The legalities: I do not own any of the Expendables franchise (characters, places, and objects especially) and this is mostly au.Rated M just to be on the safe side.
Also, please don't be afraid to write reviews. I would love to hear from you all!
Hope you enjoy!
Prompt: "You are the worst human being on the face of the planet."
"Aw, that's the nicest thing you've ever said to me."
"You have to do this, Tool."
"Aw, come on, Amazon. Surely I don't have to do all of this?"
Jacoba glared at the tattoo artist, who slid back slightly in his chair at the intensity behind it. The tall woman had finally had enough of doing all of the paperwork associated with both the tattoo shop and the Expendables all of the time. She had barely let Tool get his coffee this morning when she had burst through the door, walked over to him, and proceeded to drag him (by his earlobe) over to her desk. Once there, she pushed him into the chair (gently as she didn't really want him to spill his coffee) behind the desk, handed him his glasses, and pointed at the stack of paperwork piled in front of him.
"Amazon, I thought that you enjoyed doing the paperwork for Barn and I?"
Jacoba pinched the bridge of her nose and inhaled deeply before glaring at the tattoo artist once again. "Tool, the only reason why I ever agreed to do any of the paperwork was because I wanted to contribute something to the team, since I knew that I would want to join eventually anyway. You just decided to freeload on my generosity, you asshole. Now get to work."
Tool began to pout, even though he had put on his glasses and began to pull himself closer to the desk. "Amazon, have I ever told you that you are the worst human being on the face of the planet?"
Jacoba snorted as she crossed her arms with a smirk. "Aw, Tool, that's got to be the nicest thing that you've ever said to me!" Her smirk grew at the unamused look that Tool shot her over his glasses as he reached for a pen. "Though, it would probably fit Church a bit better than me, eh?"
It was Tool's turn to snort as he leaned over the desk, finally beginning to look through the paperwork in front of him. Jacoba rolled her eyes and watched him work for a couple of minutes before nodding and walking close by the desk. As she walked past, she grabbed a book from the corner before walking towards the front of the shop. Over the top of his glasses, Tool watched Jacoba go over to the tattoo shop's front desk, sit down, and open to her bookmark in order to start reading. Shaking his head, Tool smirked, though that fell as soon as he turned back to the desk. Sighing, he went back to work. It wouldn't do to piss off the Amazon any more that he already had. He couldn't wait, however, to see her go after Barney. That would be fun to watch.
