Chapter 33
Naruto giggles as she plays with the little half-breed. As she looks at Shika and Sasuke-chan. "I know I have been bothering them long enough. But it is always nice to build bounds." She tells them.
"Goddess. We are not like the other werewolves and vampires." Began one of the elders of the vampires as and elder of the werewolf pack stand together.
Naruto looks over towards them. "I can see that. For I have noticed you have some blood bank bags that I am guessing once of the wolves works at. They are being back for the vampires here." She told them.
Wide eyes look towards her. "Yes, Goddess. We do that." Speaks up the wolf elder.
"Well, I see no issue with anyone bothering you in the future. If you do not hunt human's. Even if you must feed from animal blood. I am sure the wolves would be happy to go hunting for you." Naruto told them.
"We have been doing that. As we do not want to get our friends in trouble. So, we go from human to animal blood." The vampire elder told her.
"Okay." Naruto said as she returned the baby to the baby's mother. "Thank you." She told her as she turns to look at her sister and boyfriend. "Let's go. We are done here." She told them as Sammy and Dean watched from the doorway. Knowing that if she believes them. They trust her word.
Following the three shinobi, Sammy and Dean give their goodbyes to the werewolves and vampires. "I'll call Garth and have him come and meet you all. I am sure his wife's pack would welcome you all in." Dean told them as they thank him for their help.
"So Naru." Sammy begins with a wondering tone.
"Yes?" Naruto turns around grinning at him.
"How much longer do we have you three around?" Sammy questions as Dean came up next to his brother.
Tilting her head to the left with her ponytail looping over her shoulder. "Well…I'm not sure." She tells him with a slight frown. "If what Revy told me…..we might have to leave here as I am still being hunting for being who I am." She told them.
Now this has Dean and Sammy frowning. "If you ever need us. Just call. We will drop whatever we are doing to come to your aid." Dean tells the girl that he sees as his baby sister.
"I'll do that." Naruto tells him as she gives her two big brothers hugs.
"We got to go." Sasuke speaks up as she is holding her phone to her ear looking annoyed.
"Well boys we will be seeing you." Naruto told them as Shika waves at them and Sasuke waves as she is getting into the car. After Naru and Shika get into the car with a sad smile she looks into her review mirror back at her two brothers.
"This might be the last time we will be seeing them." Naruto said as tears well up in the corner of her eyes. "I'll miss them." She whispered the last part.
"It will not be the last time. We still have time with them here." Shika tells her as his left thumb wipes away a single tear rolling down her right cheek.
"Hey, we need to roll. We have something strange going on. In Fort Saulu." Sasuke tells them.
"Why?" Naruto questions the girl seated in the backseat.
"A strange man has attacked several Marines just outside the Marine base." Sasuke tells her.
"This isn't good. I think they have already found their way here." Shikamaru pipes up with a frown. "If they are here. Then who are back home with Revy?" He questions as an afterthought.
"I'm not sure. For what we had been told the Zombie twins are on the island. So…It could be the puppet expert and blonde mad bomber?" Naru questions as her tears dried up.
"If those two are here. That is a good thing. We need to move it." Naru said as a fire lit in her crystal blue eyes.
"Alright." The two with her agree.
Three days later
They roll up into Fort Saulu. The town was too quiet. Not a single soul is seen out on the streets, never even the birds and bugs were out. As it was an eerie silence.
Stopping the car in the middle of the street Naruto opens the door and takes a step out. Using her fox ears to hear for anyone or even a sign of life. Her ears twice several times before she heard something. Her head snapping towards the south. Where water could be heard as well as several voices.
Getting back into the car. She looks at the two with her. "I heard some voices over by the port." She told them.
Shikamaru black eyes darken even more as his cigarette hangs from the right corner of his mouth. "This doesn't feel right. We should part the car nearby and continue foot. For if its them….they might try destroying your baby." He told the kitsune girl.
"Sounds like a plan as I don't want to hear her bitching about something happening to this damn car." Sasuke grumbles out in agreement.
"Shut up." Growls out Naruto as she moves her car to an empty parking lot getting out locking her door as the other two following suit.
They take off walking down the street. Hearing towards the part. Closing her eyes, Naruto let's out a breath as her ears and tail vanish from sight.
Docks
Why did Orochimaru-sama have us come to this strange world?" Questions a man with purple hair and strange colored eyes.
"I don't know Shin. We are to find the Last Uchiha." The woman standing in front of him.
"Karen this doesn't feel right. This place isn't right." Shin whines as he looks towards the towns people being chained together with seal slapped on their foreheads.
This is the sight the trio stumbles across.
I feel like this is a good place to stop to set up for the next chapter.
Snake is still looking for "boy" Sasuke and at lease it isn't the two art fans.
