Burusu continued to hold his breath as his blood shot eyes burned and watered. Burusu's pupils shook with fear wnd nervousness as he stared up at this demonic entity.

"Is this... the demon my men spoke of?!" Burusu asked himself.

The red smoke had covered the entirety of the ruins. Burusu could still hear feint yelling and sirens.

"I have to get out of here!" Burusu got up and ran away from the demon, further into the smoke.

"FIND THE BABY! ATTENTION FLORATHEO ISLE BABY TORE MUST BE LOCATED!"

Burusu continued to hear the panicked voices of his people as they looked for Tore.

Burusu, still covering his mouth, stopped when he saw the demon Cyclone further down into the smoke walking and scanning the area trying to find him. Burusu gasped, covered his mouth, and turned around to run another direction.

Burusu's eyes widened when he saw someone, an older, darker skinned woman, walking backwards, away from something or someone.

"Huh? huh... huh... huh?" Bursus's voice echoed through the smoke.

"Muranaka please! please please please..." The woman cried.

The woman's hair was wrapped in a red cloth, she wore a white garment that stretched down past her knees and wore many jewels, brown flip flops, and carried a staff with her.

A shadowy figure made itself known, it was Cyclone, although he wore a mask that resembled one on an egyptian sarcophagus.

Cyclone slowly approached the woman as she backed away afraid.

"They know who you are! And why you're here, I already told them! Them them them!" The woman's voice echoed, "The path you've set yourself on will be your downfall!"

Burusus stared on with shock and concern. Cyclone continued walking towards the woman.

"Muranaka! Stop!" The woman pleaded one more time.

Out of the smoke behind her, demonic dogs ran up behind the woman and bit her legs, dragging her further into the smoke.

"AHHHHH!" The woman yelled as she was violently dragged into the smoke, Cyclone slowly walking after her.

"JUST LET ME GO HOME! PLEASEEEEE! PLEASEEEEE, PLEASEEEEE..." The woman's voice faded away slowly as the three disappeared.

"LET HER GO!" Burusu yelled in an echo before choking on more toxin and running in another direction.

Burusu stopped when he heard a man talking.

"You think you can just show up to a time you have no business i and kill the people who you think are responsible for your pathetic, demonic life?" The man said.

The large, hefty, man that wore a sort of catholic bishop's attire with a tall hat resembling a royal crown. This man too carried a staff with him, his face was looked like he was frowning and his hair dark brown.

The man was speaking to someone, again, it was Cyclone. The man walked back and forth in front of Cyclone as the latter followed his movements through his mask.

"Do it." The man said, "Kill me."

Cyclone gripped his sickle.

"Kill me!" The man screamed with a loud echo and slamming his staff, "So I can watch your failure from the other side! Demons like you NEVER win. Even if that's what you like to believe."

Cyclone was angry behind the mask but the mask made him appear unbothered by these words.

"You know that though. Don't you? That's why you came here. Because you've already been beaten once!-"

SLICE!

Blood splattered over Cyclone's mask as Cyclone cut off the man's head.

Cyclone looked up slowly and then walked past the man's corpse and into the smoke.

Burusu couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"Why-Why am I seeing all this?" Burusu asked, growing weaker from the damage the smoke was doing to his psyche and body.

Burusu turned around and was grabbed by the neck by the demonic Cyclone.

Burusu gasped and choked as he weakly held on to Cyclone's hand. In a demonic voice, without opening his mouth, Cyclone spoke.

"Shhhhhhhhhh. It will be over soon." Cyclone said.

In reality, the smoke had mostly gone away, and Burusu stared at the sky, his eyes clouded, and blood dripped from his mouth, he was back in his normal form.

Cyclone slowly walked up behind him, his special nen swords at the ready, one of his eyes was still closed.

"You are truly an interesting species.." Cyclone said, now standing in front of Burusu. Burusu groaned.

"What do you think about my technique? My secret jutsu was perfect to gain control over this fight." Cyclone explained.

Burusu continued to stare off into the night sky, presumably under Cyclone's hallucinations.

"Secret Jutsu: Blood red smoke, is a technique in which the user spews red smoke that traps the victim inside their own nightmares, or images. This technique won't be created for another few hundred years from now but in the time I hail from it was already sealed away for even longer than that." Cyclone said.

"It was banned because everyone who practiced the technique kept killing themselves when exposed to the red smoke. Except me. Because my demons who should be scared of me." Cyclone hissed.

Burusu continued to stare. Cyclone touched the King's armor with the tip of his sword.

"Why am I telling you this? Because you need to understand that what you're doing is a waste of time and a waste of your life." Cyclone said, scraping his nen sword against Burusu's armor, creating a scrape, proving his sword can affect the armor.

"I've come back to this time with one goal. That boy. When I have a goal, I will murder and cross anyone to achieve it, do you understand? I never met you in my timeline. You were dead for almost 1,000 years, but it's still your power that ultimately defeated me, I won't let it happen again." Cyclone finished.

Burusu didn't respond. He couldn't. There was no telling what he was seeing inside his mind.

"I'll be visiting Floratheo Isle after you've been dealt with. I'm so eager to learn more about you and this cosmic energy you control." Cyclone said, looking back at the destruction.

Craters filled the volcano, fire continued to burst up through cracks in the ground, the lava was getting close to blast through the entire area.

"There's not much time here anymore. You've done well, but it's over." Cyclone said, looking back at Burusu and cocking his sword back. Cyclone waited a moment.

SPLAT!

Cyclone ran his sword through Burusu's chest, blood spattered on Cyclone's face.

Cyclone smiled and breathed in and out, as if he felt a wave of satisfaction over his body.

Blood drenched Burusu's armor. More blood came from Burusu's mouth.

"It's done. The shock of your visions will keep you alive for now. Once they're done, you'll die. I know you can bleed out at least, after seeing what happened to that Goldenflag from earlier." Cyclone smiled sinisterly, thinking of the Goldenflag he dragged back into the ruins.

Collector walked out of the ruins and towards Cyclone and Burusu, eventually standing next to Cyclone.

"Thank you for stopping time to save me earlier your excellency, I am even more now in your debt!" Collector said, bowing.

"Be quiet and get ready to leave this place, Collector. We're done here. Go get the boy from below the mausoleum and bring him to me. The hand signs to release the seal are "rat, hare, rat, dragon, ox, rat." Cyclone explained, showing Collector the corresponding hand signs.

"I am on it, your excellency!" Collector said, looking at Burusu.

Burusu still stared at the sky, under the effects of the jutsu.

"Move it. We don't have time to sit here. He'll either bleed out or the volcano will finish him." Cyclone said, before his eyes widened with fear!

Burusu's wound... was closed! The bleeding stopped!

"WHAT?!" Cyclone yelled.

SNATCH!

"GAHHHHH!" Collector yelped.

Burusu, with completely white, glowing eyes. Grabbed Cyclone and Collector by the throat.

"I-IMPOSSIBLE!" Cyclone choked, blood slightly coming out of his mouth, his throat was getting crushed.

"Impossible?..." Burusu said softly, taking heavy breaths.

Cyclone groaned, his face angry.

"It looks like... you've still got a lot of research to do. I already told your lackey that he misunderstands the people of the sky... it looks like you do too." Burusu said.

Cyclone and Collector both squirmed and choked.

"You keep referring to our life energy as "cosmic energy" and that's just not true... our people are born with indomitable wills... which manifests as the energy that flows through our bodies... we can tap into this power and do amazing things... it is almost like another life itself... healing us, and protecting us." Burusu explained, "

Cyclone stared with intrigue as well as pain.

"This is the power Tore used to defeat you 1,000 years from now...!" Burusu yelled, aiming his intense glare at Cyclone who stared back with anger.

"I came here with the intentions of seeking vengeance for the kidnapping of my son... but... I see now... that my job... it's to get Tore away from this place... not to defeat you...!" Burusu explained through pauses, "You guys keep saying... I'm already dead for centuries before you came around... are you really that dense?... Do you not realize the one fact that actually matters?"

Cyclone kept trying to pry Burusu's hand from his neck.

"1,000 years from now... You LOSE!" Burusu exclaimed.

"And I've learned something... about you as well... Muranaka." Burusu said, his body and armor shining white.

Cyclone's eye widened.

"What the hell did he see... what the hell did he hallucinate?!" Cyclone thought in a panic.

"It's probably the most important thing..." Burusu paused, "You talk too much." Burusu said, as the moon, now at its highest point in the sky, shined down on them, brighter than usual!

Collector and Cyclone both looked into the sky with their pupils since they couldn't move their heads.

The spectators on the ground noticed the bright moon.

"What's going on with the moon?!"

"Why is it so bright?"

"What on earth is happening up there!"

"Did anyone see red smoke earlier?"

The crowd continued to murmur with confusion.

The moon shone brighter and brighter as well as Burusu.

"Thank you, Muranaka... for the keys to Tore's freedom!" Burusu said with a smile, blood running from his mouth.

Cyclone's eyes widened so wide that his veins could be seen.

"OH NO! HE HEARD ME TELL COLLECTOR THE HAND SEALS!" Cyclone yelled to himself.

"MOON BEAM!" Burusu yelled.

PEEWWWWWWW! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A great white beam, that appeared to come from the moon, crashed down onto the three men!

Blowing a hole in the middle of the volcano that shot down into the lava forcing it to explode through the ground!

Collector and Cyclone screamed as they were blasted to the left and right in a stream of white light that appeared to disintegrate their bodies.

The white light cut through the ground with ease, only exposing more of the active volcano underneath, the lava had now reached the bottom of the ground that covered it.

Even more lava violently erupted out of any other openings.

From the spectator's perspectives two giant streams of white light went up the crater of the volcano and down the sides of the outside of the volcano.

This only allowed more spots for lava to burst out of the volcano as well as poisonous gases.

"EVERYONE GET OUT OF HERE! THE VOLCANO IS ERUPTING!"

"What was that? Was it an attack?!

"Who cares?! Let's get out of here!"

"Maragi what the hell are you doing?!" A man asked.

Maragi looked up at the burning volcano with a determined expression but tears still coming down her cheeks.

"Go...!" Maragi said.

On the volcano, lava was blasting through the ground a lot easier now, and poisonous gases burst out the ground randomly. It was red from the fire everywhere and smoke filled the crater.

Burusu stood with a slouch. His outside wound was healed, stopping the bleeding but his internal organs were past healing.

Burusu coughed up blood and fell to his knees, breathing heavily in and out. Burusu covered his mouth and looked up towards the ruins.

"M-My son..." Burusu said, standing up and walking towards the ruins.

Burusu arrived at the mausoleum and stared at it, eventually Burusu walked inside. Burusu looked into the hole at the bottom of the mausoleum and walked inside.

The passage was lit by candles with purple flames. Burusu kept walking, his life the past year flying through his mind.

"Leaving with you... saved my life.. not from them, but from myself." Minaki said.

"Burusu. Thank you." Minaki said.

A tear fell from Burusu's face slowly.

"Your new king of Floratheo Isle, Burusu Aren Norfurito!" A man announced, the entire isle celebrating.

Burusu walked slowly through the tunnel until he came across a door.

Burusu stared at the door, praying this wasn't a trap. Burusu, after a minute or two of waiting, pushed open the door.

The instant Burusu laid eyes on what was inside the room, he just stared, defeated.

Tore wasn't there. Somebody had already undone the seal and took him.

A ways from the volcano, Cyclone, bruised all over, and bloody, lay in a stretched out crater. Cyclone's eyes were in the back of his head, a sign he was unconscious, but upon closer inspection, Cyclone was smiling.

A ways from the volcano a Nara ran with a sleeping baby Tore wrapped in a cloth. The Nara looked back to see the volcano erupt violently.

Fire and smoke rising high into the air. The eruption was so violent it began to storm inside the clouds, something common with very violent eruptions.

The Nara kept running for a while until he hid out in a forest of bamboo. The Nara looked behind him and then back at Tore, removing the cloth and looking down at Tore's sleeping face.

Almost immediately after, chills ran through his body. The Nara's eyes widened big as he looked up to see a giant man standing over him.

The man leaned down to get a closer look at the man and the baby.

"Cute kid." The man said, "Who did you steal him from?"

The Nara breathed in and out heavily.

"POPE" Simon D. Ubois (926 years ago)

As the eruption continued, the Goldenflag finally made their way out of the clouds with the Royal Army.

"Let's go! Burusu has probably gotten tired of waiting by now! That's why he shot that beacon into the sky earlier!" A soldier said.

The Goldenflag, Shō, stopped immediately when he saw the erupting volcano.

"No..." Shō said with tears falling.

The rest of the army stared with fear and concern.

"What the hell is that?! Where's the king?!" A soldier said.

"Shō! Isn't this where you said he'd be?" Another soldier asked.

Shō couldn't say anything. The tears just flowed.

With Shō'w next exclamation the army knew the truth.

"YOUR MAJESTY!" Shō screamed at the top of his lungs in hysterical disbelief.

PRESENT DAY

"The rest of the army looked back at the volcano and began to share the same grief. They would try to find his body, but they couldn't."

"In one night, the sky fortress of Floratheo Isle lost their Queen, King, and heir. They left to retrieve Tore, and returned with nothing."

"The people's wills were crushed. The Royal army was disbanded, opening the Isle up to constant attacks from enemies and the people eventually left..."

"Today Floratheo Isle is a shell of its former glory... Rest in Peace, King Burusu and Queen Minaki Usakami... you did what you could.." Dubois said.
