sudden media training the class got from Midnight and special guest lecturer Mt. Lady after the frankly disastrous interview Bakugo had given with Todoroki a few weeks ago. It all came about because within half an hour of Bakugo and Todoroki passing their supplemental lessons they stopped a villain attack which led to several news interviews. Todoroki was calm and composed in them, but Bakugo was, well, Bakugo in them and as such was never used in footage thanks to his attitude and angry rants which all triggered their media lessons.

Those went well though as most of them quickly adapted to the lessons. Adrien was of course a natural but that was to be expected and Marinette loved watching him practice though Momo and Tsu had to hold her back when Mt. Lady pretended to flirt with Adrien. However, when it was her turn she got a bit tongue tied and clumsy much to Midnight and Mt. Lady's shock given her reputation. That was until Adrien told her to do it as Ladybug not Marinette, she was in costume at the time, so she did, and the change was drastic.

It really surprised the class and pros, but Marinette explained it afterwards as just a side effect of the way Francois Dupont did things, so she was always more comfortable with this stuff in her hero identity rather than in her civilian one. That was good way to see it and some of the others adapted to it as well as it worked for them too.

All this was going to be important because of the biggest thing that had occurred in the last few weeks and that was the tragedy in Deika City. The reports were still mixed and thankfully it wasn't as bad as Kamino Ward had been despite more damage being done due to Deika's remoteness but still the city had been attacked by villains and badly damaged, but the citizens stood up to them with minimal casualties. It created a huge debate in the media over things like Quirk use, heroes as none were in Deika at the time, and the whole post All Might life.

It was a tragedy for sure and had caused a chain reaction for the hero world and HPSC as the work studies were resumed for all hero schools but with one new addition, they were now mandatory. The moment that it was announced, Mage brought Marinette, Adrien and Momo in to give them their offers to return to the Guardian Agency, but he did recommend that Momo take an offer from a Japanese pro to get the more native experience.

Momo had agreed and while she hadn't told the rest of the class, they were likely going to discuss this during the party as a class, Momo had accepted an offer with Majestic for the second work study. Tokage from Class B would be joining her in it so it should be a good one. Mage felt that Majestic was a good fit for Momo even if he found Majestic's Quirk name a little amusing but then again the Guardian of Magic did have a right to do so when some non-magical mortal called his Quirk Magic.

Yup, things were moving quickly, and Marinette was sure that there was more at foot than what was on the surface, her years of experience and gut were telling her that, but she didn't know what it was. However, she'd not been told anything regarding it, so it was just a waiting game for her, Adrien and all their friends until the shoe eventually dropped and the learned what was really going on.

Well, if they were to wait they may as well have fun and that was what this party was about after all. With that Marinette's focus was brought back to it by the ding of the timer telling her it was time to check the oven and Marinette shifted her focus back to her baking. She was going to do everything she could to make this party a great one.

As Marinette was baking the rest of the class began to arrive in their outfits and help set up by pushing two of the small tables together, moving the sofas to form rough U around the tables, make sure that the tree was ready and take one of the taller square tables and move it to the area of the party but set it aside. The last one was important because it was where the special chocolate fondant that Momo had made the equipment for was set up with the necessary dipping items and prongs. That was the first of the things set up but not the last.

From there the class, well everyone but Bakugo who was just milling around off to the side as he waited for the food while Mina planned how to get a red Santa hat and specific hat on him, put the plates, glasses, soda, juice, and as they were made the food on the table. It was a veritable buffet of items with chicken legs, stuffing balls, a pizza of all things, a creamy stew, vegitables and dip, and the like.

However, Marinette had insisted on the main dish being turkey, the traditional western Christmas dish, and Momo had decided to acquire two of them with the first of them being cooked in the French style by Sato under Marinette's instructions with a chestnut stuffing, roasted chestnuts, potatoes, and apples which Tokoyami was eying hungrily, and gravy though no cranberry sauce as that was an American thing that Marinette didn't understand. The usual side dishes, appetizers, first course stuff, and what not were not included though there was cheese provided by Aoyama, freshly baked bread, and salad as well.

All of this was laid on the tables as Marinette finished baking the traditional Bûche de Noël, well she was baking several of them as one alone wouldn't be sufficient for the class, that looked like a wooden log but was just a rolled up Génoise cake frosted with chocolate buttercream. Naturally, Sato had been instructed on how to make one as well so he could bake it in the future while also baking his own sugar cake with strawberries to add to all the dessert options for when the time came.

All that would come as the food was laid out and everyone gathered around the tables either standing where there were no seats or sitting on the sofas and stools around the tables. That was her cue to join them, so Marinette took off her apron, grabbed her Santa hat that was made just for her, and went to join Adrien by the Christmas tree where he handed her a grenadine from the soda selection as Marinette put her unique Santa hat on.

Momo had made all of the Santa hats, as well as the whole outfits, and had added a little special bauble for each person to represent them from a musical note on Jiro's to a planet on Ochaco's, a twinkling star for Aoyama, a muffler for Ida, and so on which really added to the items. Marinette's was just a normal bauble but in a ladybug print similar to how Midoriya had a normal but spikey green one or Todoroki a special half and half one that matched his hair while Adrien's was a cat's bell that fit his hero persona perfectly. Only Toru didn't have one but that in and of itself was one in its own right given her invisibility.

Finally, once everyone was present with the last being Ida who as always went all out with a full Santa beard and even had a present sack over his shoulder, they got drinks and gathered around the table. It wasn't a moment too soon as Tsu was on the brink of holding Ochaco back from diving for the food that she was eying hungrily in front of her.

"Ok one, two, three…" Kirishima began before everyone yelled. "Merry Christmas, everyone!"

That was the start of the meal, and everyone tucked into the food and drink with enthusiasm as the party began. To begin with it was a fun, light, affair as they all chatted and ate what they wanted while enjoying each other's company. Some just sat and ate the food provided, Toru, Jiro, and Mina were instantly taken with Sato's cake and asked about it while Momo discussed animal care with Koda and the party went on. Marinette and Adrien joined them because they would have their own private party in time, so this was for the class not them.

Adrien for his part just joined Ida, Midoriya, and Todoroki in some light conversation as they ate, and he explained the turkey meal that had been made as the main dish. Turkey wasn't a dish that was common in Japan and while many knew that it was the traditional Christmas meal, so it was nice to have something more traditional for once. For Adrien it was just nice to have a Christmas with friends, the closest he'd had was that time in Paris that had resulted in them dealing with an akumatized Santa which had been great, but this just felt more natural to him, and he was loving it.

Marinette meanwhile got two of the Bûche de Noëls she'd baked and put them on the table as the main courses were running their course before going back to get two more and then the final two as she'd gone with half a dozen for the meal. It was as Marinette put the last one down and cut off part of it for herself that Tsu spoke to her.

"Marinette, what is this? Ribbit." Tsu asked as Marinette turned to find her and Ochaco eating some with enthusiasm on the sofa having already polished off plenty of main course food and moving onto Marinette's dessert. "It's delicious, which is to be expected from your baking, but I don't know what it is."

"Its so yummy." Ochaco said as she ate another bite of it. "And the way the chocolate goes with the cake is amazing. It smelled so good when you put it in the kitchen, but the taste is even better. I'm still amazed at how good your baking in Marinette."

"It's a traditional Christmas dessert in France called Bûche de Noël." Marinette said as she joined the girls on the sofa. "I bake it every year with my family back home. Usually, I make one for each of my friends and their families there but as we're all together this year in the dorm I decided to just back 6 of them for all of us to enjoy."

"Bûche de Noel?" Ochaco asked butchering the French so much that Marinette didn't hear any accent usage on the noel part.

"Yule Log in English, that may be easier to say given how we're all proficient in English." Marinette said using the English translation for Bûche de Noël as most of the class did struggle to understand the subtleties of French pronunciation whenever they tried to speak it. "I made it in the traditional style we like in France which Belgium and Switzerland also make though the history of the baking style in the cake itself is Italian but as I'm a quarter Italian on my dad's side it's a bit of an homage to that part of my heritage as well. The anglosphere, mainly Britain and America, along with the Iberian peninsula also make their own versions of it but as a proud French woman I had to go with my native style."

"Makes sense." Tsu said enjoying the food and deciding not to delve too much into Marinette's rather mixed heritage as it wasn't relevant to the conversation. "So, what is in it?"

"For simple terms it is a sponge cake that is baked in the roulade style, that is to say in a roll." Marinette explained. "I actually had to have Momo make me the special pan I needed to bake it correctly as it is a different style of baking that requires some training and specific equipment to get the hang of. Then it was just a matter of adding the chocolate buttercream icing. Usually, I'd have chopped part of it off and put it on top or used shaved chocolate to replicate bark, but I didn't have time for the fancier touches that I'd do back home with the Bûche de Noëls that we bake to sell."

"Wait so this is supposed to look like a tree log?" Ochaco asked looking at one of the Yule Logs closely before helping herself to another piece of it. "I guess it kinda does when you think about it, but the smell is so heavenly that I know it's instantly a cake."

"Correct, it is supposed to be a replica of a Yule Log." Marinette said with a nod. "It's a tradition that goes back to well before the advent of Quirks as far as I am aware of though the origins are unclear. Basically, because Europe, well at least the northern parts of it, are cold in winter, the Yule Log is the specially selected log that is burnt in the hearth as part of a winter tradition. There are other meanings to it I believe, I just know the baking replica of it."

"Ah ok." Tsu said, she could certainly get on board with a hot fire, but she was cold blooded, so she needed to be warm at all times. "It's interesting learning of the more western traditions like this, we don't have anything like this in Japan, but it is fun to enjoy them as well."

"I was just a little surprised at how big Christmas is here." Marinette admitted. "What with Japan not being a Christian nation and all but it is also secular and commercial holiday to many and one that is so strong it survived the advent so I shouldn't be surprised."

"We are aware of the religious significance of it." Ochaco said. "Shiozaki in Class B is apparently making their party more in line with it but for us it's about fun. You, Agreste and Aoyama aren't the most observant we've noticed so it's not necessary to have all the religious stuff here."

"No, I've certainly done the more religious stuff growing up as France is a Catholic country though much more secular these days." Marinette said. "And I've never really been the religious sort, so this is just fine with me. A nice nativity scene is always fun but it's not relevant to this party."

"Ribbit, that's good." Tsu said as she finished her food and put it down. "It's nice to have this fun and food though working all this off is going to be a nightmare."

"A cheat day is nice for sure." Marinette said though she at least had the excuse that using Lucky Charm burnt so much energy that she actually had to eat a lot to maintain her stamina levels, something that didn't go unnoticed by the other girls who just gave her a knowing and envious look. "And soon we will be right back on the grind."

"That's right." Kirishima said loudly, he'd not been part of the conversation with anyone as he'd been eating a lot but hearing Marinette's words he remembered something and was naturally loud about it. "Work Studies are back in action; I'm so pumped for them. We must be the busiest first years in U.A. history but I can't wait to get back to Fat Gum's agency and Tetsutetsu is joining me there this time around so it's going to be even more of a blast than before."

"So does that mean that you three are going back to your respective work studies from before?" Jiro asked as she sat next to Ochaco on the sofa. "Ryukyu and the Guardian Agency, right?"

"Yup Tsu and I are heading back there as soon as they resume." Ochaco said with a nod. "Ryukyu made the offer as soon as she was allowed to."

"Adrien and I will be returning to the Guardian Agency as well." Marinette confirmed. "Similarly, Mage made the offer the moment he could."

"I won't be however though I did get a return off." Momo said as she joined them but didn't sit down while Mineta took a picture that had to have some perverted meaning behind it but as there was no way it could be anything inappropriate they ignored him for the moment. "Mage suggested I take an offer from a Japanese one, so Tokage and I are joining Majestic and his agency. What about you Kyoka?"

"Oh, I'm going to be working for Gang Orca with Shoji." Jiro said as she helped herself to a piece of Yule Log. "So, it should be fun and he's an expert on sonic attacks so I will learn a lot from him."

"A clever decision." Marinette said. "Wisely made."

"Midoriya, what about you, what are your work study plans?" Ida asked through his thick Santa beard as the whole class began to gather around to discuss their work studies. "I've already committed to Manual's agency in Hosu, got a lot to make up for there so I owe it to him as a matter of honor. Are you going back to the Nighteye Agency like the others from the first work studies, other than Yaoyorozu that is."

"Yeah, isn't Centipeder the one in charge there now?" Kirishima asked. "Be cool to work with him again, he seemed on top of things back in the raid, so I bet he's a good agency boss."

"I thought so too but it turns out that they can't take me on." Izuku said with a slight dejected note to his voice. "Apparently Sir Nighteye was ruthlessly efficient with paperwork and always got it done but Centipeder and Bubble Girl are struggling to match that efficiency, so they don't have the time for me to work there. I did do my internship with Gran Torino but he's also busy, so I currently don't have a work study."

"That sucks." Adrien said. "Surely you have options though, you were instrumental in rescuing Eri."

"There is because unlike last time when they were optional, this time they are mandatory." Izuku said smiling as Todoroki got an idea and Mina tried to sneak up on Bakugo who was off to the side as always. "So, I'm sure that the school will find a place for me somewhere."

"Still, it's gotta be annoying being stuck in limbo like that." Kirishima said as Bakugo turned to Mina who was trying to play her actions cool and not an attempt to put a jacket on Bakugo which did get Kirishima's attention, so he turned to his friend and called out to him. "You going back to Best Jeanist Bakugo?"

"Huh?" Bakugo roared turning to Kirishima which gave Kaminari the opportunity to rush past and put the hat made for Bakugo on his head as he thought about the recent new of Denim Head's disappearance which put a damper in his plans as the man had made him a work study offer for when he got his provisional license albeit while he had Bakugo tied up in his fabric and was styling his hair while ranting about the importance of a hero name which did get to Bakugo, and he was waiting until he saw the number 3 pro again to tell him what his name would be. "I haven't decided yet."

"But you had a ton of people scouting you after the Sports Festival seeing as you came in first." Kirishima pointed out as Bakugo took his hat off. "You could go anywhere you want to after that."

"Yeah well I'm not interested in learning from some second-tier wannabe that only scouted me because I won that bullshit final." Bakugo said as Todoroki thought on what his friend, well he considered Bakugo a friend even if Bakugo didn't consider him one, was saying as Mina suddenly leapt behind him with the jacket open causing Bakugo to swiftly turn to her. "You touch me with that and I'll explode you into next week racoon eyes!"

"Come on give into the peer pressure like everyone else did." Mina pleaded. "Where's your festive spirit? This is Christmas, stop being a grinch Bakugo."

"Hard time to do work studies." Todoroki muttered though no one really understood what he was going on about.

"This is supposed to be a party guys." Mineta suddenly exclaimed slamming his hands on the table. "This is like the only time off before we are super busy with school and works studies so stop discussing school stuff and more with the holly jolly though I still say that the girls Santa outfits could have been…"

"Don't say another word Mineta." Marinette said her tone dangerously low as she held her hand out and pink sparkles appeared in the air above it showing that she'd activated Lucky Charm but that she was actively holding off on her goal to prevent an item from appearing, a little training to see how she could develop her Quirk more for situations like this for which Mineta was a great guinea pig. "I haven't decided how I want to shut you up yet, don't test me because you know as well as anyone how random my Quirk can be when I set my goal but trust me it will be as painful as it will be festive. Don't push me perv."

"Now, now, I know it might sound weird, but Mineta does have a point." Sato said joining them with the second turkey he'd been making, this one in a more American style that got everyone's attention and diffused the situation. "Let's dig into some more food."

Everyone cheered at that, and Marinette aborted her goal so as to end the sparkles and Mineta breathed a sigh of relief at not experiencing whatever might have been created by the strongest girl in their class. He really needed to learn to keep his views quiet when Dupain-Cheng was around, she still terrified him, but it was so hard not to be himself around all the pretty ladies in his class. Thankfully, any other incidents were curtailed by the door to the dorm opening which got all of their attention.

"Sorry we're late, have you started the party already?" Mr. Aizawa asked as he walked in, and they all looked at the door. "It took a moment for her to get ready."

As he opened the door he walked in with Eri who by now was more comfortable around this class thanks to Midoriya's help and recent words of encouragement from him, as well as how almost the entire class treated her like their little sister. However, that's not what got them, no it was the fact that Eri was in a small, age appropriate, and utterly adorable red Santa outfit with a standard Santa hat on her head with a slightly puzzled expression on her face that only added to everything.

"I'm supposed to say…" Eri begin blushing a little and then looked to Mr. Aizawa. "Trick or treat?"

"Not quite, wrong holiday." Mr. Aizawa said gently as he kneeled down next to her. "That's Halloween which was two months ago so not too far off at least."

"Eri Clause!" Ochaco exclaimed as the various members of the hideout raid team came over to her, Ochaco falling over and sliding on her chest on the ground as she did.

"That looks great on you." Izuku said smiling.

"Really a good fit and style." Marinette said as she knelt down to be on Eri's level and smiled at the young girl. "Red is definitely your color."

"In sickness and in health." Eri said in response to them throwing rice out which confused them a bit mainly because they had no idea how she got the rice as she walked towards them.

"No, you're even further away now Eri." Aizawa said patiently from behind her.

"Is Togata coming?" Kirishima asked. "He's always the life of the party even if his jokes are terrible."

"I'm afraid he'll be celebrating with his own class tonight so it's just us." Aizawa said shaking his head before looking at Eri. "Now enjoy yourself Eri, go on and have fun."

"Ok." Eri said with a smile as she walked up to Ochaco and Marinette and reached into a pocket on her coat to pull out some beautifully painted eggs. "Here, take these eggs that I painted."

"OMG, so cute!" Ochaco squealed as she took them.

"That's easter Eri, which I am really surprised to see here as it's not as secularized as Christmas is but thank you." Marinette said with a smile taking one of the eggs from Eri as well. "They are well done for sure."

"Are you thirsty Eri?" Mina asked. "Would you like a drink?"

"Please." Eri said politely with a cute little smile on her face as the class brought her to the party where she became the center of it.

From there the party really kicked off as Jiro brought out a guitar and they all found a new level with Eri around. Izuku did note to Aizawa that she looked happy but that her horn, where her power was based and apparently stockpiled, the latter bit they'd learned when Monoma tried to copy it but couldn't because it required stockpiled energy that he couldn't copy, was based.

Aizawa showed a little concern at that, but he did note that she was still positive and had taken Izuku's words to heart which was good. Izuku smiled at that before joining in with the others as the party took off again with even Bakugo now at least wearing the hat and jacket as Sato for some reason fed him a turkey leg.

For the rest of the evening, they enjoyed the party, ate way too much food, listened to music, tried to sing some Christmas carols that Ida failed at conducting, and in general had a great time. Eri really liked the roasted apples and the desserts and thanked both Marinette and Sato for them as they smiled at her. It was a great evening and to cap it all off was the random present exchange.

In it, everyone in the class put their boxed or wrapped presents into the center of the room, including Eri who'd put something there as well, and Sero attached tape to the boxes or cards like Marinette's gift for the random draw. Well, most were boxes as Tokoyami's gift was a large, wrapped, sword that startled a few people and looked like it should belong in some strange anime as it couldn't be very practical in the real world. Then they all pulled, or in Bakugo's case walked away with the tape around his ankle, the tape to see what they got.

The presents flew everywhere and soon they had their items. Bakugo looked confused at the spare pair of Ida's glasses that he'd gotten, Jiro loved the large poncho thing that likely came from Shoji given the design of it, Sero got a frog mirror that clearly came from Tsu, Mineta in a twist of beautify karma got an ornately framed picture of Aoyama that was twinkling of its own accord, Mina a dumbbell that had to come from Kirishima, and Ida was startled at the gold bars he had that had to come from Momo.

However, it was Kaminari who got Marinette's gift which he was really pleased with though a knowing glare from her made it clear he was to behave himself during the tailoring or else he'd experience her strength again while Adrien got the basketball that Kaminari had put in the pile. Marinette for her part got a collection of CDs with a wide range of music on them that had to be from Jiro while the rest got a mix of things.

The most amusing ones though were how fate, for how could it not be her doing, had ensured that Izuku got a bag of sticky mochi, Ochaco's favorite food, while Ochaco got an All Might charm thing that had to be Izuku's gift. Both blushed furiously at getting them but Marinette just smiled at it, fate was telling them something and hopefully in time Ochaco at least could confess her love to him but only when she was ready.

Naturally, fate wasn't done with messing with them because the person to get the sword just had to be Eri. She of course was thrilled with it, it was her first ever present though that night she'd get many more from most of the teachers as she slept peacefully in her specially protected bed while the teachers in Santa and other Christmas outfits, naturally Midnight's being super inappropriate, tried to leave her the gifts and fend off the lasers that were trying to kill them in the process. That was later and not relevant to the class, but it was clear to all of them how happy Eri was with her sword.

The rest of the party was just as fun, and they all wished it could happen again next year as they didn't know what was on the horizon for them. Alas that was to come but before then they did have to do their work studies and the night ended as they were cleaning with Todoroki noting that because Izuku and Bakugo didn't have any solid offer yet that they should join him and do a work study with Endeavor, the number one hero. That got the whole class's attention as both boys instantly considered Todoroki's offer.

Yup, things were definitely moving fast, and Marinette and Adrien were looking forward to the next semester not realizing what was in store for them and the whole nation at the end. Before that though they had to have their own special private Christmas and as the night ended, the common room was tidied up, and they retired to their own rooms to get their special gifts for each other the time neared. They waited in their respective rooms for the hour to tick over and then, at the stroke of midnight into Boxing Day, they vanished from their rooms for their own private celebration.

I think I'll end this chapter here, a nice little cliffhanger to set up the next short chapter to come which will of course be a Miraculous duo chapter that will be just what they needed as well as other things that are to come in it when it comes out next week. There really isn't much else to say here, this is a fun, straightforward, Christmas chapter that is part of the general transition arc we are on as we head into the up coming Endeavor Agency arc though of course that arc will focus on Marinette and Adrien's second work study rather than the Endeavor work study. That is all I have for y'all however so I will leave this chapter off here. As always, if you like it or have any questions please let me know in reviews or PMs, I will try to answer them as best I could and post any questions asked between uploads at the start of the next chapter and do follow and favorite this, so you are alerted to future uploads. Do keep the reviews coming as I like hearing from y'all as you enjoy my work, it motivates me to keep producing the best work I can for y'all to enjoy. Until next time.
