Proposals for the weaponizing of Panacea
1. Syringe Darts
Panacea loaded into hypodermic needles and fired from air rifles. The size, and therefore dosage, of the darts can vary, from ones to launched from concealed weapons for covert ops to vehicle carried darts for large creatures
Pros

Introduces Panacea directly into bloodstream Able to to use from safe or concealed locations

Cons

Armour would block darts, requiring skilled shooters or armour-piercing darts Combat conditions (e.g. high winds) would foul shots.

2a. Liquid Spray
Spraying Panacea onto targets. Similarly to a flame thrower, would be carried by specialised troopers or mounted on vehicles. Also options for pressurised grenades and artillery shells.
Pros

Wide dispersion method for crowds Can be used to "hose down" corrupted environments Smells nice - improving moral

Cons

Skin contact, while effective, is not the best way to introduce Panacea into a bodily system Logistical issues of transporting large ammounts of Panacea

2b. Aerosolized Spray
Similar to the above, but the Panacea is in a gaseous state. Similar to the above, including pros and cons, with some new ones;
Pros

Can be pumped into enclosed environments, such as bunkers or starships Panacea gas is much less noticeable, allowing it to be used to surprise enemies

Cons

Logistical issues compounded - transporting aerosolized gas is dangerous Despite ease of introduction to breathing systems, slower acting than a direct injection

3. Sorcerous Reagent (EXPERIMENTAL)
A number of USA R&D Mages have experimented with magical applications for Panacea - some of the more useful avenues include;

Summoning/teleporting Panacea directly into the lungs/blood of a target, using a modified version of a horrifying spell that is otherwise banned - researcher are under investigation Using the meta-energy of Panacea for fuel in healing spells. Infusing Panacea with Warp energy to create animate "golems" - mixed results

4. Vampiric Injection (Under Review)
A number of Vampires of Cassandron have the ability to inject victims of their bites with anaesthetic or poison - interest has been expressed into finding a way to allow them to do so with Panacea.
