The four Oroborus students, along with Tonks, stood in front of the four heads of the house and the headmaster, who sat in the middle of the heads of house.
"Thank you five for coming here," Dumbledore said to them as they nodded, "Now then, did Hagrid tell you why you four are here, and Professor Sprout said the same for you, Miss Tonks," Dumbledore asked the students.
"Yes, Professor," Harry said as the others nodded, "And we were going to come to you about this," Harry said as the headmaster looked amazed.
"Really," He asked them as Leo nodded.
"Yep," Leo said as he popped the 'p', and Hagrid smiled at his student. "You have more experience with this type of thing than we do," Leo said, and Dumbledore laughed at that.
"And you might be right," he told them, as Leo looked shocked. "And no, I have not seen anyone else with the ability that you have, Mister Malfoy," Dumbledore said to Leo, who sighed.
"Well, that blows," Leo said as Delphi let out a small laugh, "So how do you plan to help me," Leo asked him.
"We need to know a few things to start with so that we can get a better understanding," Dumbledore told him as Leo nodded. "First thing, what do you feel when you look back and forward? " he asked Leo.
"Feel," Leo asked him.
"Think of it like when you see into the future or look back into the past, how do your mind and body react," McGonagall said as Leo looked over to the Gryffindor head of house, "And it is the reason why both Miss Lestrange, Mister Potter and Miss Tonks is here as they each have a magical ability in some shape or form," She added.
Leo then turned to the others, and they nodded. "So, how do you guys feel, then?" Leo asked them as Harry raised a brow.
"You know the feeling that when we use our wands to use spells," Harry said, holding up his hands as electricity arced between his fingers.
Leo nodded, "Well, it's like that for me, but it feels like I'm the wand," Harry told him as Delphi took her turn.
"I don't know about Harry, but when I speak Parseltongue, I always picture a snake in my head, and then I change from English to Parseltongue," She told him as Leo turned to Alex.
"For me, it's similar to Delp, with the pitching of my inner wolf and then directing the shape to something if that's the right way to phrase it," Alex told him as he nodded.
He then turned to the last of his cousins, "For me, it depends on my mood really as it changes how I feel and slightly with a small bit of me being a wand like Harry," Tonks said as her hair turned turquoise.
Leo then looked back at the professor as he closed his eyes and started to look through time. He focused on his body and began to speak: "I feel like I'm being taken from my body and put on a Gringotts cart," Leo said as Dumbledore narrowed his eyes.
"Leonidas, focus on one of the people in the room and then tell us how you feel," Snape said as Leo opened his eyes and saw that they were silver and clouded over as Dumbledore wrote this down.
"The feeling has changed now," Leo said as the teachers nodded and his housemates and Tonks looked at him.
"What has the feeling changed to," Dumbledore asked him.
"Like I'm still on the Gringotts cart and being taken to my body, but now it seems like I'm being led in one direction, not all over the place," Leo said as his eyes returned to normal as the headache formed, "And there the after effects, the headache," Leo said as Dumbledore wrote this down as well.
"Has any of you tried to link magic with Mister Malfoy?" Snape asked the other Oroborus students, who shook their heads. "Then, let us see if that gives him a less bumpy journey," he said as he walked over to Leo and placed his hand on the boy's shoulder.
"So once more," Leo asked the potions professor, who nodded.
Leo then looked over to Harry. "Are you ready? " he asked. Harry nodded, and Leo started looking once more.
And Leo felt an improvement over his other times.
It felt steady, but he thought he needed to be led faster, but time moved quickly in front of his eyes.
As soon as Leo was brought back, Snape removed his hand and handed Leo a headache potion, which he downed. "How far back did you see?" Delphi asked him.
"Two years, five months and eight days," Leo said as he felt the headache leave him.
"How much did Professor Snape add Leo," Hagrid asked the boy.
"Five months, seven days and twenty-one hours," Leo said as the headmaster looked shocked and confused.
"How much time do you normally add or, in this case, take away," Dumbledore asked the Malfoy.
"If it's a good day, a day or two; if it's a normal day, a few hours, and bad days, give me minutes," Leo informed the man.
"Ponney," Dumbledore called out as a small creature popped into the room, "Can you get Madam Pomfrey for me and tell her to bring headache potions with her," He asked the creature, who nodded its head and popped away.
After a while, the matron of the hospital wing of Hogwarts appeared in the room. "Albus, may I ask what is going on? " she asked the headmaster, who quickly informed her. "I see, then I have six more, so you have six more tries today, then you have to wait for another day," Pomfrey said as Dumbledore nodded.
Snape placed his hand on Leo's shoulder as Harry walked over next, "Potter, what are you doing," Snape asked him.
"Can you talk me through linking magic," Harry asked the man, who raised a brow but nodded.
"Very well, place your hand on his shoulder," Snape said as Harry did as told, "Then start willing the magic to move into him, like you would a wand," Snape told Harry as the two of them started to push magic into Leo as the Malfoy began to look into time.
This time, though, for Leo, it did not feel like a cart.
No, it felt like he was flying as he flew through a sea of time.
Harry and Snape closed their eyes simultaneously as Leo as wind started to form around the three of them.
"Fascinating," Dumbledore said as he watched this happen.
"How are they calling the wind," Alex asked as the headmaster stroked his beard.
"It seems that Mister Malfoy has the magic elements of wind and possibly water as well," Dumbledore said as Delphi looked confused.
"What does that have to do with anything," She asked him.
"You see, the borders of time are sometimes called the seas of time," He told the girl, who nodded, "But at the same time, they are called the winds of time; now, normally, a seer has one of these along with another, but Mister Malfoy has them both," Dumbledore told her.
"But why does Leo having both wind and water elements mean anything," Alex asked him.
"In magic, what happens when you mix wind and water?" Dumbledore asked them as they closed their mouths. "You get the element of ice, but that is if you cast a spell; if you mix both magical energies of wind and water, you get the beyond element of time," Dumbledore explained to them as Alex nodded while Delphi did not understand.
"So Leo was born with the element of time," Alex asked as Dumbledore nodded.
"But Albus, how can he be able to do this as he, as no one else with the element of time, could do this," Flitwick said as he watched the wind die and the three open their eyes.
"I do not know, and that is what makes magical abilities so amazing at the birth of a new one," Dumbledore said as he looked at the Malfoy, who was chugging a headache potion, "So how far back did you get this time," He asked Leo who gave a small smile.
"Halloween, five years ago," Leo said as people looked amazed.
Snape and Harry were amazed by what they did.
"Mister Malfoy, I would like to see if you can replicate this on your own in a small bit after a second or two," Dumbledore said as Leo nodded, sat down, and started to relax for a while. The teachers started talking with each other before Leo stood up once more, and the teachers looked at him.
"Are you ready to go once more," Dumbledore asked him as Leo nodded and went through the process, but the wind formed for him this time.
"He called the wind on his own this time," Alex said as Harry turned to her.
"Wind," Harry asked him as Delphi pointed at the wind around Leo, "How is he doing that?" Harry asked as Alex informed Harry of this with some help from Tonks.
"Well explained, you two take ten points each for your houses," Dumbledore told the girls, who gained small smiles.
Leo then returned to them as the wind died down. "I only gained a few hours this time," Leo told the teachers, who nodded. For the rest of the day, Leo and the others helped the Oroborus Malfoy look further back in time.
Hogwarts Castle, Great Hall, Oroborus Table
The four Oroborus students were sitting down and having breakfast, with Leo looking at Harry, who was eating slowly.
Alex and Delphi could not say anything, but the younger sister turned to Leo. "So a troll is going to attack the castle today?" she asked as Leo nodded.
"Yep, I told the headmaster, and he asked me if I knew who let it in, but I could not find it out," Leo said as Alex sighed.
"We have transfiguration today and as we no longer nedd to go to flying class we have a free piriod," Delphi said as Harry looked up.
"Well, that's good at least," He said as the girls smiled at him.
Leo looked at him with a small smile, "It's just for today, and then we can return to normal," He said as Harry nodded.
"It's just today," He said as the four got up and went to class.
As they walked out, Harry failed to see Tonk's eyes on him before she followed the other second-year Hufflepuffs out.
Two Hours Later
Harry was once more in the great hall but sat alone at the house table with a book this time.
§Harry, you could have gone with the others,§Persephone told him as Harry looked at his serpent.
§I know, but-§Harry said before he sighed and looked to the ceiling, §I don't think me bringing them down today is what they need; I want them to enjoy today,§ He told her as she nodded.
§I see; you too kind for your own good,§ Persephone said as she wrapped around him. He smiled at her and returned to reading.
§I know,§ He said back to her as he turned the page. Before he could read the next page, someone sat opposite him, and when he looked up, he found Tonks there. §Hi§ He asked her as she looked at him confused.
"What," She asked him.
Harry looked at her before he blinked at her and switched back to English, "Sorry, hi," He said to her.
"Hey," Tonks said as she looked around before she looked at him. "So why are you sitting here on your lonesome?" she asked him.
"I not on my lonesome," Harry said as Persephone poked her head out.
"You know what I mean," Tonks said as the albino Basilisk slithered out of his sleeve onto the table.
Tonks started to smooth Persehone's scales as Harry put his book down. "I don't really like Halloween, never have, not even when I was sent to my relatives; I hated it," Harry said as Tonks nodded at him. "I never knew why, that is, until I learned about 'him' and what he did," he told her as Tonks nodded at him.
Before the two could say more, Leo burst into the great hall, with Alex and Delphi following slowly behind him as the boy looked like he had run a marathon.
"Leo, are you? There's no time; have you seen the headmaster? " Harry said, but Leo cut him off.
"Why," Tonks asked him.
"Leo found out how the Troll gets into Hogwarts and who lets it in," Delphi said. The two nodded, and the five started to make their way over to the headmaster's office.
"Bonbons," Harry said to the gargoyle as it moved across; the five rushed up the stairs, and Leo Tonks knocked on the door.
"Come in," they heard the headmaster call out, and when they entered, Leo sighed in relief, seeing that it was just the heads of house. " Can I do for you five?" Dumbledor asked them.
"I now know who let the Toll in today," Leo said as the man stood up with the heads of house ready.
"And who is it Leo," Hagrid asked his student.
"It's Professor Quirrell, it dose it and then he goes to the room on the third floor," Leo said as the headmaster nodded.
"Quirrell was gone for some time this morning," Snape said as the others looked at him. I wonder if he has already got the Troll into the castle," he said as the others looked at each other.
Harry was quiet, but he nodded when Persephone bumped him with her head. "I have something to add as well," Harry said as the teachers looked at him. Whenever I'm near Professor Quirrell, I feel my scar start to sting," he said, and the teachers looked shocked.
The students also looked shocked as Dumbledor walked over to Harry. "Harry, is it alright if I cast a spell to find out what is going on with your scar? " he asked, and Harry nodded.
McGonagall conjured two chairs for the two to sit in. The headmaster pointed his wand at the scar and started to mutter under his breath as everyone watched.
Dumbledor narrowed his eyes as he could feel something within the scar. "This feels like Tom, but why? " the headmaster thought as he twisted his wand. While Harry's face did not change, his eyes showed that it hurt him.
And that was when he felt something that did not feel like Harry. That was not a part of Harry.
Dumbledor put away his wand and turned to McGonagall. "Minerva sent a letter to the Unspeakables. I will need their opinion on this, but if I am right, then our question from two weeks ago is answered, and not in a good way," he told her as she rushed to her office to write a letter.
Dumbledor looked at Harry, able to see the pain leaving his eyes. "I'm sorry for that, Harry, but it seems that Tom had left something within your scar, and when the Unspeakables get here, they will be able to remove it," he told the boy.
"Wait my father did something to Harry's scar," Delphi said before she covered her mouth and looked at Harry and Tonks.
Tonks looked as white as a sheet, but Harry just looked at her. "So it seems. And Delph, you are you, not your father," Harry said as the girl opened her mouth. You are you," he told her as the headmaster smiled at the boy.
"He is right," Dumbledor said as the girls looked at him. A sin a parent has made should never fall on the child," he said as he looked over to Snape, who looked back with a slight nod.
He smiled as the children talked with each other, and a portate of a former headmaster returned. "He's in his office, Albus," they told him.
"I see," Dumbledor said as he looked at the students. Why don't you five head to the great hall, and I'll have the elves send over some hot chocolate?" He told them as they walked out.
When the door to his office was closed, he narrowed his eyes. "Severus, Hagrid, Filius, Pomona, when Minerva returns, we shall go after him," Dumbledore said. The four nodded at him, and the man turned to Hagrid before he held something out to the man.
It was a wand case. "The ministry finally got their act right and cleared you of all charges as they now know who released the monster," he said as Hagrid opened the case and pulled out his new wand.
"It fells right," Hagrid said as Albus nodded.
"It's ten inches made of walnut with fur from a Húli Jīng," Dumbledor said as Hagrid nodded.
"I see; that means it's good for illusions and conjuration," Hagrid said as Snape raised a brow. "What I know, my creatures," he told the man proudly.
After ten minutes, the head of the house of lions returned, and her face was like the others in the office.
And so the six went to the Defenc Agest Dark Art's classroom.
"Hagrid, Pomona, stay at the door, Severus, Filius, Minerva, with me," Dumbledor said as they walked into the classroom.
Each of them has their wand ready.
They found the man at his desk grading homework before he looked up. "He-he-headmaster, wh-what c-c-can I do fo-for you? " he asked his boss.
"Oh it nothing Quirinus, I just have to ask where you have been earlyer today," Dumbledor said as the man looked at him before he saw the wands at the ready.
"N-n-now I-I wa-was ou-out in-in Hog-Hogsmead, sir you see," The man said as the others raised their wands.
"What happened to the stutter," Snape asked as Quirrell's eyes shot wide.
"You fool, only a moron would for get," A dark voice said as Quirrell turned around on his own; as the turban fell to the floor and on the back of the man's head was another face.
"Hello Tom, so you live," Dumbledor said as the wands lit up.
"If you call this alive," Tom said before scoffing at the headmaster and looking at Snape. "So you were never on my side," he asked the professor.
"My best friend was getting targeted because of you, so why would I join you," Snape said as he narrowed his eyes at the face.
Voldemort rolled his eyes at the man, "Dangoswch," He called out as on the far side of the wall showed a mountain troll, "Enjoy, as I must be elce where," He said as he pulled himself out of Quirrell's head and turned into a wraith and flew off.
The beast looked around before it looked at the teachers, who raised their wands, but soon, Dumbledor turned to it and started to quickly cast a chain of spells that took out the Troll before it lifted its club at them.
"By the below Albus, that was some show," The charms professor said, amazed by what the headmaster had done.
"I was rather vexed about a teacher bringing something into the castle that could hurt the students, kill them even," Dumbledor said as he looked at his staff. He's gone now, but we need to set up wards around the school to ensure he can not get back in," the headmaster told them as they all nodded and got to work.
Lunch Time, Great Hall
The four Oroborus students ate as Alex, Delphi, and Leo looked at Harry, who ate slowly before he looked up at them. "I'm alright. I-this holiday is not for me. I will get better as I grow up, but," he told them as they nodded at him.
"Say no more," Leo told him as he gave Harry a little nudge, and the black-haired boy smiled.
"So, how was the rest of your free time with our cousin," Alex asked as Harry blushed and Delphi rolled her eyes.
"So you like her," She asked.
"It's a crush; I will be over it," Harry said as the girls, Persephone included, rolled their eyes at him.
"Oh, Harry, one day you will find out," Alex said as she patted his hand. He looked at her with a raised brow.
"Anyway, I have some good news," Leo said as they looked at him. I have managed to get one extra year back in time," he told them as they smiled at him.
"So you now only have four to go," Alex said as Leo nodded.
"Yes, and I will repeat and say your relatives were evil," Leo told Harry, who nodded at him.
"Yeah, but I'm no longer with them, and that reminded me," Harry said as he pulled out a letter and handed it to Alex. "It's from Remus," he told her.
She took the letter with shaking hands before opening it and starting to read it over, as a smile started to form on her face. "He's asking about me and wanting to know about the things I like," Alex told the others.
Delphi smiled at her sister before her face fell as she looked behind her at the house of the badger and saw Tonks looking at her.
§She does not hate you,§ Harry said as Delphi turned to him. §When we returned to the hall, she told me that she wanted to apologise for how she asked and the fear she showed you,§ Harry said as Delphi looked back over to Tonks, who nodded at her.
Teachers Table
Dumbledor smiled as he looked down at the Oroborus table. "It seems that Miss Lestrange is back with her herself," he said as the other teachers nodded.
"Yeah, I told her, after we delt with 'him' that I do not hold her reposible for what happened to me, her fahter yes, but not her, and I have never seen her smile that wide before," Hagrid said as he looked down at his students with pride.
"And do you know why Mr Potter is the one with a sour mood," Grubbly-Plank asked as Hagrid nodded.
"Think about what he lost on this day all those years ago," the half-giant said as the teachers started hanging their heads. "Yeah, he told me that he's never liked Halloween, and he never did, as it would strike at his heart for some reason, and when he found out he despises the holiday," Hagrid said as the others nodded at him.
"I see," Dumbledor said as he closed his eyes and sighed. It seems that I am thankful for these four as they are fixing his heart," Dumbledore said as the others nodded.
They watched the table with a smile as they continued eating.
Forbidden Forest
Voldemort's wraith flew through the forest as he ran. "Dame, that fool, how did he know about the Troll? Did a House Elf tell him?" Voldemort thought before it shook its head. "It matters not; I must find a new vessel and one fast," he thought before finding a dead snake's body.
So he moved quickly and enhanced the body as it looked around with burning red eyes. "I must leave this place and find a new body," he thought as he slithered away.
He failed to see Harry's owl sitting on a branch above him, looking down at him with pure hate. "Run as much as you wish, but in the end I will collect you, and you will no longer affect my master," she thought as she looked at the snake as he slithered away.
She then looked off before taking to the air and flying away. There was something that she needed to get, something for her master.
The headmaster had let Harry take the wand, and he will give Harry back the clock, but he will need the third.
He will need the stone.
