During a heatwave, Danny and the others try and cool off at home. While Danny and Star talk about an adventure they had during a ski trip and dealing with a ghost from Frostbite's past. It's a story of fun, tricks, deception, regret and figure skating too. Set after "Blackmailed" but the story take place months before it.

Danny had been in college enjoying the freedom of adulthood when he's suddenly thrust back to the portal accident. Traveling back in time is normal, being in the body of his fourteen year old self is not. Now he needs to figure out how to fix the past to prevent a horrible future and the end of the world, all while trying to find his memories of how his first life ended.

Throwing up ghosts is just the beginning. First, a ghost that looks exactly like Danny comes through the portal. The memory sharing and body switching are weird. Now the portal inside him is growing and Danny is terrified of what happened once it become too big for his body to contain.

Sometimes, when you have to confront the demons of the past, you have to lean on someone who can guide you through it. Especially when it's someone you love. TW: this writing contains sensitive material that may be unsuitable for people who have experienced any scenarios that are mentioned.

He should probably leave it alone. Ignore it and get home as quickly as he can, but the morbid curiosity overruled his common sense. Or, Dash finds a ghost trying to eat an unconscious Danny Phantom. Warning for description of gore.

This is the original version of a story that I have recently updated and revamped. I felt it was unfair to the fans of the original story if it just completely got taken down.
