Chapter 4 Return of Titan City

Its been 10 years since the Titans had returned from their recovery.

Now the Ninja lands were finally at peace with one another since the Titans kept people in line.

Of course though there were some minor problems from certain villages such as Grass who felt the Titans should be eradicated and let man rule the lands.

The response that got was the land being destroyed by the Titans and the survivors were interrogated for those who shares these ideals or didn't share it. Those that did were imprisoned and those that didn't were moved to the larger villages.

Right now however though.

Sean smiled seeing Naruko practicing her chakra control for the academy.

In the ten years Sean had trained her to make sure she could protect herself and made some changes to the programs.

For one instead of just basic jutsus for graduation every student had to perfect a highly complex jutsu be in Gen, Nin or Ti.

And the age went up to help them be ready for anything.

Graduation age was now at the age of 16 which for Naruko meant she had 6 more years to train before then.

And then there was Itachi.

Itachi in the last few years rose through the ranks and was now an ANBU captain making a name for the Uchiha clan.

Though Sean had mellowed them out over the years telling them if they wanted a place in the new world they needed to change for the better.

Which they agreed now having people outside the clan inside.

Sean had also started training Satsuki seeing she wanted to outshine her brother.

Thats when he felt a pair of arms wrap around him making him look seeing his girlfriend Kushina who smiled at him.

"So what do you plan to do today?" Kushina asked.

"Meet with the old man in regards of entering the final stages of rebuilding the old cities." Sean said.

"Oooh. Can't stay?" Kushina asked making him grin.

"Once this is done I'll have more time for you." Sean said making her smile kissing him as he left.

Later

"So how exactly do you plan to rebuild Titan City?" Fugaku asked as the Clan leaders and the Hokage and his advisors were in a meeting room.

"Oh thats easy. During the golden years the Titans had the science division make something that in the event of something like what happened long ago happen and destroy civilization they would have something that would help rebuild it all in an instant." Sean said as David and Turok walked in.

Turok had tan skin brown hair and dark blue eyes wearing brown robes.

With them was some glowing black box that was moving and had parts moving on it as well.

"What is this?" Hiruzen asked.

"It's called the mother box. inside it holds every piece of data from our time up to the destruction of our era." David said. (From Justice league 2017. Like the new one better)

"This is supposed to bring the old city back? How?" Tsume asked.

"Hand me that vase." Sean said getting her to do just that before he placed it in front of it as it started glowing before lightning hit it and it turned into it before it turned into a high tech piece shocking them.

"It's a matter converter. Old theory is Matter can't be created or destroyed. Not entirely true on that first part. This thing helps expand current matter and make it into something else. Turn the whole village back into Titan City." Turok said.

"A rather powerful piece of equipment." Homura said.

"We'll begin the reformation of the city in..." Sean tried to say before an ANBU appeared making everyone tense up as he whispered something into Hiruzen's ear making him frown.

"We will have to wait. My worst fears have been confirmed." Hiruzen said.

"Orochimaru." Sean said making him nod. "I knew the second I met him that he was a dangerous one. Add to the fact that so many people have vanished under strange circumstances of all ages...Makes it more concerning since they were all last seen with him. Even members of the ANBU Black ops." Sean said.

"We must arrest him at once." Hiashi said.

"That we will." Sean said.

Later

A door was blown down as Members of the ANBU rushed in as Sean walked in.

"The game is now over Orochimaru." Sean said making him chuckle as he was experimenting on someone.

"So. The Famous host of the King confronts me. I would have expected my old sensei to be here." Orochimaru said.

"I know he'll let his emotions cloud the judgment around you. So I'm here." Sean said making him chuckle.

"Yes. I suppose he would wouldn't he?" Orochimaru said.

"What are you up to? Several people have gone missing from Genin to ANBU. All last seen around you." Sean said.

"I suppose I do owe an explanation about that now don't I? I'm simply developing Jutsu." Orochimmaru said.

"What are you babbling about?" Sean asked.

'Careful. I don't like where this is going.' Godzilla said.

"It's what you would refer to as Forbidden Jutsu. You see I believe in breaking in all the boundaries of nature itself. Much like how your era did before the great era ended from a natural disaster from beyond this world." Orochimaru said.

"We didn't do what you're doing." Sean said.

"No? Then how do you explain your vast superior technology and intel on the human body? No, you all broke boundries by doing what I've done no differently." Orochimaru said.

"Wrong. We did things carefully and made sure the human race was protected from sick minds like yours. The knowlege that still lives from our Era was earned the right way. Nothing like the vile actions you have done today." Godzilla said.

"So you say. But I still will find a way to discover every Jutsu in the world. Just as you have yet to discover every secret of science I will in time." Orochimaru said making him snarl.

"It's humans like you who disgust me. Always doing whatever you want even if it means innocent people dying for you sick perversions. it's no wonder countless wars have begun with people like you around." Godzilla said.

"I'm actually offended by that remark." Orochimaru said amused. "Human nature is causing suffering at every turn. You may have led us to an age of peace but the fact of the matter is Humans killing humans...Is in our nature." Orochimaru said.

"SILENCE!" Godzilla roared before he took his form and charged his atomic breath before blasting him but it turned to be a mud clone.

"And to further prove my point of view." Orochimaru said as he made a hand sign.

All over the village various explosions went off shocking the villagers as buildings began to topple down upon them.

However that wasn't the only thing as green gas erupted around the area as well making people fall over dead.

Godzilla roared as he charged at Orochimaru who laughed as he ran as fast as he could.

"I've proven my point to you completely." Orochimaru said as Godzilla tried to bite him but he jumped away before pulling out a Kunai with some tag on it before throwing it at him before it exploded into a massive smoke bomb.

"YOU THINK YOU CAN ESCAPE FROM ME!" Godzilla roared as he blew it out of the way before seeing a giant Snake that roared but as he stood up he was clearly larger than it before stomping on it.

'He played us.' Sean said making him snarl as he looked at the village seeing it in such a state.

Later

"Orochimaru has cut our village numbers by half." Hiruzen said as what was left of the council assembled.

"And he's not the only one who's done this." Homura said.

"What do you mean?" Sean asked.

"Several other villages of the five nations and smaller villages were hit as well. By high level Shinobi. The Sand village also was attacked by several puppets and used various poisons on people before the Titans destroyed them all. The Stone village was bombed by a former student of Onoki. The Mist had its own people kill one another using another gas that made them delusional into thinking they were facing demons. As for the the Cloud village...Fortunately nothing happened since David discovered heavy explosive tags before they could go off." Koharu said.

"As for other villages...They were nearly wiped out from similar attacks. I think it's safe to say...That Orochimaru was not working alone in his schemes. Someone has an agenda against the Titans." Danzo said.

"The question being is who. The person who attacked the village 10 years ago...Or someone new?" Hiruzen asked

"In time we shall discover that answer." Sean said.

"What do we do?" Mikoto asked. Her husband was among the casualties of this attack so now she was Clan head until Itachi could take over.

"I believe it is best we move those from the smaller villages to the five nations. It's the only way to keep them safe. As for the Damage...It's time we rebuild Titan City." Godzilla said.

"Now?" Tsume asked.

"Yes." Sean said.

"I agree. This is a crisis and we must rebuild quickly if we are to survive." Danzo said.

"Have all the survivors moved outside the village so we may use the Motherbox to start rebuilding." Sean said.

"Agreed." Hiruzen said.

Later

Sean and his brothers were in the center of the village with the mother box.

"I've been looking forward to this for a long time." Turok said as it activated before it started turning the rubble into different matter as they rushed away.

Everyone was outside the village seeing it being reformed into Titan City seeing the high level of technology.

"Wow." Naruko said seeing it all.

"It's incredible." Kushina said as the City was back once again.

After it was all finished everyone moved back into the City as David took it to the Cloud village.

Sean right now was helping Kushina move into his old large home.

"Home sweet home." Sean said.

"So whats gonna happen with everything that happened? Half the village population went down in a day. Worse than when the Nine tails was under Madara's control." Kushina said.

"I don't know. I do know for a fact things are gonna change drastically. And hopefully Naruko becomes stronger to prepare for this ever changing world." Sean said making her smile.

"I know you'll help her along the way." Kushina said kissing him.

Authors Note: Sorry for the wait been busy. Now half the villages minus the Cloud have had a large loss of life because someone has a grudge against the Titans. Is it Madara? Or someone worse? Find out in later chapters. Next Chapter will have a lemon and some special surprises.
