Chapter 25 Shadow dance
Sean slowly woke up from his bed before trying to sit up.
"Oh no you don't."
Sean was pulled back down by Moka seeing her white hair covering his face as he chuckled.
"When did you get in here last night?" Sean asked not sensing her at all the night before.
"Around 12. I was feeling lonely and decided to join you in bed." Moka said as he looked at her seeing she was completely naked as well making him smirk.
"As much as I would enjoy a nice round. I got something to do today anyway." Sean said making her pout before he kissed her making her smile.
Soon the two were up and dressed.
"So whats going on exactly?" Moka asked.
"Oh an old friend named Forge is here for some new invention he made short time ago." Sean said.
"Oh yeah? Anything like yours?" Moka asked.
"I may be a Straight A student but I'm not looking to be the best in all fields." Sean said.
"Besides the one that truly counts to us." Moka said smugly making him chuckle before kissing her.
"True. Now then." Sean said before walking to Jean, Rogue and Kitty.
"So you taking us all to the Dance?" Jean asked amused.
"In your condition?" Sean asked looking at her larger stomach making her giggle.
"I'm not fragile you know. Besides how do you say no to us?" Jean asked making him chuckle.
"Fair enough. I just wonder what Duncan is gonna say when he realizes all of you are taken?" Sean asked making them giggle.
Arriving in the labs they saw Forge with some device.
"So what does this thing do exactly?" Juri asked unimpressed.
"I got so excited when I dreamt this up. Soon both Sean and Kurt will be going everywhere they want." Forge said with some vest ready.
"So what does this thing do exactly?" Sean asked.
"We believe that when you and Kurt Teleport your also going through another dimension." Charles said.
"Oh yeah? That might explain the smell that comes with us." Sean said.
"Theres only one right now so who's going?" Forge asked.
"I'll do it. Since there might be something vicious there." Sean said making Kurt gulp at that thought.
"Bring us back a souvenir." Tabitha said making him snort before putting it on.
"Ok here we go." Forge said as his machine powered up as Sean went.
Appearing in what looked like hell he chuckled.
"Holy fucking hell. I'm actually in hell." Sean joked said as he flew around the place before noticing strange creatures making him raise an eyebrow before vanishing.
Sean reappeared in Forge's old lab.
"Damn. I like this. I'm heading back." Sean said vanishing.
However a small portal appeared for a second before it vanished.
Later
Everyone was once again at school and everything was rather crazy because everyone was trying to ask someone to the dance.
"Man. I can't believe all this nonsense." Reznov said.
"Oh don't act like your not taking Julia of all people." Sean said.
"Well, of course I am. How could I not?" Reznov asked.
"Exactly my point." Sean said before seeing Duncan trying to flirt with Juri who looked unimpressed.
"Dude is asking for an ass kicking." Sean said.
"Buzz off pal. Your not worth my time." Juri said walking away before he grabbed her.
"Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I'm asking you to the dance." Duncan said firmly.
"If I recall correctly it's woman's choice to ask who they want to go." Juri said.
"So ask me." Duncan said.
"Ok...How stupid are you?" Juri asked making him growl as people laughed. "Please. I'd get more fun from kicking the Lance and his buddies asses." Juri said walking away as people laughed before she walked to Sean. "Hey babe. Want to take me to the dance?" Juri asked making him chuckle.
"As if you really need to ask." Sean said making her grin before walking away.
"NO WAY! You already got asked by Jean!" Duncan yelled.
"So? Theres no rule against taking more than one." Sean said making him glare as Sean turned and walked away before Duncan took a swing at him but he dodged easily.
"Oh boy. Here we go again." Peter said as Sean dodged all of Duncan's strikes easily.
"Mathews." Kelly said stopping them. "In my office." Kelly said making him glare at Sean who smirked.
"Thank you Mr. Kelly." Sean said as he took Duncan away.
Later
"Honestly that guy is just straight up arrogant." Moka said annoyed as they ate their food.
"I've been dealing with him since I first arrived." Sean said.
"What exactly caused him to hate you so much?" Peter asked.
"Oh you know. I showed after my folks were killed and started becoming a popular student. Duncan tried to get me to join his group of thugs to get some of that popularity. I saw right through his schemes and told him to fuck off. That in turn started this little rivalry. And it got worse when Jean and I started dating and up to now considering." Sean said placing a hand on her stomach making her giggle.
"True. He was furious when he found out we were dating. And he'll be more furious when he learns about the Harem." Jean said.
"When we Graduate we planned to move back to Greece since it's only a matter of time before this country learns about Mutants and all hell breaks loose." Sean said.
"I can see that." Moka said.
"Why are the other countries so accepting to Mutants and know about them but this one doesn't?" Peter asked.
"Because of my father and other high ranking officials he knew." Sean said.
"KRUGER!" Dunca yelled.
"Oh great. What now?" Sean asked standing up.
"This is all your fault! I just got banned from the Dance tonight because of you!" Duncan yelled.
"How is that my fault when you attacked me and tried to force Juri to take you? You caused this not me. As per fucking usual. Your selfish and uncaring of those around you. It's no wonder everyone hates you." Sean said turning to leave making him growl before grabbing a chair and slammed it on him making him grunt before glaring at him as he grabbed him by the front of his shirt.
"Oh shit. Here we go." Rogue said.
"Lets rumble." Sean said pulling his fist back.
"Enough!" Kelly yelled stopping them. "Mathews, I will see you in detention for the rest of the month." Kelly said making him growl.
"Worth it." Duncan said before slugging Sean who took it before Sean slammed him down hard making him groan before Sean pulled him back up.
"Your not worth the time of day. Your always gonna be a nobody to me and everyone else. I actually have a future in life when I graduate. Unlike you." Sean said dropping him as he and the others left while Duncan was being lectured by Kelly.
Later
"What the hell are those?" Sean asked seeing some reptilian looking creatures from the Vest's cameras.
"That was in the other dimension you went through. We need more information on them." Charles said.
"You wanna send me back?" Sean asked surprised.
"I'm going with." Alex said.
"So am I." Logan said.
"More Numbers equals better success." Sean said.
Soon the three were in protective gear ready for the next transportation.
"Good luck." Dana said.
"I don't need it. Scott needs more luck with his girlfriend if they want to go further." Alex teased making him spit out his drinking while Sean laughed at that.
"That was payback for when you showed up wasn't it?" Scott asked.
"The fuck do you think?" Sean asked as the machine powered up and they vanished.
Reappearing back in this new dimension they floated around.
"Man this place is actual hell." Alex said.
"Thats what I said when I first showed up." Sean said before sensing these strange creatures.
"Got any plans if they attack?" Logan asked.
"Does the usual suffice?" Sean asked before one tried to jump on him making him yell before slashing it apart. "Ok I wanna go now." Sean said annoyed before more jumped on them making them crash onto a rock.
Alex had his left arm turn into a giant blade before slashing one of the monsters before Sean blasted another.
"Ok thats it! We're out!" Sean yelled as they vanished.
All three appeared in the school gym.
"Ok, I'm not going back there again." Sean said before creating a small portal to get them out of the place.
What they failed to see was another portal from that same dimension opening up for a second.
Later
"Ok we're all agreed we're not going back. The risks are just too high." Sean said leaning against the wall.
"Yes, and if any of them managed to get into this world...The results could be fatal." Charles said.
"Your sure they can't come through?" Sean asked Forge.
"Pretty sure. Nothing's happened so far so the odds are they can't come through here." Forge said.
"Just to be on the safe side make sure of it. I don't want any surprises tonight." Sean said as he left.
"That was pure hell." Alex said as they went in the Elevator.
"And to think me and Kurt have been going there and back every time we teleport." Sean said.
"Yeah. Now I don't think Kurt's going to go back any time soon after that demonstration." Alex said.
Later
The X men were at the School Dance enjoying themselves.
Right now Sean was with Rogue in a nice slow dance as she laid her head against his chest.
"It feels nice to be able to do this and touch." Rogue said making him smile.
"Not just me. Matsu is making you something to turn your powers off so you can touch anyone. Espcially when the baby is born." Sean said making her smile as she held her stomach. Both she and Jean were currently 3 months into their pregnancy.
"So I never really asked you this but what are you hoping on the Gender?" Sean asked making her smile.
"Honestly? I'm really hoping for a boy. It's obvious you and Jean are gonna have a girl since it makes sense." Jean said making him smile as he kissed her forehead.
"Either way I know you two will be great mothers." Sean said making her smile softly.
After dancing with Rogue for a while he started dancing with the other girls.
"He's a real charmer isn't he?" Jean asked Rogue who smiled.
"Yeah. You know part of me thinks maybe moving to Greece would be a whole new exciting beginning. " Rogue said.
"Yeah. Add to the fact that Mutants are more accepted there adds to the reasons to move there." Jean said.
Sean was currently dancing with Raven who smiled at him.
Thats when the doors busted down by Duncan and some of his thugs.
"KRUGER!" Duncan roared.
"Oh hell." Sean said as he approached him. "What do you want now?" Sean asked.
"We're gonna settle this my way. You've been making a fool out of me for years. And to tell you the Truth I'm sick of it. So we're gonna settle this the old fashioned way." Duncan said.
"You really think Kelly's gonna let that happen?" Sean asked.
"He's busy right now. So the way I see it. Nothing is getting in the way of me putting you where you belong." Duncan said making him shake his head.
"Whatever. You don't stand a chance of beating me." Sean said making him growl before trying to punch him but Sean caught his fist easily shocking him as he fell to his knees. "Maybe I don't make this obvious. I'm above someone like you because I don't think about myself. I care about the world and it's problems while you only care about yourself. Always have and always will. Thats what makes you pathetic. Your nothing." Sean said before punching him in the face knocking him out before glaring at his thugs who gasped in shock before running off as the others cheered.
"Little punk ass bitch." Reznov said before some portal opened up.
"Now what?" Sean asked before the same reptiles from before came out shocking everyone as the normal students screamed in horror as they ran off.
One charged at Sean but he punched it down hard since the other students were gone.
"The hell is this thing doing here?" Reznov asked before Sean tied it up.
"Forge." Sean said annoyed.
Later
"That is the last time I use something you made!" Sean yelled at Forge who winced.
"I didn't know that was gonna happen. We fixed it though." Forge said.
"I don't care! You could have exposed us with something like that. We're trying to keep Mutants secret for as long as possible in the US. Erik wants us exposed for his own personal selfish reasons." Sean said.
"I said I was sorry." Forge said.
"I know. But thats the last time we ever use something you made." Sean said leaving.
