Chapter 19 Central City's Titan
Its been a month since Akeno, Miia and Alexis were found to be the new Proxies.
Alexis had Sean teaching her new abilities since they were identical. (Sore I'm surprised you didn't approve of this period. I'm rather disappointed. And I didn't use Harpies since I like mixing it up rather than do something thats already been seen)
Akeno was trained by David since he had similar but more powerful abilities.
Right now however Sean and Alexis were swimming through the ocean.
"Hey lizard people." Wally said on comms making Alexis's eyes twitch from that nickname he gave them last week.
"You know I really hate it when you call us that. I might be tempted to burn your face off when I get a handle of atomic breath." Alexis said making Sean chuckle.
"What is it?" Sean asked.
"We might have a new Titan Emerging. Guess where?" Wally said.
"Central City?" Sean asked.
"I wish. France." Wally said.
"Oh the country of love. I would love to go there." Alexis said.
"I will never understand why people think it's the most romantic place in the world." Sean said before they headed back.
Later
"Ok so we believe a new Apex level Titan is in the city of Paris?" Sean asked.
"Thats what recent intelligence suggests." Emma said.
"France doesn't have much for Titan Legends since it's nowhere near as old as the legends. However there was an old legend of a Titan in that area where France now resides." Serizawa said.
"What were these legends?" Hicks asked.
"An old legend of a large creature of great power that defended all who lived there. Supposedly this one actually had a relation with two other Apex Level Titans. Not as powerful as Godzilla or Destroyah. But still powerful alone. There are a lot of Apex Level Titans with their own unique abilities." Graham said.
"And it's important we find where this Titan is before Luthor and Eiling try anything." Serizawa said.
"I'd be surprised if they actually did try anything at this point." Superman said. The whole government was keeping a very close eye on them after Leone's village was attacked 2 months ago.
"Ok. Lets get going." Sean said.
Later
"So I know the Rainbow Dragon and Godzilla are Apex Titans and all but what about the others. What are the three top Apex Titans?" Korra asked.
"Well, Godzilla is THE Apex Titan for Obvious reasons. Destroyah is the third most powerful Titan." Sean said.
"And the second?" Korra asked making him grin.
"I'm not spoiling." Sean said making her grin.
"I guess that makes sense." Korra said.
"Still I can tell you it earns its rank as the second most powerful Titan in the world. It's power level is on par with Godzilla. In the event somehow he becomes incapacitated he takes control until Godzilla can recover." Sean said.
"So what do you know about the Titan here?" Leone asked.
"As most know every Titan represents an essential aspect of life on Earth. For Godzilla he represents balance. This one from what the legends as I recall represents the element of darkness." Sean said.
"How is that an essential aspect of life?" Korra asked.
"Not everything in life is all light. Darkness is also an essential aspect as both an element and balance of light itself. Just as magic users can use darkness for good and evil. It all depends on who's using that darkness. I know a friend of Batman's who uses darkness to fight dark forces. His name is John Constantine." Sean said.
"I guess that makes sense." Leone said.
"So what is the name of the Titan here anyway?" Korra asked.
"If I recall it's called..." Sean tried to say when the whole place shook violently.
"Oh boy thats not good." Korra said.
Suddenly multiple portals opened up before several Kaiju came through.
"Guys." Sean said on comms.
"I know we see them. This is a natural opening portal." Cisco said.
"So Luthor and Eiling aren't doing this. Thats some comfort." Sean said as the Kaiji attacked.
However under a large abandoned factory a large pair of red eyes was seen and growled in rage.
As the Kaiju made their way to the Eiffel tower however though the ground started to crack before a loud and powerful roar was heard making the Kaiju stop in alarm.
"Oh boy I can give you one guess what that is." Korra said as the abandoned factory crumbled apart.
Coming out of the rubble was a large beast that somewhat resembled Obelisk.
"Whoa. That thing is huge." Leone said grinning.
"What do you call this thing?" Korra asked.
"Legends call it Raviel. Lord of Phantasms." Sean said as Raviel roared loudly into the air. (From Yugioh GX)
From the Eiffel Tower people watched as the country's Apex Titan fought against the Kaiju using great power before leaving.
One however remained.
A young woman of Japanese nationality with white skin short black hair and black eyes about the same age as Korra.
Raviel roared as he smashed his fists into two of the Kaiju's heads going right through them with ease.
"Whoa. This guy does not mess around." Korra said.
Raviel's hands started to glow before blasting two Kaiju killing them instantly before the last one climbed the Eiffel tower making the girl up top yell in shock as the Tower started to tilt making her nearly fall off.
Raviel roared before blasting the last Kaiju making it fly in the air before landing in the river.
The girl yelled as she fell off and screamed as she fell down before Raviel caught her in his hands making her look in awe.
"Phew." Sean said as Raviel looked at her for a second before she started to glow making her eyes widen before he placed her down with the proxies and walked away.
"Whoa. What just happened?"
"I think we all clearly know." Sean said as Raviel sat down in the abandoned factory like a throne making them smirk.
"Just like Obelisk he finds a seat for a throne." Sean said.
Later
And like they predicted the girl turned out to be a Proxy of Raviel.
"How do I end up being a Proxy after him being out for a few minutes"
"The Titans are choosing their Proxies by choice. Clearly you have the qualities to use his powers like the rest of us." Sean said.
"We didn't get your name by the way." Leone said.
"My name is Yumi Ishiyama. I'm a recent graduate in High school." Yumi said. (Yumi from Code Lyoko)
"One of the benefits of growing up with these spikes is I didn't have to go to school." Sean said making Korra snicker.
"So...What happens now?" Yumi asked.
"Well. You could go to college and live a somewhat normal life and keep these new powers to yourself. Or you could join us and learn to use those powers for something good like what we do." Sean said making her think.
"Well...I guess it doesn't hurt to learn these new powers." Yumi said.
"Good cause..." Korra tried to say before Hicks walked in.
"We got a problem." Hicks said.
"Oh what is it now?" Sean asked.
"Theres going to be a hearing tomorrow. Someone else has an issue with the titans." Hicks said.
"Oh great. Another supporter of Lex and Eiling's stupidity." Sean said.
Next day
Once again members of the world were in the courts to discuss the Titans once more.
The one who made this happen?
A man known as Walter Simmons. The founder and CEO of APEX Cybernetics.
"This is stupid." Korra said.
"Lets just hear what he has to say and go home. It's not like he'll make a difference." Sean said before Walter Simmons appeared looking smug.
"This better not be a waste of our valuable time Mr. Simons." The Judge said.
"I assure everyone they need to hear this." Simmons said.
"Get on with it." Turok said .
"Over the last year the world has been plagued by these so called Guardians. What they are is monsters and nothing more. And Monarch has poisoned the minds of everyone to think that they are here to protect us. I disagree. We need to eliminate these beasts before they fully replace us as the Apex species of this world. There cannot be two Alphas on this world. And more importantly...These Proxies must also be put down as well." Simmons said making people whisper to one another.
"Mr. Simmons...I'll have you know..." The Judge tried to say.
"That you fully agree with me? I knew you all would." Simmons said before motioning for his security to grab Sean and the others. "I'll have these abominations put down in a few hours." Simmons said making her glare.
"DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!" She yelled starling him as his men backed off from Sean and the others as Sean growled with his back glowing. "Mr. Simmons we're not blinded by Ego. We see the Titans for what they are. The answer to humanity's problems both in nature and man made problems such as pollution and crime. You cannot deny they have done wonders for the world." The Judge said.
"You cannot all think this! They are abominations!" Simmons said.
"The only abomination is you. Humanity has always caused problems for this planet and everything that lives and breathes on the surface. They on the other hand have fixed those problems in a short amount of time." Sean said making him glare.
"I don't need to hear that from an abomination of nature. You taint the pure Human bloodline. As will any spawns you have. I won't let that happen." Simmons said.
"That is not up to you. We all want to see more like them and the old fashioned way. If more children like them are born and get the same results we're fine with it." The Judge said shocking him.
"You are all fools. I won't let that happen!" Simmons yelled as his men rushed at Sean and the others but he used atomic breath on one killing him while Korra used fire to force him back before Leone dashed at another.
"Security!" The Judge yelled as they grabbed Simmons who struggled. "Get him out of my sight!"
"THIS ISN'T OVER YOU ABOMINATIONS! NOT BY A LONG SHOT!" Simmons yelled.
"Sure looks over to me." Leone said.
Later
"Unfucking believable." Sean said.
"He's just as bad as Luthor and Eiling." Reznov said.
"Not unexpected. There are gonna be those who's ego get in the way of seeing the bigger picture. In his case he wants Humanity to be the Apex species on Earth." Batman said getting most to agree.
"The UN is keeping a close eye on Simmons after that since they don't want any repeats after what Eiling and Luthor have done in the past." Hicks said.
"So we don't have to worry much about them at the moment." Sean said.
"In the meantime let's get training our new recruit." Emma said.
1 week later
After Simmons threat about wanting to kill the Titans and their proxies the world kept a close eye on Apex and made sure Eiling and Luthor didn't contact him.
The idea of the three of them joining forces was a nightmare of hell to everyone since Luthor had already scarred New York with his Cloverfield Monster to try to frame the Titans. And Eiling let the MUTO's free which resulted in a large number of Deaths. The only reason no red flags were risen over that incident about the Titans was because they now know the MUTO's were aliens hence why King Cobra, The Zillo Beast and the Godzilla family attacked them. (Sora the Zillo beast appeared in the Godzilla chapter. If you lose track of what happens it might be a good idea to reread the story since theres only a small amount of chapters)
Currently right now Sean was in Central City at Star Labs.
"So whats up? And where's NIGEL?" Sean asked not seeing him.
"In storage away from Wally." Cisco said glaring at him making him laugh.
"Dude I was just messing around." Wally said.
"Whatever." Cisco said.
"So whats up?" Sean asked.
"Recently a large amount of radiation has been building up in this part of Central City." Joe said showing the more abandoned parts of the city.
"We've had to evacuate that part of the city." Julian said.
"For good reason. Thats where the Central City Titan is." Sean said making Cisco chuckle.
"Oh man. He's waking up isn't he?" Cisco said making Sean roll his eyes.
"Maybe. Or it could be something else." Sean said.
"Oh please like what? What else builds up radiation of that level?" Cisco asked.
"Correct me If I'm wrong but Dark Matter also has small traces of Radiation in it." Sean said.
"In certain cases yes." Wells said.
"So we could also be dealing with Dark Matter again." Joe said.
"Maybe. Or Maybe someone is up to something again since you guys have a lot of problems around here and some major enemies. Reverse Flash, Zoom, Savitar, The Rival." Sean listed.
"Not gonna lie on that." Barry said.
"Anyway even if the Titan in the city is waking up theres nothing really much we can can." Sean said.
"Oh come on! Can't we just find who it is?" Cisco asked.
"Do you ever stop?" David asked walking in.
"Oh come on. Clearly ours is very powerful. Just tell us who it is." Cisco said.
"Oh for god's sakes just tell him so he'll shut up." Sean said.
"Fine it's G..." David tried to say before an alert came up.
"Oh now what?" Sean asked as the news turned on showing serious damage all over the city.
"Hold up. Look." Cisco said showing four blurs they knew all too well.
"Thawn, Zoom, Savitar and the Rival. All four speedsters." Barry said.
"Make that five." Sean said seeing Godspeed.
"Aw hell." David said.
"This isn't good." Barry said as he and Wally suited up.
Reverse Flash laughed as he caused pure destruction throughout the city as did the other evil speedsters.
"The sounds of death and destruction. I love it." Zoom said before getting blasted by atomic breath making him roar seeing Sean who's mouth glowed.
"I'll deal with you myself." Sean said making him laugh as he circles around him punching him every few seconds making him growl before getting punched into a wall.
"You cannot stop the demon of Speed." Zoom said.
Flash and Reverse Flash speed through the city with Barry trying to catch up to him but couldn't as he was even faster than ever before he was punched into the wall.
"Miss me Barry?" Thawn asked amused.
"How did you get so fast?" Barry Asked.
"New generation Tachyons. My friends and I are now a hundred times faster than our last confrontation. And you can't stop us this time." Thawn said laughing making him growl.
However under the abandoned parts of Central City a pair of eyes glowed followed by another and one more set before growling was heard.
Wall fought against Savitar before getting punched into a wall making him groan before he held him back before a blade came out of his suit.
"Say hello...To your mother Wallace." Savitar said.
(Insert Rise of Ghidorah from Godzilla King of the Monsters)
Suddenly the ground began to shake.
"HEY! What the hell!" Wally yelled before something started coming out of the ground.
"What the?" Cisco said observing before he started grinning and chuckled.
"What are you laughing about?" Iris asked.
"He's awake!" Cisco yelled as something came out of the ground.
It was a golden dragon's head with a long neck.
"Oh man." Cisco said excited before another one came out.
"Wait I thought there was only one." Iris said before a third one came out and Cisco widened his eyes knowing what this one was.
"I take it back I want it to go back to sleep." Cisco said in alarm.
"Uh guys? What is this?" Wally asked.
"Godzilla's nemesis. King Ghidorah." Cisco said. (King Ghidorah from Godzilla King of the Monsters)
"You know thats only in the movies right?" Sean asked as Ghidorah roared loudly into the air before lightning rained down.
"Finally." David said before the Middle head spotted him before approaching him as all three heads looked at him before David placed his hand on the middle one sending lightning through him making the three heads soften their eyes.
Only for Godspeed to ram David into a wall making him grunt.
"The Power of a titan will be mine." Godspeed said arrogantly before Ghidorah snarled at him before his body started glowing as did all three mouths. "YES! Give me your power as I..." Godspeed tried to say before Ghidorah blasted him making him scream in agonizing pain as he was reduced to ash.
"Idiot." David said dusting himself off.
Flash and Kid flash appeared in front of the three headed Apex Titan who looked at them.
"Whoa. This is so cool." Kid Flash said before Ghidorah blasted both of them with lightning making them grunt.
However unlike with Godspeed it didn't kill them. Rather is actually made them stronger.
"Whoa." Flash said before dashing off with great speed a hundred times faster than he's ever been.
Thawn laughed as he was about to kill a group of civilians when Flash dashed at him before forcing him in front of Ghidorah .
"Wha...How did you..." Thawn tried to ask.
"Lets just say our Titan friend made us even faster. And your dead." Flash said dashing off as Ghidorah blasted Thawn who screamed in pain as he was reduced to dust.
Ghidorah roared into the air before strikes of lightning rained around Zoom, Savitar and the Rival.
"AHHH!" The Rival roared as he was hit and reduced to dust.
"Fall back!" Zoom yelled before Savitar was also hit making him scream in pain as he was killed.
Zoom tried to run as fast as he could before atomic breath hit him in the chest going right through him making him roar in pain as he fell to his knees as Sean stood in front of him.
"What was that about not being able to stop you?" Sean asked amused as he coughed blood before dying.
"Incredible." Wells said.

Later
After Ghidorah had awakened Crime in Central City had been downsized like Gotham and everywhere else a Titan awakened.
"I don't believe this. Our Titan is Godzilla's nemesis?" Cisco asked.
"Thats only in the movies. Godzilla, Ghidorah and Destroyah are the top three Apex Titans on Earth. And when all the other Apex Titans awaken they'll be able to wake up the others as well." Sean said.
"I had expected it to be something different...Like...That giant mutated Bug. Megagerius." Cisco said since it was just as fast as any speedster." Cisco said.
"Nope but it does exist." Sean said grinning.
Authors Note: Finally. I had some serious writers block. This was supposed to be updated yesterday but I had some trouble. Anyway so yeah Ghidorah is the Titan of Central City. Who else was it gonna be? And before people say he's the worst bad guy in the series I remind people he was technically the good monster in Godzilla GMK.
