Shortly after Operation: Clean Sweep and the Super Genesis Wave, Sonic wrestles with loss and finding a way to restore Sally Acorn after her roboticization. While Tails and Amy struggle to mend broken alliances, old enemies and new terrors both enter the galactic fray, each vying to fill the void of power. The Chaos Emeralds are missing, and Black Arms approaches Mobius Prime.

Agent Stone is overtired, stressed and burnt out. His fear of rejection and sexual-frustration is driving him crazy, so he distances himself from his lover in an attempt to regain control. When the unexpected happens and Eggman finally retires, the world has the time to heal and move forward. Even if that meant parting ways for a while. Now much older and (hopefully) wiser, two childhood friends meet up again to make up for lost time.

This this is a Re-write and Re-Telling of the Sonic Forces video game in a darker and dramatic way. With the End of the 2nd Set of Chapters, the 3rd Set now begins. After defeating Robotnik and living with Tom and Maddie in Green Hills, Sonic is living his best life

After using Chaos Control to return the Ark to orbit, Shadow the Hedgehog wakes up on Mobius, a world mostly populated by unfamiliar faces (and only a few pathetic humans) where Sonic the Hedgehog is dead. Deciding to keep his promise to Maria nonetheless, Shadow takes up the mantle left behind the Fastest Thing Alive, effectively becoming Mobius' new dark knight and protector.
