Chapter 1
What the Fuck is Going On Here?

Up in space, an Arrowhead-class courier starship painted in blue has its left engine on fire and is about ready to crash down.

"SHIT!" says one of the pilots, "The planetary gravitational pull is forcing us to crash!"

"Hold on!" says the other pilot, "If we can land near the ocean or that snowy area, we might survive!"

"Parachutes on standby!"

The co-pilot looks back and sees a futuristic treasure chest with a Celtic design strapped to the wall.

"The primary cargo should be secured!"

"Just hope those assholes at the studio won't mind an emergency landing!"

"Yeah, tell that to those fucking pirates!"

The ship falls faster after entering the atmosphere and is caught fire.

"We're gong too fast!"

The other pilot grabs the lever, "Deploying chutes...now!" and pulls it.

The parachutes at the top of the ship are deployed. However, the cables snapped off and the ship resumes free fall.

"AH SHIT!" the pilot panics, "WE JUST LOST OUR CHUTES!"

"FUCK FUCK FUCK!" the pilot tries to steer to somewhere where they can survive.

They fly through the clouds and are going blind as their windshield starts to crack. Before they realize it, they crash land in a snowy area where the snow did absorb much of the impact, but some of the rocks of the mountains managed to pierce the hull and smash the glass. Everything starts to short circuit and spark that nearly got the inside of the ship on fire. However, the fire suppression managed to stop it. The windshield is gone, but the pilots survived.

"Holy shit!" the pilot catches his breath, "We survived!"

The other pilot laughs in relief that they survived an ordeal.

"WE MADE IT!"

"WOOO!"

"Holy fucking shit! I'm not doing that again!"

"Dido!"

Sadly, their celebration is cut short. From the distance coming from the north, an aurora that is green and purple in hues just explode out of nowhere following an earthquake. To make matters worse, a snow storm just appeared out of nowhere as well that start to flash freeze everything.

"Oh balls..."

The flash freeze hit them and hit them hard followed by an avalanche that buries some of the ship. You may say that this is bad luck or bad timing. You could say fate. No matter how you look at it, things went to shit real quick.

250 Years Later...

Running in the snow are two figures. One is in his late teens while wearing a heavy green coat with brown bangs on his forehead, ski goggles, a green and blue plaid scarf, black gloves, blue jeans, a brown fur-trimmed leather backpack and green snow boots. The other appears to be a man in his late 30's to early 40's that has tan-colored skin as he wears a tan leather cowboy hat, having brown hair in a ponytail and a beard, brown eyes, wearing a fur armor that is dyed green with black trimmings that look like it came from Ark: Survival Evolved, and is holding a pistol. Both of them are running for their lives. Why? There is large, white wyvern chasing them as it continues to use its ice breath.

The older man fires a few shots from his pistol but missed.

"SHIT!" he shouts in a distinctive southern accent yet a little cartoony, "OUTTA AMMO!"

The younger man finds a cave, "Quick! In there!"

The two of them headed inside the cave and managed to dodge another ice breath attack. They both pant as the ice covered most of the entrance of the cave. The wyvern roar as it continues to find the two men while flying in the air. After a few minutes, they wyvern gave-up and flew away. The two take a deep breath of relief as they are safe for the time being.

"That was close!" says the older man.

The younger man removes his ski goggles to unveil his hazel colored eyes and hood to reveal his short, messy brown hair along with the rest of his white skin.

"Goddamn, Uncle Neebs." the young man sits down, "I never knew that the ice wyverns can plan an ambush."

He can still feel the adrenaline pumping in his head from all that running and having a bit of trouble relaxing.

Neebs sits down, "The thing is: ice wyverns are white, Arend. The snow is white and therefore they can surprise you."

"No shit." Arend looks back at the ice-covered entrance, "And it looks like we won't be getting out of here for a while."

Neebs looks around, "Where are we?"

Arend pulls out a lantern from his bag and light it to unveil the shadows. Once he did, they can see more of the ice cave with some rocks protruding. However, they discovered something metallic with a large opening to it.

"What is that?" asks the nephew as he point his light at it, "An ancient bunker? A ruin?"

Neebs gets up, "Best to get a better look."

They both enter into the strange cavern with Neebs taking out a flashlight from his pocket. Once inside, they can see stacks of metal crates and a few cargo containers with various logos.

"I think we just figured out what this place is." Arend took notice.

"Its a spaceship."

Arend knocks on the crates, "Can't open these. Frozen solid. Gonna need some welding torches to pry them open."

"Let's see what this ship has on the manifest." Neebs suggests.

Both of them head on over to the cockpit and find the frozen, mummified remains of the pilots that are frozen in place. The two pay their respects before trying checking out the computers.

"Damn." Neebs went, "The computers are dead. Must've came around during the incident all those years ago."

As they were about to leave, Arend notices the treasure chest with a Celtic design on it.

"Hello there."

"Another one of those? Wonder why this one is here in the cockpit and not in the cargo hold."

Arend brush away some of the frost and can see that its still working.

"Hey! This one is functional."

"Don't we have enough fic-clones back home?"

Arend pulls out a hunting knife and remove the straps, "Well, we cannot just abandoned them here. A life is still a life."

"I just- Forget it. We're just gonna argue about philosophy again."

Neebs isn't happy about it as Abel then opens it to reveal light blue crystals with techno-patterns.

"They're still intact. The control devices have somehow degraded over the centuries. And I can't find any details about who they are on my pad."

"Let's get outta here before the others leave us behind."

"Right."

Abel picks the chest up and carries it out. The two exit out of the ship and back into the icy cave after Neebs dropped a beacon of some kind. Neebs pulls out a pickaxe and starts chipping large chunks of the ice while Arend use his tremendous strength to break some of it off with the chest. Once freed, the two headed somewhere southwest across a wintery landscape with ancient birch and maple trees now petrified from the cold with the pine trees being the only greenery that can be seen in the mountainous area. They walk on by as they passed a few log cabins now desolate and fallen apart with hardly anything worth salvaging. They walk for three whole hours until they start to have a conversation.

"You think the others are alright?" Arend ask with a look of worry.

"Knowing them, they should be." Neebs answers with a bit of optimism. "Uncle Appsro is a survivor despite his size. Uncle Thick, he probably is telling them that he's the wyvern king. Uncle Simon... I am not entirely sure...about..."

Neebs stops as if he can feel something is wrong. He signal Arend to stop and Arend did. They both look around and realize that the wind has died down. Everything is quiet. No bird chirping, no wolf howls, nothing. Not a single sound can be heard within the area. Something is unsettling. Neebs pulls out his pistol and reloads it with explosive-tip bullets for something that is disturbing the area. Arend is gonna use the chest as a melee weapon as it is heavy enough to be used as one.

Then all of a sudden, SLAM! Something came crashing down close to them. They turn to the left and see a great, white Zenith Tigrex that roars at them and is ready to attack.

"OH SHIT!" Neebs aim his pistol at the monster and fires.

But the bullet bounced off and pisses off the monster.

"CRAP! WISH I HAD MY RIFLE!"

Arend hands the chest over to Neebs, "Let me handle this."

Neebs is holding onto the chest, but it appears to be heavy for him despite the fact Neebs is taller than Arend. Neebs struggle to hold it as the lid accidentally snapped off from its lock somehow. Arend charges at the Zenith Tigrex as it uses its own frost breath. However, Arend disappear and reappear from behind as he make his two fists which cause metal claws to pop out. Three, sharp metal claws in each hand. Arend smiles as he stabs one of the creature's hind legs, able to pierce the scales. The Zenith Tigrex uses its spiky tail to hit him. But Arend vanished again and then reappears under the Zenith Tigrex and stab it under its belly. It let out a roar full of pain as it angrily tries to slam Arend down with its own body weight. It checks under and see nothing other than the imprint of its scales on the snow. No sign of Arend or any blood other than its own. That is when Arend does a spinning jump kick at the monster and use a lot of force. Enough force to crack the thing's jaw.

However, the creature is even more enraged as the monster started to have strange green mists that is healing its wounds.

"Uh-oh." Arend realizes that the Zenith Tigrex somehow obtained an accelerated healing factor.

But he smiles as he tries to go in and grab its jaw. The Zenith Tigrex tries to shake Arend off before Arend stabs it in the teeth and rip out a tooth. Neebs is checking the chest to see if any of the crystals might contain something handy that can help. Back at the fight, Arend gets whacked by the monster's tail and did some serious damage to his chest. Leaving an open wound as he gets knocked into a tree. He falls down from that tree with snow dropping on him. Arend got back up with the wound completely healed and is ready to attack again. However, a flash of red followed by rose petals caused a huge wound on its neck. A flash of red and blue comes down and slam its head into the ground. Followed by a teenage boy wearing a brown leather jack with tuff fur collar and cuffs that is unzipped to reveal a plaid shirt that is yellow and black, slightly torn jeans with a red belt with the buckle being a black X, brown shoes, and has glossy black hair that is a ducktail/mutton chop combo but the mutton chops are small and has wolverine ears in his hair, and has an angry expression with blue eyes while having metal claws. The man slices up the monster's head with claws made of a special metal that can cut through the thing like butter.

"The fuck?" Arend is confused on what just happened.

Then the angry teen lunges onto Arend with his claws as Arend blocks it. The wolverine eared teen growls at Arend and tries to slice and dice him.

"Alright, bub!" he speaks in an angry tone, "Tell me what is going on, or I'll cut you a new one!"

"Wolverine?" he raises an eyebrow and recognize the strange teenager.

"I don't know how you know my name, but..." he takes a few sniffs, "You have a lot of blood on you. Which means you're a mercenary or a-"

Wolverine gets pulled away from Arend by another teenage boy. This one has short, wavy black hair and blue eyes. He is wearing a blue jacket with red trimmings and inside along with a cape that matches, a black shirt with a zipper on the right side with a stylized S with buckles on it on his chest, a red belt with a golden buckle, black pants that is blue on the inside and pockets on the side of the legs, red boots with zippers along with black soles and toes along with having belts close to the top.

"That's quite enough." the other teen says as he holds onto Wolverine by the collar.

"How about I slice you!?" Wolverine tries to stab the superpower teen with his claws, but when he did, they bounce off with his arm vibrating.

"Wait! Stop!" says a teenage girl in a panic.

She has black hair with red highlights at the end that are spiky and choppy with her bangs swept to the side and having silver eyes. Her outfit is comprised of a black and red lined lace-up corset with four buckles hanging loose over a mesh sleeveless top over a white low cut long-sleeved blouse, as well as a black choker around her neck. She wears a red pleated skirt that is split at the side with a small brown belted strap across the gap, and bright red shorts under it. On her arms, she wears black bracers with large brown buckled straps around the wrist as well as black fingerless gloves. Around her waist, she now has a brown belt with several bullets with a buckle of her emblem on it alongside a pouch on the right side with a gold diagonal bone with two dots on the sides and wears black, thigh-high steel-toe boots with red soles and heels, a single buckled strap, rear seam and a large brown buckled strap with attached pouches near the top, over a pair of brown mesh tights along with wearing a red cape and hood. In addition, she wears a red flaming rose on the left side of her belt.

"That's what was in the chest?" Neebs sound disappointed. "More teenagers?"

"Uncle Neebs." Arend gets up and stretch out, "Why?"

"Well, I thought you were in danger. So I got these three guys out and have them help you."

"Ever thought that one of them might be based on an evil character and could kill you the moment you let them out?"

"I don't hear a thank you."

"I... Forget it. I don't want to go over your lack of logic again."

"What do you mean, 'lack of logic'?"

"Forget it!"

The girl approach, "Hello, I'm-"

Arend points at them, "Ruby Rose of Team RWBY. Clark Kent, aka Superman. And Logan, aka Wolverine of the X-Men."

The three look at each other and are shocked.

"You know my secret identity?" Superman is stunned.

"Yeah. I've seen your movies, comics, shows, all that." He looks at Wolverine, "By the way," he does the devil horns hand sign, "love the X-Men cartoons."

Wolverine raises an eyebrow, "Cartoons?"

"Yeah. And judging by the look of things, you guys are from Ruby's show, RWBY. R-W-B-Y. I know Superman and the Justice League did a crossover with RWBY, but X-Men? I don't think I found those movies yet."

"Wait, what?" Ruby is confused. "My team and I have our own show? We've meet these two boys before? Whaaat?"

Neebs picks up the chest, "Can we continue this somewhere else before more monsters attack? And those clouds don't look good."

Everyone look towards the north and see a great deal of clouds coming in pretty fast.

"Shit! A blizzard." Arend turn towards the dead creature, "So much for our hunting trip. This fucker has mutated and I highly doubt the meat is edible at this point." He look at the others, "Come on, we gotta get to Rhineton before we all freeze to death."

"How far?" Superman asks.

"Not too far from here. Just a few miles southeast."

Ruby look at the clouds coming towards them, "I don't think we'll make it."

"Can we get Storm from that chest?" Wolverine asks.

"I'm not sure Storm is in here." Neebs reply, "I just took a chance and it worked. Not sure it's gonna work. If we get it wrong, then everyone in here will freeze to death. Plus, these things aren't labeled."

"Damn!"

Superman makes a suggestion, "I'll take Neebs, Wolverine and the chest with me first. With my speed and flight, it will be seconds then pick you guys up."

"Actually..." Arend disappears and then reappears a mile away. He shouts from the distance, "I CAN GET THERE WITH MY SUPER SPEED!"

"I can go fast too!" Ruby jumps up with one hand, "I can go super fast!"

"Then let's go!"

Superman carries Neebs, Wolverine and the chest with him by flying in the sky and goes as fast as he can. Ruby uses her semblance by turning into rose petals to keep up as best she could while Arend tries to keep up. However, he is doing the best he can as he stops every now and then to catch his breath. In truth, his super speed is like that of a sandevistan without a sandevistan. They made their way towards what looks like an abandoned ghost town that look like any typical small mountain town you can find back on Earth but much of it is frozen over. They headed over to the town hall where they found seven other people waiting for them.

One appears to be a small yet somewhat stocky humanoid with lanky arms and big heads with a blue mohawk and blue mutton chops and a white complexion with blue eyes. He has a thick, big chin while also wearing a blue expedition parka with black sleeves, black cargo pants, black mountaineering boots with blue shoestrings, and blue ski gloves. Next to him is a very tall, more muscular man with a pink afro and blue handlebar mustache and white skin while having darker blue eyes. He is wearing a pink puffer coat with a black White Wolf shirt with a picture of a white wolf on it under the coat, dark blue denim jeans, brown leather gloves and some worn brown boots. There is an even more taller man with a dark complexion with brown dreadlocks under his brown cowboy hat, a curly mustache and brown eyes. He is wearing a winter gunslinger outfit that is comprised of a yellow shirt, a thick yellow shotgun coat, black trousers, and yellow gloves. The fourth man is rather average height with a dark purple mohawk and dark purple viking beard, white complexion, and green eyes. He is wearing an outfit similar to Neebs but purple in color. The fifth is in his early twenties with the same color hair as the first man but has violet eyes and a more tan complexion. He is wearing an actual hunter's outfit with winter camo while holding a hunting rifle. The sixth man is also in his twenties with dark purple shorty messy hair along with a goatee yet having bright green eyes and wearing some traditional purple and green viking garbs and armed with an axe. The final man is also in his twenties that has grey eyes and short pink hair that is slightly taller than average by a few feet. He is wearing clothes similar to the second yet have more red and white.

"What the fuck just happened to you guys?!" the first man speaks with a subtle and barely noticeable southern accent.

"And where did you find these guys?" the second man speaks in a New Yorker Italian accent.

"Long story." Neebs says, "Let's get inside before that blizzard gets here."

Everyone head inside the community center of the town as the snow starts to pick up. Two of the twenty year olds put a bar up as the wind starts to howl that can open the door. Before anyone notice, the blizzard came hard and fast as the wind blows where you can hear the howl of the gales and a flurry of snowflakes came down. The stocky, blue mohawk man starts throwing logs, some sticks and bits of old newspapers and start the fire. He even add some accelerant to make the fire go faster and to make it hotter. Everyone is now safe from the blizzard and are in for a long night in a place that is not Earth. As for where exactly this is all taking place in, that is to be in the next chapter.

AN: Hey everyone. Hope you enjoy this new series, which I haven't given it a name or anything but hope it will be good. Also, a bit of trivia, Arend is the Dutch word for eagle so yes, it is a real name. The reason why I haven't made a title because I have no idea what to name this series. But fuck it, I'm doing it anyway. Later guys!
