With that said, Naruto opened a portal to one place that was still in work he last thought of, but he knew she would come running from anywhere.

As soon as Naruto landed everyone was startled and got ready to attack before a loud scream was heard, "DAD". like a bullet from hell Naruto was tackled full powered into the ground. Naruto then heard laughter from all around but he looked down at his daughter he adopted and smiled. He kept looking for awhile and finally said, "Hello, Millim you been having fun?" Looking down at Millim, he saw her nodding and decided to ask, "should I do do anything before we leave and don't worry we will come back to visit as much as you like?"
Millim looked up and said, "Remember you said you will help Ramiris, you should say hi to everyone too." Nodding to what She had said Naruto got up and started walking with Millim right beside him. Millim dragged him by the hand as he chuckled at her impatience and watched her take him to Rimuru and Ramiris, sitting away talking about random things only for them to look admused at his situation.Ramiris then said, "So you're back, and from that power you are radiating, you got to be really power, but it feels held back a lot you also feel like Veldora older brother did only way more. Am I correct on my assumption, or did I get it wrong?"
Naruto smiled at that and decided to give her answers while healing her. Naruto then said, "Did you only want to stop your rebirth cycle, or do you want your original status too?" He asked with his head tilted.
Ramiris was surprised at that and eagerly nodded and said, "Both."
Naruto smiled and started to heal everything that was wrong with Ramiris and said, "Well, what you was feeling was my status as the King of all, and that means I am in the position to rule over multiple universes like this one and more in the future and im holding back to the point of 0.5% of all my power because i don't want to have any of the citizens hurt because of me." As he finished, he noticed something strange. Something was wrong with this world. He looked at Rimuru, and Ramiris thought for a bit, then he decided he announced with a firm tone that scared everyone, "Rimuru call a walpurgis and also tell Veldora to have his sisters there too or I well permanently end then for good like there older brother and even call gazef there too, also tell them and your citizens that on that day i will unleash all my power to the max and they my faint from it. I WILL NOT HOLD BACK THIS TIME." Ramiris and Rimuru paled and nodded fast, then took off he then looked at Shion and said, "Perpare everything for Rimuru because he is going to be busy." He then looked at Diablo and said, "Diablo, go get all the 7 primordial demons too." Diablo took off fast as he finally looked at Millim and said, "Will you go get the elf queen to and tell her to come to the walpurgis too for me, sweetie?" Millim nodded and took off. He alerted his new guildmates and servants he would be a little, be at least 15 days before he finished with what he was doing, and said we would have new members and will be expanding out our home. Looking around, he decided to summon his throne and sit and wait.
WALPURGIS BUILDING
Rimuru, Ramiris, and Veldora was terrified at what was coming it was finally the day Naruto would tell them what was going on, but also release all his power and from what they heard from Ramiris they was terrified and it had showed on there faces when Gazef, The Elf Queen Elmesia, and the seven primordial demons arrive. Guy patience ran out and yelled, "WHY DID YOU CALL THIS WALPURGIS RIMURU?"
Rimuru was about to respond but Naruto beat him to it and said, "He did not call this walpurgis guy, I did." That was when he removed his ring of false data and they all felt it. Naruto power had skyrocketed show much that everyone that wasn't sitting was pushed all the way to the ground feeling like they was being crushed and the ones sitting fell to the table with the same feeling. Noticing that he might hurt kill some of there citizens in there country he put his ring of false data back on. Naruto then said, "Now do I have all of your attentions?" Everyone nodded so fast he thought they might have broke their necks. Naruto smiled at them causing some of the tension to leave then Naruto became serious and said, "I had just recently came back to pick up Millim and keep a promise to Ramiris to restore her." Gasp was heard all around, and he continued, "That was when i really notice that this world is in a constant cycle of death and rebirth. I didnt want to fully look in to it but i will later. I call this to let you all know and give you all a choice to come to my planet where its just me and several of gods that I rule over as king of all for those who don't understand what that means it I have the power to earse entire universe with that snap of a finger, as in no life for you when you die, you are gone for good and its permanent. The first time I came here, I was training and universe hopping to to get so strong that nothing can stop me except another person on my power scale and so far I have only me one other, but even though he has the power i will continue to train and get stronger and rule over multiple universes at the same time. When i met the other king of all there was one idea that i did like that he had going, but unlike him im going to continue to go on adventures after i finish up an important business i got to get start on when i get back. Now my offer to you as leaders of your people and citizens would you like to come with me to my home and become stronger, to have your people permanently safe, no more worries of death because your place will be secure forever, and best of all every now and then come on these great adventures with me?"
Everyone went from being scared to being shocked, then they all looked at each other all coming to the same conclusion. Rimuru then stood up and said, "I believe i will speak for everyone here. WE AGREE. I also have a question though and please do no not get mad at me for asking this but, what will we and are citizens, servants, and people do for you?"
Naruto smiled at that and smiled even more at the question asked. So he gave them a quick answer, "Well first I'm gonna have to get you guys trained up but you learders are going to become a group know as destroyers and a personal severvant of your chose that will be powerful enough to stop of fix something you accidentally destroy something. Next, I will give you an equal whose job is to be to create like or also known as kais. Now, for you primordials demons, you will be working in hell to make sure those who are sent there are heavily punished for their crimes and to make sure none escape. Finally, for your citizens and people, they will live with you all on your planet when you get your universe to govern just so you all know, I don't want a repeat of this world. You all summoned here was the best or personally like that is why you are all here." Naruto paused for a bit thinking back to the grand priest , he then looked at with a grin that almost terrified her and said, "Ramiris i got a special position for you and i will get with you later on it. Get ready, because now you all have a lot of work coming your way, but so do I and go and get all of your people and citizens bc today will be the last week here." Naruto then created a button that would make a portal to make traveling faster and get to him Naruto then said, "Take these buttons and tell your people get ready to move and don't worry about clothes or furniture because my people will take care of that when we get there. My people are good and some of yours will be learning a lot from them too. Now for a important part you are all bout to receive and invite to my home base call The Great Tomb of Nazrick we are know as Ains Ooal Gown and our catch prase is 'we do not know defeat' and I wont you all to personally remember that. It is your new way of life. I will even power those up to the point that it is hard to even defeat you." Naruto finishes leaving everyone stunned

Naruto smiled at that, thinking back to when first came here he got a secret objective to do, and no matter what he did, he couldn't ever complete it. He then looked at everyone faces as he sent out the invitations to everyone. Knowing he had to finish the walpurgis he spoke for the last time here, "That is all I have left to speak on and no Ramiris you will not know what I have instore for you until we all get back to my home so go and get your people and make sure you let them know they will be taken care of. Remember that button when pressed will take all of your group to meand the portal I will make and don't worry you will not be attack going through, and with that I end this walpurgis." Naruto got up with everyone else and surprised them all by giving everyone a handshake and hug, telling them that they were now family.
Tempest main plaza
Everyone was readyto go and sent out letters to the human nation that the world was theres to deal with and that they all was leaving everything to them and they even stated that they wasnt even going to come back or reply because they wouldn't be here. Naruto looked around and thought to himself 'well this was a great trip but its kinda sad that we won't be back here maybe I can think of something to do with this world later' he prepared himself and open a portal for all the civilians, a portal all the warriors , and finally a portal for the the leaders after he had finishp powering the up but he didn't give them there final power yet. He had already called a meeting for everyone and had the maids take care of all the earlier groups and start their training. Arriving in the throne room, everyone but Naruto looked around in awe. Naruo heard Albedo do her usual thing as they walked down to the new thrones, and Naruto used his power just a little to make it with five rows with him at the top. Naruto went to the top with his mother and father following him as he got to the middle. He summoned his throne and sat down. He the brought the meeting to a start with announcing, "I'm back everyone and its good to see you all, now I have a lot to announce so to be fair i will make u all chairs and and you will sit. I will have no arguments from anyone." With that said he made them all chairs and watch them all sit down so he continued, "As you all can see I am slowly rebuilding the supreme beings and once again we will rise to even bigger heights. Now these new supreme beings are not fully trained in the power they fully have access too and I leave that up to you all to help them train up in there powers because after this next trip i am going on and return from you floor gaurdians will have all new jobs to fully do and your replacement have all ready been found they are just being used as weapons and not respected as the powerful beings that they are so i will be going incognito to find them and let them all know but one is all ready here though so that is less work on my part." That confused some of them, but then the door was open, and Kurama, the ten tailed fox, came in. Naruto then continued, "Yes, as you can see, Kurama is one of the new floor gaurdians of the nineth floor will I was redecorating the throne for us I also added some more floors for us because there is eight more of Kurama siblings on my birthplace and I will find them and save them. I even made you all special spots because, as you can see, they are as tall as Gargantua, and they will protect us with righteous fury if someone has the balls to attack us. Also, Gargantua will be moved to the treasury when i get the rest of the new floor gaurdians and zenith has already ready been moved to the outside of our home to be the front line for any attackers. Now hopefully i will be able to finish what i need to get done in my birthplace soon I don't want to be there for long and yes if i need any of help or get tired of playing around i will summon all of you so we can show them the full power of Nazrick." At that moment power just started to radiate of Naruto and they all shivered in surprise.
Ramiris decided to speak up after Naruto power rain down and said, "Naruto what was the job you had for me to do now?"
Naruto looked at her and said, "Will you wait till i finish my job on my homeworld first so we all can everything really almost done because we still got a lot to do and I want you all at your absolute best when I give you all jobs and personal planets to have this is our main home but I want some do do what I had discussed earlier is that okay?" Ramiris thought that sounded fair to her, so she did have a lot new power to get use to, and so did the others. Naruto remember something and spoke, "I also want you to know that if you go on any adventures and find out anyone is trying to mess with time like for say 'lets go jump into the past' I want them fully eliminated but also solve the problem that started it all. I don't want anyone doing that small stuff like reversing time to fix something 6 fine. Do it, but never, and I MEAN NEVER GO BACK YEARS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR PREPARE TO BE ERASED." The anger on his face was something feirce, and the power coming off him was so much the building was shaking. Everyone nodded in fear, wondering what could bring out that amount of power and anger, but decided it was safer to not speak up on it. Naruto calmed down and said, "That is all everyone go out and train and Albedo please keep watch on the damaged done while they train and Millim come here please. Also Albedo, please have craftmen depart make new clothes for them." Albedo nodded at the order and got to work fast. Millim came up so quick and hugged Naruto and he hugged her back and smiled then said, "Hey Millim these are my mom and dad so guess what that means these are your grandfather and grandmother and and you have a total of six moms now and they are all here and is the ones who stayed. How about you all get to know each other? I'll be getting started on what I need to get done. Millim, make sure you train hard as I know you will. also, so you know all the other servants of Nazarick are you brothers and sisters." Naruto then kissed her head and got up, leaving a smiling Millim, parents, and wives as they started to chat.
Elemental Nations Konoha
As time had started back up when he decided to put himself under a genjustu to make him look like his 7 year old same and thought about all the fun he was about to start chuckling as he took of to his crappy apartment for now.
WELL NOW WE ARE GOING TO THE STORY LINE THERE WILL BE SOME TIME SKIPS, MASSIVE PRANKS BECAUSE WHY NOT ITS NARUTO AND KUSHINA MASSIVE PRANKSTARS LOL. SO WE WILL DO FUN TIME AND SCHOOL TIME FOR THE 2 OR 3 CHAPTERS.
