Chapter 49: Pizza! And Girl Talk?
Class 1-A trudged wearily towards the dorms, their exhaustion palpable. Recovery Girl had worked her magic, healing everyone's injuries, and Izuku was one of the few who had escaped unscathed. Now back in their uniforms, they dragged themselves along, their energy depleted.
"God, I'm so tired..." Sero groaned, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Is this what it's like for you, Green?" Kyouka asked, stifling a yawn as she walked beside Izuku, her crutches abandoned.
"You get used to it," Izuku replied with a chuckle. "Plus, Recovery Girl can become really scary when you become a regular. I remember when I was training, she scolded me for breaking my limbs."
As they turned a corner, Tenya spoke up, "You guys go on ahead, I need to check on the situation with my hero costume."
The others nodded, too tired to respond, and continued on their way, leaving Tenya to tend to his hero gear.
...
"Oh, I'll come along," Izuku said, falling into step beside Tenya.
"There's no need to, Midoriya," Tenya replied, but Izuku shrugged.
"I know, but since I barely get any costume repairs, it would be nice to check out the support course."
Just then, Toru spoke up, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I was already planning on going! My new costume should be ready."
Mina raised an eyebrow. "Girl, how has your costume not been ready yet? Momo was able to get a full redesign."
Toru chuckled. "Well, Momo had the blonde genius, whose father is the most famous genius, on her side."
" Plus, Melissa felt Momo's original costume was...not appropriate for someone her age, and made sure to redesign it before the internships. Something about not sexualizing a teenager on her potential debut."Izuku said.
The group pondered this for a moment before Toru continued, "I, on the other hand, had a designer who didn't see why my costume needed a redesign, and I'm classified as a mutant type, not transformation. So, when my new abilities emerged, they weren't believed, and I had to reregister under transformation, bluh bluh bluh... "She said in a bored tone before an excited tone her eyes sparkled and replaced it.
"Anyway it was a whole ordeal, but the point is, it took a while, and now I finally get a costume!"
Izuku smiled."I hope you end up liking it."
Tenya nodded thoughtfully as they arrived at the support course. "I've also been thinking of making some adjustments, making it maybe a lot lighter..." he pondered aloud.
"I wonder what the Support Course is like," Momo said, her curiosity piqued.
"Actually, the Support Course was my second option if the Hero Course didn't work out," Momo revealed.
"Really?" Izuku asked, intrigued.
Momo nodded. "I think my Creation Quirk would be really useful for innovating new support items. I could design and create them easily."
Izuku smiled. "You have the intelligence and talent for it, Momo. I'm sure you would make a great designer."
Momo's face flushed with a gentle blush at the compliment.
"However," Momo continued, "I think I would feel unfulfilled if I wasn't directly helping people. I love the hands-on aspect of hero work and the feeling of saving lives."
Ochako nodded enthusiastically. "I know what you mean! Being a hero is amazing - helping people, and making a difference... it's what drives me to become a hero, aside from wanting to support my parents."
The group shared a warm smile, united in their passion for heroism, as they approached the Support Course building.
"Speaking of hero costumes, Midori," Mina said with a mischievous smile, one that Izuku knew all too well. Momo sighed in exasperation, rolling her eyes. "Oh no..."
Mina asked, striking a pose in front of Izuku, who began to blush profusely.
"So, out of the girls in Class 1-A, whose costume do you like the most?" Izuku stuttered,
"I-I-I think you all look... um..." Izuku stuttered his face turning red.
Mina stuck out her tongue, grinning playfully.
"Mina, please don't tease him, he might just pass out," Momo said, shaking her head.
Mina whispered, "Plus, I'm trying to see if he finds us attractive. Remember what we heard, you know what."
The girls blushed, looking at each other anxiously, their eyes darting to Izuku.
Hagakure chimed in, "Come on, Midori, who do you think looks super hot? I mean, Ochako kept her skin-tight suit just to show off her round body."
Ochako's eyes widened in shock, and she immediately denied the allegation, her hands flying up in defence. "N-N-No! T-That's a lie, Toru!"
Toru giggled, her shoulders shaking with amusement.
Mina said, "Oh? Miss 'I walked around naked for the first couple of weeks of school'?"
Toru's face turned crimson as she looked down, her hair falling around her face like a curtain.
Kyouka said, her hands on her hips, "You were naked all the time, we don't know what you could've been doing next to Izuku." Toru turned invisible, her voice squeaking,
"N-N-No! Izuku, I would never do anything like that!"
Kyouka teased, "Super Hearing, you perv!"
Toru reappeared, her face still red, and begged, "Jirou, please stop! I didn't do anything!"
Kyouka snorted, crossing her arms. "Honestly, Kyouka, I thought you were beyond these childish antics," Momo said, raising an eyebrow. Mina teased,
"Oh? Really, Momo? You're one to talk, especially with that fanservice and seducing costume."
Momo's face turned crimson as she looked away, her hands clasped together. "It's not... shut up!"
Izuku's face was crimson as he reached for the door handle. "C-C-Can we please..." he stammered, but before he could finish, a massive explosion shattered the door, sending him flying across the room. The shockwave knocked him off his feet, and smoke engulfed the area.
"Midoriya/Green/Midori/Izuku/Dekiru!" his classmates shouted in unison, their voices laced with shock and concern. They watched in horror as their class representative was consumed by the blast. Eyes wide with fear, some had their mouths agape, unable to process what had just happened.
Before they could rush to Izuku's aid, a furious figure emerged from the smoke-filled doorway. "cough...cough.. You!" the man bellowed, his face red with rage.
"Just because an idea pops into your head doesn't mean you should go and build it!" He scolded, his voice echoing through the room as he stepped into view.
The man's angry gaze swept across the room, his eyes blazing with intensity. The students exchanged nervous glances, unsure of what to expect next. Meanwhile, Izuku's whereabouts remained unknown, shrouded in the thick smoke.
...
The short, skinny man with spiky ginger hair and dull blue eyes, wearing a yellow excavator-shaped helmet, emerged from the smoke, covered in soot. Before anyone could question him, a giggle echoed from the smoke, followed by a gleeful female voice,
"Failure is the mother of invention, Mr. Power Loader. As Thomas Edison said, 'Just because something doesn't do what you planned it to do doesn't mean it's useless'!"
The voice led everyone's gaze to a pair of silhouettes on the ground, one lying on top of the other. As the smoke cleared, Izuku was seen lying on his back, dazed and covered in soot, with a mysterious girl on top of him. She seemed curious but unbothered by their position.
"Huh? When did you get there?" she asked, not moving from her spot on Izuku's chest. Izuku still disoriented from the explosion, gradually became aware of the weight on his torso. As his senses returned, he realized the soft sensations on his abdomen were the girl's hands and... something else.
It was a soft. A pair of what felt like hills gentle pressures, that seemed to match each other in size. They were also warm rising slightly in a gentle rhythm like a person taking steady breaths."Wait a minute..."
Izuku's eyes widened as he looked at his chest, his face turning crimson. "B-B-B-B-B-" his mind stuttered, but his friends finished the sentence in their heads:
"Boobs." Ochako, Mina, Toru, Momo, Kyouka and Tsuyu exchanged blank glances, feeling an inexplicable pang of irritation at the sight.
"Oh, my future baby maker has come for a visit!" Mei said enthusiastically.
The girls' eyes went wide, their jaws dropping in unison as they froze in stunned silence. Tenya's eyes bulged in absolute shock, his mouth agape. "Future...what?!" The girls stammered out barely a whisper at the girl on top of Izuku.
"H-Hatsume..." Izuku stuttered, his face flushing with embarrassment.
The girls thought in unison, their minds racing with horror: "He knows her?!"
"Please, get off me," Izuku pleaded, trying to squirm out from under her.
The girl tilted her head, a confused expression on her face, before breaking into a giggle. She continued to straddle him, her eyes locked on his, making Izuku's blush deepen.
"Uh, Hatsume?" Izuku ventured, trying to reason with her.
Just then, he felt his sleeve being pulled back, and his eyes widened in realization.
"Uh, Hatsume," he said calmly trying to suppress his blush.
"Hm?" she replied, her gaze still fixed on his.
"Are you trying to study the watch? That's why you won't get off me?" Izuku accused, his eye twitching with annoyance.
The girl snaked her arms around his wrist, her eyes darting back and forth before she let out a whistle.
"No..." she said, her voice dripping with innocence.
The onlookers thought in unison: "She's an even worse liar than Izuku!"
Powerloader sighed, exasperated. "Hatsume, get off him!"
"Hold on, give me a minute," Hatsume said with a sly grin. "I think he's starting to like it."
Izuku's face turned a deep shade of crimson, and the girls around him began to blush as well, their faces filled with embarrassment at the implication.
"Ochako..." Izuku stammered, his voice barely above a whisper.
"On it," Ochako replied, striding forward to intervene. She gently touched Hatsume's back, and suddenly, Hatsume felt weightless, her body lifting off Izuku's.
As she flailed in mid-air, Mei exclaimed, "C'mon, don't boys like it when a girl's on top of them? You get to have a girl on top of you while I study this amazing support item!"
Mei waved her arms wildly, still suspended in the air, her eyes shining with mischief.
"Midori isn't that type of guy, trust me, we would know," Mina said, rolling her eyes.
Meanwhile, Ochako, Momo, and Jirou gazed at Izuku with intense stares, their faces filled with annoyance at the sight of his flustered state. His face was flushed, and the fact that Hatsume had gotten him so worked up irked them.
Izuku still lay on the ground, his eyes swirling, until Ochako, who was accustomed to girls invading his personal space, snapped out of her daze and helped him to his feet.
"H-How come my Danger Sense didn't go off?" Izuku stuttered, barely above a whisper.
Powerloader approached him, concern etched on his face. "Everything okay, kid? Nothing broken?"
Izuku blinked, then nodded shakily. "Y-yes, I'm f-fine... and glad no one got hurt, hehe," he added with an awkward chuckle, glancing nervously between Powerloader and Hatsume.
Powerloader nodded. "Good to know. Unfortunately, Hatsume here lacks the common sense to realise that mixing everything she can get her hands on is a bad idea." He gestured to his student, who was still bubbling with excitement.
Hatsume dismissed her teacher's words with a wave of her hand. "Pff, it was just a minor accident. I just need to find the right combination!"
Powerloader's face turned red, a vein popping out on his forehead. Kyouka muttered under her breath, "And she doesn't seem to know personal boundaries exist."
"Ah, I observed an opportune moment and capitalized on it," Mei said with a nonchalant shrug.
"I'm fascinated by the prospect of examining that extraordinary device. Based on the subtle movements I've observed, it appears to be integumentally attached to your skin, exhibiting a level of symbiosis I've never witnessed before. The manner in which it's integrated with your body suggests a revolutionary advancement in support item technology, one that I'm eager to investigate further." Mei said her mouth drooling eager to get a closer look at the device.
Izuku clutched the Omnitrix protectively. "S-Sorry, Hatsume, but I can't let you examine it."
Hatsume pouted, her face falling. "Aw, I won't give up, though. I really want a closer look."
As Ochako touched her fingertips to Hatsume's shoulder, the girl floated back down to the ground, a beaming smile on her face. "Cool!"
The girls then turned their attention to Izuku, their voices eerily in sync.
"Izuku," Tsuyu and Momo said in unison.
"Midori," Mina and Toru chimed in.
"Green," Kyouka added, her voice dripping with an unsettling intensity.
"Dekiru," Ochako finished, her eyes gleaming with an unnerving aura.
The girls' synchronized speech sent shivers down everyone's spines. Izuku gulped, his eyes darting to Tenya with a pleading look, but his friend ignored him, saying,
"So, I'm here for my costume."
Powerloader intervened, gesturing for Tenya to follow him into the Support Course. "Let me help you up, young man."
As they left, Izuku felt abandoned, his thoughts screaming "Traitors!"
Momo stepped forward, her arms folded beneath her breasts, her gaze fixed intently on Izuku. Kyouka's Jacks slithered through the air like snakes, adding to the ominous atmosphere.
"Why did she call you her 'Baby maker'?" Momo asked her voice firm and commanding.
...
"Uhm, I don't know-" Izuku started before Mei grabbed his arm and dragged him into the Support Course. As they disappeared from view, the girls' faces fell, their eyes narrowing in unison.
Momo's arms crossed tighter, her fingers drumming an impatient rhythm on her bicep. Tsuyu's eyebrows dipped, her lips pursing into a subtle pout. Kyouka's Jacks quivered as if sensing their owner's irritation.
Mei's voice echoed from within the Support Course, "C'mon, I want to show you my babies! I'm sure you loved the iron soles I added to your hero costume."
Izuku's eyes widened as he stumbled alongside Mei. "Oh, I forgot to thank you! It was incredible, it really helped me in my fight against Stain."
Mei gasped, her face lighting up. "So, you're saying my babies helped you take down the Hero Killer?! With your recent rise in popularity, I can totally use this as marketing! Can I quote you on that?" She snatched a piece of paper and pen, her hands trembling with excitement. "Sign here, I'll need your signature."
Izuku signed the parchment, and Mei tucked it away, beaming. As she began to show Izuku and the girls around the Support Course, Mina and Ochako rushed inside, their eyes scanning the room for their green-haired friend. However, their attention was quickly diverted by the sprawling space filled with students, tools, and inventions.
...
"Wow, look at that stuff!" Toru exclaimed, her eyes wide with wonder as she caught up to Mina and Ochako, with Tsuyu following closely behind. Tsuyu took in the surroundings with silent fascination, releasing occasional soft "Ribbits" as she absorbed the sights and sounds.
"This place is so big," Mina said, her voice barely audible over the din of hammering and machinery.
"And loud," Kyouka added, wincing slightly as the cacophony assaulted her sensitive ears. "I can barely hear myself think."
Mei, undeterred by the chaos, grinned at Izuku. "Now, client Midoriya! Welcome to the Support Course, where the magic happens!"
Izuku chuckled, impressed. "Hey, you remembered my name."
Mei hid her hand, where his name was scribbled on the back. "Of course, you're my client! I know it like the back of my hand."
With a proud flourish, Mei presented the bustling workshop. "This is where support items are born! Where innovation meets ingenuity!"
Izuku stepped forward, his curiosity getting the better of him. He had been here before, but last time it was just Mei; now, the room was alive with people tinkering, inventing, and creating. The air was electric with the hum of machinery and the smell of metal and circuits.
...
Classmates milled about, showcasing their inventions on tables or suspending them from chains. Others collaborated, sharing expertise, while soot and oil stains on the tables testified to the well-crafted creations.
"You've arrived at the perfect time, my new client," Mei said, beaming.
"I'm not your client," Izuku protested.
Mei chuckled. "Still in denial, I see? I want to use you to help me upgrade some projects. You know, utilizing that Upgrade form of yours."
Mina's eyes narrowed. "Wait, how do you know about that?"
Mei's grin grew wider. "Isn't it obvious? I accessed your files, scanned them, and found Brainstorm and Upgrade. Your intelligence surpasses even our Principal's! I can't let such an opportunity slip away. And that magnificent E.M.P. you created at the USJ? We've been dissecting it, understanding its inner workings. With enough power, it could take down a whole city - precise and powerful! You should ditch the Hero Course and join the Support Course. Let's create something amazing together... Can you imagine the babies we could create?!"
Mei's rapid-fire speech left everyone stunned. Izuku's face turned bright red, especially with Mei's proximity. Tsuyu and Momo exchanged surprised glances.
"Actually, I forgot the last part - I don't need any competition," Mei said, her smile never faltering.
Izuku's eyes widened, his face flushing slightly. "B-But I... thanks for the offer, but if there's any way I could thank you for the iron soles, I wouldn't mind."
Mei's finger tapped her chin thoughtfully. "Well, I heard your Upgrade form can enhance technology. I'm kinda curious on how it would enhance my babies."
Izuku's eyes lit up with interest. "I mean, I have some time to kill, plus having a chance to use Upgrade and upgrade tech that isn't from a dumpster could be really cool."
"Alright, what did you have in mind?" Izuku asked, taking a step forward.
Mei's smile grew wider as she turned to lead the way.
But before they could take another step, Tsuyu spoke up, her voice laced with a hint of desperation. "Wait, Izuku..."
Ochako nodded vigorously, her face reddening. "Yeah, aren't you tired from today's heroics training? You should probably relax and... relax!" Her eyes darted between Mei and Izuku, her cheeks flushing deeper.
Kyouka's Jacks snaked around Izuku's arm, her grip tightening possessively. "C'mon, we should head back to the dorms." Her voice was low and husky, her cheeks tinted pink.
Momo's eyes narrowed, and her lips pursed, as she nodded in agreement. "Yes, we have a lot of homework and Class Representative duties to complete."
Izuku gave a confused look, a small smile playing on his lips. "I'll be fine, we're just testing out her inventions. Plus, I'm curious about how Upgrade will affect tech that isn't from a garbage."
The girls exchanged nervous glances, their eyes lingering on Mei's breasts, which rivalled Momo's, and her earlier intimate position with Izuku.
Tsuyu's arms crossed, her fingers digging into her biceps, while Ochako's eyes fixed on Mei with a mixture of discomfort and annoyance. Kyouka's grip on Izuku's arm tightened, her eyes flashing with a hint of possessiveness. Momo's hands clenched into fists, her jaw clenched.
"If you guys aren't busy, you can-" Izuku began, but the girls cut him off, their voices a tad too eager.
"Yes!" they chimed in unison, quickly pacing to follow Mei to her inventions, their eyes fixed on Izuku with an intensity that bordered on possessiveness.
Mei proudly showcased her workspace, a cluttered corner of the workshop filled with scraps and half-made devices. "Welcome to my domain, where my babies come to life!"
With a flourish, she opened a bulging cupboard, releasing a tidal wave of gear and gadgets that spilled across the floor. Izuku and the girls watched in awe as Mei beamed with pride.
"You built all these?" Izuku asked, incredulous. "That's incredible, Hatsume!"
Momo nodded in agreement, "Yes, it's an impressive collection."
Tsuyu added, "You must be passionate about inventing."
Mei presented her creations, "Now, which baby would you like to Upgrade? I have many to choose from!"
Kyouka was impressed despite herself, "There are so many... I can't believe you made all these."
Mei smiled, "Fufufu, all these babies were crafted with love and care. Quality and quantity guaranteed, courtesy of the future head of Hatsume Industries."
The girls exchanged impressed glances, begrudgingly admiring Mei's dedication.
Izuku thought, "She calls her inventions 'babies'? A bit unusual, but she seems enthusiastic about it." As he scanned the table, he recognized some gadgets and noticed something familiar.
Mei caught his interest, "Something caught your eye?"
Izuku replied, "Can't really decide... Wait, is that Airjet's jetpack? It looks similar." His tone shifted from awkward to excited as he spotted the familiar device.
Mei explained, "I recreate pro heroes' gadgets as a warm-up. It stimulates my mind and sparks creativity." She closed her eyes, tapping her head with her finger to emphasize her point.
Kyouka commented, "She must be dedicated... failure doesn't deter her when she's passionate about something."
Mei chuckled, "Thanks, but when you love what you do, failure is just a stepping stone."
Kyouka smiled, relating to Mei's passion, "I know what she means. I love writing music; there's no feeling like doing what you love."
Ochako examined the jetpack, "Wait, didn't you use this in the Sports Festival?"
Mei replied, "Yep, that's the one! I've been improving it but haven't really made any headways, let's see if your form lives up to its name?"
The jetpack had been modified, with new thrusters and metal sheets added. Mei exclaimed, "Okay! Let's get started! I want to see my baby in action!"
Izuku holding the jetpack, placed it in Ochako's hands before he activated the Omnitrix. Mei's eyes widened slightly as she used her Quirk to examine Izuku's actions, fascinated by him. He turned the dial a couple of times before stopping at Upgrade.
"Okay, cover your eyes." He slammed down on the device, and a massive green flash occurred. When the light faded, Upgrade stood before them. Mei beamed, "Amazing! Your body has undergone a nanotechnological transformation, comprising entirely of autonomous nanobots! The complexity and precision are astounding!"
Everyone asked in unison, "It is?"
Upgrade looked at his own body, surprised. "Huh, who knew?"
Then, he turned to the jetpack and morphed into it. The original metal backpack with twin turbines transformed into a sleek, high-tech device. Black and green circuitry covered the surface, with glowing green lines tracing the contours of the pack. The turbines now had a metallic sheen, with intricate mechanisms visible beneath the transparent casing. The enhanced jetpack pulsed with energy, its upgraded capabilities evident in its futuristic design.
Mei's eyes sparkled with excitement, "Wow, this is incredible! The Upgrade form has integrated with my invention, taking it to a whole new level!"
Mei's eyes widened as she examined the jetpack. "Thrusters upgraded with advanced ion propulsion, utilizing a high-energy density fuel source...and it's been integrated with an autonomous power generation system!" She exclaimed, her excitement palpable.
"Time for a test run!" Mei declared, snatching the jetpack from Ochako's hands and strapping it onto Ochako's back before anyone could react.
"Eh?" Everyone said as they watched her place the jetpack on her."EH!?"
"Wait, what are you doing?!" Ochako protested, but Mei was already activating the ignition.
The jetpack roared to life, propelling Ochako into the air with a burst of green flames. She soared through the support course at incredible velocities, leaving a trail of ionized gas in her wake.
"Help! Someone help!" Ochako's voice was laced with panic as she flew through the air, the other girls equally alarmed for her safety.
Mei's laughter echoed through the course, her joy infectious despite the initial shock. "This is amazing! The upgraded thrusters are providing an incredible thrust-to-weight ratio, and the autonomous power generation is maintaining a stable energy output!"
"Ochako!" the girls chorused in panic, their eyes wide with fear as they watched their friend soar through the Support Course, clinging to the straps for dear life.
"We have to get her down, she could get hurt!" Tsuyu exclaimed, her voice laced with urgency.
The girls watched in terror as Ochako continued to fly erratically, her screams echoing through the course. But then, suddenly, she came to a stop in mid-air.
"Are you okay, Ochako?" Upgrade's circuitry voice crackled through the jetpack.
Ochako's reply was shaky. "Y-Yeah... I-I'm fine. Just... dizzy."
The girls collectively sighed in relief, their faces pale with worry.
Mei, however, looked dismayed. "Aww, c'mon! I haven't had a full test yet!"
The girls turned to her, their expressions withering. Tsuyu's eyes narrowed. "You're more concerned about your test than Ochako's safety?"
Mei shrugged, unrepentant. "Hey, someone's got to push the boundaries of innovation!"
The girls glared at her, their faces a mixture of annoyance and concern for their friend. However, the annoyance was cut off by a certain invisible girl. "Hey, girls, and Midori."
Footsteps were heard as she came to the scene.
Toru twirled, showing off her cycling outfit, which consisted of a white and purple cycling jersey with short sleeves and a V-neck, matching purple cycling shorts, blue cycling gloves with white padded palms, and a pair of light tan cycling shoes with laces. "How do I look?"
Mina's eyes widened. "Oh, my god! Toru, you look awesome!"
Momo smiled. "It's truly splendid."
Jirou chuckled. "Guess you're not going nude anymore, huh?"
Tsuyu croaked, "I really like the colours, ribbit."
Ochako, still hovering in the air, exclaimed, "You look awesome, Toru!"
Toru beamed, but her gaze drifted upward, puzzled. "Thanks, Ochako... but uh, what are you doing up there? And where's Midoriya?"
Upgrade's blob head popped out of the jetpack. "Right here, and you look awesome, Toru!"
Toru blushed. "T-Thanks... uh, what are you two doing?"
Mei looked up from her notebook, smiling. "Oh, she's riding Midoriya."
Ochako's face turned bright red. "I-It's not like that! The crazy inventor girl strapped the jetpack onto me, I'm her unwilling test subject."
Mei added, "More accurately, crash test dummy."
Ochako sent a light glare at Mei. "Dekiru, fly me over to her so I can throw her into orbit."
Upgrade chastised, "Ochako!"
Ochako hovered down, and Mei removed the jetpack. "She called me a crash test dummy!"
Upgrade replied, "I... fair enough."
Ochako hovered down further, and Mei took the jetpack from her. Upgrade he morphed out from the jetpack, touching the Omnitrix dial on his chest, and enveloped himself in a green flash.
"Mhm... Upgrade has given me a few ideas on how I can enhance my babies," Mei said, scribbling notes in her notebook. "I can integrate a more efficient combustion system, perhaps a hybrid turbofan engine, to increase thrust and reduce fuel consumption. And by implementing advanced aerodynamics, such as winglets and air curtains, I can minimize drag and enhance stability during flight."
Everyone began to have a confused and puzzled look on their face." Huh? "
Mei's eyes sparkled with excitement as she continued writing. "Not to mention, I can upgrade the ignition system to a more reliable and efficient plasma ignition, allowing for faster startup and shutdown times. And by incorporating advanced materials, like lightweight composites and smart alloys, I can reduce the overall weight and increase the durability of the jetpack."
The confusion only deepened, prompting a chorus of perplexed expressions. "Huh?" They all said in unison.
The group's collective confusion only seemed to grow, with Mei's enthusiastic explanations only adding to the perplexity.
Mei looked up, a smile spreading across her face. "With these upgrades, my jetpack will be capable of longer flight times, higher speeds, and more maneuverability. The possibilities are endless!"
Izuku and the girls wore confused expressions, rivalling Kaminari's perplexed look, except for Momo, who seemed to grasp the gist of the conversation, even if she didn't fully understand the details.
Mei then turned to Izuku with an intense gaze. "Now, I think you should upgrade my other projects!" she exclaimed.
Before she could continue, the girls' jealousy boiled over. "No way!" they chimed in unison, swiftly dragging Izuku away.
"Hey, what's going on?!" Izuku protested, struggling to free himself. "H-Hey! G-Guys!"
Mei chuckled, waving goodbye as Izuku was pulled out of sight. "Bye, for now, Midoriya! I'll get you to upgrade my stuff soon enough!"
With a smile, Mei returned to tinkering with her jetpack, already planning her next move to convince Izuku to work on her projects. "U-Uh, bye Hatsume!" Izuku's voice faded into the distance.
...
A few minutes later, Toru changed back into her uniform, adjusting her tie. Izuku approached her, looking puzzled. "Was that necessary? I mean, you didn't have to drag me out of there."
The girls closed their eyes, turned away from Izuku, and let out a small pout. "Hmph."
Izuku sighed, still trying to understand their behaviour. "What's up with them? I know they're worried about me, but wasn't that a bit much?" He thought to himself, he found the entire interaction weird, he wasn't sure what was up with them it was almost akin to... jealousy.
Just then, he noticed Tenya, who was cupping his chin in thought. "Tenya, what's up?" Izuku asked.
Tenya looked up, slightly startled. "Oh, nothing. I've just been thinking about making my armour lighter."
Izuku raised an eyebrow. "Lighter? I don't see why you need to make it lighter."
Tenya explained, "Yes, I still want to incorporate my family's armour, but making it lighter will allow for more flexibility and faster reactions."
Izuku remembered Tenya's encounter with Stain, who had easily stopped him despite his speed. Causing him a downcast expression.
"Oh, I see! Maybe you can use Carbon fibre, titanium, or advanced ceramics! Those materials are both lightweight and commonly used in armour." Momo said.
"Thank you, Yaoyorozu! I'll make sure to look into those materials," Tenya said, turning to Izuku and Kyouka. "By the way, Midoriya, and Jirou, you both promised to tell me about the Forever Knights, correct?"
Izuku, Kyouka, and Hagakure stopped in their tracks, caught off guard. "Oh, I kinda forgot," Kyouka admitted sheepishly.
Izuku scratched his head, "W-Well, I told Todoroki a couple of days ago over the phone..."
Tenya raised an eyebrow, prompting Izuku to continue. "Well...
Izuku retold the story of how he, Kaminari, Toru, and Kyouka tricked their way into the Forever Knights' base, posing as new recruits to investigate and gather information. While searching through the library, they stumbled upon a horrific scene - an alien being tortured and a dragon held captive. As Kyouka would later describe it, "shit hit the fan" as they quickly sprang into action to rescue the captives, their covert mission escalating into a daring and dangerous operation.
Mina's eyes widened in shock. "Holy what the fuck?!" she exclaimed.
Tenya nodded thoughtfully, "That's a truly exciting tale, Midoriya, though I don't condone breaking and entering."
Kyouka chuckled, "We didn't break in, they let us in... but we totally broke out!"
As they discussed their encounter with Stain, they couldn't help but marvel at his superhuman reflexes and strength. "I didn't fight him for too long, but from what I saw, his reflexes were superhuman," Izuku said, looking down.
Tenya nodded, "I could hardly lay a hand on him, and he handled me with ease. His speed, strength, and composure were all truly impressive."
Kyouka scoffed, "Too bad he's a crazy, psychopathic hypocrite."
Tenya agreed, "I hope the truth about the Forever Knights comes to light soon. If they're linked to the Hero Killer, it's clear they have sinister intentions."
Toru shuddered at the thought, "I've told my parents to avoid that street; I don't want those creeps snatching my mom and dad."
Momo's curiosity got the better of her, "I wish I could've seen their historical records. They must have a wealth of information on the past, especially with aliens and stuff." But Kyouka was quick to point out,
"Yeah, but they're major bigots. They'd probably kill us on sight."
Toru added with a smirk, "Unless you're Yaoyorozu or Iida, then you'd get a warm welcome since they're high prestige."
Just then, their conversation was interrupted by the unmistakable, annoying laughter of Class B's blonde troublemaker.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The group's collective groan and palpable annoyance was immediate.
"Why do I get the feeling Monoma found out about our botched training exercise?" Toru said.
"Why do we live with him again?" Mina asked.
"Clearly the great Kami wanted us to suffer," Toru muttered. As the laughter of Monoma only grew louder.
"OK guys hear me out, I don't want to deal with Monoma and let everyone else endure his dumbass," Kyouka said.
"Kyouka."
"C'mon, I have a headache from one blonde idiot I really don't want to deal with another, "Kyouka whined
"Jirou," Tenya said.
"Fine!" She threw her arms in resignation before she began to walk and opened the door. And Monoma was the centre of attention.
"Your class completely bombed the rescue exercise! Zero saves! That's a new record, Class A!" He clapped sarcastically. "Good lord, Class 1-A, I'm impressed. Not a single save? Pathetic."
Kyouka grabbed Izuku's shoulder and whispered, "Green, I know it's unethical, but—"
Izuku cut her off with a deadpan expression, "No, I'm not using Ghostfreak to knock him out."
Kyouka sighed and nodded in understanding.
The blonde troublemaker continued his taunts, "I mean, I'm impressed by how you managed to get those robots killed! And to think people consider you the best just because you have Midoriya! Speaking of which, 'Next Symbol Peace'? What a joke! You can't even save a bunch of robots! You may excel in combat, but when it comes to actually saving people and rescuing, you all suck! BWAHAHAHA!"
Monoma was laughing pointing at Midoriya and Ochako." Oh, man you two may have stopped the hero killer but you both suck at saving people!"
Izuku's eye twitched in annoyance, but before he could respond, he heard footsteps and saw Todoroki and Sero coming down the stairs. Shoto was showing Sero something on his phone, oblivious to the tension.
"Can't believe you guys failed though," Itsuka said, strolling down the stairs with a smirk.
"Yeah, when Vlad King told us how badly you guys failed, it was really unexpected," Setsuna chimed in, trying to stifle a giggle. "Monoma and Vlad King couldn't stop laughing their asses off."
Monoma with his still triumphant grin spreading across his face. "It really shows whose the far more superior class. We won our exercise flawlessly, if I do say so myself. Kendo's leadership and Shoda's careful planning were essential in our victory."
Sero's curiosity got the better of him. "Wait, if you guys won, what was the prize?"
Monoma turned away dramatically, a sly grin still plastered on his face. With a flourish, he revealed a massive pile of pizza boxes, each emblazoned with the logo of "Pizza Paladin" - an Italian superhero known for his delicious pies.
Class 1-A's eyes widened in unison as the aroma of melted mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce wafted through the air, making their stomachs growl in unison.
Drool began to form at the corners of their mouths, and even Todoroki's stoic expression faltered for a moment, his eyes gleaming with hunger.
"Eight super-sized pizzas, courtesy of Pizza Paladin himself! All Might and his vast connections, got us such a wonderful prize." Monoma announced, his voice dripping with smugness. "The ultimate prize for the ultimate winners!"
The sight and smell of the pizzas was almost too much to bear. Izuku's stomach growled loudly, and Kyouka's eyes took on a glazed, pizza-induced haze. Momo's mouth began to water, and even Tenya's usual composure was shaken by the sheer magnitude of the pizza pile.
"Ah, man..." Class 1-A collectively groaned, their eyes fixed on the pizza paradise before them.
"Holy shit!" Sero exclaimed, his eyes wide with longing.
"Fuck, I wanna marry that pizza!" Kaminari declared, his voice trembling with desire.
"Great holy pizza.." Mineta said.
"I-I have never seen a pizza so... authentic!" Ochako's eyes widened, her mouth watering in awe. Growing up in a humble household in Japan, she had never seen a genuine Italian pizza, fresh from the oven, with its perfectly balanced sauce, melted mozzarella, and various toppings.
The aroma wafting from the pie was like nothing she had ever smelled before, leaving her speechless and her hunger pangs screaming in protest.
"Seriously, Monoma, must you taunt us with the culinary equivalent of a perfect score?" Momo said, a single tear falling as her stomach growled in protest. "That pizza looks like a masterclass in flavor and texture, a true gastronomic triumph!"
"You have no idea," Shoji agreed, his eyes shining with tears of culinary deprivation.
Monoma, reveling in their misery, took a massive slice and bit into it with a flourish. "Mmm! This tastes so good! Oh, I'm sure you guys had your pizza... Oh wait! You didn't, because you failed! HAHAHAHAH!"
Class 1-A's comedic tears flowed freely, their faces contorted in agony. Tokoyami muttered, "Must you rub salt on the wound?"
"Bastard!" Kaminari shouted, his fists clenched in frustration.
"I know Monoma's an asshole, but this is just mean," Izuku said, shaking his head as Monoma took another bite of the enormous slice, the cheese stretching comically.
The sight of Monoma savoring the pizza was like a dagger to their hearts, twisting the knife of their defeat. The aroma wafting from the boxes was a cruel taunt, reminding them of their failed mission and the prize they would never taste.
Tenya, fed up with Monoma's antics, declared, "Dammit, Class A! We will endure! We won't let Monoma get the best of us! Our bellies may be empty, but our wills remain strong! We're heroes! Monoma won't have the pleasure of thinking he's won!"
Class A wiped away their tears, nodding in agreement. "Y-Yeah, that pizza doesn't look so great," Kaminari said, his tone unconvincing.
"Y-Yeah, who needs a dumb pizza?" Kyouka added, her stomach growling.
"It doesn't live up to its taste, don't worry," Momo said, her stomach growling the loudest as she blushed.
Monoma burst into laughter, holding his sides."HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAAHA!"
Itsuka intervened, "Alright, alright, you've had your fun."
Monoma, still chuckling, said, "F-Fine, you didn't knock me out. I guess I'll live up to our deal."
Class A exchanged curious glances, wondering what deal Monoma was referring to.
"A hero shares food with the ungrateful, needy, annoying, and unpleasant," Monoma said, gesturing to Class A, who twitched an eye.
Monoma continued, "So, you can have some boxes. We had Kodai supersized the pizza's to comical portions so there's more than enough for all of us. "
"Trust me, Monoma tried," Shoda added, comically patting his large stomach. As the boys of class B were groaning from their full stomachs.
"So there's more than enough for all of us." Monoma said with condescending smile.
Sero's eyes widened in disbelief. "W-Wait, seriously...?"
Everyone's gaze turned to Yui, who still wore a blank expression. Despite her stoic demeanor, she had gone above and beyond to enlarge the pizzas, ensuring everyone from both classes could enjoy a slice.
"Thank you, Kodai!" the group shouted in unison, their voices filled with gratitude.
As they tossed their hands into the air, the chant began: "Kodai! Kodai! Kodai!"
Yui's expression remained neutral, but she nodded slightly, responding with a simple "Mhm. Mhm."
Itsuka grabbed three boxes and said, "You boys stay here, we'll enjoy our pizzas upstairs in the Class B common room."
The girls followed Itsuka, excitedly chattering. Mina asked, "Aw, you guys for real?!"
Momo clapped her hands, "Kendo, thank you!"
The boys, stunned by their good fortune, lunged at the pizzas like starving animals.
"Wait!" Sero shouted, freezing everyone in place as they lunged for the pizzas.
Confused, they watched as Sero walked up to Mineta and began wrapping him in tape. "Sorry, Mineta, but Shoji and Jirou can unfortunately hear what you do in your room."
The group's faces turned green as they recalled the rumors about Mineta's solo activities. Sero continued, "And by how many times you do it, I'm sorry, Mineta... We'll give you slices, but... I'd prefer not sharing a pizza with you."
The others nodded in agreement, while Mineta cried out in dismay, his arms and legs bound by tape, except for his hands, which Sero left free to hold a slice. "This is unfair! Come on, guys! I wash my hands! Please! I'm not that bad!"
As they dug into the large pizzas, Sero kept his word and fed Mineta, who devoured his slices despite his embarrassment. The group savored the delicious food, grateful for the unexpected treat, while Mineta muttered under his breath, still wrapped in tape.
...
In the Class B common room, the girls sat on couches, savoring their pizza slices.
Itsuka asked, "So, how exactly did you all fail the test?"
The Class A girls, mouths still full of pizza, exchanged glances. Yanagi said, "I mean, with Todoroki and Midoriya on your team, who both have large-scale attacks, it's hard to imagine you all bombing the test."
Yui added, "Uh-huh. Todoroki could have just frozen the dam, while Izuku could have used Diamondhead."
The Class A girls let out a collective sigh, Momo speaking up first. "Yes, we had a foolproof plan. Izuku and I almost secured a victory."
Ochako nodded in agreement. "Yeah, with Dekiru's quick thinking and Momo's guidance, Todoroki froze off the dam, and we were so close."
Setsuna raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Sounds like you guys had a solid plan, so how did you botch it?"
In unison, the Class A girls responded, "Bakugou."
The Class B girls raised an eyebrow, surprised by the unanimous answer. "I don't care what the teachers said, it was that asshole's fault!" Kyouka exclaimed.
"We nearly all drowned because of him," Tsuyu added.
"That arrogant ass couldn't work with us, constantly screaming 'Flawless victory' and 'Die, Deku'!" Toru said, mocking Bakugou's expression.
Shiozaki chimed in, "I know he has anger issues, but isn't he one of the top 3 in your class? I thought, besides his personality, he was an exemplary hero."
The Class A girls sighed. "Look, I don't like the guy, but he's smart, his Quirk is pretty cool... but yeesh!" Kyouka said.
"His personality is hot garbage, and he's the biggest prick in the world," Toru added.
"When the term 'Midoriya' comes into earshot, he loses his shit!" Toru exclaimed.
Itsuka thought about it. "I guess when he found out Izuku got first place, he hunted him like a rabbit, demanding an explanation."
"Oh, right, you should've seen it on the first day. He tried attacking Dekiru after Dekiru showed off his Quirk," Ochako said.
" Luckily, Izuku's princess came in and flipped Bakugou, pinning him. That was awesome!" Kyouka said.
Ochako blushed, holding her red cheeks. "I just used some of the movements Itsuka taught me."
"Then there was the battle trial. The explosive psycho hunted Midori down. I mean, Midori knew he was going to hunt him down, and he ended up losing, but still," Mina said.
"I've never seen anyone have such a hate boner for someone,"Toru said.
"But I thought Midoriya would at least try to work with him," Hagakure said.
"Deku tried, but he hit him!" Ochako exclaimed, Class B widening in shock.
"Like, bam! Out of nowhere, he just hit him! No reason at all!" Ochako gestured.
"Mhm, sounds like bully and victim to me," Setsuna said, eating a slice before explaining.
"I mean, unprovoked attacks, name-calling, any form of success drives the bully insane... all the tale-tell signs of a bully and victim."
"C'mon Setsuna, you don't really think they'd allow a bully into UA, do you? I mean, bullying is a serious thing," Tsuyu said, raising an eyebrow.
...
"C'mon Setsuna, you don't really think they'd allow a bully into UA, do you? I mean, bullying is a serious thing," Tsuyu said, raising an eyebrow.
"I mean, sure, Bakugou has problems, but we don't know the full story. Making speculations isn't fair, and Izuku-chan isn't exactly the most open person," Tsuyu continued.
"I mean, sure, Izuku-chan is amazing, but there's a lot we don't know about him. Like, a couple of weeks ago, we found out he has an alien device on his wrist. Whenever the topic of Quirks comes up, he always seems uncomfortable talking about his own. Ribbit. He may seem like an open book, but sometimes it feels like there's a lot he's keeping from us," Tsuyu said, her expression thoughtful.
Ochako nodded, considering Tsuyu's words. Her tone softened a little. "I guess so... when I asked him about his relationship with Bakugou, he just said they were 'old friends' who had a bad falling out."
Momo and Kyouka exchanged a knowing glance before Kyouka muttered under her breath, "Falling out my ass."
Yui's eyes narrowed. "Wait, you two know something, don't you?"
Momo choked on her tea, and Kyouka flinched before they shook their heads rapidly. "Uh... No, sorry, not a clue," Kyouka said hastily.
Momo added, "Sorry, but all I can say is it's not our place to say. Midoriya's not at fault. Bakugou can't just accept that Izuku's not the same person from middle school."
The girls nodded, confusion etched on their faces. Yanagi's words hung in the air, her elbows locked against her body, hands dangling limply.
"You guys really care for him, don't you?" Yanagi asked, her tone laced with curiosity. "I mean, you always blush when he's mentioned, and you seem to enjoy talking to him."
Kinoko chimed in, a sly grin spreading across her face. "I can see why Yaoyorozu fell head over heels for him - I mean those custom glasses? If a guy did that for me shroom!" She gushed over the idea squealing."I'd honestly let him spread his spores all over me."
Momo's face turned a deep shade of crimson as she shifted uncomfortably in her seat, her posture rigid and refined.
"I-I haven't fallen for Izuku, we're just friends," she stammered, her voice laced with a hint of aristocratic disdain. "The glasses were... impressive, and I'm still searching for a suitable way to express my gratitude. And, of course, his... flustered state is somewhat... endearing." She coughed delicately, attempting to suppress her blush.
Momo lifted her teacup to her lips, taking a dainty sip, her hands trembling slightly as she tried to compose herself. Her eyes darted away, avoiding eye contact.
Toru forced a smile, her eyes avoiding direct contact, her shoulders tensing slightly as she spoke. "Y-Yeah, I mean, he probably likes someone else... I don't feel that way." She fidgeted with her sleeve, her fingers twisting the fabric nervously.
"Midoriya's a distraction, but I'm too busy for romance. Honestly, I'd be relieved if one of you dated him." Ibara said, her eyes fixed on her book, avoiding eye contact.
Pony scratched her head, a faint blush rising to her cheeks. "I'm just concerned as a friend... he was really kind to me when I struggled with Japanese."
Mina smiled, giggling nervously. "I just like teasing him, that's all... don't get the wrong idea!"
Ochako fidgeted, avoiding eye contact. "I mean, Dekiru's amazing, but I doubt he's thinking about relationships. We've been friends forever, and I don't want things to get awkward... he's just a friend, really." Her hands fluttered, barely keeping her fingers from tangling together.
Kinoko spoke up, a hint of a smile on her face, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Mh, maybe that's great. I don't feel like dealing with a weird love pentagon or whatever. And plus, the guy seems like a total All Might fanboy, totally not boyfriend material..."
As she glanced around the group, her gaze lingered on Midoriya's absent face, a tiny, involuntary smile playing on her lips. "I mean, we're all friends, and he gets so flustered and anxious around just one girl. Can you imagine if he thought you all liked him?"
Her thoughts were a mix of teasing humor and a faint, unacknowledged appreciation for Midoriya's quirks. She couldn't help but think, "He's kinda cute when he's all flustered, but still, not my type..." But beneath that, a more serious concern lingered: "If Midoriya actually chose only one of them, I don't want my friends fighting among themselves... I don't want to lose my friends over a boy again."
The girls thought about it as they thought about it before laughing the idea off.
The girls chuckled, dismissing the idea. "No way, I'm not fighting over who started dating Dekiru. You guys are my friends," Ochako said with a smile.
"Exactly," Tsuyu agreed. "I had a brief crush on Izu-chan, but I'd choose you guys over any guy any day."
Ochako nodded in agreement. "And hey, attending an All Might convention with him could be fun. Just imagine him geeking out all day!"
Yui's eyes sparkled with amusement. "A full day of Izuku being an adorable nerd? Count me in."
Her friends teased her, "You have it bad, girl!"
Yui shrugged, her expression neutral but her eyes still sparkling. "When he gets excited, I don't need to worry about conversation. He'll just talk for hours, and that's entertaining enough for me."
Itsuka's face turned a lovely shade of pink as she gushed, "He's actually incredible on a date! He won't do the typical romantic gestures like bringing flowers, but he'll take you to all your favorite spots, even if you only mentioned them in passing."
Momo smiled knowingly, and Itsuka continued, "And honestly, he's just so captivating when he's comfortable! He's still a bit of an awkward mess, but in a charming way." She had to pause and collect herself, her chest fluttering with excitement.
Kyouka couldn't help but notice the rapid heartbeats of both girls. Itsuka then added, "I thought it would be weird and awkward, but it was actually... fun." She quickly clamped her hand over her mouth, realizing what she had just admitted.
The room fell silent, as if the girls had been hit by a truck. Ochako's eyes widened in surprise, mixed with shock and disappointment. Kyouka looked away, a flicker of disappointment crossing her face. Ibara looked up from her book, blinked in surprise, and then returned to reading. Mina gave a supportive smile and a thumbs-up, but despite her and Toru's encouraging gestures, they both felt like screaming in frustration.
"Wait, you guys went on a date with Dekiru?" Ochako asked, her voice laced with surprise and a hint of disappointment.
Momo and Itsukq glanced at each other blushing before looking away. Feeling somewhat guilty before downplaying it.
Momo and Itsuka exchanged a swift, sheepish glance, their faces coloring with a gentle blush before they promptly looked away, their guilty expressions speaking volumes.
"It wasn't a date... we were just hanging out," Itsuka said, her voice laced with a hint of nervousness.
Momo added, "He was just escorting me, it wasn't anything serious," her tone casual, but unconvincing.
Ochako's eyes widened, a pang of sadness striking her heart. But she refused to show her true emotions, forcing a bright smile instead. "Oh, that's... um... great!" she stammered, her voice barely above a whisper, struggling to sound convincing. "I'm happy for you..." The words trailed off, her forced enthusiasm faltering.
Yui, attempting to break the awkward silence, asked point-blank, "So, how was it? I mean, what exactly did he do? I need to know what to expect when I take him out for you." Her blunt words hung in the air, leaving everyone stunned.
Mouths agape, the group froze, their thoughts echoing in unison: "She's so blunt!" The sudden candor was a stark contrast to the previous awkwardness, leaving them all wondering what to say next.
Momo and Itsuka's faces turned a bright shade of red as they exchanged a nervous glance. Ibara peeked out from behind her book, curiosity getting the better of her. "I'll admit, I'm curious."
Mina chimed in, enthusiasm bubbling over, "I mean, finally some actual girl talk? Let's do it!"
Kyouka added, her voice laced with a hint of mischief, "You know we're not gonna stop till you tell us."
The girls conceded, and Momo and Itsuka regaled them with stories of their dates. As they spoke, their faces lit up with bright smiles, and their eyes sparkled with delight.
Momo chuckled, "His face was so red!"
Itsuka gushed, "I couldn't believe he got us VIP passes!" The usually tomboyish Itsuka was unrecognizable, her girlish excitement captivating the group.
As the girls listened, their initial envy briefly dissipated, replaced by a flutter in their chests. They couldn't help but be charmed by Izuku's thoughtful gestures and genuine kindness.
Mina's eyes sparkled alongside Toru's, happy to see their friends so joyful. Ochako's forced smile faltered, her heart skipping a beat as she imagined Izuku's sweet expressions. Kyouka's blush deepened, her eyes locked onto Momo and Itsuka's radiant faces. Tsuyu's stoic demeanor softened, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. Yui's blunt exterior hid a growing curiosity, and Ibara's book lay forgotten, her attention captivated by the conversation.
As the conversation continued, Ochako's curiosity got the better of her. She felt a flutter in her chest as she wondered, "What kind of date would we go on?" Her face flushed at the thought, and she couldn't help but glance at Itsuka and Momo, who were still gushing over their experiences.
For a moment, Ochako felt a pang of wistfulness, her eyes clouding over with a hint of sadness. She didn't want to intrude on the happy moment, so she subtly excused herself, slipping out of the room unnoticed.
...
Izuku waddled out of the common room, his belly full to bursting with pizza. The other boys were still sprawled on the couch, groaning in agony from overeating. Kirishima clutched his stomach, gasping, "So... much... pizza..." Shoto breathed heavily, his face pale, while Tenya struggled to order the others back to their dorm rooms.
Izuku chuckled, feeling a faint blush rise to his cheeks. "Man, that pizza was delicious. I need to thank Yui for that..." He ambled towards his room, his stomach protesting with each step.
As he approached his door, he spotted a familiar brunette standing outside, lost in thought. "Ochako?" Izuku asked, confusion etched on his face.
Ochako turned, her eyes meeting Izuku's, a soft expression on her face. She seemed to be deep in contemplation, and Izuku wondered what was on her mind. He slowed his approach, not wanting to startle her, and waited for her to speak.
"Oh! Uh, Dekiru!" Ochako exclaimed, parting her bobbed hair before turning to him. A beat of silence followed, with Ochako gazing at Izuku still standing in his doorway. "Hi?" he asked, somewhat confused. "Is there something you needed?"
Before Ochako could respond, Izuku's stomach growled loudly, betraying his fullness. "Guess you enjoyed your meal," Ochako teased, giggling.
Izuku's face turned sheepish. "Y-Yeah, I kinda wanna lie down."
Ochako's gaze lingered on him for a moment before she looked down, seemingly unable to meet his eye. "Dekiru... You know I think you're amazing, right?" she said, her face flushing red. She mentally urged herself to be more direct, but her words tumbled out in a charming, if slightly awkward, manner.
"Just tell him, get out there and get over with it!" she thought to herself. "Like, ya inspire me, like really... You're, uh, my best friend, and I... uh..." Ochako scratched behind her head, her Kansai accent growing thicker.
"I mean, you're super sweet, smart... I-I kinda think you're cute," Ochako said, clearly flustered. Izuku's eyes widened in surprise, his face blooming with a deep blush.
Ochako's eyes locked onto Izuku's, her face scrunched up in a mix of nervousness and determination. She took a deep breath, her shoulders squaring as she tried to force out the words.
"Like... you ain't gotta... I mean, you're like... I uhm..." Her voice trailed off, her cheeks flushing bright pink as she struggled to speak.
Her hands fidgeted at her sides, her fingers twisting together in a anxious knot. She swallowed hard, trying to dislodge the lump forming in her throat. "C'mon, just three words," she thought, her mind racing.
Izuku's wide-eyed gaze only made her more flustered. She took another deep breath, her words tumbling out in a rush.
"I mean, you're funny, sweet, so kind, and gosh, like you inspire me like a ton, like ya get me all flustered an' stuff!" Her accent grew thicker, her Kansai inflections more pronounced as she spoke.
As she finished, Ochako's face went beet red, her eyes darting down to avoid Izuku's gaze. She shifted her weight, her feet shuffling awkwardly as she struggled to continue. "And I...I..." Her voice caught, the words sticking in her throat like glue.
With a Herculean effort, she forced out the final sentence, her voice barely above a whisper. She couldn't say it what she really wanted to.
"I think ya're really cool, Dekiru! An' ya did a great job leadin' today, even with Bakugou bein' a bit of a handful." Her eyes remained fixed on the floor, her face burning with embarrassment.
The silence that followed was oppressive, Ochako's discomfort palpable. She mumbled something about leaving, her face still red, before turning to flee.
Izuku's words stopped her in her tracks - "H-Hey Ochako..."
Ochako froze, her back still turned to Izuku. She didn't want to face him, not now, not when her emotions were in turmoil. "I like your accent," Izuku said, his voice gentle, unaware of the storm brewing inside her.
Ochako's eyes widened, her hand flying to her mouth as if to trap the words that threatened to spill out. She turned and ran, her mind racing with thoughts. "God, I was so flustered, I wasn't thinking! And he heard me!"
As she fled, her cheeks burned with embarrassment. "What am I doing?! I almost confessed! When I heard about those two going on a date, I thought I lost my chance... God, I'm not the jealous type!" She berated herself, her thoughts a jumbled mix of emotions.
Ochako slowed to a stop, her eyes downcast. "Dekiru probably has enough on his plate... Having a girlfriend will just get in his way... Maybe I need to suppress these feelings..." She tried to convince herself, but her heart rebelled against the idea.
"If I confess, it'll just complicate things... He barely has experience with girls liking him... If I say something, I'll just stress him out... He'll feel guilty having to choose..." Ochako's thoughts swirled, her mind torn between her feelings and her desire to protect Izuku from the complications of a relationship.
Izuku's eyes followed Ochako's retreating form, his face aglow with a gentle blush. "Wh-What was that?" he wondered, replaying their encounter in his mind. "She almost looked like she wanted to... say something more."
As he entered his room, Izuku couldn't shake off the feeling that Ochako had been on the verge of confessing her feelings. "Did she want to say something... or was it just my imagination?" He flopped onto his bed, his thoughts racing with possibilities.
"Ah, man, I just wish I knew what she wanted to say!" Izuku exclaimed, his mind whirling with excitement. "She clearly wanted to say something else... But what? From the way she acted, it almost looked like she wanted to confess..."
Izuku's face grew hotter as he blushed furiously. "Stop it, Izuku! No way she likes you like that... She was just being herself... She probably wanted to cheer me up." But his thoughts betrayed him, lingering on the memory of Ochako's flustered state. "But she looked so flustered, her face was so red, and she barely could look me in the eye..."
As sleep began to claim him, Izuku's thoughts whispered a tantalizing possibility: "M-Maybe she does... Like me...?" The idea left him with a warm, fuzzy feeling, and a gentle smile on his lips as he drifted off to sleep.
...
Izuku slept peacefully, his drool dripping onto the pillow, his messy hair a tangled mess from a restful slumber. Suddenly, a knock at the door broke the silence, and Izuku slowly rose from his cozy bed. "Dekiru... It's me, I-I was kinda hoping we could finish our conversation from yesterday," Ochako's soft voice came from the other side of the door, filled with a hint of nervousness.
Izuku rubbed the sleep from his eyes, still trying to shake off the drowsiness. He stumbled out of bed, his legs wobbly, and made his way to the door. "U-Uh, right, coming," he mumbled to himself, trying to compose himself.
As he opened the door, he was met with Ochako's bright red face, her eyes darting to the floor as soon as their gazes met. "S-So, I-I was trying to say something, but I kinda chickened out," she stammered, her hands clutching the hem of her skirt.
Izuku's face turned a shade of red as he tried to reassure her. "O-Oh, uhm... I-If you want to say something, we can talk later," he said, trying to sound calm.
But Ochako's determination was palpable. "N-No... I-I want to say this now. When I heard you went on a date with Itsuka and Momo... I just... I don't think I can keep this in anymore," she said, her voice trembling.
Izuku's heart skipped a beat as Ochako's ears turned bright red. She took a deep breath, her voice barely above a whisper. "I-Izuku, I... I want..."
Without warning, she flung herself into his arms, her warm body pressing against his. Izuku, caught off guard, hesitantly wrapped his arms around her, feeling his heart race like never before.
As they stood there, Ochako's face buried in his shoulder, her voice was muffled. "I... I want..."
Izuku's ears strained to hear the rest, but it was lost in the gentle pressure of her embrace. "I-I didn't get that..." he whispered, his heart pounding in anticipation.
"I want..." She clutched him tighter, her arms wrapping around him like a vice.
"Y-Yeah..." Izuku said gulping his heart felt like it was about to leap out of his chest.
"I want... I want..." Ochako's voice came through her face burning, Izuku could feel her heart beating against her chest,
"...Out."
"Huh?" Izuku asked his confusion evident. Before voice before nervous stuttering was now clear and firm.
"I want out."
Izuku unsure if he heard her correctly asked for clarification.
"Uh... Can you repeat that? I don't think I heard you correctly." Izuku said, his brow furrowed. Ochako's response sent shivers down his spine. As her voice came out in a menacing raspy tone.
"I want out."
Izuku's fear spiked as he tried to break free from the hug, but Ochako's grip was like a vice."O-Ochako let me go!" He pleaded his voice cracking a little.
Her response was a low menacing chuckle."You want me to let you go? Let me out!" She commanded as she looked him dead in the eyes revealing her black eyes her pupils glowing an eerie purple with cracks spreading from the edges.
Izuku stumbled back his heart racing as he desperatley tried to process the terror before him. He turned and ran, his feet pounding the floor as he fled to the common room. The place bustling with conversation from class A and B. But when Izuku entered an eerie silence fell.
"Guys something's wrong with Ochako!" Izuku said in a desperate tone. But when turned around he's fear intensified, class A and B eyes transformed similar to Ochako's as they slowly closed on him.
"You can't get away from me." Momo's voice slithered into his ear like a snake, her words dripping with venom. She seemed to materialize out of thin air, her breath cold against his skin, her eyes gleaming with malice as she emerged from the shadows behind him, making Izuku spin around with a startled jerk.
Izuku's fear reached a fever pitched as he activated One For All, his mind reeling with the impossible reality.
"Always the hero." Tenya sneered.
"What a waste of potential." Tsuyu crouched on the ceiling above Izuku her voice dripping with malevolence.
The world shattered as a pale hand burst through the floor, its icy grip enveloping Izuku's entire body. He tried to struggle, but the hand's hold was unyielding, pulling him down into darkness. As he looked up, his blood ran cold at the sight of Ghostfreak's purple eye, its malevolent glare piercing through the shadows, filling him with unspeakable horror.
"You want to be hero? Then get me out!" His grip was like a vice crushing him.
Izuku's eyes snapped open, wide with terror, as he jolted awake, his face dripping with toxic sweat. He tumbled out of bed, his heart racing wildly, and crashed onto the floor with a thud, his breath coming in ragged gasps.
...
Izuku yawned, still trying to shake off the lingering fear of his nightmare. He had given up on sleep and wandered into the common room, where he was greeted by the sound of footsteps. Kyouka and Momo emerged, both yawning, and Kyouka headed straight for the coffee maker.
"Green, you're up early," Kyouka commented, her voice husky with sleep, as she poured herself a cup and snagged a few cookies.
Izuku stretched his arms, trying to shake off the fatigue. "Y-Yeah... couldn't sleep."
Momo raised an eyebrow, concern etched on her face. "You're never up this early, Izuku. You should really prioritize rest, especially with your intense training schedule. You can't afford to miss out on sleep."
Momo and Kyouka exchanged a confused glance. "Dream?" Momo asked, but Izuku quickly brushed it off.
"Don't worry about it. How come you girls are up so early?" he asked, trying to change the subject.
Momo settled in beside him, a book already in hand. "I'm usually up early to enjoy a good book... or two," she said with a smile.
Kyouka sat down on the other side of Izuku, her guitar leaning against the couch. "And I'm up early to write some song lyrics," she added, strumming a soft melody.
Izuku's gaze drifted back to the girls, and his eyes widened as he took in their attire. Kyouka's Deep Dope tank top clung to her chest, accentuating her small but rounded breasts, and Izuku could have sworn he caught a glimpse of her nipple.
Momo's button-up shirt was open, revealing a tantalizing glimpse of her smooth skin and voluptuous breasts, a stark contrast to Kyouka's. The buttons strained to contain her morning stretch, showcasing her uncontained cleavage.
As Izuku's face turned beet red, Kyouka and Momo exchanged a confused glance before realization dawned on them – they weren't wearing anything underneath. The girls' faces flushed with embarrassment as they hastily covered themselves.
"S-Sorry, Izuku! We don't usually get the boys to wake up this early!" Momo exclaimed, her voice trembling. As she used her arms to cover her breasts blushing profusely.
"P-Please, just forget you saw anything," Kyouka added, her face still flushed with embarrassment, as they both quickly retreated from the room.
Izuku remained seated, his eyes fixed on the floor, trying to process the unexpected turn of events.
...
Later, Momo and Kyouka returned, still slightly flushed from their earlier embarrassment. However, they seemed determined to brush off the awkwardness and resume their morning routine. As they settled back into the common room, the atmosphere gradually relaxed.
Izuku brushed his teeth, still trying to shake off the lingering fear of his nightmare. As he spat out the toothpaste, he looked up and suddenly froze.
For a split second, his reflection in the mirror transformed into Ghostfreak's grey skin with black lines and piercing purple eyes.
"Let me out!" his reflection shouted, making Izuku stumble backward in shock.
He rubbed his eyes, and his own reflection returned, but his heart was racing.
"What the...?" he muttered to himself, trying to process what just happened. He took a few deep breaths, trying to calm down.
"Maybe Momo's right, maybe I shouldn't afford to miss out on sleep," he thought, finishing his morning routine.
With his backpack on and ready for class, Izuku headed out, seeking solitude and time to gather his thoughts. He had about an hour and thirty minutes before class began.
As he walked, he heard a gentle voice behind him. "Mh," Yui said, also ready for class.
"Morning, Izuku. You're already ready for school?" Yui asked, her neutral expression a stark contrast to Izuku's sleep-deprived face.
"Y-Yeah, just... hoping to catch a few Z's before class starts," Izuku replied, yawning.
Yui nodded. "Mh. Hope you're getting enough sleep. And I hope you didn't eat too much pizza."
Izuku smiled, remembering the previous night's feast. "I will, oh, and thanks for enlarging the pizzas! I've never been so full. I don't know how to thank you."
Yui's expression remained neutral, but a hint of playfulness crept into her voice. "I know one way."
She opened her arms, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Hug me."
Izuku's face flushed bright crimson as he stuttered, "Y-Yui, I'm gonna be late!"
Yui made a cute growling noise, her arms still open. "Fine."
Izuku hesitated, his face growing even redder, before he opened his arms.
"No, you walk up to me and hug me," Yui commanded.
Izuku's face turned an even deeper shade of red before he reluctantly walked up to Yui and hugged her. She wrapped her arms around him, enjoying the warm embrace.
"Yay," she said, a small blush forming on her cheeks.
Izuku, still blushing, asked, "T-T-There, can I go now?"
Yui nodded, her expression returning to neutral. "Mh."
Izuku walked out and began strolling to class 1-A he walked with some students early birders like himself heading to class.
"Izuku." A raspy voice said in the distance of sea of students he looked around frantically before catching something flying past.
He ignored this before quickly heading back to class.
...
"That's totally unfair!" Mineta shouted, his face red with rage as he glared at his phone. "How come they have fucking fangirls! It's so unjust!"
He was seething with anger, his eyes scanning the article with disgust. "Dekiru 10 fanclub vs Shoto Todoroki fan club: A debate on whose the most hottest UA first year hottie." The title alone made his blood boil.
"Ugh, why do they get all the attention?!" Mineta exclaimed, his voice trembling with frustration. "I'm the one who's been working hard, perfecting my Pop Off technique! But do I get any recognition? No!"
He scowled at the pictures of the fangirls, dressed in Izuku and Todoroki's styles. "I get Todoroki, but why him?! WHY?! He's just a stupid, stoic, ice-boy! And Midoriya's just a... a... Dork!"
Mineta's friends took a step back, wary of his explosive outburst. But Mineta didn't care. He was too far gone, consumed by his own anger and frustration.
"I mean, come on, he's got credentials!" Kaminari started to list off Izuku's achievements. "He fought the Hero Killer, saved an entire school, beat Todoroki, beat Bakugou, saved us at USJ, and even beat All Might's record!"
But before Kaminari could continue, Mineta's glare cut him off. Mineta's face turned beet red with rage as he slammed his fist on the table.
"I don't get it! He's a nerd, all he talks about is All Might! How the hell is he getting babes? I mean, what's so special about him? He's just a lucky, awkward, little dork Im the one with chrasmia!" Mineta shouted, his voice dripping with envy and disdain.
"It must be those girls from that school! They must have fallen for Midoriya's 'hero' act, and now he's taking advantage of them! He's grooming them, preying on their vulnerable state! This should be illegal!" Mineta exclaimed, his eyes wide with indignation.
Kaminari took a step back, startled by Mineta's outburst. "Dude, calm down, it's not like that..." he tried to reason, but Mineta wouldn't listen.
Jirou's irritation grew, echoed by the other girls. "Your existence should be illegal," she snapped. "And besides, Midoriya is far more appealing to any girl than you'll ever be."
Kaminari and Sero exchanged a look and said, "Ooh!"
Mineta sneered, "Flatties don't get a say in this."
Iida tilted his head, confused. "Flatties? What does that mean?"
"Huhh?!" Jirou said in anger."H-How dare you!" Kyouka said in anger.
Jirou looked ready to murder him, her jacks slithering as Iida tilted his head I'm confusion.
Kaminari clarified, "Small boobs, man."
Mineta scorned, "Yeah, small, nonexistent boobs, like Jirou."
Kyouka stepped forward, she looked ready to kill the little imp. "How dare you!"
Iida intervened, "How rude. Breasts are breasts, and one shouldn't get hung up on relative size."
Tenya Iida added, "Try walking a mile in someone else's shoes, Mineta. How would you feel if girls commented on your...small nature?"
Mina chimed in, "Huh? Iida, we comment on Mineta's short stature all the time."
Kyouka agreed, "Yeah, I call him 'imp' or 'shorty' every chance I get."
Tenya Iida clarified, "I'm not referring to his height."
The boys who shared a changing room with Mineta struggled to contain their laughter, their faces turning bright red as they bit their lips and looked away, trying to stifle their grins. Kaminari and Sero were shaking their heads, their eyes watering from holding back tears of laughter. Tokoyami was covering his mouth, his shoulders shaking with suppressed chuckles.
Mineta shouted in dismay, "Iida!" realizing too late what Tenya was implying.
Mineta's face turned a deep shade of crimson as he spluttered, "I-I'll have you know, my little Mineta is average size!"
Sero couldn't resist taking a jab, "Calling it your 'little' Mineta is a 'big' understatement."
Tokoyami chimed in, shaking his head, "Average size... Pfft." Tokoyami glanced at Mineta."...Sure."
Koda held up a sign that read "There's nothing to be ashamed about" He held up the sign with such sincerity.
The boys' teasing was too much for Mineta, and he felt his embarrassment reach new heights.
The girls, who had been watching the exchange, quickly caught on and tried to stifle their giggles, but it was too late.
Mineta's face turned an even deeper shade of red as he realized he was the laughing stock of the group.
"Sh-shut up! All of you!" Mineta shouted, trying to regain some dignity, but it only seemed to make things worse. The boys' laughter grew louder, and even the girls couldn't help but join in, their snickers and giggles filling the air.
Shoto, who had been quietly reading his book, looked up and said, "It's not fun when you're at the receiving end of it." He was the only one who hadn't joined in the mockery, but his comment carried weight.
Todoroki's words struck a chord, "I mean, you make blatant sexual remarks about the girls. Maybe before you start commenting on their physique, think about how the other person feels. Your comments can be demeaning, like what you just demonstrated with Jirou."
The class nodded in agreement, and the girls began to speak up.
"Yeah, just because she doesn't have the biggest doesn't make her any less pretty!" Ochako shouted.
Mina chimed in, "Yeah, Mineta, you insensitive asshole! Not everyone likes your comments!"
Tsuyu added, "Grow up, Mineta. Ribbit."
Toru, who had often been the subject of Mineta's perversion, spoke up, "I'm tired of being objectified by you, Mineta. It's not funny, it's just gross."
Momo, another frequent target of Mineta's comments, added, "I agree with Toru. Your comments make me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Please stop."
...
Mineta, still reeling from his humiliation, remained silent, his gaze fixed on the floor. Meanwhile, Ochako noticed Izuku's distant expression, his eyes staring out the window as he held his head in his hand. She approached him, concern etched on her face, and gently tapped his shoulder.
Izuku startled, jerking back as if he'd seen a ghost. "Woah, y-you okay?" Ochako asked, her voice laced with worry. "You look like you've seen a ghost."
Izuku rubbed his eyes, trying to shake off the haze. "Yeah, sorry... just a little weirded out by that Ghostfreak nightmare."
Ochako's expression turned sympathetic. "Ghostfreak nightmare?" she pressed, her voice soft with concern.
Izuku yawned, trying to brush it off. "Yeah, but I'm fine... just a little tired."
Ochako's eyes lingered on his face, her gaze filled with understanding. "Okay, when you need someone to talk to, I'm here for you... don't worry."
Just then, Aizawa entered the classroom, his presence commanding attention. "Alright, class. Let's get started. Today's lesson will be on—"
The rest of the class snapped back to attention, the tension in the room dissipating as they refocused on the lesson at hand.
...
"Alright, let's get down to business," Aizawa began. "Over the next few weeks, we'll be having guidance counseling sessions with Hound Dog. Your internships have given you a taste of what it's like to be a hero. Some of you may have realized you made a poor choice, while others may have discovered a new path. We'll be discussing what kind of hero you want to be..."
Suddenly, a raspy voice echoed through the room, making Izuku's eyes widen in shock. "Izuku."
He frantically scanned the room, his gaze darting towards the light bulbs, where he caught a glimpse of his own purple eye - the same eye he saw when he transformed into Ghostfreak.
The lights flickered and then shattered, sending shards of glass raining down on the class. Kyouka yelped, diving under her table for cover.
"Kaminari, what are you doing?!" she cried.
But Izuku knew the truth. "It wasn't Kaminari, it was Ghostfreak!" he exclaimed, his voice trembling.
The class exchanged knowing glances, thinking Izuku was just trying to take the fall for Kaminari. "Aww, come on Izuku, you don't have to cover for him," one of them said, chuckling.
Aizawa intervened, his voice firm. "Alright, let's leave this classroom for now. We'll have Principal Nezu arrange for someone to clean up the mess."
As the class filed out, they whispered among themselves, admiring Izuku's selflessness. "He's always looking out for others, even if it means taking the blame himself." Izuku wasn't just taking the blame it was Ghostfreak. Fear creeping into him.
...
The Heroics class finally arrived, and Izuku's preoccupation with Ghostfreak didn't go unnoticed by All Might. "Young Midoriya, I know what's bothering you," All Might said, his voice tinged with concern.
Izuku hesitated, unsure how to share his secret. "You feel I was too harsh with you and Yaoyorozu yesterday?" All Might ventured, trying to guess the reason.
Izuku quickly shook his head. "No, it's not that, All Might. I understand what you were trying to say. It's just... something else. I'll tell you later, okay?"
All Might's eyes narrowed slightly, but he smiled and nodded. "O-Oh, alright. We'll talk later, then."
Izuku jogged off to join his classmates, leaving All Might to wonder what was really on his mind.
...
After All Might explained the day's training exercise, Izuku, Mina, Ochako, and Toru found themselves in a maze-like building, struggling to navigate the hallways. Toru was playing the role of hostage, while Bakugou, Momo, Kirishima, and Tokoyami were the heroes trying to rescue her.
"Oh, help me! These terrifying villains are going to do unspeakable things to me!" Toru exclaimed, trying to stifle a giggle.
Mina, grinning mischievously, threatened, "Shut up, or I'll incinerate you, hostage!"
Ochako chimed in, "And if you don't, I'll send you floating away like a balloon!" The girls were barely containing their laughter.
Izuku smiled at the scene before turning serious. "Alright, let's get down to business. We need to capture the heroes. Midori, you're on Bakugou duty."
"Uraraka, you're our best bet against Kirishima. Just keep him at bay and use the capture tape," Izuku instructed.
Ochako nodded, and Mina added, "While I escort our precious hostage to the safe zone."
Hagakure, still in character, pleaded, "Oh no, please! Someone save me from these fiends!"
Just then, explosions echoed through the hallways, signaling Bakugou's approach. "Ah, speak of the devil... here comes Bakugou!" Mina said.
Izuku nodded, activating the Omnitrix. It stopped at the silhouette of a humanoid alien with armor, but before he could transform, an explosion obscured the scene. The girls coughed, and Izuku felt himself being grabbed and slammed into the wall with incredible force.
"Gah...!" Izuku's cry was muffled as his face was pressed against the wall, his arms and legs splayed out helplessly.
Mina's voice was cut off mid-sentence, "Oh no, Midori—"
Bakugou's voice echoed through the hallway, "Shut up and let me save you, Transparent extra!"
As Izuku struggled to catch his breath, he saw Bakugou's angry face through the dust and debris, his eyes blazing with determination.
...
Toru stuck out her tongue, annoyed, as Kirishima burst through the smoke, grinning. "Oh, trying to make up for yesterday's botched exercise?" he teased, his eyes sparkling with friendly banter.
Izuku's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with frustration. He coughed, his patience wearing thin."Are you serious?" Izuku thought out loud.
Bakugou charged forward, explosions erupting around him. "Will we secure a victory? Now move, extras! I'll hold off these heroes and Deku!" he bellowed, his voice echoing off the walls.
As Bakugou tossed Hagakure into the air, Darkshadow grabbed her and pulled her to safety. "Crap, Toru!" Izuku shouted, his concern momentarily overriding his frustration.
With a fierce determination, Izuku slammed his hand onto the Omnitrix. The hallway erupted in a green flash, and Ghostfreak emerged, his presence both unexpected and terrifying.
"No, no, no! I didn't pick you!" Izuku stuttered, his fear palpable.
Bakugou sneered, "Ha! Of course you'd pick the freak!" Kirishima chuckled, "Not exactly the most manly choice, Midoriya, but I guess it'll do!"
Undeterred, Bakugou launched himself at Ghostfreak, unleashing a barrage of explosions that shook the hallway. But Ghostfreak was unfazed. With a swift, violent motion, he grabbed Bakugou's throat and slammed him to the ground, the impact cracking the floor.
Bakugou's eyes bulged, his face purpling as he struggled to breathe. Ghostfreak's grip tightened, his hand trembling with ferocity. The air was heavy with tension, the only sound Bakugou's ragged gasps and the creaking of the floor beneath him.
...
Ghostfreak's ghostly form crackled with purple electricity, his presence radiating an aura of malevolence. Bakugou's eyes widened as Ghostfreak's grip tightened, his spirit energy constricting like a vice.
With a sudden, violent motion, Ghostfreak slammed Bakugou into the floor, the impact sending shockwaves through the ground. Then, in a swift and merciless motion, Ghostfreak hurled Bakugou upwards, slamming him through the ceiling and into the floor above. Bakugou's body crashed through the concrete, his coughing fits punctuated by bloody spatters on the walls.
Ghostfreak's grip closed around Bakugou's neck once more, lifting him upwards before slamming him down again, this time with enough force to crack the floor beneath him. Bakugou's arm twisted at an awkward angle, a faint crack echoing through the air.
"Bakugou!" Kirishima shouted, horror etched on his face.
Ghostfreak's intangible form allowed him to dodge Kirishima's fist with ease. With a swift, merciless motion, he tossed Bakugou into a nearby wall, the impact sending Bakugou's body crashing through the concrete.
Bakugou slumped, his body battered, his coughs weak and bloody. Ghostfreak's malevolent energy swirled around him, his presence a manifestation of raw, unbridled violence.
...
"Dude, the hell, that's going way too far!" Kirishima shouted, his voice echoing through the air.
"You are so annoying. So oblivious. So ignorant," Ghostfreak sneered, his purple eyes glaring at Kirishima with contempt.
Ghostfreak's claws swiped through the air, and Kirishima hardened his body, but Ghostfreak's slashes cut through him like butter, leaving deep gashes in his skin. The slash strikes left Kirishima bleeding and reeling, his hardened skin cracking like a broken brick.
Ghostfreak cocked back his fist and sent powerful punches towards Kirishima, each blow cracking him apart, his skin shattering like porcelain. The sound of each punch echoed through the air, growing more violent with each strike, a sickening crunch that made everyone's stomach turn.
Everyone watched in horror as Kirishima was beaten to a bloody pulp, his body shaking with each blow, his skin a mess of blood and cracks. Even Tokoyami had to stop running, frozen in shock at the brutality of the attack, his eyes wide with fear.
Kirishima was unconscious, but Ghostfreak kept going, his fists relentless, pounding away at Kirishima's broken form. Finally, he turned his gaze to Tokoyami, and the stare alone made his blood run cold, his heart racing with fear.
Ochako's eyes were wide with horror, her face pale and frozen in shock, her hands covering her mouth in a futile attempt to stifle her gasp.
Toru's invisible form was visible only through her eyes, which were wide with fear and disbelief, fixed on Kirishima's battered form.
Mina's eyes filled with tears, her face contorted in a mix of sadness and terror, her gaze darting between Kirishima's broken body and Ghostfreak's menacing form, her lips trembling with fear.
...
"I-I surrender," Tokoyami stammered, his voice trembling with fear.
Ghostfreak vanished and reappeared behind him, his hands turning intangible as he jammed them into Tokoyami's brain. Tokoyami's scream echoed through the halls, a blood-curdling "Aaaa!"
In the observation room, the students watched in horror, their eyes fixed on the monitor as Tokoyami's body crumpled to the ground, only the whites of his eyes visible.
Tenya's face was pale, his eyes wide with shock. Todoroki's eyes were narrowed, his jaw clenched in anger. Tsuyu's hands were covering her mouth, her eyes welling up with tears. Jirou's face was frozen, her eyes fixed on the screen in disbelief.
Midoriya's friends were stunned, unable to comprehend the brutality they were witnessing. They had never seen their friend, the brave and heroic Midoriya, commit such a heinous act. It was as if they were watching a stranger, a monster who had taken over Midoriya's body.
"All-All Might," Tsuyu stuttered, but the man was already gone, heading towards the students with an unsettling determination.
The room was silent, the only sound the heavy breathing of the students as they struggled to process what they had just seen. Their friend, their hero, had become a monster before their very eyes.
...
"What's happened to you, young Midoriya?" All Might thought, his mind racing with concern.
"Dekiru, stop! You're hurting him!" Ochako pleaded, her eyes brimming with tears.
But Ghostfreak just chuckled, his voice sending shivers down everyone's spines. "Dekiru is not here," he said, his eyes gleaming with malevolence as he appeared in front of Ochako, making her stumble back in horror.
The green-haired boy they knew would never take pleasure in hurting others, but now he seemed to relish every moment of it. Bakugou, still coughing, struggled to his feet.
"T-The fuck is wrong with you, you freak?!" he shouted, his anger and fear palpable.
Ghostfreak turned to Bakugou, his arm raised, and then brought it down in a swift, deadly motion. Everyone gasped as Ghostfreak slashed at Bakugou, blood gushing out as he was sent flying backwards, the wall behind him slashed apart. It was clear that the attack was meant to kill.
"What the hell, you freak?!" Bakugou shouted, his voice hoarse from pain and fear.
All Might appeared in an instant, shielding Bakugou from further harm. "Get behind me, young Midoriya! Transform back immediately!" he commanded, but Ghostfreak ignored him, his attention fixed on Bakugou with an unnerving intensity.
...
"Yes, I'm a freak! A Ghostfreak! This is how you always saw me, Kacchan?! A freak better off dead!" Ghostfreak spat, his voice venomous as he sneered at Bakugou.
Momo's eyes widened in horror as she arrived on the scene, just in time to see Ghostfreak's brutal attack. "A worthless, quirkless, useless freak!" he snarled, before vanishing and reappearing in front of Bakugou.
With a swift and deadly motion, Ghostfreak sent massive slashes towards Bakugou, his claws slicing through the air with a chilling screech. All Might shielded Bakugou, but Ghostfreak's ghostly form allowed him to phase through the hero's defenses, his punches and slashes landing with bone-crunching force.
"Dekiru, stop! You're hurting Bakugou!" Ochako screamed, but Ghostfreak just turned to her, his eyes blazing with fury.
"I'm hurting him? IM HURTING HIM?!" he repeated, his voice rising to a deafening roar as he unleashed a flurry of violent attacks on Bakugou.
Ghostfreak's punches shattered Bakugou's ribs, his claws tearing through his skin like paper. All Might tried to shield him, but Ghostfreak's ghostly form allowed him to pass through the hero's defenses, his attacks relentless and merciless.
Bakugou's screams echoed through the room, his body broken and battered as Ghostfreak continued his brutal assault, his violence and fury unstoppable.
...
"DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES HE'S HURT ME?!" Ghostfreak bellowed, his voice echoing off the walls as he appeared out of thin air, his eyes blazing with a fierce anger.
Ochako's eyes widened in shock, Momo's heart broke at the pain in Ghostfreak's voice, and Ashido froze in her tracks, her eyes fixed on the scene unfolding before her.
All Might continued to shield Bakugou, but Ghostfreak's ghostly form allowed him to phase through the hero's defenses, his punch landing with a sickening crunch on Bakugou's already battered body.
"You have no idea what he's done!" Ghostfreak shouted, his voice cracking with emotion. "You have no idea what kind of monster he is! You don't know what he's done to us!"
With each word, Ghostfreak's anger grew, his attacks becoming more ferocious, more relentless. Bakugou tried to flee, but Ghostfreak was always one step ahead, his ghostly form allowing him to appear and disappear at will.
Bakugou's screams echoed through the room, his body broken and battered, as Ghostfreak continued his brutal assault, his fury and pain boiling over like a cauldron of rage.
...
"I may look like a monster, but from where I'm standing, you are the only monster here!" Ghostfreak spat, his eyes blazing with contempt.
"Dekiru!" Ochako shouted, tears streaming down her face, but Ghostfreak just laughed, a condescending sound that sent chills down everyone's spine.
"You have some foolishly notion we're rivals?"
"No, we are not friends."
"We were never friends."
"We are not rivals," he sneered, floating towards Bakugou with an unnerving glare. "He's just a monster who preys on the weak."
'He is no hero. "
" He is just another villain in my story."
The room seemed to fade away, leaving only Ghostfreak's twisted narrative. Bakugou's screams became a distant echo, his battered body a fleeting moment in Ghostfreak's vengeful crusade.
"Like all villains, he should be put down like the dog he is," Ghostfreak declared, his claws brandished like weapons.
In a flash, Ghostfreak's claws sliced through the air, Bakugou's body jerking with each strike. The sound of crunching bone and tearing flesh filled the room, a gruesome symphony that seemed to fuel Ghostfreak's rage.
"This...this is what it feels like..." Bakugou whispered, his voice barely audible through the pain, as Ghostfreak stood over him, claws still raised, his eyes burning with an otherworldly fury.
Just as Ghostfreak was about to deliver the final blow, Momo flung herself into the fray, her arms spread wide in a desperate bid to shield Bakugou. Ghostfreak halted, his claws mere inches from Momo's face, his eyes flashing with a mixture of surprise and hesitation.
"Young Yaoyorozu, get out of the way!" All Might thundered, but Momo stood firm, her eyes locked on Ghostfreak's.
"No!" she exclaimed, her voice trembling. "Because I know, no matter what, you would never hurt me!"
Momo's words struck a chord deep within Ghostfreak, and for a moment, his gaze wavered. His claws, poised to strike, faltered, as if physically unable to harm the girl.
"You would protect it," Ghostfreak said, his voice barely above a whisper.
"I'm protecting my friend!" Momo cried, tears streaming down her face as she pleaded with Ghostfreak. "Please, Izuku, turn back! I'm begging you!"
Momo's words cracked with emotion, her body shaking as she tried to reach out to her friend, to the boy she knew was trapped beneath the monster that Ghostfreak had become.
Ghostfreak seem to struggle to deliver the finishing blow before a beeping could be widened in horror.
"No. The isn't supposed to be a limiter!" He said clutching his head."No, no! I'M NOT GOING BACK!"
A red burst of flash erupted from Ghostfreak everyone had to close their eyes.
"Glad to be back to myself." Izuku said panting heavily he turned around, to his classmates but his surprise they had a horrific, terrified looks on their faces.
"Hey guys I'm-Huh?" Izuku asked why were they so terrified, and what were they looking at? Izuku turned around he's widened and pupils shrunk, as he saw what was in front of him.
"Finally we meet face to face." Ghostfreak said
...
camdawg: Yeah I'm scared too, though I probably won't make it Izuku or I will, I mean the reason why the put them together in Canon was stupid in my opinion.
Guest Justin D: Sorry they won't be an anidotes sorry though I might give the girls the charms of bezel. And Melissa and Mei were going to get Ship, they going to spoil that dog rotten and also fight over him a lot.
Yellowpikmini88: Yeah, I'll give him some consequences when this whole arc has been resolved. Though they won't be severe as this was a training exercise and mistakes are bound to happen, that's how I tried to justify it, but most of the readers have advocated for some consequences and I will.
Neroblaze11: Yeah you're actually right a few of my readers have pointed out how Bakugou wasnt reprimanded enough and I agree, and I'll try for him to face Bakugou and his probably reprimanded in the future. But it's also hard to write Bakugou without expelling the damn prick, I'll try to write better. Though I think for now I atleast should call out the teachers on them not reprimanding Bakugou. And with Shigaraki more like he's going to be a villain for Izuku, not the main villain obviously not, but I think he can still challenge Izuku in some aspects not power more ideologies, as Izuku can see how people's compliance on how All Might will always save the day made them neglect a child on the street, but don't worry he will not be the main villain. And Izuku is going to have a lot of threats well a lot of people trying to kill him. But I am curious on what do you mean he had plot armor?
Guess::If you mean how they can advise each other and improve themselves I can make that work, I can see All Might telling Aizawa that he should give students a chance some nonsense that everyone has potential. Aizawa can give him tips on you know how to actually teach!
Trey Qualls: Thank you! Though I'll have small chapters to have the characters breathe before shit hits the fan and another threat comes knocking hopefully you'll enjoy them.
