Lumine soon stepped into the bustling streets of Mondstadt. Whenever she visited the City of Freedom it always brought a smile to her face.

Despite her visits to Liyue and Inazuma, Mondstadt had become like a second home to her on Teyvat, having formed strong friendships with many of the people here.

But as the wandering traveler was lost in her thoughts, she accidentally ran into a boy who was also walking the streets like she was.

"Watch it." The boy responded curtly.

Lumine was tempted to respond in the same curt tone that the boy had used, but she conceded that it was her fault due to her daydreaming.

"Sorry… I guess I was lost in my own thoughts and I didn't see you." Lumine said apologizing.

"It is fine I know… wait are you Lumine?" The boy asked having now gotten a good look at her.

Lumine soon was confused and a bit weirded out as the boy stared intensely at her.

"Um… yes?"

The boy's expression soon changed on a dime.

"Oh my Archons! It is amazing to finally meet you. Your like one of the most famous people in Mondstadt now I wager." The boy said to her eagerly.

Lumine snorted. She had been recognized a few times for her heroic deeds during the Stormterror incident in Liyue, but none of the people who recognized her were enthusiastic about it.

However as she looked at the boy and got a good look at him, she couldn't but feel like he was somehow powerful. Whether he recognized it or not, he exuded a powerful aura that nearly overwhelmed Lumine herself initially, and the indigo eyes that seemingly bored into her soul reminded her of Scaramouche in a way.

"Oh right, where are my manners? Let me introduce myself, my name is Vikram Kapoor. It is nice to meet you." Vikram said to her.

"Well, Vikram it is nice to meet you, you seem pretty familiar, do you know someone called?" Lumine asked.

"Who?"

Lumine soon shook her head saying that it didn't matter, at least yet.

"So if it isn't too much trouble, I was wondering if you would meet my girlfriend as well?" Vikram said to her as well.

Lumine was initially going to say no but something inside said to go.

"Sure why not?" Lumine said to Vikram with a confident smile.

Dawn Winery was not a place for date night for most couples. But Yumi Agaia wasn't one known to be picky.

Especially when her boyfriend was extremely loving like her was.

Speaking of her boyfriend…

"Yumi!"

Vikram soon entered the bar with Lumine in tow.

"No way. Your…" Yumi said to Lumine as she interrupted her.

"Yeah I know, call me Lumine though."

The young woman who was wearing an all-white outfit and had white hair to boot as well soon shook her hand still a little bit starstruck that she was meeting someone that she admired.

As for Lumine, the feeling was there once again. Like with Vikram, she could feel overwhelming power from Yumi as well.

It was both confusing and a little bit frightening as well.

Soon the three of them sat down.

"Soon how did you two meet?" Lumine asked as she ordered a beer.

"Well… we have been together since we were kids." Yumi revealed it to her.

Lumine chuckled, childhood lovers. If Miko got her hands on them she would have a field day planning, her next novel about them.

"So what do you two do?" Lumine asked.

"Well currently we help out at the church and assist the Knights of Favonius, Grandmaster Jean appreciates our help." Vikram said.

As a waitress soon gave Lumine her beer, she wondered if she should ask them about how strong they were but she thought that might come off as rude.

So she decided to said something else.

"Well, I think you two make for a very cute couple."

That took Vikram and Yumi by surprise, people had sort of inferred that seeing them but no one had said that out loud to them.

"O-oh thanks." Vikram said.

Soon Lumine went to the bar where Diluc was waiting to greet her.

"I see you finally met our fairy tale couple." The bar master said dryly to her.

"Yeah, I can't believe I didn't meet them beforehand when I was in Mondstadt."

Diluc soon handwaved that saying that was because they were out helping Vikram's sister, a former knight like himself on a quest given to them by Jean during the Stormterror Incident.

"So what is the story with them?" Lumine asked.

Diluc explained how Grandmaster Varka had found them in the local orphanage when they were young and personally got Yumi adopted by a local baker family and Vikram by Sita, a knight in Diluc's company at the time as her brother.

"They did typically kid stuff, though apparently they once tricked Venti into giving them money for sweets by promising to exchange it for wine as well." Diluc said.

Lumine chuckled, as she found the resourcefulness they had as kids rather charming.

"How nice… yet I can't help but like they are a part of something bigger." Lumine said.

"I agree but until we know what happened to them, it is best not to bother them about where they supposedly came from." Diluc said.

Lumine agreed and soon went to back to the table to mingle with the young couple.

However, outside Dawn Winery, a young and rather suspicious intimidating man was sitting on the roof of one of the buildings across from Dawn Winery as he looked intensely at the young couple, in particular Yumi.

He looked at her intently as the brand of the Fatui was on his neck. He didn't want to screw up this mission, for the cost of failure was high indeed.

But so was the cost of success for him as well.

He soon spoke into a mystic rune device that connected him to his underlings and spoke a simple line.

"Tell the Tsarita, that I have found her. Her… granddaughter."
