Chapter 25 Reptilian
Its been a month since Grod had attempted to take over Central City and Destroy his old home to further his own plans without interference. Only to fail dramatically seeing as he ran into unexpected road blocks.
Now the world had been relaxing since the Titans continued to arrive all over the world with the latest in Korea.
"And in the Latest news a new Titan had emerged within South Korea Earlier this morning." A news woman said showing a Large Black Spider that had the Characteristics of a Black Widow.
"Though there has been no comment from North Korea many are concerned there could be an escalation of hostility between the two sides."
"Oh for fucks sakes." Sean said in the break room on the Watch Tower.
"I'll never understand why these two are at each others throats." Korra said.
"Simple hatred for one another based on ideals and what not. No different than Putin's reason to try and destroy Ukraine before Uria showed up." Sean said.
Thats when an alert came up.
"Give you one guess what that is." Rias said as Sean answered it.
"Another Proxy has just been located. Right in South Korea." Emma said.
"Figured as much." Sean said.
Later
Sean, Diana and Leone were in South Korea looking for their new proxy.
"So I understand that there was already a Giant spider in Las Vegas. Does that mean this one will be like Rachnera?" Leone asked.
"Maybe. Every Proxy is different and unique. Just as every Titan is as well." Sean said.
"At least we don't have to worry about Simmons or Luthor sending in anyone after this one." Diana said.
"Theres always gonna be someone though." Sean said before some thug was thrown into the wall.
"YOU WANT SOME MOTHERFUCKERS!"
Sean looked seeing a woman with black hair ties in two horns with white skin and purple eyes in unique clothing before she dodges a punch easily with great flexibility before kicking him back.
"None of you can touch me!"
"Excuse me." Sean said getting her attention as the thugs ran off in fear before she smirked at him and jumped over before bending her back very far back smiling at him.
"Well, hello handsome."
Sean scoffed in amusement.
"Looks like we found our proxy." Leone said.
"Oh you talking about the Black Widow? That be me. Juri Han." Juri said. (From Street fighter 4)
"Mind coming with us to see what you can do?" Sean asked.
"Sure. For a date." Juri said making him smirk.
Later
Juri was back at HQ getting her powers tested to see what she could do.
Right now Sean was actually talking with Lane.
"I'll admit without question these things have been making the world more stable since they started showing up. I will deny I ever said that under oath." Lane said making him scoff.
"What changed your mind?" Sean asked.
"My daughter Lois did actually. Told me all about Skull island. While there can be some bad ones the good outnumbers them." Lane said.
"But thats not why you asked to see me." Sean said.
"No. Recently theres been an unsual amount of activity near some excavation site. Something down there is happening. I want you and your friends to find out what exactly. Theres a great possibility they could be uncovering the remains of an ancient deceased Titan." Lane said.
"There have been a few in the past that have died. I'll see what I can find." Sean said.
"I'll be there shortly." Lane said.
Later
Sean and Turok arrived at some dig site before seeing a group of people digging the remains of a Titan.
"Looks like Lane was right." Sean said.
"Well."
Sean turned seeing someone he hoped never to see again.
"Campbell." Sean said through grit teeth.
"Happy to see me again?" Campbell asked before Sean punched him in the mouth making him groan.
"You never learn do you?" Sean asked Military trucks arrived as Lane and his men came out.
"The hell is all this about?" Lane asked.
"Campbell was a slimy cocksucker who tried to expose us for fame and glory. He got thrown out of Monarch years ago." Sean said.
"Well...Who doesn't want to be famous?" Campbell asked as Sean was about to hit him again.
"Stand down. He's hardly worth it." Lane said making him do so as he looked at the site. "So. You were digging up the remains of a Titan." Lane said.
"And what if I was?" Campbell asked.
"He didn't just dig it up."
Sean and Turok looked seeing a woman who had long brown hair with brown eyes and white skin.
"Who are you?" Lane asked.
"Lara Croft." Lara said surprising Sean. (Lara Croft from 2001)
"As in the famous Tomb Raider?" Sean asked making her grin.
"I see you know my reputation darling. Yes. I was the one who original found this site and he took over. But there have been incidents here. Several people have died and he didn't even care. Threatened to deport everyone claiming they were all Illegals despite that not being true." Lara said.
"Is that true?" Lane asked.
"So what? This is all that mattered." Campbell said before the skies began to light up.
"Something tells me he ain't happy." Turok said as a bright light hit the body making everyone get thrown back as Sean caught Lara.
"Now what?" Lane asked as the Titan started regrowing flesh and organs before it was alive again before it stood up and roared loudly.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Sean yelled as they ran for it before Campbell screamed as he was stepped on.
Suddenly however though the Titan vanished from thin air.
Later
"What the hell was that?" Lane asked.
"I don't know. I've never seen a Titan like that." Sean said.
"Whatever it was didn't seem peaceful." Turok said before Campbell's body was pulled out making him sigh.
"Fucking moron." Sean said.
"You had a lot of issues with him didn't you?" Lane asked.
"Fame and Glory are pointless in life. Doing your job is more important to get the right results for the right reasons. Not serve your own ambitions that cost lives." Sean said.
"That all depends on the ambition and what you're doing it for." Lane said.
"Anyway we'll head back and see what we can dig up." Sean said as he and Turok along with Lara got in a truck and drove off.
"So what was that light?" Lara asked.
"I wish I knew." Sean said before getting an alert. "Yeah go ahead." Sean said.
"The Watch Tower has detected a large space ship heading for Earth. Sensors picked up and fired a massive amount of energy at the planet." Batman said.
"So thats what that was. Whatever it was it revived a dead Titan. It was about a Hundred meters and reptilian. Not friendly though." Sean said before another energy blast landed in front of them before it appeared in front of them again and roared.
"Oh shit." Turok said.
"Hold up." Sean said as they got out.
"Look at it." Lara said as it looked at them before it's eyes landed on Sean.
"Theres something familiar about it." Sean said.
"He smells so old." Lara said before they heard attack choppers before they got in and drove off.
"Lane." Sean said.
"I got attack choppers on it. You need to get out of there." Lane said.
"Those weapons won't do anything." Sean said.
"Maybe not but it will slow it down." Lane said as they went on the attack but like Sean said it did nothing to him.
Thats when the ground began to crack apart before El Gusano Gigante came out and roared at him before pushing him back.
"Maybe this will even the odds." Lara said as they fought one another.
Only this Titan proved too great for the Giant Worm to handle before being thrown into a cliff out cold.
"Damnit! Is this one of those Apex level Titans you talk about?" Lane asked.
"Don't know. Theres nothing on this Titan." Sean said before the ground shook before seeing one of Godzilla's relatives known as Godzilla 2000 appeared and roared loudly at him.
"Now this might even the odds." Lane said.
Only thing was they didn't attack one another.
"The hell is going on now?" Sean asked before the titan vanished making Godzilla 2000 roar into the air.
"Something is up." Turok said as they left.
Later
"Care to tell me what the hell that was all about?" Lane asked.
"No idea. But we have checked our banks to find anything about that Titan." Sean said.
"And?" Lane asked.
"Nothing. Theres no record of that thing being discovered." Sean said.
"Hey." Turok said walking to them.
"What is it?" Lane asked.
"Theres some guy here saying he's from the NSIA." Turok said.
"Never heard of it." Sean said.
"Some Space agency." Turok said as they two left.
Sean looked at the ID of the agent known as Stanley Mills.
"We've never heard of you before." Sean said.
"No you wouldn't. We're just Below the Monarch Level. I'm not even sure the White House knows we exist." Mills said.
"So you have information regarding these aliens that you came to bring to our attention?" Lane asked.
"Yes, sir. About 2 years ago, A doctor...A paleontologist. Came to us with scientific evidence that an advanced alien species came to Earth 200 million years ago. It's all right here." Mills said showing the evidence.
"How long?" Sean asked.
"How long what?" Mills asked.
"How long have you known that something like this might happen?" Sean asked.
"Um...Six months." Mills said.
"SIX MONTHS! You knew about this for six months?" Lane asked pissed off.
"Now hold on. Even if we had told someone about this the odds of them coming back were next to none. And as I said they did 200 million years ago and most likely tried to conquer the earth...But failed...Because of the Titans. Theres evidence others tried before but were foiled because of them every time." Mills said.
"True enough." Sean said.
"So how do we stop them?" Lane asked.
"Thats a trick question. You see some vital information that holds the key has been taken from our lab. We're tracking it down as I speak. I will say this though. We must do everything in our power to capture these aliens alive." Mills said.
"Alive? For what?" Sean asked.
"The answer to advancing our civilization lies with them. Which is why we need them." Mills said.
"Forget it. Thats too much of a risk to take." Lane said.
"Aye. Besides. I doubt Godzilla and the others will tolerate any of them being here. Hell Destroyah barely tolerates Superman and his cousins because of all the bullshit other aliens have pulled in the past." Sean said.
"Sir. An unsual amount of energy is forming around one of the Cities." A soldier said.
"Get your troops ready." Sean said as he and Lane left while Mills remained.
In one of the Cities a beam of light hit the area before the monster appeared again like before and roared into the air.
"Getting visual feed now."
On the screens showed the monster from before.
"Jesus Christ." Lane said.
"Oh my god. Hughes was right." Mills said.
"What? Who was right?" Lane asked.
"Nothing." Mills said.
"What are you not telling us?" Sean asked.
"Nothing." Mills said.
The Monster roared before he started attacking the City.
"Where the hell are the Titans?" Lane asked.
"None of them are close enough at the moment."
"Hey." Turok said coming in with an old man.
"Who the hell is this?" Lane asked.
"Dr. Hughes. Claims he knows who we're up against." Turok said as Mills rushed to them.
"What are you doing here?" Hughes asked.
"I was about to ask you the same thing." Mills said.
"You two know each other?" Sean asked.
"This is the Paleontologist I told you about. He stole vitel information from our network and has been in hiding ever since. I advise you to arrest him and check him for the missing data." Mills said.
"Thats not the truth and he knows it. I warned him we should tell you about this years ago when the Titans first showed up again. But he wouldn't hear it because he saw it as a way to capture one of them and learn their technology to become famous." Hughes said.
"Is that true?" Sean asked.
"He's twisting facts, sir." Mills said.
"I don't think so." Turok said holding out a disk. "This is the date that holds the key about this Titan we're up against." Turok said.
"That disk belongs to the agency." Mills said trying to grab it but Sean stopped him.
"ENOUGH!" Sean yelled punching him back as he fell down.
"My thoughts exactly. What do you know about the creature?" Lane asked.
"It is a Titan. One that they by blind luck managed to kill after it killed millions of their own. Everything else is in this disk." Hughes said.
Thats when they looked seeing the creature still attacking the city when a powerful roar stopped him making him look seeing Godzilla Final Wars approaching before they just looked at one another.
"There they are again. Why aren't they fighting each other?" Lane asked before the monster vanished again.
"Thats the second time thats happened. Something is off. Decode that intel and find out what you can." Sean said as the doctor left.
"Why would none of Godzilla's species fight against this Titan?" Lane asked.
"Maybe theres something more to this titan than we're currently seeing. Titans don't generally fight each other unless you count the Skull crawlers because they were gonna disrupt the balance of the world. The MUTOs we learned were alien so thats why Godzilla and his kind fought against them along with other Titans and the Kaiju are the same." Sean said.
"So whats the deal with this one?" Lane asked.
"We're gonna find out soon enough." Sean said.
Later
"I found out why they're not attacking him." Hughes said rushing to them.
"What is it?" Lane asked.
"The reason they aren't attacking is because this Titan known as Yonggary is another Godzilla species. Thats why they aren't attacking him. They know he's one of them." Hughes said.
"I get it. They won't attack one of their own. But why is he attacking us?" Sean asked.
"Because he's under the alien's control. They're using this." Hughes said showing some object. "I found this on the same dig I discovered the hieroglyphics. This Diamond is in the center of his head. Thats whats controlling him." Hughes said.
"So we remove this and we free him from their control." Lane said.
"That and theres another thing. Should he be set free another great light will be sent to do battle. Thats all I was able to decode." Hughs said.
"I'm going out." Sean said.
"How you gonna take that thing down from him?" Lane asked.
"Recent tech that STAR labs made." Sean said.
Later
Sean and David were in some special equipment flying towards Yonggary who was in Washington DC as he neared the Capital.
"Remember we need to take out the center piece on his head for him to regain control of himself." Sean said.
"I hear ya." David said as they flew right at him as he roared at them.
Lane and the others watched this from HQ.
"God help us all if this doesn't work." Lane said.
"And if it doesn't?" Lara asked.
"Then Eiling gets the go ahead to launch a nuke on our capital city." Lane said.
"Again?" Turok asked annoyed.
"It's already damaged several cities. It's out of my hands." Lane said.
Sean and David continued to fly around Yonggary as he roared at them before he slowly began to vanish again.
"Oh no you don't No this time!" Sean yelled powering up his Atomic breath before blasting him in the head making him roar as it stopped before he shook his head.
"Tell me it worked?" Lane asked as Sean landed on a building before Yonggary looked at him.
"It worked. He's under control now. Call off Eiling's little strike." Sean said.
Mills saw all this and frowned.
"General. Regardless if he's under control he's attacked us. You need to destroy it." Mills said.
"I don't have authority to do that and now that it's no longer being controlled thats not a call I can make." Lane said as Mills tried to pull something out but Turok grabbed him making him gasp pulling it out.
"Jamming device. You are a real piece of work you know that?" Turok asked.
"We need those aliens to advance our world to kill the Titans." Mills said.
"Ok thats it." Turok said before breathing pink mist on him making him scream as he was reduced to no skin or blood just bones.
"Bloody hell." Lara said.
"You get used to it." Turok said.
While this was going on something was heading straight for DC.
"Now what?" Sean asked before it crashed down blowing them back as Yonggary caught him and David from being blown away.
When the blast ended the ground began to shake.
"Great." David said before some giant monster came out of the ground that looked between a mix of Reptile and crab.
"What the hell is that?" Turok asked.
"I'm assuming thats what you meant by another great light will appear to do battle?" Lane asked Hughes.
"I can only assume so. Hold on the rest of it is just been decoded. It's called...Cykor." Hughes said.
"Somehow I get the feeling it's more dangerous than it is ugly." Lara said.
Cykor roared as he approached Yonggary who roared right back at him.
"I guess these two are probably bitter rivals like Godzilla was with the MUTOs and Kong with the Skull Crawlers." David said as Cykor tried to blast them but Yonggary dodged before blasting him back but missed.
Thats when a couple portals opened up before 2 Kaiju showed up.
"Oh you gotta be kidding me!" Sean yelled as they neared them as Yongarry roared as one tried to charge at him.
Only for a stream of Atomic breath to go through it making it crash down.
(Insert Doc to the Rescue from Land before time 7)
Suddenly appearing was Godzilla who roared at Cykor and the Kaiju making them step back.
Both looked at one another before Yonggary nodded.
"He seriously has a habit of showing up at the right time." David said.
"Still just lucky I guess." Sean said as both monsters roared at the Godzilla species before charging right at them.
Only for Godzilla to smack his tail into the head of the Kaiju actually cutting it off while Yonggary punched Cykor down hard.
Both looked at each other before Godzilla's spikes began to glow as both blasted him with Atomic breath making Cykor explode into nothing.

"HA! Never underestimate the power of the King and his lineage." Sean said amused.
Later
After all that was over the truth about Yonggary despite Eiling's attempt to say this was proof the Titans need to be put down.
"This proves the Titans are a threat." Eiling said.
"It proves nothing. Yonggary was under the control of the aliens who I might add have left since their plans have gone out the window because they lost him and Cykor." Sean said.
"I agree. Still I think some precautions should be put in place should this happen again." The Judge said.
"We're already doing that. Lane is working with General Wells with his defense programs incase this does happen again." Sean said.
"NO! We need them all put down now! I won't take no for an answer!" Eiling yelled.
"Then you can consider this your resignation if you persist." The Judge said making him seethe before he left pissed off.
"Fucking moron." Sean said as they all left.
