I clutched my chest, struggling to hold myself up. Then He grabbed the back of my head and pulled me up. Thor was lying on the ground and Loki standing, surrounded by four ugly beings.

"The Tesseract or her head." He, Thanos, placed the gauntlet with a glowing purple stone near my head.

"Do your worst." I spat blood from my mouth.

Without hesitation he place his knuckle against my temple and a burning sensation started to grow. At first, I chuckled but with the growing intensity my laugh turned to screams. It felt like the inside of my head was on fire.

Loki revealed the Tesseract, acting as if he wasn't bothered by what just happened. I couldn't hear anything. Loki stepped closer, his mouth moving, and his eyes looking at me. Then Hulk rushed by, knocking Thanos aside and Loki caught me as I fell over.

The power of the stone did more damage to my body than I realized. I was practically limp from it. Loki dragged me aside, hidden from view.

"Stay here, Darling." I barely heard him say while he brushed my hair out my face.

"No." I shook my head, knowing what he was going to try to do next. "Stay."

He smiled. "I love you." He gave me a quick kiss, stuck box into my pocket and ran off.

The color of the rainbow filled the room. The bifrost…

Bruce and I landed in the staircase that belong to a wizard named Stephen Strange and Wong.

Bruce explained the whole thing while I sat on a bench, fiddling with the box Loki gave me.

"You're Stark's daughter." Strange point at me. "What happened to your head?"

I touch the side of my head, feeling the rough edges. "Thanos used the power stone on me."

Strange had a questionable look on his face but decided to opened a portal to where my dad currently was. I ran through the portal before Strange. Pepper's faced dropped as she and I made eye contact. Then Dad turned around.

"Hey Dad."

He rested his hands against my face. Tears ran down my cheeks. He looked me once over and then pulled me into a hug. I didn't know how much I was holding back until now. Until I felt like I was home, once more.

"I thought you were dead." He choked on his words.

"There's still time for that." I pulled away. "Dad the universe is in danger."

"Who's the threat?"

"Thanos." Bruce said. "We have a lot to talk about."

"Stay with Pepper." Dad walked pasted me and through the portal.

"I can help." I turned around.

"No!" He yelled.

"I'm going to have to agree." Stephan said, closing the portal.

I ran my hands through my hair, "Fuck!" I screamed, looking up at the sky.

"Alexis," I turned to Pepper. "I know where you need to go. I'll fill you in on the way."

Pepper took me to the car and we got in. Happy was driving. It was a good thing he stayed in the drivers seat otherwise we'd never get to where we were going. Pepper told me about how Steve and my dad fought. Told me about the Accords. Told me everything. Told me they were getting married. Finally.

Happy told us to turn on the news. There was a flying donut over New York. Then Pepper got a call from Dad.

He wasn't coming home for dinner.

I stepped out of the car and took in the new grounds. Happy stepped out in front of me and hugged me so tight that I forgot my ribs were bruised.

"Happy, you're hurting me."

"Sorry." He released me. "We're just glad you're alive. Your father took it really hard."

"Don't you have a knack for showing up at the right time." Rhodey walked out of the compound. "What happened to you?"

"I've been at the center of bad ideas for the last few years Rhodey."
