Chapter 58: The Housing Process
The next morning, Dylan Riley was in his bed, the covers over his naked body. He then opens his eyes and lets out a yawn.
"Oh fuck that was a good sleep and that was a good fuck last night, I can't believe that Nojiko is now part of this harem," Dylan said.
Dylan then rubs his hands along the covers, and then he feels some sort of lump on the covers.
"Why do I feel something lumpy?" Dylan asked himself.
Then, Nojiko pops out of the covers, completely naked with a smile on her face and her breasts resting on Dylan's hairy chest.
"Good morning Dylan, you are a heavy sleeper," Nojiko said to Dylan.
"You were awake before me?" Dylan asked Nojiko.
"Yeah for about twenty minutes now," Nojiko said.
"So want to stay here and cuddle?" Nojiko asked Dylan.
"I would, but I don't want to stay in bed all day," Dylan said as Nojiko giggles a bit.
"So cute," Nojiko said and then she gives Dylan a quick kiss on the lips.
Nojiko then gets off the bed and stands on the floor. She then slides her bandana off her forehead and puts it on the nightstand.
"I'm going to hop in your shower, care to join me?" Nojiko asked Dylan.
"Sure," Dylan said as he gets off the bed and stands on the floor.
Dylan and Nojiko then walk into the bathroom and get into the shower stall. Once Dylan closes the door, he turns on the shower head and warm water sprays down onto their naked bodies.
Dylan then picks up the bar of soap and rubs it along Nojiko's wet body.
"Now don't be afraid to get in there," Nojiko said to Dylan in a playful tone.
"Okay," Dylan said as he rubs the soap along Nojiko's arms.
"Now if you think we are going to have sex in the shower, well you're out of luck," Dylan said to Nojiko.
"I don't want sex, I just want you and me to shower together, I promise," Nojiko said to Dylan in a sincere tone.
"Okay, I believe you," Dylan said to Nojiko.
Dylan continues to rub the soap all over Nojiko's body as his belly was pressing up against Nojiko's back.
"Oh I love this closeness," Nojiko thought as she continues to shower with Dylan.
A half an hour later, Dylan and Nojiko finished their shower as Dylan turns off the water to it. They soon step out of the shower and they get ready for the day.
Later on, Dylan (wearing his glasses, black Lucha Brothers "Spilt" t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers) was walking down the hall and heading to the living room.
"Oh boy, second day of living here, oh it is so cool," Dylan said in an excited tone.
Dylan then makes it to the living room and sits on the couch.
Then, Nami (wearing a white sweater dress and gladiator sandals) and Bellemere (wearing a black hoodie with three white stars on it, light blue ripped jeans, and black and red sneakers) approach Dylan and sit with him on the couch.
"So Dylan, how was your night?" Nami asked Dylan.
"Oh it was great and good news, Nojiko is joining the harem," Dylan said.
"Awesome," Nami said in an excited tone.
"That is great, we are now officially together again," Bellemere said.
"So did Nojiko have some 'fun' with you?" Nami asked Dylan.
Dylan looks to see Nojiko (wearing her bandana, a sleeveless blue plaid dress shirt, dark blue jeans, and brown flip flops) walking towards the living room.
"You can ask her yourself," Dylan said to Nami as Nojiko sits down on the couch with them.
"Hey Nojiko," Nami said to Nojiko.
"Hey Nami," Nojiko said to Nami.
"So, did you and Dylan rock the bed last night?" Nami asked Nojiko in a playful tone.
"Oh we did," Nojiko said as Nami was happy by it.
"I knew it, I knew my talk last night would get you to do it," Nami said to Nojiko.
"So how was it?" Bellemere asked Nojiko.
"Oh it was awesome, Dylan is great in bed and I love how he touches me," Nojiko said as Dylan blushes a bit over this.
"What did you like most about it?" Bellemere asked Nojiko.
"The way he touched my tattoo," Nojiko said.
"Yeah he did the same thing with me and my tattoo," Nami said.
"So I'm going to join the harem," Nojiko said.
"Yeah Dylan told us," Nami said.
"You'll have to stay in one of the guest rooms for a little bit until Franky and some of our friends finish your room," Nami said to Nojiko.
"Okay," Nojiko said.
"So Nami was the first, what position was Bellemere in when she had sex with you?" Nojiko asked Dylan.
"I was number nine," Bellemere said.
"Yes, Bellemere was the ninth and you are number sixteen," Dylan said to Nojiko.
"I'm the sixteenth girl to have sex with you," Nojiko said to Dylan.
"Yes, everyone had sex with me before hand, you knew that," Dylan said to Nojiko.
"I know, but still," Nojiko said.
"Now that you are in the harem, there is a few rules," Nami said to Nojiko.
"What rules?" Nojiko asked.
"You have to share me with the other girls, they all want a piece of me," Dylan said to Nojiko.
"Okay," Nojiko said.
"Please limit the arguing, I don't like to see arguing between the ladies, if you do disagree, just try to work it out," Dylan said to Nojiko.
"Got it," Nojiko said.
"Anything else?" Nojiko asked Dylan.
"Nothing else, except I need some breathing room whenever I get the chance, I don't want to have sex every minute of the day," Dylan said.
"It's true," Nami said.
"Yes, he needs time to play his games and watch his wrestling, he can't fuck all the time," Bellemere said.
"Got it, if he fucks all day his cock would be shredded," Nojiko said.
"Yes I don't want that to happen," Dylan said.
Then, Nico Robin (wearing a purple long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and purple knee-high boots) walks into the living room and sits on one of the chairs.
"Hey everyone," Robin said to the group.
"Oh hey Robin," Nami said to Robin.
"Robin great news, Nojiko is officially joining the harem," Dylan said to Nojiko.
"And I had sex with Dylan last night as well," Nojiko said.
"That is amazing news," Robin said.
"So you'll have to get Franky to help with her room," Nami said to Robin.
"I will get on to it," Robin said.
"Also see if you can contact Usopp about my Clima-Tact, he's fixing it because someone broke it," Nami said as Itsuka Kendo (wearing a blue t-shirt with black flames on the sleeves, black jeans, and blue and white sneakers) walks past her and Nami looks at her.
"Again, I'm sorry," Itsuka said to Nami as she heads for her room.
"So Robin, how did you get this house together?" Bellemere asked Robin.
"Yeah I want to know that as well," Dylan said.
"Well it all started after your first visit to the other Straw Hats," Robin said to Dylan.
"Wow, it started that long ago," Dylan said in shock.
"I didn't expect that," Nami said.
"After that, I met up in secret with the others to help with the house," Robin said.
"And you didn't tell me," Nami said to Robin as she was a little bit pissed off.
"I didn't want you to ruin the surprise," Robin said to Nami.
"Yeah that's true," Nami said.
"So how did you do it?" Dylan asked Robin.
"Okay I'll tell you," Robin said to the group.
"Ooh I'm going to love this," Nojiko said as she gets herself comfortable.
Flashback…
As Dylan was in the early stages of his harem building, Robin was visiting the other Straw Hats as she was looking at some blueprints Franky drew.
"It looks pretty good," Robin said.
What Robin sees was a drawing of a house, it was three storeys high and looked like an everyday house.
"Yes, I was thinking about Dylan and you in mind," Franky said to Robin as Robin sees drawings for the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, basement, sitting area, and backyard.
"Is this big enough for everyone?" Robin asked Franky.
"How big do you want it?" Franky asked Robin in a curious tone.
"Enough for a hundred and ten people," Robin said as Franky's jaw drops to the floor in very anime fashion.
Soon, Franky regains his composure as he couldn't believe it.
"Is it a joke, please tell me it is a joke," Franky begged Robin.
"Nope, I'm being deadly serious," Robin said.
"Well this is a big project, but I can do it," Franky said.
"Perfect, but I do have a few suggestions," Robin said.
"What are they?" Franky asked Robin.
"The way the house is designed doesn't suit Dylan's preferences," Robin said.
"What does he like?" Franky asked Robin.
"He wants something dark, very gothic like," Robin said.
"Also he would like something that resembled the Tudor Era, something that would look like a mansion back in the day," Robin said as she points to the drawings.
"Okay," Franky said.
"Just let me rework the drawings and I'll present the plans," Franky said to Robin.
"Perfect," Robin said as she leaves Franky alone.
A few days later, Robin returns to the Straw Hats as she and the other members were looking at a model Franky made. The model looked like the mansion that was built for them, but it was made of toothpicks.
"So, is this what you want?" Franky asked Robin.
"Yes, that's exactly what I need," Robin said as Luffy could feel something in his teeth.
"Oh god, the meat in my teeth is driving me crazy," Luffy said.
Luffy then grabs a toothpick and that cause the model to collapse. Franky then looks at Luffy with anger in his eyes as Luffy manages to get the meat out of his teeth.
"What?" Luffy asked Franky.
"It took me seven hours to make this," Franky said angrily.
"Really, I expect it to be done in three hours," Luffy said as he puts the used toothpick in Sanji's dress coat pocket.
Sanji then nails a kick to the top of Luffy's head, knocking him out.
"I'm not your personal garbage bin," Sanji said angrily to Luffy.
"I don't think I could built this house on the land of Dylan's old home," Franky said.
"Yeah, that hill makes it difficult, not to mention the houses next to it," Chopper said.
"Can you see if you can find some unused land that has been abandoned for years?" Robin asked Franky.
"I'll try my best," Franky said.
Several days have past as a few more girls join the harem and Robin got a new phone, thanks to Dylan. Robin makes a call to Franky and she got word that they found some land to build the house on.
Robin then heads to the location as she couldn't believe the open space.
"So this land is up for sale?" Robin asked Franky.
"Yes and it is very cheap, apparently this place used to have an abandoned house that was used to make this methamphetamine," Franky said.
"Crystal meth, I heard that from Dylan," Robin said.
"Yes they have been trying to sell this land for years, they reduce the price so low that they are practically giving it away," Franky said.
"They probably fear the chemicals would kill them in their sleep," Robin said as this freaked Usopp out.
"It is so beautiful, I wish I could see it, but I can't see, get it, skeleton joke," Brook said.
"Oh I'll take it," Robin said.
"How can you afford it?" Franky asked Robin.
"Oh I got the means," Robin said with a smile on her face.
Later on during that time, Robin purchases the land and after some paperwork, they got the clearance to build the house.
Three days later, The Straw Hats were planning out the stages of building the house as Robin made it to the destination.
"We got the land, let's build it," Robin said to the crew members.
"Perfect, we dig out the land, build the basement, and once we get it built, we'll built the frame to the actual home," Franky said.
"Perfect," Robin said.
"Sanji will take care of the kitchen, Zoro will take care of the gym, while myself, Usopp, Chopper, and Brook will take care of the other rooms," Franky said.
"What about me?" Luffy asked.
"You'll be in charge of guarding the building supplies," Robin said to Luffy.
"I'm on it," Luffy said.
"Can we help?" this female voice asked the group as it belongs to Setsuna Tokage and she had the rest of Class 1-B with her.
"Class 1-B," Robin said in surprise.
"You know them?" Luffy asked Robin.
"Let's just say one of them nearly killed Dylan," Robin said.
"Yes and we want to make it up to you, that's why we came help," Setsuna said.
"How did you find this location?" Robin asked Setsuna.
"Oh I was flying a drone and I saw you and these guys hanging out," Setsuna said to Robin as she looks at the other Straw Hats.
"Well we could use some extra hands," Robin said.
"Yeah and we want Dylan to have a nice place to live, isn't that right Monoma?" Setsuna asked Neito Monoma.
"Whatever, Class 1-B still rules," Neito said.
"Want me to beat him up?" Roronoa Zoro asked Robin.
"Not yet," Robin said to Zoro.
Soon, Robin, The Straw Hats, and Class 1-B start building the house. Since they were out in the country and there wasn't much traffic, they used their Quirks and powers to dig up the ground so they can build the basement area.
Over the course of the next few weeks, The Straw Hats as well as Class 1-B (when they weren't busy with their hero and school work) manage to get the basement finished and build the frame to the house, thanks to their powers, they were able to get it up with no problems. They manage to the build walls for each floor, built in the special materials to keep the house at perfect temperature, and laid out wood for the floor.
The next few weeks was busy for The Straw Hats as they manage to add wood to the frame of the house and were about to start doing the roof. Meanwhile, Robin made it to the destination as she was watching the progress.
"This looks great so far," Robin said as Usopp approaches her.
"Oh hey Long Nose, what's going on?" Robin asked Usopp.
"I designed the flag for the house, I used the design you gave me," Usopp said as he holds up the special flag he made for the house.
"What's the meaning of this?" Usopp asked Robin.
"Well Dylan likes skull and crossbones, and he like this Jackass show and movies, so I designed it to match his love for it but make it in his own image," Robin said.
"What's with the barbed wire bats?" Usopp asked Robin.
"Oh that symbolizes Dylan's love of Deathmatch wrestling," Robin said as Usopp was a little bit freaked out by it.
"Don't worry, no one dies doing it," Robin said to Usopp.
The next few weeks went by as the outside of the house was done as it was covered by this brick material and the roof was officially up as it was covered by black shingles. The Straw Hats as well as Class 1-B were doing the inside the house as they got the walls up in the bedrooms.
Over in one of the bedrooms, Brook and Chopper were hammering in wood to the ground.
"Oh the ladies will love the rooms, maybe enough if they could show me their panties," Brook said.
"That's not a good idea Brook, remember the last time you asked one of Dylan's friends that question," Chopper said to Brook.
"Oh yeah, that Shinigami can really swing that oar," Brook said as he was referring to Botan.
Over in the kitchen, Sanji was hammering in the nails using his feet, thanks to the power of his kicks.
"Who needs a hammer, when I can use my feet," Sanji said.
Over in Dylan's den, Robin was using her Devil Fruit powers to hammer in the wood.
"These powers can be so useful," Robin said.
Over the coming weeks, they manage to build up the walls and ceilings, put in the hardwood floor for most for the house, install carpets for the bedrooms, install electricity and plumbing, built the special fireplace, build the garden room, complete the backyard and pathway from the house to Dylan's den, paint the house, build the garages, put in the pool, and build the theater room. Lucky during that time, Luffy didn't destroy anything with his reckless stupidity.
"Oh wow, we are almost done," Usopp said.
"And it looks good," Franky said.
It was getting close to Dylan and the girls returning from Japan as it was time to move in the furniture since all the rooms and the more important stuff was taken care of, with Robin taking care of Dylan's side.
Soon, the furniture gets delivered as Robin and The Straw Hats start to carry in the furniture.
Lucky for them they got some help, Robin asked the Fairy Tail guild to help move in the furniture and they said yes.
With the amount of people helping to move in the furniture, they were able to get it all in the house no problem. Even with Gray's constant stripping and Natsu almost destroying the house with his Fire Dragon Slayer magic, they manage to get the house completed.
Once the members of the Fairy Tail guild left the house, Robin and the other Straw Hat Pirates take one last look around the house.
"I can't believe it, we got the house complete," Franky said.
"The projector is working great," Usopp said.
"Gym is looking spectacular," Zoro said.
"Check the plumbing and electricity, working great, not to mention the garden looks great," Chopper said.
"Rooms are complete, and it will be much better once more people come here," Brook said.
"The kitchen looks great, appliances are working, and you could eat off the floor with how clean it is," Sanji said.
"So how is Dylan's den?" Franky asked Robin.
"It looks great, he is going to love it," Robin said.
"Can I see it?" Luffy asked Robin.
"No Luffy, I don't want Dylan's den to become rubble," Robin said to Luffy as she pats his head.
"Oh come on," Luffy complained.
"Hey, want to take one last look around before Dylan and the others get here?" Robin asked the crew.
"Sure," Zoro said as the Straw Hats walk around the house again to make sure everything was right.
Present day…
"And that's how the house was made," Robin said.
"Holy shit, I can't believe that many people helped build the house," Bellemere said in shock.
"And it was built that fast," Nojiko said.
"It helps when the people building the house have powers and Quirks to get it done faster," Dylan said.
"It wasn't that interesting," Nami said.
"Hey, sometimes stories don't need to be interesting, sometimes they get to the point," Dylan said.
"Well I have to thank The Straw Hats, Class 1-B, and the Fairy Tail guild for all their help," Dylan said as he gets off the couch.
"But I have something to point out," Dylan said.
"What is it?" Robin asked Dylan.
Dylan and Robin soon get out of the house and head inside the stand alone garage. Then they look straight at a wall.
"You told Luffy to guard the materials, so he doesn't cause any trouble," Dylan said to Robin.
"Yes," Robin said.
"Well he did this," Dylan said.
Dylan then points to the wall that had "Luffy Was Here" painted in red.
"Oh my god, yes I can see Luffy do that," Robin said to Dylan.
"I'm just glad he did that and not accidentally smashing it to the ground," Dylan said.
"Want me to paint over this?" Robin asked Dylan.
"No keep it, I like it, makes me feel like the Straw Hats are here," Dylan said to Robin and then Robin gives Dylan a kiss on his left cheek.
"Aww your sweet," Robin said to Dylan.
"When I want to be," Dylan said.
Later on, it was now nighttime as the girls were all asleep with Nojiko sleeping in one of the guest rooms.
Meanwhile, Dylan was in his PJs as he gets onto the bed. He then pulls the covers over his body.
"Oh I can't believe that many people built the house, that is amazing," Dylan said.
"Oh I have to thank everyone for this because it is awesome," Dylan said and then he falls asleep after a great day.
Well we got the story of how this house was made and boy a lot of powerful people came in to help. Sorry this wasn't exciting, but it was certainly neat to see how the house was built.
Anyway we got another chapter coming soon and we got the thirteenth girl under control by a card to appear, so stay tuned.
