Guest: The story of MHA needed to take place over several years not like the one we got in Canon which got us one.

Phantomdanger: I agree! Though I'll make my decision if I want to spread it throughout the three years with the third having the war.

...

Leonmooky: Those are some pretty good choices and Kaiju no. 8 is my favorite villain lately and I don't know why but I feel like he would fit in this world pretty well.

Neroblaze11: Yeah I don't think I'll make Izuku take the stage most of the people protesting are just angry parents. And yeah when I cutt back to the protest and stuff I'll make it known how being hero is still a job. And agreed I'll have to really break his pride and stubborn ass, though I kinda did something this chapter with him ngl I feel Like I'll probably get backlash from it. I think it would've been pretty cool if Dabi wanted to kill Endeavour to protect his family and show the world the corruption of the world. I honestly think the Dabi revealed was perfect but it was poor timing I mean if it didn't happen in the middle of a war instead like at different time where everyone could process it and Endeavour could get serious backlash because people aren't going to say how they really feel as his needed it right now.

Yellowpikmin88: Yeah I tried to show it through this chapter I'll try to improve in writing where the kids aren't in mortal danger. I was going to have Bakugou's reveal that he bullied Izuku, I mean they way it's going to be revealed everyone is going to have a reaction to it. Though apparently Kirishima find out Bakugou bullied Izuku in the light novels or something and he didn't have the reaction you would think... Which is weird so I might have to change that. But I like the idea.

Nijstar:Agreed.

...

Guest: The big three need a spotlight on their deed to show why they are considered the real deal. The investigate aspect hero work shouldn't be overlooked so Night eye Agency with his agents can come into play.

Phantomdanger: Not to sure what you meant with the later half but I agree giving the big three spotlight, though admittedly that will be difficult and I'm not do it but I'll try.

...

Guest: Developing bonds and setting up more arcs but what month is it? I don't recall if there was any mention. The only thing I personally want is more characters from Ben 10 appearing like Rook as a older dual mentor with Mirio and Donovan knowing alongside Lucy man as a close friend of Melissa with Sludgpuppy shenanigans but Bakugou mini arc and class friendship is mode important so have fun.

Phantomdanger: I mean sure I'll introduce them probably but it will feel natural so don't expect Rook just walking through the door out of nowhere. We'll I wouldn't call it a Bakugou mini arc but okay. Mirio and Rook being dual mentors, Mirio teaches him the world of being a hero, while rook teaches him about alien and being a plumber.

Chapter 55: Target Acquired!

As Class 1-A and B proceeded through the dark hallway to the battle arena, Sero whispered to Mineta and Kaminari, "Guys, I've got some intel."

Mineta and Kaminari turned, intrigued, their laser guns at the ready. Tsubaraba walked alongside, curiosity etched on his face.

"What's up?" Mineta asked.

"Yesterday, Midoriya showed up at my room with a bloody nose and barely conscious," Sero revealed.

Kaminari shrugged. "Not exactly breaking news, dude."

Sero's grin hinted at more. "The interesting part is how he got that way. The girls dragged him to give his opinion on swimsuits."

Mineta, Kaminari, and Tsubaraba's eyes widened in unison.

"No way... He saw all the girls in..." Kaminari trailed off, drooling.

A murderous gaze settled on Izuku, who chatted obliviously with Toru.

"MIDORIYA!" Mineta, Kaminari, and Tsubaraba shouted in unison.

Izuku turned, meeting the trio's livid faces.

"You bastard!" Mineta exclaimed. "You saw all the girls in bikinis and didn't say a word?!"

Kaminari's eyes blazed. "Which one looked best? Spill the details - racks, ass, and skin!"

Tsubaraba's usually calm demeanor gave way to excitement. "We need to know, Midoriya!"

Izuku's eyes darted between the trio, sensing impending doom.

Izuku's eyes widened as memories of the girls in bikinis flooded back, and his nose suddenly gushed blood like a geyser. He frantically covered his nose with his hand, while Momo swiftly handed him tissues.

"I-I have no idea what you're talking about," Izuku stammered, blood flowing freely.

Mineta, Kaminari, and Tsubaraba erupted in unison, "YOU BASTARD! YOU'RE GUSHING BLOOD LIKE A WATERFALL! YOUR INNOCENT BRAIN CAN'T HANDLE THE MEMORIES!"

Mineta pressed on, "At least tell us who was the sexiest? Cutest?"

Izuku shot Sero a sideways glare, but the boy just offered an apologetic smile.

"Come on, Midoriya! Spill the beans!" Kaminari urged.

"How did Nejire look? Was she super hot and cute at the same time?" Mineta asked, his eyes gleaming.

"Answer that, and we'll leave you alone!" Tsubaraba added.

Izuku hesitated before admitting, "I mean... she looked pretty good in her bikini."

The girls' expressions shifted, their eyes locking onto Izuku with an unnerving intensity.

Momo's smile was a thin, mirthless curve, sending shivers down Izuku's spine. "You think she's pretty?" Her tone was laced with a subtle, unsettling sweetness.

Izuku's gaze swept the room, meeting the girl's strained, sugary smile. The smile sent shivers down his spine, and he began to sweat nervously.

Seeking support, Izuku turned to his male classmates, but they had wisely distanced themselves from the ordeal.

"W-Well, you all look pretty..." Izuku stammered, attempting to placate the girls.

Momo's frustrated expression deepened, and she let out a disapproving "Hmph!" before walking away.

Kyouka and Mina raised skeptical eyebrows, unconvinced by Izuku's response. They turned their backs on him and departed.

Yui's mask of frustration slipped, revealing her disappointment. She spun on her heel and quickened her pace, leaving Izuku bewildered.

The rest of the girls, equally unsatisfied, followed suit.

Toru remained, arms folded, tapping her foot impatiently. Her raised eyebrow conveyed her annoyance.

"D-Did I say something wrong?" Izuku asked, confusion etched on his face.

Toru's face flushed as she turned her head away, mirroring Momo's earlier response. "Hmph."

Izuku sighed, "Ah, man..." He trailed after Toru, who kept her head turned from him.

Just then, Class 1-A and 1-B gathered before the steel garage door adorned with neon stripes, ready to begin their laser tag game.

On the garage door, a message read: "Don't have Stormtrooper aim."

Shoto raised an eyebrow. "Why the Star Wars references?" he wondered aloud.

"Mh, actually, how old is he?" Shoto pondered, curious about Donnovan's age, considering Star Wars was an ancient relic of the past.

Just then, Donnovan's booming voice echoed through the area.

["Welcome, Class 1-A and 1-B!"]

Donnovan continued, ["Recently, there's been a surge in young students like yourselves aiming for the Hero Course. Though this arena is designed for thrill-seekers, students not pursuing the Hero Course are welcome to join."]

Izuku's thoughts drifted to his friends back in Aldrea, all striving to enroll in the Hero Course. "I wonder if they made it in..." he murmured to himself.

Donnovan's next words captivated Izuku's attention.

["The arena's landscape will shift instantly, thanks to Validus Tech's cutting-edge nano-tech adaptability!"]

Izuku's eyes widened, his heart racing. His cheeks flushed rosy red as he gazed at the monitor.

"V-Validus?" Izuku whispered, his voice barely audible.

Kyouka noticed Izuku's rapid heartbeat and turned to him with a perplexed expression.

Donnovan's voice continued, ["Currently, we have three terrains! The first, the Urban Jungle."]

A monitor flickered to life, displaying a bird's-eye view of the Urban Jungle's labyrinthine alleys and abandoned skyscrapers.

"Whoa, cool..." The classes exclaimed in unison, eyes shimmering with excitement.

Koji's gaze locked onto the market alleyways. "Perfect for close-range fighters like me."

Tenya nodded thoughtfully, stroking his chin. "The city square is ideal for long-range quirk users."

Donnovan announced["Next up, we have Forest Frenzy!"]

The terrain transformed into a densely foliaged forest, mesmerizing the students.

"Amazing," Momo whispered. "The arena's adaptability is unparalleled."

Setsuna and Sato shared concerned glances. "This terrain seems tough to fight in," Sato said.

Tsuyu nodded. "Unpredictable terrain can hinder some quirks."

"However..."she added, "It's perfect for stealth." Her soft croak belied her cunning strategic mind.

Monoma pointed out, "And it allows for ambushes and flanking maneuvers."

Shoto considered the limitations. "But reduced visibility will hinder long-range attacks, like mine."

[And finally! The Industrial Zone!]

The monitor revealed a vast open area with cargo containers, pipes, and industrial equipment.

Tenya's eyes lit up. "Perfect for mobility quirks like mine. The containers and pipes provide cover and barriers for strategic positioning."

Juzo cautioned, "But the exposed areas make players vulnerable to attacks."

Toru added, "And there are limited opportunities for stealth and ambushes."

Ochaco countered, "On the other hand, navigation and movement are much easier compared to Forest Frenzy."

Donnovan's voice boomed, [Attention, students! The game begins in 30 minutes. Choose your starting zone wisely, as you'll need to fight your way to the center. Your mission is simple: overcome opposing teams, reach the central zone, and defeat the Big Three. Claim victory by capturing the Grail and prove yourselves the ultimate team!]

"Wow, I'm so excited! I haven't been to laser tag in ages!" Ochako exclaimed.

As teams began selecting their tunnels, Izuku and others remained undecided.

"Ribbit! I've never played laser tag before, but it looks like a blast," Tsuyu said, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"Have you been to laser tag, Izuku?" she asked.

Izuku smiled slightly. "Yeah, I went with Ka-uh, Bakugou-and our classmates two years ago."

Bakugou's face twisted in annoyance.

"Me and Kevin actually won," Izuku continued, "though it was just the two of us against everyone else we ended up winning."

Kyouka noticed Bakugou's scowl deepen.

"I'm guessing 'Explosive Boy' was on the losing team?" Kyouka teased.

Izuku chuckled. "Yeah, he wasn't thrilled when we won.

Monoma snickered. "So, even back then, he was a sore loser?"

Bakugou growled, "Shut up, Copy Cat."

"By the way, what was Kevin's Quirk?" Kirishima asked.

Izuku turned to him.

"I mean, you don't really talk about your time in middle school," Kirishima said, "though you do mention some guy named Kevin. Kinda curious about his Quirk."

"He... Could essentially absorb energy," Izuku said, cupping his chin. "It's kinda like Monoma's Quirk, actually."

Monoma's eyes sparkled. "Mine?"

"Yeah, Kevin's Quirk allowed him to absorb other people's Quirks, draining their energy," Izuku explained. "He could also absorb stored energy from objects and materials."

The group's eyes widened in awe.

"Whoa! That's incredibly powerful!" They all exclaimed.

"A Quirk that absorbs other Quirks? That sounds ridiculously overpowered!" Kaminari said.

"Imagine being able to absorb multiple Quirks; he'd be nearly unbeatable in combat," Jirou said.

Izuku added, "But Kevin said absorbing Quirks felt too good, like a rush. It was addictive, so he rarely used it. He compared it to a drug, saying it could consume him."

Momo nodded impressed. "That takes immense self-control, denying himself such power. He'd make an incredible hero."

Izuku let out a sudden snort, prompting the glances from his classmates.

"N-No, you're right, but Kevin never wanted to be a hero."Izuku said as he shoulders shook subtly, he's eyes watered as he bit back a chuckle.

"He said, and I quote, 'Why on Earth would I want to be a dog for the HSPC? Sorry, Izuku, but I rather lick All Might's blonde balls before I wear some stupid costume.'" Izuku laughed,a warm smile that everyone couldn't help but smile along.

The girls giggled, and some of the guys smiled, captivated by Izuku's warm expression.

Tenya's gaze turned thoughtful. "Midoriya, you rarely mention your past. You're usually an open book, but your life before UA remains a mystery."

Izuku's eyes widened slightly. "H-Huh? I guess it just never comes up."

He paused, choosing his words carefully. 'Plus, I try to avoid certain topics. Some memories are...complicated.'

The garage door rattled, shaking the ground beneath their feet, and catching everyone's attention. As the door creaked open, blinding light spilled in, illuminating the arena's transformation into an Urban Jungle.

Tall, crumbling skyscrapers loomed above, their shattered windows like empty eyes. Narrow alleys and makeshift market stalls stretched out, casting long shadows. The air was thick with tension.

Bakugou's sinister grin spread wide as explosions crackled in his palm. "Time to take the lead." Itsuka cracked her knuckles, anticipation burning in her eyes.

Toru, noticing some students staring at Izuku, suddenly grasped his hand. "Shh!" she whispered, her gaze locked on the garage.

Izuku's eyes widened. "H-Huh, Toru?!"

Before anyone could react, footsteps echoed through the opening garage door, growing fainter. "Dammit, Deku!" Bakugou shouted.

Unleashing a deafening blast, Bakugou transformed himself into a human rocket, blasting into the garage. Black smoke billowed out, choking the air.

"Cough... Cough... Asshole," Kyouka choked out, before charging forward with Setsuna.

Class 1-A and 1-B followed, their footsteps echoing through the tunnel. As they emerged into the Urban Jungle, the sounds of their classmates grew fainter.

The students scattered, disappearing into the maze-like alleys. Footsteps faded, replaced by the eerie silence of the abandoned city.

"Are they gone?" Toru asked, her voice barely above a whisper, as they reappeared behind a crumbling brick wall.

Izuku nodded, his eyes scanning their surroundings. "Yeah, I think so."

The wall, obscured by overgrown vines and shattered signs, provided the perfect hiding spot. Izuku looked at Toru, curious. "Okay, why did we go invisible and hide here?"

Toru grinned mischievously. "I thought we could scout which teams entered and which direction they headed. And with your Quirk, Izuku, we've got an advantage."

Izuku's cheeks flushed at the compliment. "I-I mean, that's a bit of an exaggeration."

Toru's expression turned serious. "That's just your self-doubt talking, Izuku."

She pulled out a small tracking device. "They gave us these trackers to monitor our opponents' movements, but they don't reveal identities."

"The arena's massive, so this will help us pick off opponents strategically," The girl explained.

"I think I have an idea how we can win," Toru said as she looked at the monitor.

Izuku could see the girl had some form of plan and he smiled. "I'm all ears."

Their eyes locked, and for a moment, the air was charged with anticipation. Then, Toru's face suddenly flushed pink, her cheeks warming with a soft glow. Her lashes fluttered downward, veiling her eyes.

"Uh, Toru, you're blushing," Izuku said, surprised.

"M-Midori, you're still holding my hand," Toru whispered, her voice barely audible.

Izuku's gaze dropped to their intertwined hands, his fingers instinctively tightening around hers. He began to release her hand, but Toru quickly clasped it again.

"Don't let go," she pleaded, her eyes darting up to meet his. "For my plan to work, we need to stay in contact."

Their hands lingered together, charged with a newfound awareness. Toru's thumb brushed against Izuku's, sending a shiver down his spine.

Izuku's heart skipped a beat as he met Toru's gaze.

Everyone had been scattered throughout the urban jungle. Shoto had his arms folded while leaning on a building, Sero had been swinging on the rooftops scouting the area.

Bakugou had been with Kirishima in an alleyway, holding his laser gun with his right hand and other explosions at the ready.

Monoma was currently with a few of his classmates, on top of a building where he had a good vantage point of everyone. He had copied Shoji's Quirk and was currently scouting the area, creating an ear and eyes.

"Mh... This is a pretty good Quirk, though shame it's wasted on Class 1-A scum," Monoma said.

Shoji said with a deadpanned expression, "Uh, you know I'm right here?"

Monoma nodded nonchalantly. "I know."

Ibara bowed to her teammate. "Forgive him, for his words were guided by darkness. I'll offer prayers for Monoma's soul that it may find enlightenment and kindness."

Shoji shrugged. "It's alright."

"Though, I'm surprised that most of your classmates were okay with forming an alliance." Shoji contunied.

Monoma smirked. "That's the difference between our class. You're all about individual strength, but struggle with teamwork. Whether be Todoroki's lone-wolf tactics or Bakugou's arrogance, your class lacks cohesion."

Shoji countered, "Well, that's not entirely true."

Monoma ignored him, focusing on scouting. His borrowed senses picked up faint sounds and movements.

As Monoma scanned, his temporary ear twitched, detecting whispers in the distance. His extra eye scanned alleys, tracking hidden threats.

"Besides having an alliance to take down the strongest only makes sense," Monoma said, a sly grin spreading across his face.

"It's the smartest strategy to even the odds," Monoma added, his eyes scanning the rooftops.

Sato raised an eyebrow, his brow furrowed in concern. "But what happens when we take out the strongest?"

Class B's students smirked in unison, their faces reflecting their eagerness for a showdown. "Then it's a free-for-all, and we fight amongst ourselves!"

Monoma's gaze swept the area, his copied Quirk still active. "I can't seem to find him anywhere."

Shoji echoed, "I can't seem to either," his expression mirroring Monoma's frustration.

Kinoko, curious, asked, "Shroom, who are guys talking about?" Her eyes darted between Monoma and Shoji.

Monoma replied offhandedly, "Midoriya, obviously." He shrugged, his shoulders barely rising.

"Bakugou isn't the only one wanting a rematch with him," Monoma said, his voice low and even.

Everyone's gaze snapped to him, their eyes locking onto his. Sato's eyebrows shot up, and Koda lips curled into a subtle smile. Sen fists clenched, his arms tensing.

The timer began counting down, amplifying the tension. "10... 9... 8... 7..."

Monoma focused on scanning the area with Dupli-Arms, his temporary ear twitching as he detected faint vibrations.

"We know where Todoroki is," Monoma reported, his voice steady. "He's currently got Sero scouting the area for him. Kendo and Yaoyorozu are strategizing together."

Monoma's gaze swept the rooftops once more. "But Midoriya and Hagakure are the only ones missing."

Shoji's eyes scanned the alleys, his brow furrowed in concern.

A peculiar thwiping noise echoed through the arena, a series of sharp, elastic sounds that left everyone perplexed.

Shoji and Monoma furrowed their eyebrows in confusion, exchanging uneasy glances.

"Uh, what is that?" Mina asked from the ground, her voice laced with curiosity.

Pony shrugged beside her, equally baffled.

Ochako and Tsuyu scanned the rooftops, their eyes tracing the source of the thwiping noise.

"Is... something moving?" Ochako asked, her brow furrowed.

Kirishima with Bakugou also noticed the thwiping noise. "You hear that?"

Bakugou scoffed. "Probably just some stupid sound effects."

The countdown continued: "5... 4... 3..."

The thwiping sounds grew more frequent, weaving a mysterious pattern through the urban jungle.

Everyone exchanged confused glances, their faces reflecting growing unease.

Momo's eyes narrowed, her brow furrowed in concentration. Suddenly, her expression shifted from confusion to shock.

"Itsuka, get to cover now!" Momo exclaimed, grabbing the girl's arm.

She swiftly pulled her into an abandoned restaurant building, the windows broken and a small hole in the roof.

The hole wasn't large enough for someone to pass through, but it provided a clear view of the outside.

Momo peeked through the hole, her eyes scanning the rooftops. "Stay down, this isn't good."

"3... 2...1!" The horn blared, echoing through the urban jungle.

Testutetsu walked forward, his grin spreading wide across his face. "Let's do this, Togaru!"

Togaru's response was abruptly cut short as he was violently yanked upwards, disappearing from view with a startled yelp.

Testutetsu spun around, confusion etched on his face. "Hey! Where'd you go-"

His words trailed off as a steel-like grip wrapped around his ankles, jerking him off the ground. A calloused hand clamped over his mouth, silencing his shocked cry.

Testutetsu's eyes bulged in surprise as he felt himself lifted into the air, his legs flailing wildly.

Inside the abandoned restaurant, Itsuka whispered, "Was that Testutetsu-"

Momo swiftly raised a finger to her lips, her eyes locked on the hole in the roof. "Shh. Don't let him know we're here."

Outside, Bakugou burst out of the alleyway, his explosions propelling him forward like a human rocket. "You bunch of extras, show yourself!" he bellowed, his psychotic grin gleaming in the sunlight.

As he zigzagged through the urban streets, the sound of explosions echoed off the buildings, shaking windows and rattling doors. Kirishima struggled to keep up, panting heavily.

"C'mon, dude, hold up. We're supposed to be-"

Kirishima's words were abruptly cut short as a vice-like grip covered his mouth. His ankles were wrapped around with an iron-strong arm, and he was yanked upwards with breathtaking force, his muffled screams echoing through the air.

Bakugou spun around, confusion etched on his face. "Where did stupid hair go?"

He unleashed a barrage of explosions, the blasts rocking the ground beneath his feet as he vanished into the distance.

Meanwhile, Monoma's Dupli-Arms remained vigilant, scanning the rooftops for any sign of movement.

Shoji's eyes narrowed, his gaze sweeping the area. "Something's off."

Mina crouched behind an abandoned building, her eyes locked on Bakugou's explosive trail. Pony nestled beside her.

"Agent Pony, we need to be on high alert," Mina whispered, mimicking a spy on a mission.

Pony giggled, her ears perking up before she made a crisp salute.

Mina continued, "Mission briefing, Pont. Our target: Bakugou. Codename: Explosive Dumbass."

She kept her eye on Bakugou, aiming her laser gun as he exploded through the area, searching for Deku.

"Yes, ma'am! I'll take out Explosive Dumbass!" Pony exclaimed. "Though, shouldn't we worry about Kirishima?"

Mina didn't turn, her focus remaining on Bakugou. "Eh, Bakugou's doing his lone wolf thing. We can take him out before we have to worry about Kirishima.

Pony's brow furrowed. "Oh, I kinda feel-"

Her words were cut off as she was suddenly pulled upwards, her mouth covered. Her muffled scream echoed through the air.

Mina turned, confusion etched on her face. "Huh? You were saying something?"

Her eyes widened as she realized Pony was gone. "Hey?! Where'd you go?!"

Mina's horns twitched, and she looked up, her eyes widening further as Spidermonkey descended, wrapped in cocoon-like webs.

"Ahh!" Mina's cry was cut short as she was yanked upwards, her words muffled.

"MMPH?!" she struggled to speak.

Inside the abandoned restaurant, Momo scanned the area with binoculars.

"I knew it!" she exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper.

Momo's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed intently on the chaos outside. Beside her, Itsuka knelt on hands and knees, pouting in confusion and frustration.

"What did you know?" Itsuka asked.

Momo gestured silently toward the buildings and streets, urging Itsuka to look closer.

Itsuka's eyes scanned the landscape, and her expression transformed from puzzlement to shock. Faint, thread-like shadows crisscrossed the Urban Jungle, forming web-like patterns everywhere.

"They're...webs," Itsuka whispered, her voice trembling.

Momo nodded gravely.

Then, pointing upward, Momo directed Itsuka's attention to the areas with the most concentrated webbing. There, people hung upside down, suspended in cocoon-like webs.

Monoma and Shoji shared a stunned glance, their faces mirroring each other's shock. Shoji's eyes widened, while Monoma's signature smile faltered for a fleeting moment.

As the reality dawned on them, the others noticed it too – the battle arena city had been transformed into a gargantuan spider's hunting ground. Webs spanned across skyscrapers, their thick threads glistening as they crisscrossed the city.

Monoma strained to maintain his composure, his lips twitching. "That sly bastard..." he muttered.

Shoji's gaze darted southwest. "Look over there!" he exclaimed.

The group turned, and their collective gasp echoed through the air. Classmates hung entrapped in web-like cocoons, suspended helpless and upside down.

"That bastard's been picking us off one by one..." Monoma's voice dripped with venom.

Yui's expression remained stoic, her voice flat. "Impressive tactics."

Yanagi's gaze lingered on the webs, her tone monotone. "...Spooky."

Mina's vibrant pink hair hung limp, stuck to the sticky web entrapping her. Suspended 20 feet above the Urban Jungle's rubble-strewn streets, she struggled against the unyielding threads.

Nearby, Testutetsu grunted, straining against his own web prison. Kamakiri's eyes blazed with frustration, mirroring his trapped comrades. Kirishima wrestled through the entangling threads.

Pony, ensnared in a web-like cocoon, sensed a nearly imperceptible tremor. The webs seemed to vibrate, as if a single strand was being carefully manipulated.

The five students exchanged worried glances, their faces widening in unison.

A silken thread extended from above, hovering precariously above them.

Pony's sensitive hearing picked up the subtle movements. She craned her neck, scanning the area, but saw nothing. Alarm fueled her struggles.

"S-Something's coming, guys!" Pony warned, her voice laced with panic.

Suddenly, a glowing red dot materialized, aiming squarely at them. The group's eyes locked onto the ominous target.

"What the—?" Kamakiri growled.

"The hell is that?" Testutetsu snarled.

Mina's eyes darted wildly, seeking escape.

Kirishima tensed, bracing for impact.

Pony's struggles intensified, desperation etched on her face.

"Okay, screw this!" Kamakiri exclaimed, unleashing razor-sharp blades from his arms. The blades sliced through the webs entrapping him, strands whipping wildly as he began his descent.

Mina mirrored his determination. With a swift motion, she coated her hands in acid, burning through the webs like a hot knife through butter. The cocoon encasing her melted away, and she dropped down, free.

Kirishima hardened his body, shielding himself from the webs' sticky grasp. "Ashido!" he shouted.

Testutetsu followed, his voice firm. "Kamakiri!"

Mina swiftly responded, tossing a glob of acid that melted through Testutetsu's cocoon. The corrosive liquid gave him the strength to tear through the remaining webs.

Kamakiri sliced through his own web strings, sparks flying as the blades scratched against Kirishima's steel-hardened body.

Pony launched a controlled horn, tearing through the webs as she plummeted down. She struck a victorious pose, but her triumph was short-lived. A sickening thud echoed as she landed on a sticky web.

The group shared a moment of relief – until Toru's voice pierced the air.

"Say cheese!"

Their eyes widened as they realized their predicament. Toru had shot each of them in the chest with a laser tag vest, triggering a beeping sound.

"Dammit!" Kamakiri exclaimed, swiftly creating blades to cut through his webs. He then sliced through Testutetsu's bindings.

As they fell, Testutetsu wrapped his steel-hardened body around Kamakiri, shielding him from the impact.

The ground shook beneath them as Testutetsu crashed down, his steel body absorbing the shock. The pavement cracked and crunched, echoing through the air. The force of the impact sent tremors through the surrounding webs.

Mina melted through her bindings and hopped onto Pony's back as she launched a horn, allowing them to float over the web-like trap.

Kirishima wasn't as fortunate, crashing into the ground after freeing himself.

"Crud, Izuku took one point!" Pony exclaimed.

"That's so unfair, Toru!" Mina protested, waving her arms in frustration.

"Sorry, Mina..." Toru's voice trailed off, but her apology was met with confusion.

"Where are you, Toru?" Mina asked, scanning the area.

There was no sign of Toru or Spidermonkey. Only faint monkey noises echoed through the air, indicating their presence.

Tsuyu launched herself into the air, her tongue snapping out towards the source of Toru's voice. Spidermonkey, with Toru on his back, dodged the attack by a hair's breadth.

Spidermonkey grasped a nearby web string, while Tsuyu landed on another. She felt the slightest tremor, betraying Spidermonkey's invisible presence.

"_Kero_", Tsuyu muttered, impressed. "Izuku's web setup is impressive, covering the entire arena."

Spidermonkey's voice seemed to come from nowhere, "Eeh, thanks."

Tsuyu aimed her laser tag gun, firing at the sound. But Spidermonkey had already moved, leaving the web string weightless.

A red beam streaked towards Tsuyu's vest, forcing her to jump away.

"Thanks should go to Toru, too," Spidermonkey's voice echoed, now from a different location. "Her plan was to take down people quickly."

Tsuyu's instincts screamed warning as something hurtled towards her. She backflipped away, narrowly avoiding the attack.

With lightning-fast reflexes, Tsuyu launched her tongue, searching for a target. It wrapped around an arm.

"Caught ya!" Tsuyu exclaimed, her grip tightening around Spidermonkey's invisible arm. "Ochako nwoh!" Tsuyu said

"Midoriya, look up!" Toru warned.

Spidermonkey glanced up to see Ochako aiming her gun at them. She fired, but only grazed his shoulder.

"I can't see them!" Ochako exclaimed, frustration etched in her voice. "I'm not sure where Toru and Dekiru's vests are!"

Toru chuckled. "Hehe, guess Midori and I make a great team."

Spidermonkey suddenly felt a stabbing pain in his head. He winced, then swiftly pulled Tsuyu into a hug, utilizing her tongue's grip on his arm to his advantage.

As Tsuyu's body pressed against Spidermonkey's, her heart raced. Her face flushed, and her skin felt scorching hot. The sudden closeness sent shivers down her spine.

The warmth spreading through her chest made her grip on his arm relax. Her thoughts grew hazy, and for a moment, she forgot about the game.

Seizing the opportunity, Spidermonkey freed himself and leapt onto a nearby web string.

Tsuyu blinked, surprised by the sudden release. Her dazed expression and fluttering heartbeat left her vulnerable.

Aoyama took advantage, aiming his gun and shooting Tsuyu's vest. A beep echoed through the air

"Oh no, Tsu, you lost a point!" Ochako exclaimed.

Tsuyu's eyes widened, and she leapt into the air, grasping onto the web as if seeking refuge.

Aoyama sneered, "Merci, Tsu. Your carelessness is making it too easy for me."

Mina, perched above, twitched her eye in annoyance. She swiftly took revenge, shooting Aoyama from behind.

"AAAH!" Aoyama shrieked.

Mina stuck out her tongue. "Next time, before showboating, make sure you're not an easy target."

Ochako approached Tsuyu, concern etched on her face. "Are you okay, Tsu? You seem to have lost focus."

Tsuyu's face turned a deep rosy red. Her eyes darted around, avoiding eye contact.

"S-Sorry... ribbit... I-I just lost focus..." Tsuyu stammered, her voice barely above a whisper.

Her chest still heaved from the sudden encounter with Spidermonkey. Her thoughts remained jumbled, and her usually calm demeanor was replaced by flustered confusion.

Tsuyu's fingers tightened around the web, her knuckles whitening. She took a deep breath, attempting to compose herself.

"I need to focus," Tsuyu whispered, taking slow, steady breaths to calm her racing heart.

Spidermonkey, still invisible, asked Toru, "Mh? Do you think Tsu's okay?"

Toru, sensing Tsuyu's flustered state, waved it off. "Eh, she's fine."

Just then, Spidermonkey dodged a barrage of scale-like projectiles, backflipping and grasping a web string.

"Dammit, almost had him!" Rin exclaimed, frustration etched in her voice.

Aoyama shook off his lost point. "Sorry, mon ami!" Before thrusting forward, unleashing a powerful beam from his belly.

The beam blasted into the wall, sending shards flying. Spidermonkey, caught off guard, sweatdropped. "Uh... Where is he shooting?"

His senses screamed warning as Aoyama launched another sparkling beam. Spidermonkey dodged by a hair's breadth, his heart racing.

The navel laser's brief illumination revealed Spidermonkey and Toru's outline, making them vulnerable.

Ochako seized the opportunity, aiming precisely before shooting Spidermonkey's vest. The beep echoed through the air, signaling his elimination.

Ochako triumphantly threw her hands up in the air, basking in victory after hitting Spidermonkey's vest.

Her celebration was short-lived. A web string whizzed past her head, and her eyes widened as she realized Dekiru was closing in.

"Ahh! Release!" Ochako shouted, tapping her fingertips together. The effects of Zero Gravity wore off, and gravity reclaimed her. She plummeted towards the ground.

Just in time, Tsuyu's swift tongue wrapped around Ochako's wrist, halting her fall. With a fluid motion, Tsuyu launched Ochako back into the air.

"We almost had her!" Spidermonkey exclaimed, wincing as he lost one life.

Spidermonkey's gaze darted around, reassessing the battlefield.

Suddenly, his senses screamed warning. The air seemed to chill, and the atmosphere shifted. With incredible agility, Spidermonkey sprang off the web string.

In an instant, his intricate web trap, spanning the city, froze. The usually flexible strands stiffened, gleaming with frosty crystallization.

Tsuyu's eyelids drooped, and her grip on Ochako's wrist faltered. Spidermonkey reacted swiftly, launching himself downward and shooting a web string that snagged both girls, pulling them to safety on a nearby rooftop.

Just in time. A colossal cold wave surged through the street, forcing students to scramble for cover. Icy shards ripped through the air, threatening to freeze anyone in its path.

Tenya sprinted at full speed, grabbing his partner and yanking them to safety mere inches from the wave's deadly edge.

Bakugou, anticipating the cold wave, unleashed a barrage of explosions that detonated mere feet from the icy onslaught, neutralizing its impact.

Kirishima, Testutestu, Kamakiri, Aoyama, and Ren narrowly evaded the wave's frosty grasp. But their reprieve was short-lived, as vest alerts and swooshing sounds signaled an attacker.

Sero flashed a cocky grin, boasting, "That's 50 points!" He blew on the barrel of his Capture Gun, a flourish before firing tape from his elbow. The sticky strands sliced through the air, targeting Ashido and Pony, perched on Pony's horns.

The duo dodged with split-second timing, avoiding the tape's snaring grasp. Mina seized the initiative, grabbing the tape and using it to pull Sero within striking distance. Her fist cocked back, then landed squarely on Sero's jaw, sending him stumbling.

"Pony!" Mina shouted, her voice piercing the air.

The horned girl was already aiming, poised to strike. Sero's vest beeped, signaling he'd been hit and lost a point. "Crap!" he cursed, launching another tape to pull himself away from Mina.

Spidermonkey's danger sense screamed warning. "Mina! Pony! Look out!" he shouted, his voice laced with urgency.

The girls exchanged confused glances before the ground trembled beneath their feet. A colossal glacier erupted, separating them from Sero.

Footsteps echoed, heavy and deliberate. The air grew colder, visible breath misting in front of each student's face.

Atop the glacier, Shoto stood tall, his laser gun mounted on his shoulder. A misty breath escaped his lips before he ignited his left side in a blaze of flames.

"I can bring warmth..." Shoto began, his voice low and menacing.

"...or I can bring you cold," he finished, his gaze icy.

...

"Man, how does he always pull off these epic entrances?" Spidermonkey asked, eyeing Shoto's fiery display.

"Yeah, it's kinda hot," Toru said nonchalantly, her gaze fixed on Shoto.

Spidermonkey's expression faltered, a flicker of unease crossing his face. "Eh, it's not that cool anyways..." he trailed off.

Toru's eyes snapped back to Spidermonkey, her brow furrowed in curiosity. "Wait, Midori... Are you jealous?" she asked, her voice laced with excitement.

Spidermonkey's face flushed. "N-No, of course not! I just don't get why that's considered 'hot.'' He's just being himself, after all, and that's whatever I guess..."

Toru's heart skipped a beat as she processed Spidermonkey's reaction. She couldn't believe it - the boy she had a massive crush on was actually jealous. Her chest fluttered with excitement, her pulse racing at the thought.

Toru's face lit up with a soft blush, her eyes sparkling with delight. "You are, aren't you? You're totally jealous!" she exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper.

Spidermonkey's denial came swiftly. "N-No, I'm not!"

Just then, a wave of flames erupted from Todoroki's direction, illuminating Spidermonkey and Toru's figures. Shoto's gaze locked onto them, his eyes narrowing.

"Toru, I don't mean to sound harsh, but we should keep quiet so we aren't targeted," Spidermonkey whispered urgently, his cheeks flushing.

Toru nodded, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Alright." She leaned in, her lips brushing against Spidermonkey's cheek in a gentle kiss. "Don't worry, you're still hotter."

Spidermonkey's face turned beet red. "I mean, yeah, obviously Heatblast is physically at a higher temperature than—"

Toru cut him off, laughing. "Don't bring logic into this, silly!"

Spidermonkey sprang into action, launching a web string toward Todoroki. The sticky thread struck true, adhering to the teen's chest. With a swift tug, Spidermonkey pulled himself toward Todoroki.

Todoroki grasped the web string, his icy powers freezing it solid. But Spidermonkey was relentless. He burst into view, fist cocked back, and landed a solid punch on Todoroki's jaw.

Todoroki retaliated, igniting his left side in a blaze of flames. Spidermonkey leapt back, dodging the inferno.

As the flames died down, Todoroki's confusion deepened. "You're smiling... why?"

His answer came swiftly. Todoroki's chest beeped, signaling he'd been hit. He spun around, eyes widening, to find Toru giving him a cheeky peace sign and sticking out her tongue.

Shoto's expression transformed, a genuine smile spreading across his face. For a moment, he forgot about the battle, forgot about being a hero-in-training. Where he wasn't the son of Endeavor.

He couldn't recall the last time he'd engaged in a carefree game with others, where he could simply be a teenager

His heart swelled with a warm, fuzzy feeling, a sense of belonging he rarely experienced. In this moment, surrounded by classmates who didn't judge him, Shoto felt... normal.

The smile lingered, a rare sight on his typically stoic face, as he refocused on the game.

"Hey Midori!" Mina shouted.

Mina leapt off Pony's horn, her feet secreting a trail of corrosive acid as she slid across the icy surface with incredible speed. Her gaze locked onto Spidermonkey, vengeance burning in her eyes.

"This is for shooting me!" Mina shouted, aiming her gun at Spidermonkey's vest.

Spidermonkey reacted swiftly, firing a web from his tail that stuck to Mina's arm. With a sharp tug, he yanked the gun from her grasp.

Mina's eyes widened in surprise, but she recovered instantly. Her feet secreted more acid, propelling her forward at breakneck speeds.

Todoroki, lost in thought, remained oblivious to the approaching danger. Mina seized the opportunity, snatching his gun and training it on Spidermonkey.

She squeezed the trigger, but Spidermonkey dodged with incredible agility. Mina fired repeatedly, trying to hit his vest, but Spidermonkey evaded each shot.

Undeterred, Mina hurled a glob of acid that Spidermonkey barely dodged. A second glob followed, striking his gun and sending it sizzling and burning. Spidermonkey swiftly discarded the damaged weapon.

Mina closed the distance, her movements a blur. She pinned Spidermonkey, her gun pressed against his chest.

Mina's eyes sparkled with mischief as she leaned in, her gun pressed against Spidermonkey's chest. "Having you pinned under me like this is kinda... a bit of a turn on." she whispered, her voice husky.

Spidermonkey's face flushed deep crimson, but before Mina could pull the trigger, an invisible force kicked her squarely in the chest.

Mina stumbled back, gasping. Suddenly, Toru materialized beside Spidermonkey, her expression deadpan.

"Can you please refrain from making sexual innuendos toward Izuku?" Toru asked, her tone flat.

Spidermonkey scrambled to his feet, still blushing. "Yeah, I'm fine," he assured Toru.

Just then, the sound of explosions and footsteps echoed through the air. The trio turned to see their classmates scaling the ice glacier, chaos erupting as they clashed.

Bakugou's explosions rocked the ice, sending shards flying. Kirishima's Hardening-enhanced fists crushed the glacier's edge, creating handholds for others to climb.

Spidermonkey's eyes widened before he swiftly touched the Omnitrix's dial. In a flash of green light, he transformed back into Izuku.

Izuku's fingers flew across the Omnitrix's interface, his mind racing. "Come on, I need something good!" he muttered, desperation creeping into his voice.

The Omnitrix's dial spun, clicking through various alien forms before landing on Heatblast. "Time to turn up the heat," Izuku whispered, poised to activate the transformation.

Just as his fingers were about to slam down, his danger sense screamed warning. Ren's razor-sharp scales hurtled toward him, barely missing as Izuku dodged to the side.

A navy-blue laser beam whizzed past his ear, singeing the air. Izuku's heart skipped a beat before he slammed down on the Omnitrix.

A burst of green energy engulfed him, and he transformed into Swampfire.

"Swampfire!" Swampfire shouted.

Swampfire slammed his hands onto the icy ground, cracking the surface with a resounding impact. Vines erupted from the fissures, ripping through the ice like titanic whips. They wrapped around the students, entwining them in thick, unyielding coils.

"Toru, now!" Swampfire bellowed, his flames dancing with intensity.

Toru nodded, already taking aim. "On it!" she shouted, her invisible force kicking into high gear.

The trapped students struggled to break free. Shoto summoned a wave of icy fury, encasing the vines in frost before shattering them with a mighty blow.

Kamakiri's body burst forth with razor-sharp blades, slicing through the vines like scissors through paper.

Mina's acid secretions intensified, burning through the bindings with a hiss.

Shishida unleashed a beastly roar, his enhanced strength propelling him forward as he shattered the vines like twigs.

But not everyone was so fortunate. Tenya, still trapped, strained against the unyielding vines.

"Dammit," Toru muttered, swiftly targeting those who couldn't free themselves. Her invisible force delivered precise, debilitating strikes.

Tenya grunted, his vest flashing as Toru's attack registered.

Bakugou, freed from the vines, unleashed a devastating explosion, sending shards flying.

Bakugou's face contorted into a twisted, maniacal grin as he unleashed a maelstrom of detonations. The explosions catapulted him skyward, his body a blur amidst the churning smoke and ice.

"Die, die, die!" Bakugou screamed, his voice echoing through the chaos.

Thunderous explosions propelled him forward, each blast wave rippling through the air. His laser gun flashed with precision, tagging students with pinpoint attacks.

Kamakiri gritted his teeth, blades extending from his body in a desperate bid to counterattack. He sliced at Bakugou's gun, but the explosive expert anticipated the move.

Bakugou detonated a blast downward, propelling himself upward and out of harm's way. Simultaneously, he unleashed another explosion, hurtling himself behind Kamakiri.

The explosive impact struck Kamakiri's back with incredible force, sending him screaming forward. The blast's shockwave ripped through the ice, creating fissures and craters.

Bakugou seized the opening, his laser gun flashing as he delivered a precise, devastating shot. Kamakiri's vest lit up, indicating his elimination.

"Eliminated!" the vest's automated voice declared.

Kamakiri crashed to the ground, defeated.

Bakugou's maniacal laughter echoed through the battlefield, his explosive onslaught continuing unabated.

Bakugou's relentless assault continued, his explosions ripping through the smoke-filled air. With precision born of chaos, he targeted his classmates' vests, the blasts' concussive force sending them stumbling.

Aoyama's navel laser pierced the smoke, seeking Bakugou, but the explosive expert had already vanished into the haze. A fresh detonation erupted, propelling Bakugou forward like a human rocket.

Aoyama clutched his stomach, agony etched on his face, as Bakugou materialized above him.

"Die," Bakugou growled, his laser gun flashing.

Aoyama's vest lit up, announcing the hit.

Before Bakugou could celebrate, Tenya struck. His super-speed kick connected with Bakugou's chest, sending him crashing into the ice glacier's floor.

The impact sent shockwaves through the ice, cracks spreading like a spider's web.

Tenya swiftly took aim, his laser gun trained on Bakugou's exposed chest.

Bakugou's scream of rage echoed through the glacier as Tenya fired.

The blast struck true, Bakugou's vest flashing, signaling a lost point.

"One point deducted!" the vest's automated voice declared.

Bakugou's furious roar was muffled by the ice, his explosive fury far from spent.

"FUCK!" Bakugou bellowed, his fury unleashing a maelstrom of explosions. The blasts hurtled him toward Tenya like a human rocket, driven by unbridled rage.

Tenya stumbled back, his feet scraping against the ice as Bakugou's explosive onslaught threatened to overwhelm him.

Shishida charged forward, his massive fist swinging toward Bakugou like a wrecking ball. The blonde's eyes widened, bracing for impact.

But Kirishima intercepted the blow, his teeth gritted in a snarl. Shishida's mighty strength drove him back, his feet scraping against the ice.

Vines burst forth from the ground, their tangled tendrils snapping wildly as they attempted to ensnare Shishida and Kirishima. The two warriors sprang apart just in time, narrowly avoiding the deadly grasp.

The vines were mere inches from wrapping around Bakugou when he unleashed a massive explosion, blasting himself upward with incredible force.

The shockwave ripped through the air, sending shattered vines flying in all directions.

Bakugou's eyes flashed with murderous intent, his teeth grinding in rage. With a fresh explosion, he launched himself at Deku.

"DEKU!" Bakugou bellowed, his rage-fueled voice echoing through the glacier. Explosions detonated beneath him, propelling him airborne.

With precision-born fury, Bakugou twisted his body, unleashing a series of precisely timed detonations. The blasts formed a circular motion, generating a whirlwind that sucked in oxygen and momentum.

The tornado raged around him, a swirling vortex of destruction. Debris and ice shards danced in the maelstrom, threatening to consume everything.

"Howitzer Impact-!" Bakugou began, but his voice faltered.

Memories of past agonies flooded his mind. "DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES HE'S HURT ME?!" Deku's words echoed in his mind.

Bakugou's pupils constricted, his breath caught in his burning lungs. His vision tunneled, and he felt lightheaded.

Swampfire seized the opening, gesturing for Mina and Toru to stand behind him.

"Stand back," Swampfire ordered, clenching his fist.

He inhaled deeply, preparing to unleash his attack.

"Galactical...!" Swampfire began.

But Bakugou's momentum suddenly faltered. The blonde boy clutched his chest, his face contorted in pain.

Swampfire reacted instinctively, launching his attack.

"DRAGONOID!" he roared.

Flames erupted from his mouth, morphing into a dragon's shape. The beast's jaws unhinged, unleashing a wave of orange flames.

Bakugou exploded sideways, avoiding the inferno by mere inches. His hair singed, he crashed onto a nearby rooftop.

The force of the impact sent shockwaves through the ice.

Bakugou struggled to rise, his chest heaving with ragged breaths.

"Mh... That was a bit anti-climactic," Mina said, her voice laced with disappointment.

"Yeah..." Swampfire replied, his gaze drifting to Bakugou, who stood afar, his hand trembling as he struggled to breathe.

Bakugou's eyes locked onto Swampfire, a murderous glare burning within. But his expression faltered, replaced by a haunted look, as an image of Izuku's battered form seared into his mind – leaning against the lockers, middle school uniform torn, burn marks scarring his body, blood trickling down his face.

"You have no idea what he's done!" Izuku's voice echoed through his mind, fueling Bakugou's rage.

With a snarl, Bakugou gritted his teeth and unleashed an explosion, propelling himself upward like a rocket. "I'll show you!" he bellowed, his body a blur as he hurtled toward Swampfire.

"Uh-oh, he's up!" Swampfire exclaimed, his eyes widening as Bakugou closed in at incredible speeds, his unhinged expression radiating an unsettling intensity.

Just as Bakugou was about to collide with Swampfire, an orange blur sliced between them, striking the ice with incredible force. The glacier shuddered, cracks spiderwebbing outward as the ice fragmented.

The air reverberated with the shockwave, cold shards flying everywhere. Bakugou halted his assault mere inches from Swampfire, his explosion fizzling.

The glacier's surface began to disintegrate, fissures deepening. Swampfire seized the moment, grabbing Mina and Toru. Flames erupted from his palm, and with a burst of propulsion, they blasted off upward, the girls clinging tightly.

Panic spread as the others scrambled to escape the crumbling ice. Shards shattered, crashing into the abyss below.

Through the swirling mist, red beeps pierced the air, signaling someone had been hit.

The glacier's remnants succumbed to gravity, collapsing into the depths, its thunderous roar echoing.

Swampfire's eyes widened as he surveyed the aftermath, his gaze falling upon the numerous vests flashing red, signaling eliminated players. Tsuyu and Uraraka's faces mirrored his shock, their eyes locked onto their own vests, the beeps echoing through the air.

Swampfire's attention shifted to the scoreboard, and his jaw dropped. Momo's team had skyrocketed to the top, boasting an astonishing 90 points. "Woah..." he breathed, his voice barely audible.

A faint blush crept onto his cheeks as he glanced down at Itsuka, her orange ponytail whipping around as she clenched her fist in triumph. Swampfire's gaze lingered, his eyes crinkling at the corners.

From afar, he spotted Momo, her makeshift laser gun at the ready. The muzzle's unique design caught his attention.

Present Mic's booming voice echoed through the arena, "AND WITH THE ITSUKA KENDO AND MOMO YAOYOROZU ROCKETED THEMSELVES TO FIRST PLACE!"

The declaration sent shockwaves through the remaining teams. Confusion etched on their faces as Present Mic continued, "A FEW TEAMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY ELIMINATED FROM THE GAME! NOW LET'S CHANGE THINGS UP!"

The air shimmered, a million tiny sparks dancing across the Urban Jungle's surface. Steel and concrete began to dissolve, replaced by a swirling mist. The mist coalesced, taking shape as towering trees with trunks like pillars and leaves that shimmered like emeralds.

Metallic sheens flickered, fragmenting into tiny, glittering particles that reassembled into vines and Vines and branches. The ground transformed, softening into lush moss and humus.

The Forest Frenzy had awakened, its vibrant landscape enveloping the remaining teams. The air pulsed with new life, the scent of blooming flowers and ozone hanging heavy.

Swampfire's eyes sparkled with excitement as he took in the new environment. His gaze drifted back to Momo and Itsuka, and for a fleeting moment, his expression softened.

Mina's brow furrowed in annoyance. "You seem pretty fixated on them, huh?" she said.

Swampfire snapped back to reality, realizing he still had Mina and Toru nestled in his arms, hovering above the air. His face flushed crimson.

"N-No, I wasn't staring at Itsuka and Momo!" Swampfire protested, flustered.

Toru raised an eyebrow. "Actually, Mina didn't mention Yaomomo or Kendo," she pointed out, her tone hinting at possessiveness.

Swampfire's sheepish expression deepened. "O-Oh, right... I guess she didn't."

Mina's voice dripped with playful possessiveness. "Looks like someone's crushing on two girls!

"I'm not!" Swampfire protested.

Mina stuck her tongue out, feeling a pang in her chest. "If you like them that much, you can just let us go and drool over them," Toru said, her voice laced with sarcasm.

"No way, I'm not letting go!" Swampfire replied, his grip tightening.

Toru's face flushed crimson, while Mina's turned a soft lilac.

"M-Midori..." Mina stuttered, "Y-you can't say stuff like that; it's going to get me flustered."

Toru hid behind her hands, her face still red.

"D-do you mean it?" Mina asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Yeah, of course!" Swampfire said. "We're 20 feet in the air; I'm not going to let you go!"

"Oh... Eh?" they said in unison.

Mina and Toru exchanged a glance before realizing they were still clinging to Swampfire, who maintained their altitude with a steady stream of fire.

"Put me down." Both girls said the head down while the hair was down like curtain.

"Huh?"

"Put us down!" Mina and Toru shouted in unison.

Swampfire hastily complied, flying down to a nearby hill with trees, where Ochako and Tsuyu sat together. Tsuyu was peacefully asleep on Ochako's lap.

As Swampfire released Mina and Toru, they turned on their heels and approached Ochako and Tsuyu.

"Please don't shoot, my team is in hibernation mode," Ochako pleaded, her eyes wide with puppy dog-like innocence.

Mina chuckled. "Relax, we won't attack. Plus, Pony just got eliminated, so I'm flying solo now."

Swampfire joined the group, conjuring vines that he set ablaze, casting a warm orange glow over the area.

Tsuyu stirred awake, her voice groggy. "Ribbit..."

She opened her eyes, spotted the makeshift fire, and snuggled closer to the warmth. "Ribbit, thanks... Izuku?" she croaked, yawning.

"No problem," Swampfire said with a smirk before gazing down. "A few teams were eliminated, so they're giving us a brief break for those taken out to leave the battlefield."

Ochako nodded. "Yeah, but I'm honestly amazed by the technology. It's incredible."

She gently touched a leaf. "I mean, we were just standing on a roof, and now we're on a cliff in a forest."

Tsuyu let out a contented sigh, wrapping her knees in her arms as she basked in the fire's golden glow. "Ribbit, it's surreal."

"I know, right?" Mina agreed. "I didn't think we had this level of technology."

Swampfire nodded. "To be fair, if it weren't for quirks, our technology would be far more advanced."

Ochako's curiosity sparked. "How does our technology compare to the rest of the galaxy?"

Swampfire's response was immediate. "Primitive."

Ochako's eyes widened. "You mean, like feudal-era bushi warriors with swords and honor?"

Swampfire chuckled. "No, I mean primitive like cavemen with sticks."

Toru's shoulders slumped."People in Undertown consider our planet a backwater." Swampfire continued

"Great, so the rest of the universe thinks we're a bunch of cavemen playing with sticks?" Toru asked, her voice laced with embarrassment.

Swampfire added, "And humans are perceived as a bloodthirsty species, trigger-happy when extraterrestrial beings set foot on our planet."

Ochako and Mina gasped in dismay. "W-What?! Why would they think that?!"

Toru's expression turned somber. "Let's just say when knights kidnap and imprison you for over 1,000 years, it gives people the wrong impression."

Tsuyu tilted her head, finger to her chin. "Ribbit, when did you become an expert on alien opinions, Izuku?"

Swampfire's words trailed off as his danger sense screamed to life. He sprang to his feet, his gaze snapping upward.

Ochako's voice laced with concern. "Dekiru?"

Swampfire's eyes narrowed, squinting against the sky. A swarm of small nuts and bolts, enveloped in an eerie purple glow, flew overhead.

At first, they seemed harmless, their tiny size belied by the ominous energy surrounding them.

But in an instant, the nuts and bolts exploded in size, ballooning to colossal proportions. The group gasped as the massive hardware loomed above, casting long, ominous shadows across the forest floor.

The nuts, now the size of boulders, rotated menacingly, their threaded centers glinting like twisted metal cyclones. Bolts as long as skyscrapers hung suspended, their razor-sharp tips poised to impale.

"The hell...?!" Swampfire exclaimed, awestruck.

Tsuyu's voice trembled. "Ribbit... This can't be real."

Mina's eyes widened. "We have to move, now!"

Time seemed to slow as the colossal nuts and bolts plummeted downward at breakneck speed, their razor-sharp edges glinting menacingly in the fading light. Swampfire's eyes darted frantically, his mind racing for a solution.

With a burst of speed, Swampfire conjured thick, serpentine vines that ensnared the four girls, securing them together. The vines wrapped tightly, their tendrils digging into the earth.

"D-Dekiru, what are you doing?!" Ochako exclaimed, alarm etched on her face.

"I have a plan, Ochako! I need to make us float!" Swampfire shouted, his voice laced with urgency.

Ochako's hands danced across her friends' shoulders, transferring her Zero Gravity quirk. The girls' bodies lifted, weightless, as Ochako's power nullified their gravity.

"Dekiru, now it's your turn!" Ochako called out.

Swampfire's gaze burned with intensity. "Don't worry, I've got an idea! Hold on!"

The girls floated, suspended in mid-air, as Swampfire's palms ignited. Flames blasted outward, a torrent of fire that shattered the earth beneath them.

The sudden propulsion sent them soaring upward. With One For All amplifying his strength, Swampfire unleashed a concentrated firebreath, melting through the steel bolt ahead.

The molten metal parted, revealing a temporary tunnel. Swampfire flew forward, his flames propelling them through the bolt's core.

Tsuyu's tongue lolled out, her eyes shining with exhilaration, as they emerged on the other side.

A powerful blast of flames expelled them into the sky, leaving the bolt's smoldering remains behind.

The nuts and bolts crashed through the Forest Frenzy below, their thunderous impact shaking the earth. Trees splintered, branches shattered, and the ground trembled.

Everyone's face flushed, breathless and clutching their chests as they hovered in mid-air. Ochako's hand trembled uncontrollably. Tsuyu took ragged breaths, while Mina sported an exhilarated grin.

"That was... so fun!" Mina exclaimed.

The others stared at her, exhausted but incredulous. If they hadn't been drained of energy, Mina's enthusiasm would have earned her a stern rebuke.

"Fun means different things to you and me, Ashido," Tsuyu said, her tone flat and measured between labored breaths.

Undeterred, Mina waved her arms rapidly. "Midori! We should totally do this again!"

Izuku bit back a reflexive "no," surprised to find himself thinking that, actually, it had been pretty enjoyable.

"Uh, maybe next time," Swampfire said with a chuckle, making Mina beam at him.

"Though I never knew Yui's quirk was so ridiculously powerful..." Swampfire added.

Ochako shivered in fear. "Y-Yeah, I'm officially terrified of Yui Kodai now."

Tsuyu and Toru nodded in silent agreement.

Swampfire chuckled. "Well, I mean, this is the first time I've seen her fight really, so this is kinda cool..."

Just then, Toru's vest lit up red, and the group panicked, turning to see Yui waving at them. She stood on bolts enveloped in a purple aura, her expression neutral.

"Yui?!" Swampfire exclaimed in shock.

"Hey, Izuku," Yui said calmly, aiming at the rest. "No fair, Ochako. I'm supposed to shoot you next."

Ochako covered her vest in horror. "No way!"

Yui's tone remained flat. "It's over. Drop your weapons and surrender."

The group exchanged skeptical glances. "Huh? What do you mean it's over?" Mina asked.

"Yeah, we have you outnumbered," Tsuyu added.

Yui's expression didn't waver. "Mh, don't say I didn't warn you."

Suddenly, a pink aura enveloped their weapons, and they flew out of their hands.

"Eh?" they exclaimed, looking down to see Yanagi holding their weapons.

Yui took aim. "Mh. Sorry, Izuku."

Before she could fire, Swampfire unleashed a torrent of flames from his palms, the blast's fury illuminating the surroundings. The intense heat distorted the air, and the roar of the flames was deafening.

As the blast propelled him forward, Ochako, Tsuyu, and Mina, still bound to him by vines, floated weightlessly in tow.

Swampfire's danger sense screamed to life as Ojiro's massive tail swung downward, mere inches from his face.

Tsuyu reacted in a flash, wrapping her long, slender tongue around Ojiro, constraining his movements and momentarily halting the attack.

No respite came, as Swampfire's danger sense blared again. Tokoyami launched himself downward, Darkshadow bursting forth from his body. The dark entity slashed at Swampfire with razor-sharp claws, its attack a whirlwind of destruction.

Swampfire dodged swiftly, avoiding the lethal strike by a hair's breadth. Ashido acted quickly, hurling a glob of corrosive acid that melted Darkshadow's weapon.

"Dammit, Ashido," Tokoyami snarled. "Your punishment awaits in the blackest night."

Undeterred, Darkshadow grew, its dark form swirling with malevolent energy. Swampfire dodged the creature's slashing claws, but a nearby tree wasn't so lucky, its trunk splintering under the attack.

Swampfire retaliated with a blast of fiery breath, the orange flames illuminating the surroundings. Darkshadow recoiled, quivering behind Tokoyami.

Seizing the moment, Swampfire blasted off, leaving the chaos behind.

"Uh-oh, Midori, we've got company!" Toru warned, eyes scanning the horizon.

Swampfire glanced back to see his classmates charging towards him, leaping from branch to branch with reckless abandon.

"Crap, what are we gonna do?" Toru asked, panic creeping into his voice.

Swampfire took a moment to reflect. "Everyone's probably after me since the Ghostfreak incident," he thought. 'Everyone's gunning it for me... I-I guess being the strongest gets unwanted attention...' He then thought about Bakugou and Kevin. 'Though I kinda get it wanting to beat the strongest person you know. But now way I'm losing!'

A sly smirk spread across his face. "Guess we'll just have to give them a new target!"

With a burst of confidence, Swampfire's flames surged outward, intensifying their fiery aura.

Mirio Togata, alongside the other two members of the Big Three, stood near the grail, their attention drawn to Tamaki, who sat on the floor.

"Hey Tamaki," Mirio said, concern etched on his face. "What's going on? Why are you on the floor?"

Tamaki looked up, his eyes distant. "Just thinking about life."

Mirio nodded, but before he could respond, an explosion ripped through the wall, sending debris flying everywhere. The sound was deafening, and the smoke cloud engulfed the area.

Toru coughed violently, stumbling out of the cloud. "Cough... Seriously... Cough... Midori!"

Swampfire's voice trembled. "S-Sorry..."

Nejire's eyes sparkled as she recognized Izuku's voice. The group's attention shifted to the approaching footsteps and subsequent explosions, signaling the arrival of their classmates.

Bakugou burst forth, explosions crackling in his palm. Mirio began stretching, his eyes gleaming with anticipation.

"Finally, I get to see what this year's Hero Course can do..." Mirio said, his grin widening.

Bakugou snorted. "Oh? I nearly forgot that you Big Joke—"

But before he could finish, Mirio vanished, leaving behind only his clothes. His Danger Sense screaming to life, Swampfire's eyes widened as a fist hurtled toward Bakugou, delivering a crushing uppercut that sent him soaring into the air.

The group gasped, stunned by the sudden display of power.

Bakugou used an explosion to halt his ascent, but Mirio had already vanished again. Frantically scanning his surroundings, Bakugou's eyes locked onto Mirio behind him.

With lightning-fast speed, Mirio's fist descended, sending Bakugou crashing back down. The blonde boy countered with an explosion, propelling himself upward.

As Bakugou unleashed another explosion toward Mirio's face, Mirio calmly remarked, "You went for the face, huh?"

Bakugou's eyes widened in horror as Mirio emerged unscathed.

Seizing the opportunity, Mirio grabbed Bakugou's arm and hurled him violently back down. The ground shook beneath the impact.

Tamaki tossed Mirio a laser gun, which he caught with ease.

"Thanks, Tamaki," Mirio said, aiming the gun at Bakugou's vest and eliminating him from the fight.

Bakugou stood frozen, shock etched on his face, before Mirio turned to face the rest of the class.

The group exchanged nervous glances, their faces set with determination. Everyone knew they were in for the fight of their lives.

"He took down Bakugou..." Mina whispered, awe-stricken.

"Y-Yeah... So easily..." Ochako stammered, her eyes wide with wonder.

Mirio's gaze swept across the group, his presence commanding attention. The shock of Bakugou's defeat still lingered.

Suddenly, Mirio's clothes began to phase through his body, disappearing from view. The group's jaws dropped.

"AHHHHH!" Kyouka and Ibara shrieked in unison, their faces crimson as they covered their eyes.

"Lord have mercy, I shouldn't be seeing this until my wedding night!" Ibara wailed, mortified.

The rest of the class stared, shocked and embarrassed, as Mirio stood before them, unclothed.

Itsuka, attempting to compose herself, unleashed a colossal fist, enlarged to monstrous proportions. The air rippled with the force of her blow, aimed directly at Mirio. But when she struck, her attack met only empty air, the shockwave crashing into the ground with a deafening boom.

"Wait, he's gone!" Tenya exclaimed.

Before anyone could react, Mirio popped up behind them, his speed breathtaking. His fist connected with Tokoyami's gut with a crushing impact, sending the boy crashing to the ground with a loud thud.

With a blur of movement, Mirio vanished into the ground, only to reappear beneath Kaminari and Mineta. His rapid-fire punches rained down upon them, each strike landing with precision and force. The sound of pounding flesh echoed through the air.

Setsuna took to the sky, splitting her body into multiple segments. But Mirio appeared behind her, delivering a devastating flying kick that sent her crashing back down. The ground shook beneath the impact, and Setsuna's reassembled form stumbled backward, wincing in pain.

Nejire, meanwhile, targeted students from afar, swiftly aiming and firing at their vests. Kyouka and Setsuna groaned, clutching their stomachs as the beeps signaled their elimination.

"We can't touch Mirio, but at least we can take down the other two," Shoto said, his eyes narrowing.

With a swift motion, he unleashed a massive ice attack, the frozen shards hurtling toward Nejire with breathtaking speed. But Nejire, her carefree smile unwavering, extended her arm, and a yellow spiral energy collected, building into a colossal shockwave.

The blast shattered through Todoroki's attack, sending icy shards flying everywhere. The shockwave's force was so intense that it sent Todoroki stumbling backward, his eyes widening in surprise.

Before he could recover, Mirio appeared behind him, delivering a crushing punch that sent Todoroki crashing into the wall with a resounding thud.

Tamaki ensured the fallen Todoroki was eliminated, shooting him with a laser gun as he slumped against the wall.

Kirishima seized the opportunity, charging forward. "I know it's unmanly to attack someone from behind..." he trailed off, Awase and Kaibra flanking him.

Tamaki sighed, his expression tired. "Mirio..." he called out.

Octopus tentacles erupted from his arm, swiftly wrapping around the trio. With a fluid motion, Tamaki tossed them toward Mirio.

"You had a few stragglers," Tamaki said, his voice detached.

Mirio chuckled. "Whoops, sorry Tamaki."

As the trio hurtled toward him, Mirio unleashed a swift combination of attacks. A flying elbow smashed into Awase's face, followed by a rapid-fire punch that sent Kirishima crashing into Kaibra.

The two stumbled, dazed, and Mirio seized the opportunity. A devastating kick connected with Kaibra's stomach, the force sending him tumbling to the ground.

Awase attempted to rise, but Mirio's swift knee drop crushed him to the ground. Kirishima, disoriented, stumbled into Mirio's waiting fist, a knockout punch that sent him crashing beside Awase.

Kaibra, struggling to stand, was met with Mirio's final blow – a precise uppercut that lifted him off the ground, rendering him unconscious.

The trio lay motionless, defeated. Mirio turned to Izuku, his gaze piercing.

Tsuyu, Mina, and Ochako launched themselves at him, but Mirio intercepted them with swift, precise punches.

The trio crumpled, defeated. Mirio aimed a laser gun, eliminating them with cold efficiency.

Izuku gulped, his heart racing, as Mirio's gaze locked onto him.

"Ha, kinda expected more from the first years," Mirio said, his tone laced with amusement.

Izuku's eyes locked onto the Omnitrix, determination burning within. "That's because you haven't fought me yet! It's Hero Time!" he declared.

With a burst of green light, the Omnitrix transformed Izuku into Spidermonkey. The alien's agile form shot a web string directly at Mirio's face.

"Why is everyone always aiming for the face?" Mirio asked, annoyance flickering across his features.

Spidermonkey groaned, "Aw, man, I was hoping for Big Chill, not Spidermonkey!" He glared at the Omnitrix module.

Mirio's fist exploded from the ground, a blur of motion that sent Spidermonkey flying backward. The alien's danger sense screamed to life as Mirio reappeared behind him.

Spidermonkey's eyes widened as Mirio's closed hands came crashing down, aiming to smash him into the ground. Desperate, Spidermonkey shot a web string, barely avoiding the attack. He clung to the wall, panting.

"C'mon, Izuku, how am I supposed to hit a guy who can phase through anything?" Spidermonkey muttered, panic creeping into his voice.

Kyouka's words echoed in his mind: "Or like listening for the beat in a song or your favorite lyric, you actually have to focus on it."

Spidermonkey closed his eyes, tuning into the stinging pain that signaled his danger sense. He felt the familiar tingling in his brain, anticipating Mirio's next move.

As Mirio reappeared, attempting to grab him, Spidermonkey sprang into action. With lightning-fast reflexes, he leapt off the wall, evading Mirio's grasp.

The room fell silent, shocked gasps filling the air. Even Tamaki and Nejire exchanged surprised glances.

Spidermonkey shot a web at the wall, pulling himself toward Mirio before unleashing a powerful punch. Mirio vanished, but Spidermonkey's danger sense alerted him to the impending attack from behind.

With lightning-fast reflexes, Spidermonkey sent a kick crashing through the space where Mirio's head would have been, had he not phased through it. Spidermonkey then backflipped off the wall, avoiding Mirio's counterpunch.

Interestingly, Spidermonkey's danger sense didn't trigger for Mirio's initial punch, allowing him to let it pass harmlessly through his body. However, when Mirio switched to his other fist, Spidermonkey's danger sense screamed to life.

Spidermonkey caught Mirio's second fist, the sound of their collision echoing through the room. The force of the impact sent shockwaves through the air, stunning Tamaki and Nejire.

Mirio's eyes widened in surprise before a sly smirk spread across his face. Spidermonkey mirrored his expression.

But in an instant, Mirio's trapped fist phased through Spidermonkey's grasp, and he dropped to the ground.

"You know, Sir seems really interested in you," Mirio said, his tone laced with intrigue.

Spidermonkey's eyes widened as he hung upside down from a web string. "Sir? Wait, do you mean Sir Nighteye?!" he exclaimed, shock etched on his face.

Before he could process the revelation, a blonde, human-shaped figure rocketed down, aiming a fist at Spidermonkey. His danger sense blaring, Spidermonkey swiftly shot a web string, pulling himself away from the incoming punch.

"That's the one and only," Mirio confirmed.

Spidermonkey's mind reeled. "W-Wait, the guy who worked personally under All Might is interested in me?! Awesome! I thought I lost my chance when I turned down his offer, but I'm kinda happy I chose to intern at Miruko instead."

As Spidermonkey launched web strands in all directions, spinning and switching walls with agility, he pondered, "Though, why does Sir Nighteye want me?"

Mirio shrugged. "Don't know, maybe you remind him of All Might, what with you sharing the same Quirk and all."

Spidermonkey's thoughts racing, he barely contained a mental panic. 'Oh right, everyone believes I'm a late bloomer, but it's weird they're so casual about me having the same quirk as All Might. Even though true... And maybe this is better. Denying it would raise suspicions, especially since anyone can see we have the same Quirk. Sure, All Might doesn't break bones, but I'll eventually stop breaking mine too.'

As Spidermonkey shot webs throughout the room, Mirio observed, "He seemed almost desperate when you didn't accept his internship."

Spidermonkey's web strings grew thicker and more complex, a testament to his agility and strategic thinking.

"Oh?" Spidermonkey replied, his tone neutral.

Mirio cupped his chin, a hint of amusement dancing on his lips. "Let's make a wager. You seem pretty tough. The first one to land a hit... you'll have to do something for me."

Spidermonkey's curiosity piqued. "Something like what?"

"If you hit me first," Mirio clarified, "you'll come with me to Nighteye during Work Studies."

Spidermonkey's brow furrowed. "What's a Work Study?"

Mirio waved his hand dismissively. "Not important."

Spidermonkey's eyes narrowed. "And if I hit you?

Mirio's grin sparked controversy. "I don't mean to brag, but I'm considered the closest to being number one..."

The room fell silent, with gasps and disbelieving whispers spreading like wildfire. Bakugou's glare pierced Mirio, his face twisted in indignation.

"He thinks he's the closest to number one?" someone whispered.

"No way..." another student trailed off.

Mirio grinned mischievously. "You land one hit on me, and I'll get you a Work Study with any pro hero you want. My time at U.A. has given me plenty of connections."

Spidermonkey's eyes sparkled. "Wait, if I lose, I get to meet and work with Nighteye, All Might's former sidekick? And if I win, you'll connect me with any pro hero?"

Mirio nodded enthusiastically. "Yes!"

Spidermonkey exclaimed, "This is a total win-win situation for me!" As he finished constructing his web-based strategy.

Mirio chuckled. "Though, I'm not going to hold back."

Tamaki intervened, concern etched on his face. "Mirio, are you sure? You might seriously hurt him."

"Aw, I wouldn't be worried

Tamaki shot back, "You're just biased because you're friends with Midoriya. You love struck puppy" He said the last part under his breathe.

Nejire's face exploded into a blush. "A-And so are you!"

Tamaki groaned, frustrated.

"There it is, complete!" Spidermonkey declared, standing proudly amidst his labyrinthine web trap. The intricate network crisscrossed every inch of space, ensnaring anyone who dared enter.

"Welcome to my web of doom," Spidermonkey taunted, crawling effortlessly through the sticky strands.

Mirio smirked, then vanished, leaving his pants behind. He shot upward like a bullet, phasing through the air until he was ensnared by the web trap. As he slowly fell, Spidermonkey pounced, his green eyes fixed on his prey.

"Haha, you look pretty terrifying, my guy," Mirio chuckled, just before Spidermonkey launched himself at him.

But instead of phasing through, Mirio's fist smashed into Spidermonkey's attack, their bodies colliding with a resounding thud. Mirio's shield absorbed the impact, protecting him from Spidermonkey's initial assault.

Spidermonkey stumbled back, caught off guard. Mirio thrust forward, sending Spidermonkey flying into the webs. The alien's momentum halted as he stuck to the strands.

Realizing he was trapped, Mirio focused his Permeation quirk, beginning to phase through the webs. He descended through the ground, then shot back up, reorienting himself behind Spidermonkey.

With a swift jab, Mirio aimed for Spidermonkey's exposed back. Spidermonkey caught the fist, but Mirio's Permeation allowed him to pass through the grip. Spidermonkey prepared for the next attack, but Mirio's fist suddenly phased through his head.

Mirio contorted his body, delivering a powerful uppercut that sent Spidermonkey soaring into the ceiling. The web trap shook, strands vibrating from the force of the blow.

...

Here's the rewritten scene:

Spidermonkey swiftly grasped Mirio's fist with his lower arms, applying a crushing grip that made Mirio wince in pain. But Mirio's Permeation quirk allowed him to phase through the grip, and he fell through the ground.

"He should pop up..." Spidermonkey muttered, focusing his danger sense. Emerald electricity crackled around him as he anticipated Mirio's reemergence.

Mirio's head burst through the ground, but before he could orient himself, Spidermonkey's fist slammed into his face, sending him hurtling through the air. Mirio's body smashed into the wall with a loud thud, leaving a noticeable dent.

"Woah!" Mirio rubbed his chin, wiping away a trickle of blood. Undeterred, he smirked and charged forward.

With a powerful flying knee kick, Mirio soared through the air, aiming for Spidermonkey's head. The alien attempted to dodge, but Mirio's kick connected, sending Spidermonkey flying backward. Mirio swiftly switched to a landing kick, striking Spidermonkey's face and amplifying the momentum.

Spidermonkey's body hurtled through the air until he expertly arrested his momentum with a backflip. He shot two web strings, using them as a slingshot to propel himself forward. His fist cocked back, ready to strike.

Mirio phased through, avoiding the blow, and reappeared beneath Spidermonkey. He grasped the alien's fist, contorting his body to overpower him. However, Spidermonkey's superior strength forced Mirio to release his grip and phase through.

Mirio refused to yield. With incredible speed, he launched himself at Spidermonkey, grabbing the back of his neck and kneeing him in the face. Spidermonkey's head snapped back, his vision blurring.

Mirio phased through the ground, reappearing behind Spidermonkey. He seized the alien's tail and unleashed a powerful punch, making Spidermonkey wince.

"You're clearly stronger, Midoriya," Spidermonkey admitted, "but fighting stronger foes is part of the job."

Mirio phased through, momentarily disappearing. He reappeared behind Spidermonkey, clapping his hands violently between the alien's head. The shockwave from the clap sent Spidermonkey stumbling forward.

Spidermonkey's balance teetered precariously as he stumbled, his thoughts racing but struggling to form coherent thoughts. "N-Need to... revert..." he muttered, barely dodging Mirio's swift punch.

With a desperate swipe, Spidermonkey touched the Omnitrix module on his chest. A green flash enveloped him, and he transformed back into Izuku Midoriya.

The sudden change left Izuku disoriented and exhausted. Mirio's relentless assault had taken its toll, and Izuku's body screamed in protest.

Mirio's danger sense alerted him to Izuku's vulnerability. "Your balance is off," Mirio observed, his tone detached.

Izuku wobbled, his vision blurring. Mirio's final punch connected with a soft thud, sending Izuku crashing to the ground.

Izuku's eyes fluttered shut, his body succumbing to fatigue. Mirio stood over him, his chest heaving with exertion.

Izuku groaned, slowly regaining consciousness. Shoto created a soothing ice pack, which Momo carefully placed on his head.

"I think I need a vacation from my vacation," Izuku muttered wincing in pain.

Mirio, now fully clothed, chuckled beside him. Momo sat down next to Izuku, concern etched on her face.

"We all got blindsided," Kaminari said, shaking his head. "It was like getting punched in the stomach without warning."

"Yeah, you even caught Bakugou off guard," Kirishima added.

Izuku groaned again, rubbing his temples. "Never thought I'd get my butt kicked by a guy in his birthday suit..."

Mineta burst into tears, his voice trembling. "Why did it have to be Mirio?! Why couldn't it have been Nejire?!"

Mirio smiled warmly. "You first-years are incredibly tough. Despite only a few months at UA, you're already stronger than last year's Class A."

Awase chuckled. "We still got one-shot by a naked guy."

Mirio chuckled. "Did you think my Quirk was strong?"

Sero exclaimed, "It was way too strong!"

Shoto added in a flat, impressed tone, "Beyond my expectations."

Bakugou scoffed, still lamenting his loss. "That was totally unfair!" Toru shouted in agreement.

Mina asked, curiosity sparking, "You can slip through things and warp? Are you a hybrid like Todoroki?"

Izuku groaned, wincing in pain. "No... He just has one Quirk... I'm gonna lie down."

Mirio chuckled. "Pretty smart first-year! But yes, just one Quirk. Seeing how you also have a similar ability, Midoriya can you guess what happened?"

Izuku groaned again but nodded.

Kinoko asked, confusion etched on her face, "Wait, just one Quirk?"

Awase demonstrated with a snap of his fingers. "But he vanished and reappeared instantly."

Monoma nodded. "And we couldn't even touch him. Trust me, I tried."

Nejire bounced up and down excitedly. "Ooh, ooh, I know! I know! Can I tell them? Let me say it!"

Before anyone could respond, Nejire blurted out, "It's Permeation!" with a bright, cheerful smile.

Tamaki intervened, still standing with his back to the group. "Hado, let Mirio explain his Quirk."

Mirio explained, "That's right! My Quirk is Permeation," as Nejire tugged at his shirt. "Sorry about that, Nejire."

Mirio continued, "You guys called it 'warping,' but it's actually just an application of my Quirk."

Kinoko asked, curious, "So, how do you warp?"

Izuku, still lying on the ground with an ice pack on his head, groaned. "He's not warping... He's passing through the ground and reappearing elsewhere. It just seems like warping."

Bakugou raised an eyebrow. "And what makes you an expert?"

Izuku winced in pain, his voice strained. "Because I can phase through objects too, idiot."

Bakugou's face reddened, his anger boiling over. "What did you call me?!" he shouted.

Izuku ignored Bakugou's outburst and continued explaining, "My Quirk allows me to phase through solid objects. It's different from Mirio's, but I understand the concept."

Ochako's eyes widened. "Oh, that was... you falling into the ground? Like Dekiru with Big Chill?"

...

"That's right," Mirio explained. "I fall underground, and when I release my Quirk while falling, something strange happens. Objects with mass can't overlap, so I get instantly repelled to the surface."

"I can control where I reappear by adjusting my body angle or pose," Mirio continued. "That's how my 'warp' works."

Mina chuckled. "Sounds like a buggy video game."

Ochako furrowed her brow. "It's a bit confusing, but I think I get it. However, Izuku, why don't you pop up like Mirio? If you turn tangible underground, shouldn't you emerge like him?"

Izuku raised an eyebrow."I'm the guy who can break the sound barrier, go super nova hot and turns into a 12 feet tall Four arms titan. Let's not apply physics with me." Izuku responded.

Ochako snorted, Momo stifled a chuckle, while Kyouka let out a small , and Mirio joined in.

"You're pretty funny, Izuku," Mirio said, grinning. "Sir is definitely going to like you."

...

Tsuyu stated, "Your Quirk allows you to avoid attacks and move instantly. That's a strong Quirk."

The others nodded in agreement. "No wonder he's considered one of UA's best," Ojiro said.

However, Mirio shook his head. "I didn't make my Quirk strong; it's actually quite flawed."

The group exchanged confused glances.

Mirio explained, "When my Quirk is active, my lungs can't take in oxygen. Even if I breathe, the air passes right through. Vibrations bypass my eardrums, and light passes through my retinas."

The students' eyes widened in shock.

"I phase through everything," Mirio clarified. "That means I feel nothing. I just mimic having mass. Does that make sense?"

Gasps filled the air as the reality of Mirio's Quirk sunk in.

"To move through a wall, I have to activate everything but one leg, then release and shift to the other leg, and land on it. Then, I activate the other leg and pass through. Even simple actions involve multiple steps."

Kaminari whistled. "If I were in a hurry, I'd mess that up."

Mineta shuddered. "If I couldn't feel or breathe, I wouldn't be able to move."

Monoma nodded in relief. "I'm glad I didn't copy his Quirk."

Tsuyu's expression remained neutral. "That's quite a complex process."

Mirio chuckled. "Back then, I was always behind, and before I knew it, I'd dropped to last place."

He added with a sheepish grin, "I also lost my clothes... a lot."

Setsuna's eyes widened. "Oh, now I remember! You're the guy who ended up nude in the Sports Festival two years ago!"

Mirio laughed. "Yeah, that's my claim to fame. But to reach the top with this Quirk, I couldn't stay stagnant."

The students leaned in, intrigued.

Mirio's expression turned serious. "I know some of you might feel like you're falling behind or holding back compared to your classmates."

Glances shifted to Izuku, still oblivious with an ice pack on his head.

Mirio continued, "But comparing yourself to others is never productive. I had to focus on my own growth, learn from my failures, and reach the top."

Mina nodded, her eyes locked on Mirio.

Ochaco's brow furrowed, contemplative.

Mirio said "If you want to get stronger, work for it! Maximize your Quirk's potential."

Kaminari and Mineta exchanged motivated glances.

"Don't let one failure discourage you," Mirio advised. "I failed repeatedly in my first year – it was pathetic, honestly."

Tsuyu's expression remained neutral, but her eyes sparkled with interest.

Mirio smiled. "Yet, I'm grateful for those losses. They helped me grow more than my successes."

Monoma's eyes widened, surprised.

Mirio concluded, "When you fall, dust yourself off and keep pushing forward."

The class erupted into applause.

He even gives speeches like a pro," Ojiro said.

Just then, the sound of clapping and footsteps approached. Vlad King, Aizawa, Midnight, and Donnoavan joined the group.

"Absolutely splendid!" Donnoavan exclaimed.

"That was a taste of what the Big Three can do."Midnight said."Hope you all took a valuable lesson from this."

Aizawa nodded. "Mirio Togata is arguably the closest to being number one, including pros."

Sero chimed in, "He took down most of us, even the top students from each class, in an instant."

Bakugou growled, prompting Sato to add, "Yeah, even Midoriya got beaten."

However, Itsuka countered, "But he didn't get one-tapped and managed a solid hit."

Izuku gazed at the Omnitrix, thinking, "If I could transform from alien to alien, I'm positive I could've won that fight." He set aside the ice pack.

Donnoavan announced, "Now, for the prizes!"

The classes erupted in unison, "Prizes?!"

Donnoavan smiled. "Of course. For first place, Momo Yaoyorozu and Itsuka Kendo, you fine ladies deserve this magnificent prize."

He revealed a gigantic plushie, nearly half their size. The dragon-like creature had black scales, bat-like wings, and tail fin-like wings. Its green-yellow eyes sparkled.

Setsuna gasped, starry-eyed. "Woah... Night Fury..."

Donnoavan continued, "And for second place."

He handed Izuku and Toru a smaller, yet still cuddly, version of the plushie. Toru squealed, enamored with its adorableness.

Izuku smiled, delighted by the prize and Toru's beaming smile.

...

Timeskip:

As Class 1-A and 1-B headed to grab some food, they walked towards a restaurant, with some students breaking off to explore other dining options.

"Ugh, I thought we were on vacation, but today felt like another heroics lesson," Kaminari complained.

Mineta suddenly sported a lecherous grin. "And I was so close to trapping Yaoyorozu..."

Momo cut him off with a disgusted "Ugh" before turning her attention to Izuku. He stood nearby, fiddling with the Omnitrix, his face etched with frustration.

"Izuku, you seem spaced out. Everything okay?" Tsuyu asked.

"You look like Kaminari in Ectoplasm class," Kyouka teased.

Izuku groaned, annoyed. "If I could transform alien to alien, I would've won."

He continued tweaking the Omnitrix, his frustration evident.

"If I could transform without transforming back then I could've turned into Big Chill and best Mirio, or maybe Diamondhead he wouldn't have been able to hurt me." Izuku said.

Kirishima placed a reassuring hand on Izuku's shoulder. "Hey, don't be too hard on yourself. Compared to the rest of us, you actually landed a hit."

Kirishima's shoulders slumped, and his voice dropped to a whisper. "I, on the other hand, was down two points within the first ten minutes. And then Mirio took me down without even breaking a sweat. Bakugou carried our team... while I was dead weight."

Tamaki, walking ahead, halted and glanced back at Kirishima. Their eyes met, and Tamaki's expression reflected a quiet understanding, as if acknowledging the struggles they shared.

Just then, Mirio called out, "Yo, Tamaki! Let's go! I'm starving!"

Tamaki nodded, "U-uh, right..." before turning to follow Mirio.

Mina approached Kirishima with a reassuring smile. "Hey, don't be too hard on yourself."

"Yeah, dude, you're being way too self-critical – ease up!" Kaminari chimed in.

Sero nodded in agreement. "Hey, man, everyone has off days."

But Kirishima shook his head, frustration etched on his face. "You don't get it... I'm falling behind compared to everyone."

Tesutesu snorted, "Tch! Self-criticizing like that is unmanly!"

He grinned mischievously. "What you need is a massive confidence boost – food coma style!"

Before Kirishima could protest, Tesutesu grabbed him and they took off.

Mina watched them go, concern lingering. "I hope Kirishima's alright...

Just then, the Omnitrix's twisting dial caught her attention.

"Dammit!" Izuku exclaimed, frustration etched on his face. Mina's face flickered from concern to a sly grin.

Mina slung her arm over his shoulder. "Come on, Midori, relax and let's get some food. Maybe Kirishima isn't the one who needs a food coma."

Izuku groaned, still fiddling with the Omnitrix. "I'm stuck transforming back to my base self every time I need to switch aliens. It's time-consuming and impractical."

"Ease up Midori, you're burn yourself out at this rate." Mina said.

"Yeah, learning to take a break now and than won't kill ya." Itsuka said.

Izuku's voice dropped to a whisper."Yeah, but..." He's thoughts drifted to Mirio's skills and the lurking threat of Vilgax.

The sheer idea of facing someone who All Might didn't believe he could match up against was honestly terrifying.

"I need to get stronger." Izuku said.

His eyes locked onto the Omnitrix, determination burning within. "If I could transform alien to alien, I could perform the Omni Smash."

Ochako's curiosity was piqued. "Omni Smash?"

"It's a super move..." Izuku said. Ochako was going to ask to elaborate before Itsuka chimed in.

"I get where you're coming from."Itsuka explained, "Ghostfreak could transform without touching the dial. It was impressive. And the result was honestly terrifying." Itsuka said.

Izuku's gaze remained fixed on the Omnitrix, self-doubt creeping in. "I'm still a novice when it comes to the Omnitrix. I barely know anything about it."

Tsuyu sensed his uncertainty and spoke up. "How did you learn to transform back to normal, Izuku?"

"I actually got help from Itsuka," Izuku replied. "Her transformation-type Quirk and expertise at the dojo were invaluable. That's one reason I joined."

"Itsuka advised, "When you first learned to transform, you drew from a simple Transformation-type Quirk. Consider studying more versatile Quirks for inspiration. Your aiming for flexibility and rapid transformation so study a quirk with in mind."

Izuku's eyes narrowed thoughtfully as he cupped his chin. "A versatile Quirk..." he murmured.

His gaze drifted to Momo, known for her impressive Creation Quirk, but before he could ponder further, Toru's beaming face suddenly filled his vision.

"Honestly, I think transforming alien to alien wasn't necessary," Toru said, beaming at Izuku. "We made an amazing team just the way we were!"

Izuku's face warmed with a blush.

"We had a solid plan and took down several teams," Toru continued. "Sure, we didn't get first place, but we were incredible!"

Izuku's eyes sparkled as he smiled. "Yeah, we made a great team."

Toru's expression turned gentle. "So promise me you'll relax and not stress about that Omnitrix, okay?"

As the group began walking, Izuku's thoughts drifted back to Toru's confession. His heart skipped a beat, and his face flushed anew.

Emboldened, Izuku reached out and discreetly grabbed Toru's arm, his eyes locked on hers.

Toru's smile faltered for a moment, replaced by a hint of surprise. "Mh? What's up?" she asked, her voice softer.

Izuku's stuttered, his face burning. "Uh, hi... Uh..." He couldn't meet her gaze, staring at his feet instead.

"Sorry for bringing this up," Izuku said, his face crimson, "but when Ghostfreak had me, or when I was about to sacrifice myself... You said something."

Toru's face mirrored Izuku's blush as she flicked between visible and invisible, the memory rushing back.

"You said... you..." Izuku struggled to speak, his voice barely above a whisper. "That you... love me."

Toru's legs twisted behind her, arms knotting as her heart raced.

"You only said that so I wouldn't give up my body, right?" Izuku ventured, uncertainty etched on his face.

Before he could continue, Toru leaned in, tilting her face upward. Her lips brushed against his cheek in a gentle caress, sending time into a standstill.

The sweet scent of coconut wafted through Izuku's senses as Toru's soft breath danced across his skin.

The world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, suspended in this tender moment.

Toru pulled back, her eyes locking onto Izuku's. A soft blush colored her cheeks.

"If you really want to know," she said, her voice barely above a whisper, "there's going to be fireworks. We can meet up... And..."

Her words trailed off, leaving Izuku's curiosity piqued.

Before he could respond, Toru spun on her heels. "Bye!" she called out, already sprinting away.

Izuku stared blankly, his mind reeling. Then, like a delayed reaction, comprehension struck.

His face erupted into a deep blush. "Eh?" he muttered, stunned.
