Since there will be two Daisy's in the canon from now on, here's something to make it easier.
Daisy Oak will be called Daisy (O), while Misty's sister, Daisy, will simply be called Daisy.

The Champion Returns
After Delia hung up, Ash and Red stayed the night at the Pokemon Center as planned. As morning broke, the two had breakfast at the center's restaurant, where Ash soon found out where he got his appetite from. Afterwards, both trainers rode on their Charizards all the way to Pallet Town for the many hour journey, landing and returning their dragons as Red then took a deep breath in.
Red: Ah! Home at last!
Ash: So Dad, how's it feel?
Red: Great...It...It looks like nothing has changed.
The four walked down the lane of the town's rural area before stopping in front of the familiar white house. Smiling with nostalgia, Red opened the door after knocking, peering inside and walking in to allow the others inside.
Red: Delia? Delia...?
As they walked into the living room, Blacky woke up from his spot on the couch, smiling at Ash as he walked up to him.
Blacky: Hey, Ash. Glad you're back. *notices Red* Is this your Dad?
Red: She has an Umbreon?
Ash: Actually, Blacky's mine. I just keep him here to keep Mom company.
Blacky: By the way, Cobalt, Kestrel's down for a nap He's in Ashs room upstairs.
Cobalt nodded as he went up the stairs, Ash releasing Azula to follow after him.
Red: Kestrel? *shrugs* Eh, I'm sure I'll find out eventually. So, er… "Blacky", have you seen Delia?
Delia: *slyly* Sorry, there's no "Delia" here...
Red's eyes seemed to pop out of his head, his jaw dropped and a "Awooga" could be heard as Delia walked sultrily to him, wearing a sleek black dress, white gloves and black high heeled shoes. Her hair was done up in such a way that it made Delia look alluring.
Delia: There's only "Green"~.
Green: *shudders* Oh lord, why?
Ash: *disturbed* What's happening?
Pika: Something we're not supposed to see.
Red: Oh... Arceus I missed you and that dress.
Delia: That's why I wore it- Oh…. Hi, sweetie…
Ash ...Hi?... I'm just… gonna go to my room….
Delia: You do that….
Awkwardly, Ash, Green, and Pika went upstairs, leaving Delia, Red, Blacky, and Vee in the living room. As Delia felt guilt riding up on her, she kissed Red on the cheek, melting her negative emotions away.
Delia: Welcome home, Dear.
Red smiled, kissing her back as he held her close
Red: so, I heard from our son that he's become rivals with some neighborhood punk… He happens to be Blue's boy.
Delia: Yes...Gary… That boy's nothing like Blue, but at the same time, he is… At least his sister is mostly the opposite of him.
Red: Blue had a daughter?
Delia: Why yes, Daisy. Nicest girl you'll ever meet.
Red: ...I guess I'd like to meet her.
Delia: Hmm… Okay, she should be still in her home.
Delia slipped past Red to the door, opening the door.
Red: Um...Evolver...Don't you need a coat?
Delia: What? And ruin our walk together? *pouts* I'm hurt.
As the women began to leave, Red sighed happily
Red: I love that woman...Wait...Did you take my damn wallet?!
He immediately ran after her, leaving the two Eeveelutions alone. Blacky hopped back on th couch, walking in a circle before curling up. But before he could drift off, Vee hopped up next to him.
Vee: This spot taken?.
Blacky looked up at the Espeon, though rough around the edges, he noticed the beauty that lied within her. The sight caused a blush on his normally black face as he blinked and gawked.
Blacky: Uh… Uh, n-no. Go on ahead.
Vee: Thank you.
The Espeon then curled up next to the Umbreon, trying to share body heat. Though Blacky blushed brightly, he smiled as he got comfy. Being able to cuddle with this beautiful Espeon, along with the fact there were no ground tentacles for miles… Yeah. This truly was hom for Blacky.

Back with the elder Ketchums, Red finally caught up to Delia, wrapping his arms around his wife and spinning her around in the middle of the street.
Red: Gotcha!
Delia: Whoo-hoo-hoo! Help! I'm being held by my husband!
She smiled as greatly as Red then kissed her.
Red: I missed you...
Delia: I should think so...
With a small nuzzle from Delia, the man finally set her to the ground and took back his wallet.
Red: Jokes on you, the credit card in this is expired. So...Where's this "Daisy" girl anyway?
Delia: *points to house* Over there.
Red nodded before he then pulled out two PokeBalls: one that held Turtley the Blastoise and Ditty the Ditto
Red: I bet these two missed you, returning them after eight years.
Delia: *gasps* Turtley! Ditty! *takes Pokeballs* I hope they still remember me.
Red: You're dressed the same...I'm CERTAIN they'd remember you.
She smiled, hugging the Pokeballs before opening them. Upon seeing the pair, Delia immediately hugged the Blastoise's stomach, which in turn caused the massive turtle to reach down and hug her back. She then let go of her Blastoise, allowing Ditty to crawl up Delia and allow her to envelope them in their own hug.
Delia: I've missed you guys!
Both smiled and nodded sadly, just happy to be together like before.
Red: Welcome home you two…
Red smiled and waited patiently for his wife and her friends to get reacquainted. Eventually, Delia returned the two, and iped the tears from her eyes.
Delia: Well... Let's see Daisy.
Red: Okay then.
The four walked to the Oak Household, where they caught sight of a white picket fence with large neatly trimmed bushes. Delia smiled, knocking the door as a voice called from inside.
?: Coming, coming.
As it opened, a beautiful woman came out. She had long red-auburn hair going down to her back and green eyes, she was wearing a light green dress with a pale green shirt underneath and finally a green bandanna with a light and dark green sakaki tree symbol in the centre.
?: Oh, hello Mrs Ketchum. It's lovely to see you...Whoa, risqué dress, today.
Delia: Thank you, Daisy. I'd like to introduce you to-
Delia smiled and tried to introduce her husband but Daisy interrupted instead
Daisy (O): A-Ash?!... *blushes* Y-You're so BIG!"
Red: Huh? Oh! No, I'm not Ash. I'm his father: Red.
Daisy (O): R-Red?... *amazed*You're the man Dad used to talk about before he…. *to Delia* He's your husband?
Delia: Back home after 10 years. May we come in?
Daisy (O) nodded as she continued to blush and acted stiffly until they got inside.
Red: You think she likes our son?
Delia: *chuckles* Maybe. She had a crush on him when he was little.
Daisy (O): Um, would you...care for some tea?
Delia: Yes, thank you, Daisy.
Red: Sure.
Daisy (O) nodded, walking to the kitchen to prepare the tea.
Red: *whispers* She CAN'T be Gary's sister. She's…. She's an Arceus-damn saint.
Delia: I think she got most of the GOOD in Blue.
Red: True.
Soon, Daisy returned to the living room, carrying a try containing three cups of tea and a tea kettle.
Daisy (O): Here we go.
Red: Thank you.
Red smiled as he took a cup. But then, he pulled out a PokeBall, letting out Charizard.
Charizard: Huh? This is…. This is Blue's home…
Delia: *lightly* Red!
Red: *light smile* Daisy... This is your father's Charizard. *to Charizard* Charizard... This is Daisy. She's Blue's daughter.
Daisy (O): C-Charizard...?
Charizard: Blue…. Had a daughter?
The dragon then sniffed her gently, where he then nuzzled her affectionately.
Delia: Blue's Charizard? You had him?
Red: He DID give him to me before he died. *to Daisy* You see, Daisy, Charizard was your father's starter. And since I'm back, I think he should be with Blue's family to keep an eye on things.
Delia retracted her snapped attitude and gave an understanding smile, seeing that Red is returning the Pokemon he's trained and looked after for almost a decade.
Daisy (O): A-Are you sure?
Red: Yeah I'm sure. Charizard is my friend and while I DID spend the last eight years with him... he was never my Pokémon. He belongs to Blue... and Blue's daughter.
Red smiled greatly, passing the PokeBall to Daisy, who practically refused the ball.
Daisy (O): B-But what about Gary? HE'S the trainer, not me.
Red: I don;t think he;'d be ready for a Pokemon like Charizard. Trust me Daisy...Don't sell yourself short.
Charizard nodded and sat next to Daisy, his tail in the fireplace. The two sat in silence as Daisy held a hand out to the dragon, who simply smiled and nuzzled into her hand. Red smiled at the interaction, happy that even though Blue was gone, Charizard could still have a family.

A few days later, Ash had created a small regimen for training with Red stepping in to help out from time to time. Ash and Red's team had actually gotten along great together, Pika had grown to become a sort og babysitter for Kestrel like he did with Ash when he was little and Cobalt had developed a bit of a friendly rivalry with Poli.
Currently, the small family had made their way to Cerulean City, since this would be the day Misty and Brock would return and as such, Ash wanted to surprise them.
Red: Cerulean City...How long has it been?
Delia: *teasing* I think eight years?
Red: Hmm…. More like sixteen though.
Ash: Hey, Mom, Dad. I know I came here to surprise Misty, but why did you guys want to come?
Red: Well...It's kinda personal, Ash..
Ash: Come on, you asked me to take you here. I deserve to know the reason. Besides, I[m your son.
Red: Well...Some years ago… Delia and I...spent a vacation here.
Red was silent, looking around awkwardly, eliciting Ash to just shrug and go about business as they enared the gym Though Cobalt could sense something else was amuck with the elder Ketchum.
Meanwhile with Misty, the youngest Waterflower sister had been enjoying her time back home. As of now, she was swimming with Loki and the rest of her Pokémon in the gym, staying in shape and training with them. She was currently dressed in a mainly white one piece swimsuit with cascade blue accents. She dove under water, twisting and turning gracefully as she went lower in the pool, where she waved to Charles and tapped Jeff on the nose. As she began to rise to the surface again, she brushed her hand against Maelstrom, her Gyarados, remembering the kiss she had with Ash
It was...Different, yet it didn't feel...QUITE right. It was like kissing a family member… Like kissing a little brother… Misty sighed as she surfaced. When she first met Ash, she was SURE she liked Ash. But... Now she wasn't sure. Now she felt it was... Wrong. Like what she felt had just been a childish crush.
Maybe kissing him… Was a wakeup call? Maybe she needed to get it out of her system before she could move on, so she didn't dwell in the "what might've been".
Misty: What should I do, guys? I'm really conflicted here.
Without Ash around, Misty couldn;t tell what her team was saying, but she looked up as Mel gave out a gentle growl.
Misty: I guess I could...Try again? Look for someone else?
The giant sea serpent nodded as Loki and Alex, her Squirtle and Butterfree, came to her side, keeping close to comfort her.
Misty: When did YOU get to be a dating expert?
Suddenly, there was a knock on the Cerulean City's door
Misty: Hang on!
Misty swam out and put her white jacket on. She quickly ran over, opening the door. Standing there was a man dressed in the normal delivery person garb
Man: Misty Waterflower?
Misty: That's me, yes.
Man: Package for you.
He handed over the delivery sheet, which Misty signed and took the package, though she accidentally kept the pen.
Man: Hey, my pen.
Misty: *hands him his pen back* Oh, sorry.
As the delivery man leaves, Misty opens the box. Inside was a hairtie with a keystone, a large collar, and a gold marble with a blue and red swirl within.
Misty: What the…?
Ash: MISTY!
The girl became surprised at the sudden voice, looking back to see Ash, Cobalt, and Green excitedly running over to her. The girl smiled brightly as Ash opened the doors to the gym, where he then ran over to Misty and hugged her tight.
Misty: Ash, hey!
Ash: I missed you so much. I know it's only been a few days, but still….
Misty: It's okay, Ash. I-I missed you too. Cobalt, Green, good seeing you guys again.
The two gave their own greetings to the girl as they went over to the pool to greet the Pokemon. Though right behind Ash, Red and Delia came through the doors, much to Misty's delight upon seeing the woman.
Misty: Hi, Mrs Ketchum. Hi…. Weird future version of Ash?... COnsidering what we've been through, it doesn;t seem that unlikely.
Red: M-Misty?!
Red gasped seeing her. In his mind, he was seeing the exact double of Misty's mother.
Misty: I... Sorry, do I know you?
Red: Oh, I'm err...I'm Ash's father: Red. Delia's husband. 'She looks...EXACTLY like her!'
Misty: Oh, well, nice to meet you. Come on, I'll show you guys the common area.
The redhead escorted the small group out of the pool, though Ash stopped as a familiar Tentacool and Butterfree approached.
Charles: Hello, Ash.
Alex: Hi, Ash! Long time no see!
Ash: Hey, Charles. Hey, Alex. Good seeing you guys after a while.
Loki also followed as they made it to a small kitchenette, the three Ketchums sitting at the table.
Misty: Would you like something to eat or drink?
Delia: Some beverages would be fine, please.
As Misty nodded and left, Red looked at the leaving girl, clearly nervous and awkward
Ash: Dad, what's the matter?
Red: I...It's like...Seeing a vivid déjà vu.
Delia: I know...She looks exactly like her.
Misty: What?
The Cerulean girl asked as she came back, handing bottled waters to the three humans as she set bowls of Poke Chow for Cobalt, Green, and Loki.
Misty: Looked like who?
Red: Um...Y-Your mother. You look like a spitting image of her.
Misty: I do? Huh… Makes sense, at least. After all, I'm technically named Misty JR. *to Delia and Red* You two knew my mother? Why didn't you mention this, Mrs Ketchum?
Delia: It just didn't seem like a good idea without Richard here is all.
Ash: "Good idea"?... What are you two hiding?
Red: There's...There's history, between...Me, Green and Misty's mother; Ash.
Misty: What is it?
Red: Um...Ash, can you give us a minute?
Ash: Anything you want to say in front of Misty, you can say in front of me. Misty's my friend. Not only, I'm your son, you can trust me.
Red: I... Well...
Delia: Richard… It's only fair he knows.
Green: Knows what?
As Delia held his hand, Red sighed and nodded before he spoke again
Red: Misty... I'm your father.
The look on Misty and Ash was complete shock while a small thud could be heard. Everyone turned to see Loki on his back, having fainted.
Misty: Y-You're...What?
Red: I'm your father.
Delia: It was years ago...And...It's a long story.
Ash: What exactly is going on here?
Red: W... What happened was... Misty, your mother's husband had died. When we were younger, I was... Well... She and I kind of had a thing… Well, not really us having a thing more of her having a crush on me.
Delia: Her husband died and we, being friends, comforted her.
Red: We drank a bit and... Well...
Delia: Old emotions came up and the three of us got a bit carried away and...
Red: *sighs* I think you know the rest.
Cobalt: I honestly wish I didn;t. This is… This is legit insanity.
Misty's eyes welled up… She thought her father was… The same as her sister's. But it made sense with most of her life. Why her sisters were mean to her growing up, until they grew out of that meanness. Why her kiss with Ash was so...wrong. But... But now...She had her father. Her biological one...He was alive...And he was sitting RIGHT there! She more or less jumped at him, holding him close and crying. Misty stained his clothes with her tears, too choked up to say a thing.
Red: Shh-shh-shh...It's okay...It's alright. I'm sorry I wasn't here… It's okay, Misty... It's okay.
Ash: So...Misty and I are… We….. Misty's my sister?!
Delia: Yes, sweetheart.
As Ash tried to comprehend this, Misty backed up, tears still going down her face, but with a smile.
Misty: I...S-Sorry.
Red: It's fine, Misty Dear.
Though that was the moment when Misty's sisters walked in.
Daisy: Hey, baby sis. What's going on here?
Lily: Hey Ash.
Violet: Nice seeing you again.
Ash: Hey, girls.
Red: Oh, hello." Red nodded
Daisy: *to Red* Wait...You...You look familiar...
Violet: Isn't he Ash?
Delia: Actually, fies, this is Ash's father.
Daisy: Oh… Well, I see where Ash got his looks from.
Delia: Excuse me?
Violet: What? We're, like, just saying the truth. Besides, I can see why Misty likes him so much.
The air quickly became awkward, Cobalt's eyes widening as Red spoke up to break the tension.
Red: Hey Misty… How about a Pokémon Battle? Show me what you got.
Misty: Sure... Dad.
Lily, Violet and Daisy looked at the two in shock as Daisy then stood forth, trying to defend her sister.
Daisy: S-Sorry Mr Ketchum. Our little sister is-
Red: No need to apologise...She IS my daughter.
Dasu/Lily/Violet: WHAT?!
Ash: Yeah, My dad is actually Misty's father. We literally found out just now.
The three stood there, staring at them for several seconds before each and every one of the three sisters fainted.
Red: Heh, new record.
Delia: For what?
Red: Three faints in one go.
Misty sighed as she face palmed before leading them back to the pool where the platforms Ash and Misty used in their battle deployed, with Misty going up the greed platform well Red went atop the red one (HA!).
Green: What's wrong, Co?
Cobalt: I just realized. Misty kissed Ash.
Green: So?
Cobalt: And we all just found out Ash and Misty are brother and sister. And I'm pretty sure that kiss wasn;t meant to be platonic.
Green: Oh…. *eyes widen* Oh….. Oh lord, that is horrific.
Ash groaned uneasily as he shuttered, remembering what had happened that day. But as he did, another reminder of that day just so happened to walk right through the door.
Brock: Hey, Mist! You ready to- Ash!?
Ash: *happy* Brock!
The older tenn walked over to them, sitting on the bench as Cobalt and Green greeted their old friend.
Brock: Guess great minds think alike, huh?
Delia: Hello, Brock. What are you doing in Cerulean? I thought you went back home to check on your family.
Brock: I did. Though there was a problem, my Mom tried to make it a Water gym, I battled her and won so the gym's the same. So Dad gave me the okay to head back out with you guys again. I was actually coming over to get Misty so we could head over to your place. Speaking of which, what are you doing here, Ash?
Ash: I guess we were doing the same thing. My Dad and Misty are just about to start battling.
Brock: Wait, your Dad?! Why haven;t I seen him before?
Delia: It's a…. It's a long story.
Red: Alright, kid. Does a 1-on-1 sound good to you?
Misty: Sure thing.
Red: Alright then, since this a WATER field, might as well use Water Pokemon. *throws Pokeball* Lappy, you're up!
Red's ball opened, releasing his Lapras as it peaked out from under the water.
Misty: Alright, then! *throws Pokeball* Go, Charles!
However, as the ball opened, it wasn;t Charles who came out, but it was Harold, Misty's Wimpod.
Harold: Huh? Wha-What's going on? Is… *horrified* Is this a battle?
Red: Uh… What?
Misty: huh, Harold? Oh no, I must've mixed up my Pokeballs! *sighs* Well, you'll have to do Harold. Prepare yourself!
Though the Wimpod was horrified, he nodded as he faced the Lapras. The others watched in the bleachers of the gym, where Brock then opened a Pokeball to release his Krabby.
Brock: I just thought you'd like a swim before we head to Pallet Town.
The Krabby clicked its claws in agreement, knowing Brock couldn't understand him.
Ash: Hey, isn;t that your Krabby?
Brock: Yep, I decided to let Geodude have some home time for a while so I could go and train Krabby a bit.
Loki: Let's just hope he isn;t too… *snickers* Crabby.
Krabby: *sarcastic* Very funny…
Misty: Okay! Harold, use Bubble!
The little arthropod nervously spat a bubble barrage at Lapras, who easily dove underwater to dodge.
Red: Psychic.
Lappy's eyes glowed as Harold began to glow and float up into the air, frightfully whimpering.
Red: Ice Beam.
Misty: Harold, Protect!
Before the Ice Beam could hit, Harold covered himself in a forcefield, which also cut out the Psychic and allowed Harold to drop onto the platform. The Wimpod trmebles and whimpered in fear, which broke Misty's heart to see her Pokemon so afraid.
Misty: Come on, Harold! I know you're scared, but I also know deep down, you're really brave! You can do this! Show him by using Struggle Bug!
Letting Misty's words encourage him, Harold frowned as he covered himself in a green aura before charging towards the Lapras….. Until Red called out one last attack.
Red: Ice Beam.
Suddenly, the beam hit Harold just as he jumped, encasing him in a ball of ice, which then fell to the sea. Though as Harold shivered in the ball, he heard Misty call out from the surface.
Misty: Harold, come back! I know you can do it! I believe in you!
Harold: She…. Believes in me?... She…. *confident* She…. Believes in me…
The Wimpod then proceeded to tru and break out, flexing his body to sdo so. However, as he tried breaking out, Harold then began to glow as the ice ball then cracked. Back on the surface, a glowing spot appeared in the water where Harold fell, which then began to bubble. Suddenly, a large body jumped out of the water and landed back on one of the platforms.
Misty: H…..Harold?
The Pokemon in front of Misty was a large, hunched over insectod Pokemon with pale purple skin that was covered in silver lates. It had four smaller arms with one digit and two larger hands with ong black claws. It also had a purple face with matching antennae.
Green: Is that… Harold?
Loki: Looks like the pipsqueak, alright. But it looks like he's evolved.
Ash: *takes out Pokedex* This is really something.
Pokedex: Golisopod, the Hard Scale Pokémon and the evolved form of Wimpod. A Bug and Water type. Golisopod has a shell as tough as diamond and retractable claws that can cleave seawater in two. While it is skillful in battle, it often meditates peacefully deep in seaside caves.
Misty: Woah….
Ash: Misty, looks like Harold has some new moves! CATCH!
Misty turned to Ash to see what he menat, only to fumble and amage to grap his Pokedex. Looking at the bottom screen, she indeed saw that Harold did have a newer and much better moveset while Red gasped as he marvelled at his daughter's newly evolved Pokemon.
Red: ...In all my years...I have to admit...This world never ceases to amaze me. But don;t think I'm going easy on your, little lady.
Misty: Wouldn't dream of it, old man! Alright, Harold, let's show our stuff! Use Fury Cutter!
Harold gave off a massive roar as he charged, his claws glowing neon green and goriwng insanely long as he did.
Red: Water Pulse.
Misty: Use your Fury Cutter to deflect it!
The Golisopod then cleaved through the ball of water, splitting it in two as the halves exploded by him.
Misty: Now, Razor Shell!
Harold formed two light blue energy blades on his two larger hands, charging swiftly towards Lappy.
Red: Meet it halfway with Drill Run!
Lappy's horn glowed as it extended and spun while the Lapras charged twards the Golisopod. A huge explosion gave way as the two attacks collided. As the dust settled, Lappy was the only one seen as the Lapras shook its head in a daze befor Harold floated up the surface of the water, having fainted.
Red: Looks like I win, Sweetheart. Alright, Lappy, come back.
As Red returned his Lapras, Misty swam out into the pool, hugging her Golisopod with one arm as she treaded water.
Misty: Are you okay, Harold?
The Golisopod shook his head before looking at Misty, nodded as he then nuzzled her. Smiling, Misty climbed onto one of the platforms and returned Harold to his Pokeball.
Misty: Thanks a ton, Harold. Now get a good rest. *notices Brock* Oh, hi Brock.
Brock: Hey, Mist. Would it be okay if I let Krabby into the pool for a little bit?
Misty: Go on ahead. I need to pack up, anyway.
She then climbed out of the pool while Brock dropped his Krabby into the water. In the locker room, Misty dried off and put on a fresh set of the same clothes she had on before and gathered her Pokeballs, keeping Jeff's in her gym;s storage while grabbing the one belonging to Alex. As soon as the Horsea got into the pool, he instantly fell in love and she couldnt bare to rip him away from it.
Returning back to the gym area, Brock, Ash, and Ash's Pokemon were with Delia and Red, talking about the battle he and Misty just had.
Misty: Alright, I'm all packed up. I'm ready to go as soon as Brock's Krabby has his fill… *sad* Kinda sucks I lost, though.
Ash: Hey, don;t be so down, Misty. After all, my Dad's one of the strongest trainers alive. Heck, even I lost to him when we battled and I used Azula when he used a Charizard.
Loki: Woah, seriously?!
Green: Yeah, he beat us good.
Red: But nonetheless, you put your all into it and by the way how you've spoken to your Pokemon, I can just tell you care for them very much. *smiles* I'm proud of you.
Misty smiled at the man as he cupped her cheek, smiling right back at her as he then brought her into a fatherly hug. Misty felt complete in his embrace. Almost as if a hole in her heart that's been there for years has finally been filled.
Misty: Thanks, Dad…
Brock became wide-eyed at Misty's proclamation as he slowly turned to Ash, who held a small, awkward smile.
Brock: Ash…. You have a LOT of explaining to do.
Ash: *sighs* Yeah, I know….
