Yuki and Naruto, How I met my Work Wife.
OCTOPUS-Two years ago-OCTOPUS
Naruto leapt though tree after tree having been sent on a solo mission to help transport goods, of course it wasn't supposed to be a solo mission, he was supposed to have a team, but nobody would team with him,
Naruto sighed, he hated traveling alone, just silence, nothing to do but focus on jumping in tree branches, a skill so common most students could do it, though with him he felt the air on his torso having again forgone a shirt to show off his abs,
He stopped as he heard a nearby scuffle, "Well that's one way to shake the boredom," he said as he changed direction, best part of traveling alone? nobody was here to tell him to focus on the mission,
As he arrived in the area he found a group of foreign shinobi surrounding a lone foreign shinobi,
The group was covered up in a uniform that hid all their features from onlookers,
The lone Shinobi was a lady, she looked to be wearing a worn and torn version of the same uniform as the group surrounding her, but while Naruto couldn't tell the girls from the guys in that Uniform hers was ripped enough that he could see her messy dirty blonde hair tied in large pigtails,
Naruto held his breath and hid himself among the trees trying to understand what was going on,
"Please!" the girl begged, "I didn't kill them" she sobbed as the group advanced on her, "Why won't you believe me?"
"So your little fairy tale killed four of your teammates?" one of the group asked,
"The Yoma was real!" she cried, "How could I have killed anyone I was the weakes-,"
"Oh shut up!" One demanded, "You killed them and now you want-,"
"Boss," One of the shinobi said interrupting him as Naruto left his hiding place and dropped in front of them,
Naruto pulled a lighter from his pocket but it clicked and never struck up, "Damn," he said taking the cigar from his mouth and shoving it back into his pocket, next he took the chain of his iron ball,
"Who are you!" one of the ninja asked,
"Okay," Naruto said, "Let me tell you what's gonna happen buds," he looked out at the ninja, "She" he gestured behind him to the crying girl, "Is coming with me," then he pointed at the group, "And you're all gonna get lost,"
The boss of the lot glared at him, "Oh ar-," Naruto shrugged the iron ball off his shoulder letting the ball hit the ground,
"Yeah, you are," Naruto said popping his neck, "only difference in how it happens is A: you walk back to where you came from..." then he swung the chain with one hand channelling the nine tails chakra into the ball as he swung it covering his weapon in it's demonic yokai chakra, "Or this monster will send you flying!" he said gesturing to himself, as he stopped swinging the ball and let the ball fall back next to him,
The group looked terrified, "Wh... what are you?!" One of them demanded,
"Naruto Uzumaki, Konoha Chunin, and Jinjuriki of the ninetailed fox," Naruto said, "Now beat it,"
The group started to back away, "Actually," Naruto said stopping them, "One of you give her your uniform," he ordered,
"What you want us to give a traitor one of our-,"
"Please," Naruto asked his eyes turning red and slitting,
The boss paled, "T-Tekachi, Give the man what he wants,"
The male shinobi removed the top part of his uniform and tossed it to Naruto, "Alright, now you can leave," he said handing it to the girl behind him with looking at her,
The Ninja continued backing away until they were certain they were out of the range of Naruto's weapon at which point they leapt into the air and vanished,
Naruto frowned, "Sorry about that," he said as he started tying his weapon back around his shoulder,
"Don't be," she said, "I'm just... happy someone helped,"
"I meant for the chakra," Naruto said, "You must've been terrified when I started using it,"
The young girl her eyes still closed shook her head, "Not really," she grabbed onto his arm and pulled herself up, "It felt similar to the Yoma's, but it was. . . warmer, kinder too,"
Naruto turned to her "Listen I have a-" he blushed and turned away, "Uh your clothes are still torn,"
She looked down at herself, "D-don't look!" she cried, Quickly Naruto turned back around, "I'll just-"
"Okay... n-now you can look," She said nervously,
'That was quick,' he thought, but turned around, she was trying to pull the top down so it better covered her her lower half,
"I have a mission," he said, "I can take you there, it's a small village nearby, we'll be able to cover you better there," he said before he started walking away,
"W-when do you... want it?" she asked,
"It?" he asked looking back at her,
Her face scrunched up, "For me to ''show my gratitude''?" she spat,
"Show your...?" his eyes went wide, "What?!" he asked, "Why would I-,"
"You rescued a poor defenceless Kunoichi, it's only natural she'd ''thank you'' right?!" she demanded, "I've heard stories, just..." her eyes welled up with tears, "Just... tell me, okay?" she pleaded,
Naruto's face hardened, "What's your name?" he asked,
She shook her head, "I have none," she stated, "I abandoned it... I just wanted to start out fresh,"
Naruto nodded, "Alright," he walked over to her causing her to flinch, then he picked her up bridal style,
"What are you doing!?"
"I'll call you Yuki then," he declared, "cause you're gonna be as pure as the driven snow, and nobody is gonna make you do anything,"
"Wh-what?!" she asked,
"When we get to Konoha I'll help you get set up, put in a good word with you for the Hokage, and you'll see," he said before he leapt off into the trees,
OCTOPUS-Present day-OCTOPUS
Naruto yawned as he entered his apartment his iron ball felt super heavy after his last mission, as he shut his apartment's door a sweet aroma filled his nostrils, he sighed and hung his iron ball on a coat hook, "Shouldn't you be in your own apartment Yuki?" he asked,
The girl bounced in front of him with her wry smile, wearing her usual pigtails, a smile, and an apron, and nothing else, "C'mon darling, you know you're happy to see me," she said doing a twirl, giggling as she watched him turn to look away with a blush as her backside was shown to him, "Still?" she asked him with her hands on her hips, "You still blush whenever you see me naked?"
She walked over and wrapped her arms around him giving him a tight squeeze and a peck on the cheek, "After all the time we lived together you still blush?"
"How can I not?" he asked, "I expect to pass out onto my bed after a long mission only to see you practically naked in my house,"
Her smile widened, "You know, I'm actually happy you still blush," she stated, "It shows you're still the man I fell in love with,"
Naruto yawned, "Are you going home so I can-,"
"Nope," she smiled, "I've been stuck working that terrible waitress job so I could afford tonight," she stated, grabbing his arm, "Now c'mon I'll help you wash up before dinner,"
"W-wash up?" he asked his entire face turning red, "C-can't I-,"
She stopped and turned to him, "Listen!" she said with her hands on her hips, "I have a few more months before I can re-enter the Shinobi work force as your partner," she stated, "I've been leered at, heard comments about my body from customers and nearly been groped, and I endured it all without once snapping," she told him, "So please... let me just... for tonight..." she frowned, "You know,"
Naruto sighed, "Alright" he nodded, "We'll do it your way,"
Yuki smiled at him, "Good" she said pulling his arm again and taking him into the bathroom, she washed him with not a single complaint from himself, not even when she stopped using the sponge and used her body as a replacement,
Soon enough he was clean and they both sat at the dinner table, the sweet aroma he'd smelt was a roast chicken dinner she'd been slaving over for the entire day,
She even paired it with a nice wine, not that it was his thing, hell he usually hated the stuff, but accompanying a candle lit dinner with his self proclaimed work wife, he couldn't remember why he didn't like wine,
The dinner was almost as gorgeous as the young woman who'd made it, the ate and had small talk over the dinner, sometimes she even briefly opened her eyes, showing him the ruby red pupils she usually hid,
They had fun small talk as they ate, and after the plates were empty she'd left them on the side, he sweat dropped as he saw all the dirty pots she'd left to soak,
But then she again took his hand, blew out the candles, and led him to his room, he'd expected a petal covered bed with more candles, but was surprised it was simply his bed, she pulled up the covers and abandoned her apron and her scrunchies,
Then gone where his clothes and quickly she pulled him under the sheets, where she laid her head onto his naked torso,
He was almost at peace enough to just drift off,
But he couldn't,
He hoped she hadn't noticed, he'd been trying so hard to hide just how angry he was, he'd wait for her to sleep and then take his iron ball to that restaurant,
He'd track down the customers who'd looked at her that way and scare the life out of them,
The ones who'd made comments about her he'd terrorise until they knew better,
Those who'd tried to grope her would have their bodies broken,
The staff that had allowed it would watch in fear as her beat their boss into the ground,
And the ninja tasked with watching her would-,
"Stop" she said gently, Naruto's eyes widened and he realised she was still awake, as usual her eyes were shut but her head looked at his, she gripped his hand, "I know what you're thinking," she said,
"I'm... just tired," he lied,
She opened one of her eyes, "Say that again" she asked,
He let out a breath, he couldn't lie to her while she had those eyes on him, it'd hurt him too much to lie to a lady who trusted him enough to show him her eyes, ones that got her teased so much she learned how to see while hiding them, "They shouldn't get away with it," he said, "When I saved you all those years ago I said you'd be safe here, happy here, and after you were scared of me taking advantage of you now you have to put up with people trying to do the same," he frowned, "How do you always know?" he asked,
She smiled at him, "I'm your future work wife, and even further I'm your future wife," she said, "I know you like the back of my hand," she kissed him on the cheek, "And like I said before, everything will be worth it, when I'm finally allowed back on the shinobi force and by your side," she said snuggling into him, "So let it go," she kissed his neck, "For me?"
Naruto felt all his anger dissipate, "Okay..." he said kissing her on the forehead, "For you." he said as he began drifting off to sleep,
OCTOPUS-The End-OCTOPUS
This chapter was suggested by BlueRainbowSky/Cosmic66 though and Wattpad, it's funny while I was writing Homura's chapter with Naruto's weapon being an iron ball I thought, "I wonder if there's a Senran Kagura character who uses the same weapon, and yes, Yuki does,
She and another character suggested by our pal CosmicRainbow66(That's just what I'm gonna call BlureRainbowSky/Cosmic66 from now on, unless it turns out the two comment s were from entirely different people) Kocho, are from Senran Kagura: New Wave, a Now discontinued card battler game, and man that sucks, mostly that there are probably a bunch of characters that aren't gonna be in the main games,
But hey at least Yuki And Kocho will be in this fic, Thanks to CosmicRainbow66,
