Coven

[We begin on a shot of the night sky before panning down to the city. By this point, the lights are shining through the windows of the various buildings and the display signs are now more visible with the vast array of colors. However, our focus isn't on the picturesque metropolis still bustling with activity even in the late hours]

[We transition to the part of town where the villains or villains by association hang out, which is lovingly referred to by most as "The Devil's Bayou", which fittingly has a bar with the same title as shown in several previous episodes. This is where the baddies of multiple media franchises and IPs will occasionally get together for a break from the normalcy of everyday life, not necessarily to come up with conquests or plans for world domination and the likes, but more casual topics related to villainy, such as talking s**t about their heroic counterparts, sketchy schemes or business practices, and how to benefit off one another]

[An example of this is shown by King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis exchanging something with Lord Tirek and the two royals depart, clutching their respective prizes in hand. Sombra greedily licks his lips while Chrysalis smirks in satisfaction. We see this happening with some of the other residents in the area; Razorklaw and Sleek are walking alongside Drago and Sleuth when the four suddenly turn to see a scraggly orange feline in a brown trenchcoat, black fedora, black cowboy boots, and a metallic arm shooting a target with his trusty laser blaster. His name is sewn in on his coat "Fleabyte"]

[Ursula and the Queen of the Black Puddle are shown coming out from either the sewers or a puddle on the ground and slithering to meet their respective contacts. Ursula is shown meeting up with Grimhilde, Lady Tremaine, Maleficent, and Cruella. The Queen of the Black Puddle is shown meeting up with Katz, Le Quack, and Cajun Fox]

[Located near the bar on the right side of the screen, Prince Dimande and Esmeraude are smoking fancy pipes together while Claude Frollo passes by and gives a disdainful roll of his eyes. To the left side, Roscoe and DeSoto are exchanging something between Si and Am. Walking along the center of the road are Mojo Jojo, Him, Sedusa, and Princess Morbucks]

[Another part of the street shows Scar and Shere Khan meeting up for a business deal while Zira appears to be sweet-talking the Queen of Hearts into a proposition. At the same time, Honest John and Gideon appear to be making a move on Don Karnage for a little bribe]

[In an alley, the Wicked Witch of the West, Madam Mim, and the Sanderson Sisters are watching a display by Dark Kat as he summons a horde of Creeplings from the cauldron. Our main focus takes us to another alley in the area as the camera pans down to the Trix sitting in a triangle position, a few feet away from each other in some sort of incantation ritual]

Icy, Stormy, and Darcy: From the depths of the underworld, from the cries of lost souls, show us the results of our ultimate goals…be they good, bad, or in between, we desire to see what unfolds on the screen…

[Above the Trix, a projection of sorts forms before their eyes, we see Stormy's homeworld of Callisto enveloped in a massive hurricane, while Darcy's homeworld of Wisperia is shown to be decked out in her signature colors. We are then shown Icy's homeworld of Dyamond, except from the back side, we see her walking towards a little girl bearing a resemblance to the Witch of Ice herself. The projection ends as the witches are brought back to reality and compose themselves once more]

Stormy: Man, I was just getting to the good stuff!

Darcy: Oh, please, a storm on your homeworld, how predictable is that?

Stormy: Hmph! Whatever!

Darcy: By the way, that's the third time that vision's come up between you and that girl, Icy.

Icy: So? What of it?

Darcy: I'm just saying, what is it about that girl you keep picturing?

Icy: You know I don't like to talk about my past, so leave it at that.

Stormy: Oh, come on, you can't keep pushing it aside when it's right in front of us!

Icy: Hey! I don't pry into your personal lives, so you'd best not pry into mine!

Darcy: How about both of you shut up before you give me a headache?

Icy: I am the one who tells people to shut up, not you.

Stormy: I'm sorry, who died and made you witch queen?

Icy: I did, so there.

Stormy: [grumbling] Can't even trust her own damn coven…

Icy: You don't know how to whisper, do you, Stormy?

Darcy: For crying out loud…

[Darcy takes the moment to duplicate herself so that her clones smack Icy and Stormy on the back of their heads]

Icy and Stormy: Ow!

Icy: What the hell was that for?!

Darcy: Are we really gonna spend the whole night bickering? We're supposed to be practicing tricks and spells.

Icy: You know what…[inhales and then exhahles]...I'll let it slide this time, I'm really not in the mood to argue.

Stormy: Besides, it's the one time we can have a moment of peace to ourselves…ugh, I sound like one of those hippie fairies!

Icy: Maybe it's a good thing you didn't come from Linphea, that place seriously cramps my style with that talk of nature.

[Icy rolls her eyes, then looks back with an expression of uncertainty before composing herself once more]

Darcy: Personally, I'd hate to be born on Solaria, all those preppy twerks talking like they're all king crap and all that stupid sunlight, blagh!

Stormy: And then you got Domino with their coddling Dragon Flame wielders, I'd sooner blow them away with a twister!

Icy: And how ironic, the current wielder of the flame is a self-righteous little pipsqueak, ultimate fairy, my ass.

[The three witches chuckle amongst themselves at the recollection of their shade-throwing]

Stormy: Aaaaaah…man, I don't remember the last time I had a good laugh.

Darcy: That'll happen when you're not stuck under someone else's thumb.

Icy: Seriously, can you believe it? Us? Being submissive to a supposed "stronger power", we almost had the whole Magix to ourselves.

Stormy: Man, to think how time has gone by…hell, even to where we are now.

Darcy: I mean, hey, I'll take doing my own thing over constantly being undermined in a fight for the universe.

Icy: Come to think of it, when was the last time we actually just stopped and…talked?

Darcy: Not…very often, mostly we just throw shade at each other.

Stormy: It's not that I don't enjoy winding you two up, but sometimes, it's nice to kick back…and maybe kick someone.

Icy: I suppose that's the one benefit of this place, there's actually people more punchable than those dumb fairies.

Darcy: Honestly, I'd rather not focus on them for the time being, this is supposed to be our night, and our night alone.

Stormy: If I had a bottle of wine, I'd give a toast to that.

Icy: Why wait when we've got magic? AHEM, created from the delectable and natural vine, I summon a bottle of the finest wine.

[Sure enough, Icy's incantation produces a bottle on the fly, along with several glasses to pour into, gliding them over to Stormy and Darcy respectively]

Icy: A toast, to the greatest trio of witches there ever was!

Stormy and Darcy: Here, here!

[The three witches clink their glasses in mid-air before pulling them back to take a sample of their wine. Out of the corner of her eye, Icy suddenly notices someone standing at the far end of the alley. She instinctively puts down her glass and narrows her eyes while Stormy and Darcy follow suit]

Icy: Who goes there?

?: A friend, an acquaintance, whatever you wanna call me.

[From the shadows emerges a girl in navy blue and long olive green hair. Selina approaches the Trix without a look of hesitation or any fear in her movements]

Stormy: Who's the walking pine tree?

Selina: That would be Selina, the last witch of Earth.

Darcy: …Yeah, right, what's the best you can do, card tricks?

Selina: I prefer snakes if you don't mind…

[Selina reaches into her pack and pulls out a flute. She begins to play a melody to that of a charmer as transparent snakes rise from the ground around her. The snakes slither around the Trix and dance around their legs. Icy appears undeterred by the display as she gives a slightly amused smirk]

Icy: Hmmm, not bad for an introduction. But the question remains, what business do you have to approach us?

Selina: I've heard of you three through the grape vine, something about a trio of witches who conquered the Magical Universe, eternal enemies of the Winx and all that?

Stormy: Ugh, eternal sounds ironic at this point.

Darcy: I take it we have a fan girl in our midst? Not surprising, really, I was always good with the crowds.

[Icy rolls her eyes at this]

Icy: Ya' know, it's not often we get credit for our work, after all, we didn't spend all that time wreaking havoc for nothing.

Selina: I think it's admirable, having a goal and committing to it, you three at least sound honest about your work, unlike some people I could mention…

[This catches the Trix's attention as they all appear curious]

Icy: What do you mean by that?

[Selina blinks, looking like she hadn't meant to say the last bit out loud, but recovers in an attempt to explain herself]

Selina: You probably won't care too much for it, but, let's put it this way; have you ever had someone you thought you could trust, someone who'd be by your side no matter what, only for all of that to suddenly mean nothing?

[The witches all glance at each other]

Stormy: …Who stood you up?

Selina: She didn't just "stand me up", she acted like I didn't exist, even when I was willing to forgive her for…

[Selina looks down at her arm, briefly appearing solemn before going back to appearing stern]

Selina: …She might be familiar to you three.

Darcy: Is that so…familiar with those pesky Winx?

Selina: Familiar? I once knew their leader…Bloom

[The witches are now at full attention upon hearing this]

Icy: How ironic, the Fairy of the Dragon Flame burned a bridge like it was no issue.

Darcy: Talk about a few skeletons in the closet, would make for some real nice blackmail material.

Stormy: Oh, hell yeah, I've got an excuse to go rabid on her!

Icy: AHEM! Let's not overwhelm our little friend here…I like where this is going…have a seat…

[Selina approaches a box and sits down on it, putting her to Icy's right and Darcy's left]

Icy: You know, it's not every day we get company like this, a soul scorned by the actions of our adversaries.

Stormy: Guess appearances can be deceiving after all.

Darcy: Not to worry, you'll be in good hands if you stick with us…

Selina: Hmmmm…honestly, I like this…you three appear to speak my language…maybe you'll like this…I found a way to make Bloom feel the same pain as I do, and it extends to those closest to her…

Stormy: Oooooohohoho, how sadistic!

Darcy: Tell me, how'd you manage that? A few little mind games?

Selina: Something like that, but mostly, through a will and a wish…

Icy: Hmmmmmmm…you know, I think this calls for another toast, wouldn't you agree, girls?

Stormy: What are we toasting to?

Icy: Selina? How would you like to be…taken under our wing?

[Selina perks up at this, giving a genuine smile for a moment before she composes herself to try and not look too happy in front of the other witches]

Selina: I'd be more than honored to.

[Unbeknowst to the quartet, three women are watching the engagement from the corner of the wall; Alicia, Buns, and Rosy]

Alicia: Is this how far we've fallen? Eavesdropping on other businesses?

Buns: I suppose it's better than gettin' involved in all that pointless fightin'.

Rosy: Oh, come on, that's the best part.

Buns: Um…no?

Alicia: [sighs] Regardless, at the very least, no one's given us any trouble around these parts…wouldn't mind settling down here.

Buns: I know this sounds cheesy, but truth be told, I could build a whole new life in this place.

Rosy: Hmmmmm, so long as they've got somewhere for me to release all this stress…I'll be peachy-keen.

Alicia: Always thinking about chaos, aren't you?

Rosy: Yup, guilty as charged.

[The trio leave their little spying game to head off, passing by Prince John, Sir Hiss, and Ashton before it cuts back to Selina sharing a toast with the Trix]

Icy: Hmmhmmhmm, trust me, Selina, you'll soon see the virtues of sticking with us.

Selina: Between a mutual disdain for someone who shan't be named, you might be right on the mark.

[While Selina says this, she briefly looks almost conflicted at who the someone alludes to, but tries to play it off with a shake of her head, deciding to focus back on her new group]
