Daemon of Wrath: Thank you for your opinion. I'm glad that not all readers are the typical 'MC should just kill those bastards' person. This fic won't treat killing lightly like most morally grey fic, I plan to not follow the typical formula from this kind of fic. Also, on another note, yeah, I wish they give us the name of the Rulers. Fragment of Brilliant Light is a nice name, but too long. For the host, I ain't spoil anything except one, All Might WILL NOT be one and OFA isn't secretly a Fragment of Brilliant Light. That just made OFA too special, and I've established in previous chapter OFA is a quirk, not magic/skill. Besides, that idea has been done by another writer and I ain't plan to copy their ideas. And also, yes, there will be a Demon Tower Arc and your suggestions are too perfect.
AnimeFan13579: Gang Orca yearns for gender equality. If he has either a son or daughter, he will bring terrors to any boys or girls trying to date his son or daughter. XD
Geneva Convention Article 34: Thanks for the review. Also, sorry if you feel that way. I plan to make a longer chapter starting 2nd Saga because it'll have more conflict with shit tons of antagonists, Bakugou will be back, and more characters will be involved in future conflicts.
YamamotoRyu and endernetherborn. thanks for pointing it out my mistake XD

"How was your day, Tsukauchi-kun?" Yagi asks as Tsukauchi rubs his forehead, causing him to wince. It seems that it was the wrong thing to ask.
Especially given that Tsukauchi's clothes are now covered in slime and water.
"I was at the wrong place and at the wrong time," Tsukauchi mutters as he sips his ocha. He was suggested by Lulu, who gave him a daily check-up to avoid alcohol for the time being since he had drunk too much during his time as a detective.
"Lemme guess, the kid's training?" Yagi asks as Tsukauchi nods. "How are they honestly?"
"They're close and stick like glue. You'll rarely see them alone. It honestly surprises me how they remain close friends despite being rivals and wanting to be a hero." Tsukauchi admits. "I see a lot of rivalries with heroes, and their friendship never lasts, especially when popularity and rankings are involved. This kind of relationship was also applied to the heroes in the organization."
"I see..." Yagi muses. He wishes that all heroes focus more on their jobs and maintain good relationships instead of focusing entirely on stuff like that. "Speaking of kids, how's young Toogata?"
"He is adjusting. Those kids let him be part of their group and train together. This is caused by the training spar between him and Midoriya." Tsukauchi says with a light chuckle as he points at himself. "Speaking of the kids, I heard that they have saved a child from a villain's clutches, and Midoriya's mother decided to adopt her".
"T-that's good..." Yagi mutters as he sips his tea. Tsukauchi raises his eyebrow as he looks at him.
"Are you planning to give him One For All?" Tsukauchi asks as Yagi feels the tea enter the wrong windpipe and coughs, some of his blood mixes with the tea.
"N-no, not after what happened..." Yagi mutters as he wipes his mouth off.
"What happened?" Tsukauchi asks.
"Nighteye. He called me to talk about One For All and he has suggested Toogata to be my successor. After seeing his picture and hearing him describing young Toogata, I realized Nighteye planned to make him into another me. The boy heard everything and ran off. I got a call from Nedzu about this and he was gonna call Recovery to rip me to pieces until I fully explain everything." Yagi explains as he scratches his cheek. "I may have avoided death, but I still feel terrible for the boy, so I ask you about him."
"Have you considered talking to him?" Tsukauchi asks.
"I...I'm scared that if I try to talk to him, he'll avoid me." Yagi replies with a sigh.
"Well, you won't know unless you try." Tsukauchi points out. "He's a good kid, he doesn't deserve everything that has happened before his internship with Gang Orca."
"That's true..." Yagi comments. "And I would like to apologize to you as well."
"Umm, why?" Tsukauchi asks before he gets his yakiniku don and digs in.
"We...rarely been hanging out as a friend... every time we meet up, we always talk about work," Yagi says while rubbing his head, taking out a chopstick. "I...would like to change that."
"Well, I don't mind." Tsukauchi says as Yagi smiles. He can't help but remember his old time when he was so focused on beating All For One that he barely paid attention to his friends.
He believes it was the reason why he and David Shield rarely had contact with each other and why he had fallen out with Sir Nighteye. He was still on good terms with David, and he even became an honorary uncle to his friend's daughter, but he felt like they were slowly distancing themselves from each other.
As for Nighteye, he starts to think that it was his greatest failure. He treats the man as a sidekick and a very reliable ally. Sure, back then, they were close enough to be considered friends, but Nighteye feels like a co-worker, which leads to their fallout where they debate over his quirk.
After hearing about a group of kids establishing friendships, he can't help but feel ashamed of himself. Now, he feels like a hypocrite for criticizing fellow heroes.
"Toshinori?" Tsukauchi calls him, snapping him out of his thoughts. "You okay?"
"I-I'm fine..." Yagi says as he chuckles, trying and failing to reassure his friend.
"You're thinking about your other friends, do you?" Tsukauchi asks, causing Yagi to look like a deer in a headlight. "Don't worry too much. I'm not gonna jealous over things like that. People can have more than just one friend, you know."
"S-sorry..." Yagi mutters.
"Like I said, don't worry too much," Tsukauchi says. "Also, did something happen between you two?"
"...yeah," Yagi admits.
"Well, I hope you try to talk things through and rekindle your friendship." Tsukauchi comments.
"I don't deserve you," Yagi says.
"You're overreacting."
Later
"Thanks for inviting me to eat again," Tsukauchi says as he rubs his neck.
"You should let me pay for the meal, I got too much money," Yagi mutters.
"Way to flex your wealth on a former minimum-wage employee." Tsukauchi jokes as Yagi splutters, causing the detective to laugh. "I'm joking, I'm joking. I ain't gonna ask you to use your retirement money."
"I ain't gonna use that much when I'm retired. Besides, I still have a lot to do before I retire," Yagi explains as Tsukauchi sighs.
"Toshinori, I understand how much being a Symbol of Peace means to you, but advice from a friend: don't push yourself too hard," Tsukauchi says. "You are a hero, but you're also a human. It's the right thing to push yourself further, but there are limits. Breaking your limits might make you better, but it also could break you." He pats his shoulder. "You've done a lot for all of us, but perhaps you should take a few steps back."
"I..." Yagi was unable to say a word. He is unable to agree with his friend because of his heroic nature, but he knows he's right. "I'll think about it..."
"That's a good answer." Tsukauchi smiles. "Also, if you're worried about the future, perhaps you should at least trust the future generation of heroes with it. I saw some of them with my own eyes and I can say they got what it takes to do so."
"...I see," Yagi replies with a soft smile. "I hope that I would like to meet them in the future, to see what makes you trust them."
"Haha, you'll know it once you meet them." Tsukauchi chuckles. "Also, given their luck, I believe you'll meet them soon enough. I'll see you later, my sister decided to drop by without an early notice."
"Tell her I say hi," Yagi says as Tsukauchi gives him a teasing grin.
"Oh, now you're interested in my sister." Tsukauchi teases.
"And it seems that you have forgotten how old your sister is." Yagi deadpans as Tsukauchi froze before his face turns green.
"Oh god, I wish the ground would open up to swallow me, letting me die with what's left of my dignity intact." Tsukauchi bemoans as Yagi facepalm.
"You should stick with your jobs instead of being a matchmaker." Yagi retorts. "You could be mistaken to be a pedophile supporter."
"..." Tsukauchi curled up on the ground with his soul attempting to escape through his mouth and a depressing aura covering his entire body.
"I-I was joking, I was joking, damn it!!" Yagi says in a panic.
