In the time of morning, a young boy of about 11 years of age is getting up from his bed. This is Bailee Wei. He is Asian-American and sports dark hair with a white color highlight on a few of his bangs.
Bailee: Good morning to a new day.
The contents of his bedroom signifies that he is a fan of the tokusatsu franchise known as Kamen Rider. DVD's of every Kamen Rider during the Heisei Era, a Kamen Rider Decade mask on a display stand, a Smart Brain briefcase containing Faiz's gear, belt of Kamen Rider Den-O, some action figures from Kabuto and Blade, and even a cosplay outfit of Aruto Hiden.
He stretches a little bit and proceeds to take a shower. Today is the final day for him as a 5th grader before he is set to go to middle school. After cleaning up and getting dressed, he makes a quick toasted bagel with mayonnaise. Finishing his breakfast, he grabs his backpack before he passes his fridge with a photo taken of him, his parents, and his little sister. He takes a little moment to stare at it and gave a small sad smile.
Bailee: I miss you, guys.
He gives the picture a quick kiss before heading out the door to catch his school bus.
In the elementary school, every student went to take their final test and everyone was surprisingly able to get passing grades. For Bailee, he was able to get an A, which made him smile at his accomplishment. After the final tests, everyone went to the lunchroom
School Principal: This is probably...the greatest school year we ever had. And letting me see you be off at this new chapter in your lives does bring some tears to my eyes.
All the students and staff cheered and proceeded to head out to the recess area where the outdoor basketball court and running field is to participate in a little carnival the school made with games for prizes and food stands where what they served is for free.
After the event is over, all of the students went to their numbered school buses to get home. When Bailee found his seat, he talked to some of his friends to pass the time. But as the bus turned to drive on the highway, an SUV was driving on the wrong lane and was heading straight towards Bailee's school bus. The bus driver started stirring the wheel in panic, startling the students but when Bailee saw the SUV, his eyes bulged in horror until-
*CRASH*
In a dark void with the feeling of cold and nothingness, Bailee's soul in the form of his body is floating lightly above the solid but watered ground. That is when 8 flashes of light representing different colors of light glow around the little boy, dimming out to reveal eight men: Overlord Kouta Kazuraba, Tsukasa Kadoya, Daiki Kaito, Kuroto Dan, Houou Quartz, Wataru Kurenai, Taiga Nobori, and Sougo Tokiwa from the year 2068.
The group of men look down on Bailee's lifeless body before gazing at each other. Tokiwa gives a nod of the head as they walk close to place their left arms with open palms right near Bailee's chest. Each of them transferred a flow of energy from themselves to Baillee as his body absorbs the essence flowing into him.
Done with their task, the whole void glows white and envelops everything before the group of Kamen Riders vanish before the boy.
Opening his eyes, Bailee takes a deep breath and wakes up to find himself lying down on a crystallized walkway. Standing up, he looks around the crystal void surrounding him.
Bailee: Where am I? (What is this place?)
A transparent crystallized wall materializes from his left side as he walks up to it. Looking, the boy then sees a series of events that has happened from the view of the masked warriors from his favorite television franchise: The Kamen Riders. Slowly taking every step, Bailee is shown all that has happened from every Rider, from every era.
Bailee: (The Kamen Riders? Why am I seeing this?)
When he reached the end of the walkway, a crystal barrier blocks his path to reveal hieroglyphics that tell some prophecy: Eight figures reincarnating a boy, the boy travelling to different worlds, the boy facing different foes, while being a symbol of truth, justice, and peace.
The crystal barrier shatters like glass to reveal a statue at the end of the pathway. Walking forward, Bailee observes the contents: The various Kamen Rider standing side by side and in middle is a childish silhouette below a number of galaxies. Looking closely, Bailee sees that the silhouette of the child is similar to his build.
Bailee: Is...Is that me?
Everything glows white around him as the light envelops everything before Bailee vanishes from the realm.
Bailee wakes up again to find himself back in his bedroom. Getting up from his bed, he looks out the window to see that he is still inside the crystallized realm but the sky is space itself with many stars and various planets outside.
He then looks at the mirror to see that his body is intact except he feels a metal belt around his waist. Slowly, the metal belt then changes to the many ones worn by every known main Kamen Rider.

Bailee: I'm...a Kamen Rider?
Bailee turns to the nightstand beside his bed to see an envelope with a wax seal of Zi-O's symbol on it. He opens it to read a letter.
"Your life doesn't deserve to meet a tragic end, Bailee Wei. Me and the others made a decision where your young soul deserves a second chance at a time of adventure and courage. Therefore, you are chosen to be a Kamen Rider like us. You now have access to all the powers used by the ones that represent good, evil, and in the middle. Our legacy now flows through you, child. Walk tall, little one."

The boy just couldn't believe it.
Bailee: I...I am chosen?!
He couldn't the excitement in his heart and shows a big smile.
Bailee: THIS IS AWESOME!
After having a moment, Bailee checks the rest of the house to see that everything is still in place when he left for school before the tragic accident. But right next to living room by the TV is an empty wall area covered by a background photo canvas attached to a chain. The boy remembers that this is what Kamen Rider Decade used to the nine worlds in his timeline. Walking up to the chain, Bailee grabs it and takes a deep breath.
Bailee: Look out, new world. Cause here I come!
He pulls on the chain and releases it, revealing the start of his brand-new adventure as the story of this newly chosen Rider has just begun.
