After a hiatus I am now back with the (for now) last and probably (so far) longest installment in the Valar Morghulis-series.
I have added a summary here so that you can read it in isolation if you should wish to.
It's from Cersei's POV and maybe the biggest emotional rollercoaster I have written in this series until now. I hope you enjoy it!

Disclaimer: I don't own anything.

Summary

The Lion's Ward

Faramir dies in Middle Earth but the Valar send him to Westeros, they give him another life. He retains some of his memories, like shadows or dreams.
In Westeros, he is reborn as a Stark, the third child of Rickard and Lyarra. When he is old enough he is sent to Lannisport/Casterly Rock as a ward and becomes friends with Jaime and Tyrion. His relationship to Cersei is strained, though improves when he teaches her how to fight with a dagger.
Later, he is sent South to join Lord Tywin in King's Landing for educational purposes. To anyone's surprise, the studious boy thrives in the capital and under the lion's tutelage.

Daggers and Claws

Cersei is furious about the engagement of Rhaegar and Elia, doesn't like Faramir, but likes the training. She finds that Faramir and Ashara Dayne seem to have a romantic connection.
Faramir calls her Kitten in private, at first a provocation, but it turns into a nickname. They grow into teenagers and the boy is sent to Dorne, he becomes a bit (much) of a flirt and a bit more ruthless than he has ever been in Middle Earth. Due to Tywin's teaching, he is a strategist and the first one to tell Cersei to use her brain as well.

The Dornishgirl's Lover

Faramir has it bad for Ashara. They meet at Harrenhal. Stuff happens.
He also doesn't know what to think about Ned anymore because his brother has very much adapted to the ideals of the Eyrie. Faramir and Oberyn have a little heart-to-heart about their sisters which leaves him with a scar.

The Rebellion's Strategist

Lyanna runs away with Rhaegar, Robert's Rebellion starts, Faramir knows what Tywin is going to do. He brokers the marriage between Cersei and Robert and protection for King's Landing, most notably for Ashara, who is Elia's lady in waiting. Jaime kills the king but Ned actually listens to his reasons. The Mountain still murders Elia and the children, Ashara dies in Faramir's arms. When he brings her body to Starfall together with Jaime, he finds a child, Ellard, allegedly his son together with her.
He can't save Lyanna, she and her own daughter die. Robert becomes king, Cersei queen, Ned goes North and a traumatised, desillusioned Faramir becomes Master of Coin.

Coins and Ambitions

Cersei and Faramir strike up a reluctant alliance in King's Landing to hold their positions, mostly against Jon Arryn who cannot stand either.

The Queen's Mistake

Cersei gives birth to Joffrey, and Faramir and her still work together - more or less well - bicker and argue, and one of these arguments leads to a one-night-stand. That one-night stand leads to another child. Jaime is very very furious, but he nevertheless helps to deceive the court.
Faramir claims the child as his, Elwing Waters, and raises her, Ellard Sand comes to King's Landing as his ward. Cerseinis frustrated by her circumstances Lacking any better idea, Jaime convinces Faramir to seduce Cersei to keep her busy and from further scheming. Let's just say it's not really a hardship for him, even though he knows it's wrong.
