Alone in the vast forest, Harry stood, taking a moment to check himself. He didn't feel any lingering pain; in fact, he felt better than ever. His revitalized state could be attributed to the [Healthy body] he had received, undoing years of abuse and malnourishment.

He marveled at the newfound energy coursing through him, a stark contrast to his usual weariness. Each breath felt like a sweet gulp of fresh air—invigorating and cleansing. Feeling more alive than ever, Harry couldn't help but smile, grateful for the miraculous transformation that had occurred within him. In the midst of the serene forest, he found solace in the profound sense of well-being that now enveloped him.

He was wearing clothes that he didn't recognize. He had black pants, a white shirt, and a black vest. He also got green cloth wrapped around his belt. He looked like a simple villager. Only after a moment did he notice that he wasn't wearing his glasses and yet could see everything clearly.

With a renewed sense of purpose, he ventured further into the woods, eager to embrace this second chance at life.

The first thing he needed to find was shelter; thanks to the Aguamenti spell, he didn't have to worry about water. When it comes to food, he may hunt some animals down; surely, in this vast forest, there are plenty of them.

As he looked around, all he could see were trees. Each one was at least 1 meter thick and tall enough to make him raise his head to see their tops.

Harry tried to listen around him for any interesting sound; the only thing that he heard was wind and the cry of beasts in the distance. Of course, there were monsters in this new world. He checked himself for his wand, just in case. The only thing that was on him was his vault card from Lady Magic.

Cursing himself, he tried to cast magic without a wand, even if he had never managed to do this before. To his shock, a stunner easily flew towards the tree that he aimed at.

Smiling at his new ability, he continued his journey deeper into the forest, much more sure of himself. But just in case, he tried to summon his [All Purpose Farming Tool]. It came to his hand in bright light in the form of a hoe.

He tried to imagine it in another form, more formidable to fight like a sword. But the artifact didn't change. Harry realized, with disappointment, that he could only use forms that were connected with farming.

The closest forms that could help him in combat were the ax, knife, and scythe. But to his shock, while trying to change it on his whim into the spear, it succeeded.

The spear looked normal; just a long wooden shaft ended with a pointed head made out of metal. It lacked any decorations. But yet he could feel it more powerful than its other forms.

He tried using magic through it, imagining it like the staff of legends. When he pointed its tip in the direction of the nearby tree and cast a stunner, he got a different result than without his wand.

Without his wand, his stunner simply hit the tree and dispersed, not leaving a mark in its bark. But now, while casting with his new weapon, the stunner went straight through the tree, almost like a piercer.

Harry watched, shocked for a few moments, a hole in the tree that he created. He is already making plans to train himself to not overpower magic with his spear.

Taking a deep breath, he continued his journey, hoping to find somewhere he could settle before the sunset.

—-xXx—-

After what felt like a few hours, Harry stumbled onto the largest tree as of yet.

His trip was thankfully without any major difficulties; only once was he attacked by a small white rabbit that had large fangs coming out of its mouth.

For such a small animal, it was much quicker than anything that he encountered in his previous years. Luckily, Harry's years of playing as a seeker gave him an upper hand with his fast reaction, and he quickly ended the thread with one thrust of his spear when the rabbit was in mid-air.

So at the very least, he won't go to sleep hungry today. And now he was standing with his prey secured in his left hand before the place that he would call home.

The tree was truly magnificent, with a trunk that measured 10 meters wide. It stood tall, easily towering over its smaller counterparts, while its upper branches spread proudly. The leaves rustled in the gentle breeze, casting dappled shadows on the ground below.

Harry chose this tree as his new home. Changing his tool, he began his work slowly, creating a small room inside the tree's trunk. In only five minutes, he had a shelter that was four meters square inside and tall by two meters.

Using his magic, he transfigured some leftovers into basic furniture and dishes. He went outside and prepared a small campfire to cook himself dinner. He had some difficulties skinning the rabbit but somewhat managed to do it.

As night finally came, Harry was enjoying his simple meal while watching two moons in the sky, already planning the next day in his head. Before he goes to sleep, he will cast a small notice-me-not charm on his shelter, so he won't be attacked while sleeping.

—-xXx—-

Harry started the new day feeling refreshed. Following his morning routine and a quick breakfast made from the remaining rabbit meat, he began his work by digging a well. He knew his fields would require water, and he preferred not to rely solely on magic. So he started to dig in a diagonal direction.

His thoughts went to his loyal companion, Hedwig. It was his first morning that he spent truly without her company. But he knew that he couldn't take her with him to this new world; she wouldn't survive going through the veil.

On the morning of the day of his trial, he sent his owl to Fleur, hoping that she would take care of Hedwig. In France, it should be much safer for her than with Deatheaters in Britain. And he could trust Fleur thanks to their good friendship that blossomed after the second task.

He made sure to write a heartfelt note, asking her to watch over Hedwig. After getting to know Fleur better, he knew that under the mask of a haughty witch, she was in truth kind and compassionate, qualities that she only showed to the ones that were close to her.

The sun was rising slowly in the clear sky, casting a warm glow over the land. Harry hummed a tune as he worked, the rhythm of his shovel sinking into the soft earth punctuating the peaceful morning. He could already envision the lush crops that would soon grow in the soil surrounding his new home.

Harry noticed that while using the [All Purpose Farming Tool], he didn't get tired, thirsty, or hungry. He could probably work all day long thanks to it. The other thing that he realized was that the soil that he was digging in was incredibly hard.

He started to wonder how he would grow anything in such conditions. But I chose to ignore it for the moment; after all, trees and grass somehow managed to grow in it.

At a depth of ten meters, he finally reached the water. Thanks to the hard ground, water started to gather on the bottom, flowing from the side hole that he dug. Harry briefly wondered if it was drinkable.

He quickly came out of the well; now he had a source of water and a shelter. Harry went back to his shelter and took out of his pocket the card given to him by Lady Magic. He placed it on the wall directly before the entrance and enlarged it.

The vault doors were two meters high and made of solid steel with intricate carvings and thick bolts securing them in place. Etched along the edges were ancient symbols that glowed softly when approached, adding an air of mystery to the massive doors.

The door quickly recognized its owner and opened before him. Stepping inside, Harry took a look around. The marble floor was impeccably polished, reflecting the soft glow of the chandeliers hanging above. The walls were lined with shelves holding rare artifacts and ancient texts. As he moved further into the vault, he saw a pedestal in the center displaying a sole book.

Opening this book, he could see that it was holding information about items stored in the vault and where he could find them. Items were sorted by houses, and his eyes widened when he saw what houses there were.

He expected the houses of Potter, Black, and Peverell. But Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw were a surprise to him. Harry shook his head, ignoring this for a moment. Knowing that he would have all the time in the world to explore the treasures of the founders, he continued to search for the location of a specific item that he knew was in Black's vault.

Slowly turning pages and looking through all the items of Blacks, Harry finally found out what he was looking for. Closing the book, he began walking in the direction that the book indicated.

While he was walking, he was passing shelves holding books of all kinds, incredible jewelry proudly displayed in glass cases, and a vast array of unique trinkets catching the light with their delicate details. On the walls, there were many portraits of different people; all of them seemed to be asleep at the moment. The scents of ancient paper mixed with the aroma of polished wood, creating an atmosphere of wonder and nostalgia.

As he strolled further into the vault, he entered a part that was intended for bigger items. There were many pieces of furniture that, no doubt, were old and enchanted. To his astonishment, he even found some cars standing near the carriages; it seems one of his family members from Potter Side liked to collect them.

Finally reaching his destination, Harry stood before a place that held magical tents. There were a good number of them, some proudly displaying the family crest that they belonged to, others more simply looking like a plain tent that one would use camping in the woods.

After looking through them, the Boy Who Lived chose the one that he was going to use; it was larger on the inside than it appeared from the outside. The interior was cozy and welcoming; it was easily comparable with Griffindors's common room. There was a main room and three smaller ones that you could access. Each room has its own function—a kitchen, a bedroom, and a fully functional toilet—no doubt thanks to the magic.

Quickly packing the tent, Harry went to the vault's exit. After exiting it, the doors behind it were sealed shut. With a wave of his hand, he once more transformed it into a small card that he pocketed.

Harry then removed the furniture that he had used the previous night and put the tent down in the middle of his shelter. Bringing it back to its real size, it filled the room in the instance. Now he has more luxurious conditions to live in, and from what he could see in the kitchen—even a few spices that would make his meals more enjoyable—the stasis charm was truly a marvel.

Going back outside in the fresh air, Harry took a deep breath and summoned his tool. Now he wanted to create some kind of fence that would protect him from the animals outside, but he wasn't an expert in warding, so he couldn't do more than basic notice-me-not ones. In the future, he could study them from the books in his vault, but for now, a simple fence made out of tree trunks will need to be built.

Using an axe form of AFT (Author Note: AFT = [All Purpose Farming Tool]), he cut down a few trees; each one of them had fallen with one swing. He gathered the fallen tree trunks and arranged them in a line, creating a makeshift barrier. Harry worked efficiently, making sure each trunk was securely placed on the ground. Once the fence was ready, he took a shovel and started to dig out a small moat around the fence.

Not getting tired thanks to the usage of AFT, Harry finished his work as it was starting to get dark. He overdid it a bit, and his fence was arranged into the square with a side length of 100 meters. The large tree was in the middle of it, and for the entrance, he built a small bridge that was made out of a wooden plank that he created and could easily lower down.

He didn't have to worry about the food as he hunted a few rabbits that made their way towards him while he dug the moat. Feeling still fresh, he chose to make a few fields just before complete darkness came, using his hoe to plow them outside the fence. Choosing to maintain it inside as a residential area.

After plowing for some time, Harry suddenly realized he didn't have any seeds, leading him to scream with frustration and hold his head in his hands. For now, he chose to continue his work, thinking about all the things that he wanted to sow; maybe in his vault there would be some seeds. Hufflepuffs were known for their herbology, after all.

As Harry finished the last field, the sun rose once more. It seemed that he worked all night without noticing it, lost deep in his thoughts. Now he had a small field around his property that stretched 50 meters from the fence.

He also learned that anything that his hoe would touch would be turned into fertilizer. Thanks to a rabbit that jumped in front of him, it was cut into two pieces, with its body remaining the same and its head turning into fertilizer.

So after a quick breakfast made out of rabbit meat, which thankfully was much better than his previous meal thanks to the spices left in the kitchen, he wanted to go back into the vault to look through it in search of some seeds.

But before it, he went to check if his fence was properly secured, and to his utter surprise, there was something growing in the fields already. Perfectly lined, growing at incredible speed. Looking at AFT, he couldn't stop himself from sending his thanks to the gods that gave it to him.

The rest of the day he spent carving the statues of the God of Creation, the God of Farming, Lady Death, and Lady Magic. Wanting to properly show his gratitude for their generosity. He carved them directly from the tree trunks using the AFT. Harry found himself enjoying working with wood without using magic.

The three statues of the beings that he met were almost perfect replicas of the real ones, no doubt thanks to Harry using AFT to make them. The statue of the farming god, on the other hand, was made out solely of his imagination, shaping it into the figure of an old man holding the hoe in his hands.

The statues were placed directly before the big tree; he built a small shrine that held them inside; he remembered that wizards traditionally burned offerings for the gods in the small fire, a tradition that wasn't followed anymore in magical Britain. Harry could do that later, when he will have anything of value to give—maybe some of his first crops. Happy with his progress, he went back to his shelter to enjoy an evening meal.

—-xXx—-

Harry started the next day with new plans; he could either build a new fence around the fields that he created or start to explore the vault and learn something new. He still needed some knowledge on the wards in case of bigger animals or other magical creatures.

Protecting his crops was a priority; without them, he wouldn't have a steady supply of food. He already had a fence that separated fields from the residential area; now he needed one that would protect it from larger animals such as rabbits, boars, or bears.

The bugs and birds will surely come to plague his crops; for now, he didn't see any of them, but it was only because he just started. He didn't know how he could fight them efficiently; the only thing that came to his mind was creating a scarecrow to frighten birds.

He could go to the Hufflepuff section of the vault; their books could contain knowledge about how to deal with pests, either mundane or magical. This family was always well known for their expertise in herbology and agriculture.

He could also look for any books about farming in general; as much as he did gardening as a child, it didn't compare to real farming, and Harry knew very little about that. He was lucky with AFT being so powerful to plant seeds itself, but he cannot always count on luck.

Harry sighed. For now, after a quick breakfast, he chose to go a bit deeper into the forest, not so deep as to get lost, looking for any wild berries that he could add to his meals. He would prefer to be able to have something different to eat than just rabbit's meat.

Entering the forest, he could see the tall trees reaching up to embrace the clear blue sky above. Shafts of sunlight filtered through the dense canopy, creating a dappled pattern on the forest floor below. The air was thick with the earthy scent of damp moss and fallen leaves. As he ventured deeper into the woods, he stumbled upon a large boar.

With its thick fur, a blend of dark brown and gray, seamlessly merging with the forest shadows, the boar lifted its head to reveal gleaming tusks under the sunlight. Its small, beady eyes locked onto him as a deep rumble resonated through the trees. Slowly, he raised his hands, summoning his spear in readiness for an attack.

Harry understood that if the boar were to charge at him, he would have to evade because even if he dispatched it with one precise thrust of his spear or a piercing curse, the momentum of its massive body would still collide with him, potentially causing serious injury.

Anticipating the boar's imminent assault, Harry swiftly cast an incarcerous spell using his spear. Thick ropes materialized out of thin air, swiftly ensnaring the unsuspecting boar that made no attempt to dodge. Collapsing to the ground, the boar emitted loud whines as it struggled futilely against the bindings.

Watching the creature's unsuccessful attempts to free itself, Harry let out a sigh of relief. A final, precise casting of the piercing curse towards the boar's head ended the encounter. Having concluded his exploration in the forest for the day, Harry levitated the still-bound boar back home.

He laid his prey next to the tree, choosing to dismantle it later. For now, Harry wanted to go back into the vault to explore it further and find some things that could expand his knowledge about farming.

As he took his first step in the direction of the big tree that held his tent, he was interrupted by the loud sound of the barking dogs.

Response to reviews:

zolmos, nealrm, geddiep91, damon blade, Sandwich-kun the 3rd, TBearTech, James Birdsong, firelordeg, HawkEye75: Thank you for your kind words, and I hope that I didn't disappoint you with this new chapter!

Birdy1210: Hedwig is alive and in good care of Fleur. I was thinking of her going along with Harry, but after some consideration, I chose not to do it, as the Forest of Death is highly dangerous even to angels, so a simple owl wouldn't be able to survive for too long in there, and I didn't want to change her into a fenix. And if I were to somewhat get her into a new world so early in the story, then I would have to also think about Dobby. So for now, both Hedwig and Dobby are in the old world, and we will see if they join Harry in the future as the story progresses. Thank you for your kind words!

Lordlexx: Thank you for such a constructive comment, and I don't mind, especially since I hope such comments will allow me to grow as a writer. This is my first story written, and quite honestly, this is one of the reasons why I chose this crossover, as I thought that it would give me more freedom to write it as it will be a more slice-of-life than action-oriented story. So Harry's meeting with a god and being so close to Canon are because of my not wanting to be too diverse with a character that won't be as meaningful as some others. The idea of taking Harry out of Britain in the summer between his 4th and 5th year is because I have an idea of a side plot with Britain, so taking him from this time allows many characters of the HP world to be still alive and kicking, and thanks to Harry recalling all his debts and breaking alliances, he placed Magical Britain in a somewhat cold war that will be between the Dark and Light sides. There may be some interlude chapters that will show what is happening in Britain from various POVs. The rant about Dumbledore was a small foundation of how I want his character to be viewed for the future side plot, somewhere between manipulative bastard that some fics portray him and canon good grandfather, simple someone who wants to do good but believes too much in his own hype to ask anybody for an opinion. The gifts are pretty much there to make Harry more OP, with Deathly Hallows being somewhat basic, but the vault card is more or less all magical knowledge of Harry's old world; the only thing that's lacking is the magic of families that Harry doesn't belong to. Plus, the vault card also has a good number of other items. For example, it has a full set of quiditch equipment, as I plan for the villagers to play this game in the future. And thanks for pointing out my error with the "veil." I'm using a grammar checker, but it must have slipped through, and English isn't my first language. I hope you will enjoy the new chapter!
