Two weeks later, yet another Angel arrived to threaten Tokyo-3. This time, it was Israfel, the twin Angel, known for its unique ability to split into two identical entities. Its sudden appearance sent NERV into high alert, alarms blaring as the city braced for another inevitable confrontation. The Evangelions were being prepped for battle, but the Angel hadn't even begun its attack before something unexpected happened.

From the ocean, Godzilla emerged, his presence heralded by the deep rumbling of the Earth and the massive waves that crashed against the shore. The King of the Monsters had sensed the Angel's arrival long before the humans had, and unlike before, he wasted no time. There would be no waiting for the Evas to struggle against this new foe—Godzilla was here to settle the matter himself.

Israfel, towering and ominous, turned to face the colossal monster. Before it could even make its first move, Godzilla charged, unleashing his fury with terrifying speed. His roar echoed through the battlefield, a primal challenge to the Angel.

Without hesitation, Godzilla fired his atomic breath. The searing blue beam shot forward, catching Israfel off guard. The beam struck the Angel's core, causing its shimmering body to convulse. In response to the overwhelming attack, Israfel split, dividing into two identical beings as it attempted to outmaneuver Godzilla's assault.

But Godzilla was not phased. He roared again, his massive tail swinging toward one of the halves with brutal force. The impact sent the smaller Israfel clone crashing into the ground, smashing through buildings as it tumbled through the city. Before it could even recover, Godzilla unleashed another atomic breath blast, this time at point-blank range, vaporizing the first half of the Angel in a brilliant explosion of light and energy.

The second half of Israfel, now alone, hesitated. It had been born to fight in unison, and now, without its twin, it was vulnerable. Realizing its mistake, the Angel began to retreat, trying to escape from the unstoppable force that was Godzilla.

Godzilla, however, wasn't willing to let it go so easily. His eyes locked onto the fleeing Angel, and he gave chase, moving with purpose as the ground trembled beneath him. His atomic breath charged again, glowing bright, ready to finish what he had started.

But just before he could release the final blow, the remaining half of Israfel managed to slip into a nearby mountain range, using the terrain to shield itself. It had no choice but to flee, knowing full well that it couldn't stand against Godzilla alone.

For now, the battle was over. One half of Israfel was utterly destroyed, while the other had barely escaped with its life. Godzilla, his task complete, let out a triumphant roar that shook the heavens. The Angel had been thwarted before it could even mount a serious attack on Tokyo-3.

In NERV headquarters, the operators could only watch in awe as the monitors displayed Godzilla's decisive victory. Misato shook her head in disbelief. "He's not even giving them a chance anymore."

"Godzilla's taking matters into his own hands," Ritsuko muttered, more to herself than anyone else. "He's treating these Angels like pests."

As Godzilla turned and lumbered back toward the ocean, the Evangelions were once again left on standby. The King of the Monsters had made it clear that when he was involved, the Angels stood no chance.

And so, as the waters swallowed him up once again, the humans were left to ponder just how much longer they could rely on Godzilla's intervention—and what his true motives were. For now, Tokyo-3 was safe. But the King was still out there, watching, waiting for the next threat to arise.
