It is a rainy day on Chen's Island as Chen speaks through the speaker while Kai is outside, looking around before trotting off to another part of the palace.

"Skylor, Master of Amber," Chen spoke through the speakers.

"...versus, Jacob, Master of Sound!" Chen declared while Skylor held up a spear with a Ninja hood up while Jacob, a blind man with star-shaped glasses and an odd afro hair, played his guitar, creating Jacobs. "Fight!" He announced.

Skylor stared at Jacob while spinning her spear while Chen clapped his hands in excitement. "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Catch a Jadeblade by its toe!" Skylor called as she turned and threw her spear to a vase, which showed a bow and arrows as she ran up to them.

Jacob then played his guitar as he searched his surroundings until his sound-vision (an evolved form of echolocation) spotted a red figure, which is Skylor, who ran to a pillar as he walked around. While he was not looking, Skylor fired the arrow at him.

Jacob dodged the arrows before he jumped on the platforms of the pillars before sending a soundwave to Skylor who covered her ears while the vase broke up and the sound was heard by the audience as well as they covered their ears while the remaining Ninja, Misako, and Garmadon watches.

"The Master of Sound's gotten stronger since the last time I saw him." Garmadon commented.

Jacob walked around as he played his guitar again. Skylor was hiding behind a vase as she tip-toed behind him and she touched her hoof on his shoulder before she hid again when Jacob turned.

Jacob then went up to a broken vase and sensed three shurikens in it as he quickly grabbed them and turned to where Skylor was as the two opponents faced each other and Jacob threw the shurikens at her. But Skylor quickly dodged them with a side flip as she landed on her side.

Kai then arrived as he walked past the other fighters. "Excuse me," he said while sliding across them. "Excuse me," he said again before he started stepping on the Elemental Masters' feet. "Uh, don't mean to block your view. Just passing through," Kai tried to make as little intrusion as possible, although he could not stop stepping on their feet as he went past them. He managed to cross as he sat next to the others. "Sorry, all these temples look the same," he explained, having gotten lost in the Palace since most of them are identical. "Did I miss anything?"

"From the looks of it, you didn't miss anyone's toes," Lydie commented as she gestured to the other Masters' groans while holding their foot Kai stepped on while giving the Fire Ninja a look.

"Maybe we shouldn't be sitting together," Jay spoke up. "I mean, the more they think we're a team, the bigger targets we put on ourselves."

"Don't say that!" Lloyd said to Jay. "We are a team. Sure we just lost Cole and still can't find Zane, but we're a team. Just smaller."

"And that's all the more reason to stick together. And hope that Cole can find Zane," Lydie finished.

"Skylor's fighting?!" Kai asked in shock as Skylor fired a fireball at Jacob, who blocked it with his banjo, but it caught on fire as he screamed and tossed it away.

"What's made Kai so excited?" Misako asked.

Jay smiled in amusement as he turned to her. "He had a crush on her until he found out that he and Lydie might be related to her." He explained.

"Why Lydie as well?" Garmadon questioned.

"Because of…" Lydie started before Skylor's hands turned to purple flames and launched at Jacob as he yelped and dodged the blasts, "Yeah, she can use Darkness too," She finished. "But it doesn't feel completely like my element, is her power Mimicry or something?"

"Close." Garmadon spoke up. "After Chen's announcement, I remember what her element was. She's the Master of Amber, power of absorption. She can emulate the power of anyone she's touched." He explained.

"So, you're telling me we're not related?!" Kai asked in pure excitement as he looked back at Skylor with a wide smile.

"Oh, boy. Here we go again." Jay groaned, seeing that Kai's crush on her was reborn.

Skylor then used the sound element on Jacob, who dodge it as it broke another vase as he quickly grabbed a dart and a blowpipe as he shot some darts at Skylor, who avoided them. Skylor a chuckle as she did a cartwheel, which punctured the wall as a gust of wind entered the room.

Jacob looked around as the wind made his sound vision hazy as he only saw blindness as Skylor ran behind him and broke another vase, revealing the Jadeblade as she caught it and the crowd then cheered.

"Yes! Go, Skylor!" Kai cheered.

"Winner!" Chen announced while gesturing to Skylor before turning to Jacob. "And loser." He added before he pressed a button that opened a trap door below Jacob as he fell in with a scream before Skylor's picture was moved.

"I hope the Tournament of Elements has entertained you as much as it has me," Chen told the remaining fighters. "To thank you, I wanted to give everyone fancy jewels and untold shiny things." The contestants cheered with excitement as they saw him hold up a basket full of gems, jewels, and other shiny things before they saw Chen's face beginning to sour. "But then! In yesterday's battle, Master Jay and Cole tried to undermine me by teaming up and refusing to fight each other! And that made me very upset." He stood up while still holding the basket as the competitors glared at the Ninja and their friends. "For their insubordination, all of your fancy quarters will be taken away for one full day, and tonight everyone must sleep together in the chow house," he declared before his tone returned to its calm, jovial state. "That is all. Thank you, you can go."

The masters walked off while glaring at the Ninja as Kai elbowed Jay. "Nice on, Jay." He said.

"Whoa, easy, Romeo." Jay countered while pushing Kai back.

The two were then grabbed by the back of their heads and then were smashed together, "Would you Boneheads knock it off?" Lydie asked, holding their heads with a look.

"We aren't here to make friends, just to save ours," Lloyd added while Jay and Kai rubbed their heads.

"Yes, but your exclusion of others has only made enemies," Garmadon said to them. "Beware how you treat those around you, for they will treat you the same." He advised them.

Down below, Cole was in a cell in an orange prison jumper after his powers were taken from him. "You can take my clothes, and power, but you'll never take my super strength!" He declared as he then tried to pull the door open, but couldn't as he fell to the floor as he crossed his arms. "Alright, so you got that too." He conceded, seeing that his super strength was taken along with his powers.

Then Clouse and a cultist walked into Cole's cell and opened it as Cole looked up. "You're letting me go?" Cole questioned in surprise.

"Of course not." Clouse said while shaking his head. "Your presence is required in the factory."

"The factory?" Cole asked in shock before he crossed his arms. "Lock me up for all I care. I'm never gonna lift a finger for you, you despicable-" He was cut off before he was dragged out of his cell.

Soon, Cole was dragged by Clouse and the Cultist to a big door, they entered a room, which happened to be a noodle factory with different workers and the loser masters in prison uniforms and some machines that make the food. "A noodle factory? Ha! Why didn't you say so? Ha-ha-ha!" Cole cheered as he was like he was in a dream that came true for him.

"This is my kind of place!" Cole cheered as he ran up to a noodle machine as he inspected it. "Look, that's how they make the noodles." He then ran up to another machine. "Oh, and that's the dumpling machine!" He went up to another machine that was making fortune cookies. "And is that how you make fortune cookies?" He excitedly picked one up and turned to a worker next to him. "You know there's a fortune inside those, right?"

"There's only one rule: No eating the merchandise." Clouse said to them as he walked out as the door closed, much to Cole's despair.

"No eating the merchandise?" Cole asked in shock as he looked at the cookies before rushing up to the cultist guarding at the door. "How cruel can this place be?! You're evil!" He shouted as he walked off sadly, but before he could eat the cookie he took, the cultist grabbed it and ate it.

"Mm. Yummy." The cultist said as Cole walked off sadly before he saw Karlof chopping some noodles.

"Don't worry." Karlof said to Cole as he walked towards him. "After while, not so bad. Since you new, I show you how to chop noodles." He said as he pulled a switch and chopped some noodles. Cole looked at a switch over them as he pulled it, but then a flower fell a bit close to a worker behind them. "Not that one." He said with a bored expression.

Cole saw another switch beside him as he pulled it and started chopping some noodles. "See? Chop." Karlof said to him. "Now don't make trouble." He warned.

"Well I for one don't like following rules," Jacob spoke up from across them, holding some noodles. "The minute you tell me the coast is clear, I'm busting out of here."

"Even if you get past the guards, Mr. Blind Guy, there's still the labyrinth, guarded by big snake." Karlof reminded him as he continued chopping noodles.

"My name's not Mr. Blind Guy. It's Jacob." Jacob reminded him. "And you may have already lost hope, but not me and not my buddy Cole here. Am I right?" He asked Cole to the right, but Cole was to his left.

"Uh, I'm on your left," Cole told him as Jacob turned him.

"Oh. Heh." Jacob said a bit sheepishly. "Hey, you moved on me. Heh. Sneaky Ninja." He commented as they went back to chopping.

Back in Ninjago City, outside of Chen's Noodle House, some of the Anacondrai Cultists are stacking some supplies into the trucks while in an alley, the D.B. Express is spying on them while Nya was inside and talking to Wu on the radio.

"And you say the Noodle trucks just disappear? But where do they go?" Wu asked.

"That's what I'm trying to figure out." Nya said to him as the Noodle Trucks took off. "Perhaps if I follow them, they can lead me to more answers. I'll report more when I uncover more." She said as she ended the call and turned to a button. "Initiate replicate software." She said as the D.B. Express then disguises itself like the same noodle trucks. "You're not the only one who can disappear." She said as she then went to the road.

Inside the restaurant, Dareth and Harumi were currently talking to the cashier. "What do you mean he discontinued the Puffy Potsticker?" Dareth questioned the cashier. "They were my favorite. Do you even know who you're dealing with?"

"Yes, Master Dareth." The cashier said.

"Dareth, leave him alone. He's only the cashier." Harumi said to him. "He doesn't control what food they serve here."

"Thank you, your highness," The cashier said to her with a bow. "And if you have a problem, Master Dareth, take it up with them." He said while pointing to the trucks driving by as Dareth then quickly rushed off.

"And I better go after him," Harumi said with a dull look.

"Wait! Come back! I need my Puffy Potstickers!" Dareth yelled out as he chased after the trucks with Harumi after him.

"Should've gone with pizza," Harumi muttered with a brow from this outcome.

Back on Chen's island in the chow house, the competitors are sleeping soundly while Lydie, Kai, Lloyd, and Jay turn to each other as they get off their makeshift beds. "Couldn't sleep either?" Jay whispered.

"Not when we still have to get Zane and Cole back," Kai said.

Lloyd grunted as he rubbed his back. "Speaking of backs, these new beds are the worst." He groaned.

"Crack it back into place soon, with everyone asleep this is our chance to sneak around the Island and find them," Lydie said to them. "Now, let's do-" She was cut off when the lights turned on and gong sounds were banging. "Quick, back to bed!" She said as they all rushed to their beds as some of the cultists and Clouse entered while banging the gongs as the competitors either groaned or got startled awake.

"Good morning, fighters!" Clouse called before he smirked. "Oh, that's right, it's the middle of the night." Then the cultists start putting something on their legs.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Lloyd questioned.

"Do you know what time it is?" Jay questioned with a look.

"Personal space dude." Lydie retorted before she saw what was on her feet, "Wait, roller skates?" She said before getting up.

"Roller skates?!" Kai questioned as he tried to use his skates while the other masters had some as well as they skated across the room as Kai went up to Skylor. "Whoa, aah!" He yelped before he fell on his back with a groan before Skylor gave a smirk and helped him up. "Thanks."

"Let me guess, another one of Chen's impromptu battles?" Lloyd questioned with a look.

"Ha, well he made a big mistake," Lydie said, skating backward easily, "I'm a master of skating, I won the Jamanakai Skate off for 10 years running," She boasted with a smirk.

"Oh, and I love roller skates too!" Jay cheered as he did an impressive form on his skates.

"We should be getting used to this by now." Lloyd commented.

"Did I ever mention I once placed first in the Mother-Son Skate-Off? Heh, heh." Jay chuckled as he skated up on the counter before going to Mr. Pale. "I should have never admitted that."

"Weirdo." Mr. Pale said to Jay, a little creeped out by that.

"Master Chen wants everyone in the Royal Arena." Clouse spoke up with a smirk. "I wouldn't be late if I were you."

"If most of us have already fought, why are we all in skates?" Skylor questioned Clouse.

"Only two of you will be fighting." Clouse started. "But the rest of you will have a chance to…affect the outcome," he said cryptically.

"Who's fighting?" Turner questioned. "Tell us now."

Clouse then gestured to the cultists to leave the room as he walked backward. "The Golden Ninja versus the Master of Form." He answered as he closed the door as the remaining competitors whispered in surprise.

"Master of Form? Who's that?" Lloyd wondered.

"You haven't heard? I heard she can look like anyone, she could be right under your nose and by the time you figure it she'll have discovered all your weaknesses," Kai told him, somehow skating around perfectly, "But you're the Golden Ninja, what weakness could you have?" He asked, holding his shoulder.

Before Lloyd could answer, Lydie rolled in and kicked Kai in the face, "What the, Sis what are you-?!" Lloyd tried to ask before Kai skated past up to them, "Kai!?" Lloyd asked in shock.

"Skates. Why did it have to be skates?" Kai questioned before he tripped again.

"Why don't you show your real face, Chamille?" Lydie told the first Kai as he turned into Chamille.

"How did you know?" Chamille asked with a glare while rubbing her jaw.

"Well for one thing, Kai hardly knew of other Elemental Masters before coming here like the rest of us. And having been with my friends for so long, I know them pretty well. And from what I saw, he can't even skate two inches ahead from the ground without tripping." Lydie started with a look while gesturing to the down fire ninja. "Plus I already got a taste of your powers, so I know how you work,"

Chamille stood up before giving a smirk. "Oh, clever girl. Heheh, guess I underestimated you. Watch your backs, Ninjas." She said with a smirk as she walked off.

"Wow, sis, you are good." Lloyd said with a grateful smile at his sister.

"Oh, I learned the hard way on how the Master of Form works on our first challenge." Lydie said with her arms crossed. "She might be able to pull off others' appearances, but she doesn't have their personality or skills."

"Heheh, could've fooled me." Jay said with a chuckle.

"And like she says, watch your back." Lydie said with a serious look to where Chamille was at.

Back at the underground noodle factory, Cole was still chopping some noodles as the cultist guarding the door gave a belch and walked out. Jacob heard the door opened as he realized the guard left as he smiled as Cole turned and saw Jacob sneaking underneath.

Jacob stealthily snuck around while using his hearing to know the movements of the other guards. Cole was about to follow, but Karlof stopped him. "Eh… Make noodles, not trouble." He said to Cole.

Jacob kept sneaking around and using the crates to avoid being seen as Karlof and Cole watched as the Master of Sound made it to the door and then opened it, which revealed Clouse walking in, Cole was about to warn him, but Karlof covered his eyes, but when Jacob turned to the entrance, he sense Clouse in front of him.

"Hey!" Jacob called as he turned to where Cole and Karlof were while Clouse held him. "Not one of you could've warned me?" He questioned as the other clutist walked back in and held Jacob up.

"Make an example of him. Take him to feed my serpent." Clouse ordered with a smirk as Jacob struggled to break free as he was dragged away as Clouse closed the door.

"Feed his serpent?" Cole asked nervously as he turned to Karlof. "He doesn't mean…"

Karlof gave grunting sounds. "Karlof not make trouble. Karlof make noodle." He said as he pulled a level, which caused some flower to land on Cole, covering him up.

"I'm so not into this dumpling dump after all." Cole said sadly.

With the other competitors, they were skating up through a tunnel while Lloyd looked uneasy. "I don't like the look of this." He said to the others.

"Feeling bad about that whole skating thing or not making friends thing?" Lydie questioned, realizing her father may have been right about excluding others.

"A little bit of both." Lloyd answered.

"Don't worry. We've got your back." Kai assured before he then tripped and fell on his back again as he groaned.

Soon, the competitors then exited the tunnel and into what appears to be a skating ramp tournament as they stopped and looked around in surprise as they looked behind them and saw Chen skating up to them with the spotlights on him.

"Welcome to my favorite event. Thunderblade!" Chen announced as Chamille and Lloyd's picture was on a scoreboard timer.

"Hey, I know this game." Turner said with a smile, recognizing it. "It's just like-"

"No, it's not like that!" Chen interrupted, feeling insulted and defensive. "This is my game, I made it up! Fully original!" He picked up a Jadeblade. "A Jadeblade for you, Lloyd, Master of Golden Power." He tossed Lloyd a Jadeblade and a green helmet before he pulled out another Jadeblade. "And another for Chamille, Master of Form. Where…?" He looked around for her before one of his henchmen shapeshifted into Chamille. "Oh, there you are. Ha, ha," he chuckled as he tossed her a purple helmet and her blade. "Rules are simple. Each lap you complete with your blade in possession, a point." He gestured to the scoreboard with a timer that had fourteen minutes and a picture of Chamille and Lloyd. "Most points before time expires, you win."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, what about us?" Turner asked in confusion. "Are we supposed to just stand here?"

"You get to help out anyone you wish, or hurt for that matter," Chen instructed the others. "You're free to choose sides. I'm not a dictator."

Turner bumped into the Ninja as he rolled his way toward the purple helmets displayed on a few racks. Most of the other competitors chose the orange helmets while the Ninja and Mr. Pale were only on Lloyd's side. "What was that you said about us having targets on our backs?" Lloyd asked Jay nervously.

"Don't worry, we're still a teaaaaaam!" Kai shouted as he lost balance and fell face-first on the ground.

Jay sighed as he shook his head. "I gotta be honest. This doesn't look good," he groaned as they turned to the rest of the competitors against them.

"Hey, at least you have me." Mr. Pale spoke up. "Granted, the others might not be as easy to join in, but at least it's better than nothing."

On Chen's throne, Garmadon, Misako, and Clouse were beside Chen as he turned to the competitors. "Lloyd, Master of Light versus Chamille, Master of Form!" Chen declared. "Most laps with their Jade Blade when time runs out wins, loser is out." He explained with a smirk. "Thunderbladers on your mark, get set…." He started as Chamille and Lloyd got into ready position. "...good luck everyone!" He announced as he spun on his throne. "But mostly Chamille, because we all want the Golden Ninja out."

"Wait, what?" Lloyd asked in surprise.

"Now go!" Chen yelled as the air horn from the speakers sounded off. Chamille and Lloyd then skated ahead after getting the go from Chen. "Oh, how about some spectator ambience?" He asked excitedly as he pressed a button and cheering sounds were played while Chamillie and Lloyd nudged each other to throw each other off balance.

Then another horn came off as the competitors then skated ahead, but Kai was having trouble keeping up. "It's us against the world, guys." Jay said to Lydie, Kai, and Mr. Pale. "If Lloyd has any chance of moving forward in the tournament, it's up to us."

"Well said, Jay! Let's help my brother!" Lydie called as she skillfully skated ahead, as did Jay and Mr. Pale, but Kai was lagging behind as Skylor went up next to him.

"Lloyd is your competition." Skylor spoke up as they watched the two skaters with the Jade Blades in front of them. "If he loses today, his sister's the only one stopping you from winning it all." She stated.

"I'd never think of it." Kai said to her.

"Maybe you should." Skylor said as she pushed Kai back a bit as she skated ahead as Kai yelped and fell to the ground as the crowd all laughed from that as both Lloyd and Chamille passed the line and each gained a point.

Shade skated up to Lydie and tried to push her back, but she skated skillfully to avoid him, but Shade caught Jay and Kai as the two pushed them back while the other competitors blocked Lloyd. "We have to give Lloyd some room!" Lydie called out.

"How are we supposed to do that?" Kai questioned them.

"I got an idea." Jay said with a smirk as he skated ahead. "Don't touch anyone." He said as he let go of Kai and skated ahead.

"Then who am I supposed to hold onto?" Kai questioned as he struggled to maintain his balance as Jay used his powers to move the competitors away as he rubbed their heads in pain from the shock.

"Thanks." Lloyd said to Jay as he skated ahead, but Kai held onto him.

"Sorry." Kai apologized before he and Lloyd lost their balance and fell to the floor as the competitors skated past them while the audience laughed in amusement. "Use your power!" He said to Lloyd.

"On roller skates? Are you crazy?!" Lloyd questioned him as he stood back up. "I'd never stay on the track!" He exclaimed as he skated ahead as Chamille took the lead and laughed as she scored another point.

Jay and Lydie then skated to Kai. "You're supposed to be helping, not hurting his chances." Jay said as he helped Kai up.

"Thanks for the tip, but I can't skate!" Kai shouted as he skated backwards.

"You should've given us the heads up on your plan instead of just doing it, Jay." Lydie said with a look.

"What? I thought it would work." Jay said in defense as they continued skating forward.

"But account for Kai who can't even skate without falling? Doesn't help." Lydie added with a brow.

Back in the docks of Ninjago City, the Noodle Trucks were boarding the steam boat as Nya went up from behind. "Nothing unusual to see here. Just a technologically advanced mobile base camouflaged as a noodle truck." Nya said to herself before Dareth came up from behind and knocked on the window, which made Nya scream when she saw him.

"I beg of you, you gotta tell Master Chen not to give up on the Puffy Potstickers!" Dareth cried out just as Harumi came up from behind him.

"Dareth, get back here!" Harumi said as a cultist was about to come up to them as Nya lowered the window for them to see. "Nya? What are you doing in one of these Noodle trucks?"

"Yeah, when did you start slinging noodles?" Dareth asked in surprise.

"Quiet, guys." Nya whispered to them. "You two are gonna blow my cover."

"Cover?" Harumi asked in confusion.

"Oh, my gosh, you're on a mission." Dareth asked excitedly as he touched the cloaking field a bit as it flickered. "And why is your truck tripping me out?" He asked before he and Harumi were pulled into the mobile base as the windows quickly shot before the cultist could see them. "Far out. Aah! Wait a minute." He said as he looked at the inside of the truck. "I don't see any noodles."

"Nya, what's going on?" Harumi asked quietly.

"I'm on a mission to find the Ninja," Nya explained simply.

"Lloyd's missing?" Harumi asked worriedly before her eyes widened by what she said. "Uhh, I mean Lloyd and the others are missing?"

"For the last few weeks," Nya answered as she kept focused on the trucks, "And this supply run might be my only clue to finding them."

"Sounds like a job for-" Dareth tried to say before Nya cut him off.

"No it's not." Nya said firmly. "You two aren't coming with me." She said before they saw the cultist gesturing them to aboard the ship.

"Looks like you don't have a choice on that now." Harumi said to her as Nya sighs and started driving forward.

"Somehow, I know I'm gonna regret this." Nya muttered.

Back on Chen's Island, the Thunderblade race continued, with Chamille in the lead and Lloyd just behind her as Lloyd was one point behind her. "Thunderblade never fails to deliver." Chen said with an excited smile as he watched the game. "Did you know I hold the record with a hundred points?" He asked before he turned to Clouse. "Clouse can attest. Tell them, Clouse." He urged.

"You were born with skates on, Master." Clouse said tiredly.

"True story." Chen nodded.

"True story, hmph." Garmadon huffed. "Just like all of his far-fetched endeavors."

"Don't believe everything that you hear." Misako said with her arms crossed.

Clouse then walked up to Garmadon and whispered to them. "There was once a time when you were quite comfortable with lying." He whispered. "It worked on Misako, didn't it?" He questioned with a smirk before he felt a kick that made him stiff, which made Garmadon turn to him in surprise as he saw Clouse clutching his groin and falling to his knees while Misako was behind him with a smirk.

"Never tempt my husband, Clouse." Misako said with a smirk.

While Clouse groaned in pain, Garmadon kneeled next to him with a smug smile, "And that is why you should stay far away from my wife's bad side," Garmadon said simply.

Chen ignored the three of them as he looked at his buttons. "Button, button, I love buttons." He said as he watched Lloyd trying to get ahead. "Aha! Let's even the playing field, shall we?" He questioned as he pressed a button, causing a ramp to go up as Lloyd was lifted up in the air but he rolled back onto his feet as he continued skating.

Kai was still having trouble skating, and when a ramp came up, Kai was launched up as he gave a yell before he fell on his back as the cultists laughed in amusement from that.

As Jay skated, he saw Lloyd behind him, "Lloyd, give me your hand! I'll whip ya!" He called as Lloyd grabbed Jay's hand and was tossed to the line, but then a laughter was heard as it wasn't Lloyd's voice, but it was actually Chamille as she dropped the designuse and skated ahead.

Chamille then saw Lloyd ahead as she gave a smirk. "Ah. His back is hurting him." She said with a smirk. "Shade, strike his back." She said to Shade as he turned to Jay, Lloyd, Lydie and Mr. Pale behind them as he then vanished.

"Wait, where did the Master of Shadow go?!" Jay called out.

"He can turn invisible like me! But the only difference between our powers is that his shadow can be shown while mine can't!" Mr. Pale exclaimed to them.

"Well, how do we see him?!" Lydie asked before Shade appeared behind them and pushed Lloyd forward, causing him to lose his Jade Blade as Turner kicked it away and grabbed it. Turner then picked it up as he gave a laugh, but Jay nudged him back and grabbed the blade as Turner started losing his balance.

"You didn't learn that in your Mother-Son Skate-Off, did you, Jay?" Lydie asked with a smirk.

"It was a fierce competition, Lydie, and this isn't the time to judge." Jay said as he gave Lloyd his blade back. "It's time to skate faster!" He called as Lloyd then scored another point.

Then the competitors then got between them as the four green team was being held back while Kai was way behind them as he struggled to keep up before he lost his balance by Shade before Turner came in and they bump into each other as they fell to the ground as the others skate past him.

Then a secret door opened up and it released green gas. "Watch out for that poison gas!" Lydie called as they skated out of the way, but Kai got a whiff of it as he groaned.

"Thanks for the warning." Kai groaned before he fell down again.

"Release the buggy!" Chen called as he pressed another button and a purple and buggy was released out of the trapdoor and into the ramp.

Chamille saw this as she looked at the tail as Jay, Lydie, Lloyd, and Mr. Pale got ahead and tried to push the competitors away, but then Mr. Pale saw something coming. "Look out!" He called as they moved aside as the buggy moved by, with Chamille holding onto the tail of it.

"She has the lead and she gets a lift?!" Lloyd asked in disbelief. "I know Chen wants me out, but this is getting ridiculous!" He called out in irritation.

"Apparently, he really needs to step up his game!" Lydie called as they skated ahead as Turner was beside her, but Lydie dodged a punch from him as she skillfully kicked him down while still skating flawlessly. "Sorry, Turner! But you're not fast enough to stop this pro skater!" She called.

Chamille then held onto Neuro and Shade as they rode the buggy around as they got next to Lloyd and the two latters let go and held Lloyd down as Mr. Pale, Jay, and Lydie tried to help, but Turner and Neuro stopped them.

"Check this out." Turner said to Neuro with a smirk.

"Gotcha." Neuro nodded with a smile, having read Turner's mind as Turner then grab Jay and used his superspeed to go around the ramp as Jay gave a yelp before Turner tossed him to Lydie, Lloyd, and Mr. Pale as the four tumbled to the ground.

"We are so not loved." Mr. Pale groaned as Chamille got another point as she was up to 8.

Kai was still behind as Skylor skated up to him. "You're very convincing. In no time, Lloyd will be out." She said to him as Lloyd and his group got up.

"This did wonders for my back, though." Lloyd said with a smile.

"And then in the next round, Lydie is all mine," Skylor told Kai "And they'll never suspect." She added as she skated ahead.

Kai looked up at the scoreboard as he saw that Lloyd was three points behind as he groaned. "Argh! That's it! I may not be able to skate, but that doesn't mean I can't help." He said with determination as he lit up his hands and used his fire to boost forward as he gave a yell and then he tackled Chamille off the buggy as they fell to the ground and the buggy stopped before Lydie took Chamille's blade.

"Hahah!" Lydie cheered as the cultists cringed and gasped as Lloyd raised his blade and scored another point. "Nice one, Kai! Now you're bringing the heat!" She quipped as Chamille jumped over Kai and skated towards Lydie. "That's right, Chamille! I got it! And if you want it back, come and get it!" She challenged the Master of Form as she skated circles around her.

Misako and Garmadon smiled, "That's our girl," They both said proudly.

Chamille tried to get her blade back, but Lydie got her in front of her teammates as they crashed into each other and fell down as Lloyd jumped over them and skated forward.

Skylor then went up to Kai, who was taking a breather from the crash. "What are you doing? We need Lloyd out." She reminded him.

"We need to stick together." Kai countered while giving Skylor a look. "I'm a ninja."

"Ha! That's right, and the rest of us aren't." Skylor scoffed. "I should've known better." She said as she skated ahead as Chen watched with a smile.

Kai sighed as he tried to skate ahead, but Mr. Pale, Jay, and Lydie went up next to him. "Lloyd's closing the gap, but the clock's against us." Jay said to them.

"And so is everyone here." Mr. Pale said to them.

"Garmadon's right, the more we exclude everyone, the more they gang up on us." Kai said to them.

"What are you saying?" Jay questioned.

"I think I know." Lydie said, getting what Kai is saying. "He's saying, why don't we tell them about Chen? If others knew what this tournament was really about, maybe they'd help us." She said to them.

"I think that's a great idea." Mr. Pale said to them.

"Argh. Worth a try." Jay said with a shrug as Lloyd gained another point. "But time's running out and Lloyd's got a lot of ground to make up." He said as Lloyd earned another point.

Then Chamille checked into Lydie, "Gimme, Dark Lord's Daughter!" She said, snatching back her blade, "I got a job to finish." She said, racing ahead as Kai spun around before he grabbed hold of Skylor.

"Are you trying to take me out too?" Skylor accuses.

"No, you're right." Kai said to her. "We aren't all ninja, but Chen's the real enemy." He said as he pointed at Chen, who was still watching the games. "He doesn't care about who wins. He only wants to steal our powers so that he can perform some sort of spell." He said as Chamille and Lloyd were side to side as they went up a ramp while Lloyd avoided a swipe but Chamille landed on her butt with a yelp before she got onto her knees as Lloyd skated ahead.

"Spell? What sort of spell?" Mr. Pale asked, as he had yet to learn this.

"We don't know. But we have to stay in the tournament to find out." Lydie said to him.

"This isn't about Lloyd winning. It's about all of us stopping Chen." Jay said to Turner.

"Why are you telling me this now?" Turner questioned before Lloyd came up to him.

"Because it's never too late to do the right thing." Lloyd said with a smile.

Shade was about to tackle Lloyd down, but Neuro pushed him away. "He's telling the truth. I know." Neuro said while gesturing to his head.

"Then why have you now decided to help?" Lydie questioned the Master of the Mind.

"Forgive me, I'd rather be on the right side." Neuro said with a smile as Chen gave a frown from this.

"Then let's do the right thing and win this thing!" Lloyd said as Neuro pushed him forward to give him a boost.

Chamille pushed Kai away as he fell to the ground next to the buggy as Chamille gave him a hissed before Skylor tackled her, "Come on!" Skylor told Kai as they hopped into the buggy.

Lloyd was still moving ahead, but then the buggy came up next to him. "Need a lift?" Kay asked with a smirk.

"You took the buggy!" Lloyd called out in surprise.

"We took the buggy." Kai corrected as he gestured to Skylor in the back. "Take the wheel!" He called as the two hopped off as Lloyd jumped into the buggy.

Lloyd then charged up the buggy as it changed into a gold and slight green detail of his powers as he revved up the engine and took off at high speed. Chen then pressed some buttons as he tried to make obstacles to stop Lloyd, but nothing was working.

Shade was about to try and attack Lloyd, but Turner ran up and pushed him away. "Cut the Golden boy some slack." He said as Lloyd scored another point.

"Buttons, buttons, buttons!" Chen yelled as he pressed more buttons to get as many obstacles as he could to stop Lloyd, but nothing was working as Chen growled as Lloyd and Chamille were now evenly matched by 12 points.

Lloyd kept driving before he got up next to Chamille. "We don't have to keep fighting each other." He said to her, "We can all win."

"All of us?" Chamille asked in surprise.

"United." Lloyd added as he offered his hand to her, but then Chamille pulled him off the buggy as he gave a yelp as she laughed.

"Only one can remain." Chamille said as she recited Chen's words as she skated ahead with Lloyd behind her as the two then clashed blades with each other.

"Lloyd might win, do something!" Chen exclaimed to Clouse.

Clouse then put his hands together as he was about to form some dark magic, but Garmadon tackled him down before he could as Chen turned to the scoreboard as the cultist saw his look and was about to remove a point from Lloyd.

Kai growled from this. "He's rigging the match! I'll stop him-" He called as he was about to use his powers, but Skylor stopped him.

"Let me." Skylor said as she then used the power of gravity to levitate the cultist up before he could remove a point from Lloyd.

Lloyd and Chamille were skating side to side as the two were trying to push each other back as everyone watched in anxiety while Chen laughed as the two clashed blades again before they each fell to the ground, Chamille dropping her blade.

Lloyd was about to get up as Chamille jumped over him, but Lloyd used his blade to trip Chamille off as the two then got up and skated side to side before Chamille pushed him aside and ahead of him as Chamille crossed the finish line as the final bell rang.

The two then stopped, Chamille smirking knowing she won, as everyone watched, hoping that Lloyd hadn't lost as the two fighters panted in breath. After a moment, Lloyd held his blade up with cheering sounds can be heard as Chamille realized that she didn't have her blade with her.

"She doesn't have her blade!" Jay called out as Chamille turned and saw that her Jade Blade was at the otherside of the line when she fell.

Lydie then picked it up, "So close, yet so far," She quipped.

"Lloyd won!" Kai cheered as they all crowded around Lloyd.

Skylor looked up and saw the cultist still floating. "Oops, I almost forgot." She said with a smirk as she released her hold on him, causing the cultist to fall and made Lloyd's score a 106.

"Look at that, he broke your record." Garmadon said with a smirk to Chen.

"I guess we have two children born on skates." Misako added with a smile as Chen clenched his fists.

"No. No! NNNOO!" Chen yelled out before pointing at Lloyd like a little kid, "He cheated! Lloyd loses!" He called out as the fighters regrouped together.

"No way!" Turner protested as he got in front of Lloyd. "Lloyd won fair and square. You were the one who cheated."

"My tournament. My rules." Chen said as he turned his throne to look away from them.

"And just what rules are there?" Lydie questioned with a glare. "Face it, the only rules you have is for us to win at any cost, and you're just making them up just so you can entertain or get what you want. You're nothing but a big baby!" She stated, which made the contestant gasp while Garmadon and Misako gave a proud look.

Misako smirks. "She certainly has her father's straightforwardness." She said,

"I can tell." Garmadon said with a smile.

"Grrr!" Chen growled. "Lydie is out for insubordination!"

"Oh, no she's not!" Mr. Pale protested as he stepped forward. "She's right, you're not playing fair to any rules. So if Lydie and Lloyd are out, then so am I!" He shouted.

"Me too." Kai said as he stepped forward.

"And me three." Jay added as he stepped forward next.

"If you kick us all out, your Tournament will only end when None Remain," Lydie told Chen, practically daring him to disqualify them.

Chen got conflicted as he turned to Clouse, who nodded his head as he must go by their words as Chen crossed his arms. "Fine! Have it your way! Form loses!" He shouted as he pressed a button, opening a trapped door as Chamille fell in with a scream.

The other group, except for Shade, all cheered for their victory and for keeping Lydie and Lloyd in the game as Kai nearly lost his balance, but Skylor caught him as she helped him up. "If what you say is true, you are playing a dangerous game." Skylor said to Kai. "Chen will find other ways to get you out of the tournament."

"Which is why we'll need all the friends we can get." Kai said as they saw Chen marching away with anger at his plan to kick Lloyd out of the Tournament. "There's always hope."

Meanwhile, in the underground dungeon, the losers of the tournament were being hauled to the factory in chains before Cole, who is still covered in flour, heard a familiar voice coming from one of the cells. A voice he has not heard in a long time. "I don't know, Pixal. But I sense these chains are unbreakable." Cole looked around and saw that the voice was coming from the cell they were passing by.

Cole stopped as he saw the prisoners kept walking before he stepped in front of the cell, which made Karlof and the others stop one by one because of the chains. "What are you doing? Don't make trouble." Karlof whispered to Cole, but he ignored him.

"Zane, is that you?" Cole asked hopefully as the prisoners came to a complete stop, which made the cultist guard noticed.

"What's the hold up?" The cultist questioned as he turned and saw Karlof on one knee.

"One second. Karlof tie shoe." Karlof lied as he's trying to give Cole time so they don't get in trouble.

Cole kept looking through the cell before he saw a different yet familiar face as Zane looked through the cell and saw Cole. "You're alive!" Cole cheered in joy before he noticed Zane's new appearance. "And you're silver?"

"Titanium." Zane corrected before noticing the flour all over Cole. "Cole, you look white."

Cole gave a joyful laugh at Zane. "Boy, it's great to see you! Look at that, you look brand new!" He cheered, so happy to see his old friend again.

"Tie shoe? What shoe?!" The cultist questioned as he turned and saw the other prisoners' pants only have a onesie, so they don't have any shoes on them.

Cole noticed this as he gave a smirk. "Hold tight, lug nut. I'm gonna get you out of here." He said as he and Zane touched hands to make a promise. "I'm getting us both out of here. That's a promise." He finished as Zane nodded and went back to the wall as Cole went back to his position just as the cultist walked up and faced Karlof.

"Where is Cole?" The Cultist questioned and pushed Karlof away to see Cole behind him.

"Right here. Keep it real, big guy." Cole said with a smile. "Looks like you've seen a ghost." He added as the cultist walked back to the front as Cole gave a smile to Karlof. "From here on out, Karlof, I'm making more than noodles. I'm making trouble. Chen can try his best to split up our team, but he's about to find out what happens when we put ourselves back together." He declared.

At the ocean close to Chen's island, the steamboat was just about to arrive on the island while Nya, Harumi, and Dareth were watching from on top of the D.B. Express, feeling determined to find the Ninja and bring them home.
