Chapter 18 Proxy Emergence
It's been about a month since Aresia's plan to wipe out all of the men on Earth failed and she turned a new leaf at Monarch.
And of course since Eiling and Luthor were put under a microscope to make sure they didn't try anything though clearly they would but make sure to cover their tracks to protect themselves.
Right now Sean and Rachnara were coming out of a restaurant in Gotham City with her in human form as she laughed at one of his stories.
"You got covered in seaweed?" Rachnara asked laughing.
"Hey I was in new territory when I was a kid. I didn't mean to get covered in that shit." Sean said making her laugh harder.
"I would have loved to see that. The Proxy of the King of the Monsters covered in seaweed." Rachnara said giggling making him roll his eyes.
"Yeah, yeah." Sean said.
"I appreciate you taking me out tonight. It feels nice to go out and feel normal again." Rachnara said.
"You are normal to me. You may look different outside but your still a person." Sean said making her smile.
"Oh great the freak."
Sean sighed before turning and saw none other than Bullock.
"Ah fuck." Sean said as Rachnara glared with all six eyes.
"So you're dating another freak huh? I can't imagine someone would date some freak with six eyes." Bullock mocked before she smirked.
"Well, at least unlike you these freaks get lucky unlike your fat ass. When was the last time you got laid I might ask?" Rachnara asked making him widen his eyes before growling in rage. "Oh come on! You all are gonna defend these freaks of nature? Eiling and Luthor have the right idea about them. They should be put down along with those monsters who gave them powers." Bullock said making people boo him which pissed him off.
"That enough to convince you no one is siding with you." Sean said.
"I don't care. I'm taking you both in." Bullock said before King Bat landed in front of him growling. "Oh shit." Bullock said.
King Bat roared loudly at him and his clothes shredded off leaving him in pink hearted boxers.
This made everyone burst out laughing including Sean and Rachnara.
"I guess the Rumors were true. This Titan really does hate the fat ass!" Rachnara yelled laughing.
"AHHH!" Bullock roared running back home to get changed again. (I haven't been doing this for a couple chapters)
"Oh brother. This never gets old." Sean said as King Bat flew off.
Later
Once more the group was back at Monarch HQ.
"We have multiple Proxy signals coming in." Emma said.
"Ever since the Dragons came back it's not unexpected. I'd wager most of them are looking for proxies as well." David said.
"Two of them are currently in Japan. The other is at New York." Graham said.
"Well, Luthor and Eiling are under heavy security so no need for us to go all at once. We'll head to Japan first and find our proxies there." Sean said.
Later
Sean and Korra were traveling to some old shrine house.
"This is where our proxy is?" Korra asked as Sean looked at the tracking device.
"So it would seem. Don't forget Leone was in a village where King Caesar was at. Only this time Lex and Eiling won't be able to send their little foot soldiers or risk getting put under a bigger investigation." Sean said as they arrived inside.
Inside however they saw a girl around Sean's age. She had white skin long Black hair and violet eyes. She was also dressed in a traditional Miko attire.
Currently she was in front of a shrine before she faced them with a smile.
"Hello there."
"Hello back. So your our new proxy. I'm very curious to know which one that is since there are a large number of them in Japan." Sean said making her giggle.
"Well...I think I know the name of the one who gave me his power. Long ago this part of Japan worshiped one of the old gods who watched over the lands and kept the people in line from attacking one another. He was known as Hamon. The Lord of Thunder." (From Yugioh GX)
"Whats your name?" Korra asked.
"My name is Akeno Himejima." Akeno said as yellow Lightning bounced off her. (From High School DXD Season 1-3)
"Well...How would you like to see what you can really do. Learn to control your new gifts." Sean said making her giggle.
"Being honest I actually would like to know. Plus I always wanted to travel." Akeno said.
"Good. But before we leave we have one more Proxy to find before heading back to the states." Sean said.
Soon all three arrived back in the now rebuilt city of JanJira that was now free of Radation the Male Muto let loose 16 years ago and was now thriving again thanks to King Cobra. (A reminder he's from Godzilla the Series)
"Wow. I had heard this place was unlivable for a long time because of that rogue Titan. What was it called again? A Nuto?" Korra asked making Sean snicker.
"MUTO." Sean said.
"Oh." Korra said sheepishly.
"And there were two of them. One fed off the radiation from the Power Plant here. The other a female fed of Nuclear waste in an old disposal site in Nevada. But both were killed by Godzilla and the rest of his kind." Sean said as they made it into the city.
"So if King Cobra is here that must mean he has a Proxy here." Korra said.
"More than likely. We just gotta find out who that is." Sean said.
As they walked through the city however though they heard someone scream making them rush to the source.
Only to see a red tail move through an alleyway.
"The hell was that?" Korra asked.
"I would say thats our proxy." Rachnara said above them in her spider form
"When did you get here?" Sean asked.
"Just because you said to stay behind doesn't mean I should. Better to be safe than sorry." Rachnara said.
"Fair enough." Sean said as they followed the tail before they were at a dead end seeing the proxy trying to climb the walls crying.
"DON'T LOOK AT ME!"
"Easy now." Rachnara said above the target which turned out to be a woman.
Thats when Sean got a better look at her.
She had white skin long bright red hair and amber eyes that were slitted. She also had red Pointy ears and scales on her face. But the most obvious thing they noticed as the lower half was all snake tail that was Red. And like Rachnara when they first met was completely naked.
"Yup. She's our Proxy for King Cobra." Sean said.
"Wait...You mean...One of those people with powers like the Titans?"
"Yup. And apparently like me your power is more physical but if I can do this." Rachnara said turning human again as she landed behind her. "You'll be able to learn that soon." Rachnara said.
"Got a name?" Sean asked.
"Miia. I was...Librarian before this 3 days ago." Miia said. (From Monster Musume like Rachnara)
"Well, your the second proxy we found today." Sean said as Akeno waved as yellow lightning bounced off her.
"How many are there?" Miia asked.
"At the most right now theres at least a couple dozen out there. More will follow though since the dragons are back. And each of them have their own unique abilities." Sean said.
"Well, I guess I might as well go with you. I don't have anywhere else to go." Miia said.

After dropping Miia and Akeno back at base Sean, Rias, Rachnara and Livewire arrived In New York.
"Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't New York have two titans?" Rias asked.
"Yup. Zilla and Komodo. Zilla is a Godzilla species only smaller and a lot faster on land and water but just not as powerful. The main Godzilla is a hundred and twenty meters. Zilla is only 70 though. But that doesn't make him any less of a good titan. Size isn't always everything." Sean said.
"I kinda disagree." Rachnara said as they used the device to find their new proxy. "So who do you think our New proxy's powers come from? Zilla or Komodo?" Rachnara asked.
"Only one way to find out." Sean said as they arrived at the docks.
"I think we should split up." Livewire said.
"Probably a good idea." Sean said as they went in separate directions.
Sean arrived at the end of the docks before he spotted someone. A woman with long blonde hair white skin and brown eyes was seen in a trench coat before she took it off showing she was in a Green Bikini before Sean saw a pair of large spiked on her shoulders like Zilla and some on her back.
"Well." Sean said making her gasp as she turned around before pulling her coat up. "Relax. I'm not here to judge or anything. I know those spikes anywhere. So...You're the proxy of Zilla." Sean said.
"Uh...Yeah. I guess you can call me that or my real name. it's Alexis Rhodes." Alexis said. (From Yugioh GX. I think she would work nice as a Proxy of Zilla)
"Well, Alexis it's nice to meet you. Going for a swim?" Sean asked walking next to her.
"I've always enjoyed the water as a little girl. Now I can actually stay in longer without coming up for air." Alexis said smiling making him grin before taking off his shirt showing his own spikes.
"Would you like to swim with company?" Sean asked making her smile before they both dived in.
After a nice swim both arrived back at the docks.
"It feels nice to know I'm not the only one like this." Alexis said drying her hair.
"Oh believe me Alexis. Your not the only special one out there. In time there could be hundreds or even thousands." Sean said.
"There you are." Rachnara said walking to them before she spotted the spikes on Alexis's back making her grin. "Well, I was hoping it would be his Proxy." Rachnara said making Sean shake his head in amusement.

Alexis was taken back to Monarch to learn to control her new powers.
Meanwhile however Sean sighed as he was at a safe house in Florida to relax for a little while.
Sighing he got into a pair of shorts.
"Not too tired are ya" Rachnara asked.
"Honestly I..." Sean tried to say as he faced her before the words froze in his mouth.
