Biography:

The son of Lionel Luthor, millionaire founder of Luthorcorp and a ruthless businessman.

Neglected by his parents and eventually hating them, Lex developed sociopathic tendencies from childhood. As soon as he was of legal age he arranged the deaths of his parents in a car crash to inherit their money.

Lex only ever loved his younger sister Lena, a truly sweet and earnest person, and he always did what he thought was best to protect her, but over time she grew horrified at the kind of man he had become, and she distanced herself from him. But he never held it against her, and he never actively sought to damage her in the discreet life she had looked for herself.

Luthor appointed himself the CEO of his father's company and changed its name to Lexcorp. The change was allegedly so the new name would roll of the public tongue better, but in truth Luthor wanted the company to be an homage to his greatness, not his family's.

Luthor raised the company from a national mover and shaker to an international power. He posed in public as a benefactor and man of the people, but in truth supported plenty of wars and sold weapons behind the scenes, in addition to performing cuthroat and downright criminal business strategies.

Luthor's status as the most powerful and best loved man in the United States of America was put in menace by the arrival of Superman, a well intentioned alien who performed acts of massive heroism for the benefit of mankind. Envious, Luthor devoted an obsession with besting Superman, bankrolling the creation of supervillains such as Metallo and Bizarro while maintaning a facade of public philantropy.

Luthor found a strange green rock of unknown origins, which later went to be known as kryptonite, that weakened Superman. Fashioning himself a ring to keep Superman at bay, Luthor subjected himself to radiation poisoning and had to put his brain in a young cloned body to survive. He went under the assumed public identity of his own fictional son, Lex Luthor II.

Class Skills:

Territory Creation: B

He can establish impressive laboratories to work in with swift velocity and equips and staffs them properly.

Item Creation: EX

A genius scientist, he gave his teams of researchers, some of the most intelligent scientists in the world themselves, most of their ideas and even carried them himself better than they could whenever he had time for it. He was labeled a 12th level intellect by New Genesis' Metron.

He would develop, completely on his own, medications for seemingly incurable diseases, just to fill his pockets. He is an expert on robotics, genetics and programming. He also has designed incredible blast weapons, flying attack drones, drilling vehicles, personal jet boosters, intergalactic spaceships, and all other manners of technological wonders, often on scarce resources.

Personal Skills:

Golden Rule: A+

"President? Foolish faceless man; my campaign is a farce. A small part of a much grander scheme. 'President'! Do you know how much power I'd have to give up to be President? That's right, conspiracy buff. I spent 75 million dollars on a fake Presidential campaign, all just to tick Superman off."

The wealthiest man of his time. Even when struck by crises brought by his criminal deeds, he always pulled himself back to the top. He owns billions.

No expense of finances is ever an issue to Lex Luthor, even as a Servant.

Gilgamesh may protest at the rank being this high, but while the Golden King of Uruk lived he only exerted influence on a relatively limited area of Earth, while in a more globalized era Lex Luthor was known and owned assets all over the world.

Information Erasure: B

Nothing could be pinned on him through decades and decades of misdeeds, felonies, and crimes all over the world and beyond. When he leaves a battlefield, his allies won't forget his presence, but surviving enemies will, and all physical evidence of his actions is deleted.

Servants with B+ or plus ranked Magic Resistance, or the Eye of the Mind skill, will just shrug the effects of this skill off.

Artificial Monstrous Strength: A

This Skill only works in Luthor's Second and Third Ascensions. When donning the Kryptonian battlesuit, he gains A ranked Strength and Endurance, needed to fight Superman, but his Speed decreases to D. He only remains vulnerable in his Achilles' heel, his face, which is uncovered due to his ego.

Noble Phantasm:

The Black Ring: A

Anti-World.

During the Blackest Night crisis, Luthor found himself briefly in the possession of Agent Larfleeze's Orange Ring. Unsatisfied with this taste, he sought the source of a more forbidden, enigmatic power, that of the Black Power Rings forged by Necron and wielded by his Black Lantern Corps.

Through this Noble Phantasm, Luthor harnesses the might of several spheres of said power. He becomes a physical god of sorts with a glowing body. He could destroy virtually any Servant with a thought and a wave of his hand in his direction, and even perform minor reality warping feats. He also sends his enemies to an alternative dimension known as the Phantom Zone with such a gesture, and he freely causes them to hallucinate nightmares to throw them off balance and break them psychologically. However, the effect of the Noble Phantasm is short and consumes its mana too quickly, although when it is over Luthor is none the worse for the wear.

Start of Battle:

"Must I remind you of my superiority?"

"Prove yourself and I might give you a job. Who knows? You might even find yourself ruling over Australia!"

"It's almost a pity, having to end this war. It offers so many business opportunities!"

"Even I have standards, naturally. But they don't extend to you. You aren't worthy of them."

"Some have said I'm a narcissist. Vile lies. You'll see my pride isn't unjustified."

Attack:

"WROOOOOONG!"

"You're making me angry."

"Arrogant fool!"

"You're finished!"

"Ignorant fool!"

Damage:

"Damn you!"

"Lex Luthor never forgets!"

"The pain only fuels my hatred...!"

"Miserable...!"

"I'll win yet...!"

Damage by Noble Phantasm: "No pain! No pain! HA HA HA!"

Victory:

"I don't know how to lose."

"Attacking me! Do you know what happens when you take on Lex Luthor? The same thing that's gonna happen to Superman!"

"We must put faith in ourselves."

"I will not be denied!"

"Did you really believe you could triumph?"

Defeat:

"It would seem you cannot be destroyed after all. It would seem."

"The Red Capes are coming..."

"I WAS THE MAN OF TOMORROW, NOT HIM! NOT! HIM!"

"There will be a reckoning... a crisis..."

"Enjoy your victory, it is your last."

Summon:

"I'm the only sane inmate of Asylum Earth. I'm not eager to hand tomorrow over to false heroes, false gods, demons, foreigners, and least of all an interplanetary extremist with laser eyes. There's only room on this world for one leader, and that should be nobody but me. You, retainer! When we're finished with them, every last gibbon out there will realize that Lex Luthor is their savior."

Noble Phantasm Activation:

"I have achieved enormous power! My reach extends across the universe... But first things first. It's time to complete the work of Lex Luthor's life... by destroying you! And then Superman!"

Extra Dialogue:

"You again. Of course you would be here. To be the thorn in my side, the resistance to my efforts. My nemesis. Enjoy your reign while you may, Superman. For surely as night follows day, there comes a time when even gods must die." (When you have Ruler or Saver Superman).

"Your humor eludes me. Your jokes are stale. You are wasting my time. But I am in a generous mood today. So, for old times' sake, I'll listen. You should be quick with your ramblings." (When you have Assassin, Caster, Berserker or Archer Joker).

"No good comes from hero worship. I find your kind to be repulsive. You are nothing but obstacles to humanity's progress." (When you have Ruler or Saver All Might).

"The Amazon is actually the most sensible and reasonable member of the Justice League. There is a lot to be learned from the Amazon society, actually; their notion of strong leadership keeping a species under a continued state of wellbeing is intriguing. Their main issue is they stagnated." (When you have Lancer Wonder Woman).

"The First of Heroes! So we have found Patient Zero!" (When you have Archer, Ruler, or Caster Gilgamesh of Uruk).

"Von Doom's scientific talents aren't to de denied, and if he didn't dilute them with so many fits of arcane nonsense his achievements might even compare to mine. All the same, I prefer keeping a distance from him. He is treacherous no matter what he says, and above it all, he is supremely arrogant to a degree I cannot bear him." (When you have Caster Doctor Doom).

Birthday: "Hmmm? Your birthday? Oh, congratulations, of course. Here, a blank check, put your number on it and enjoy it to your fullest. Now let me work. I think I'm at the brink of a major breakthrough for our crusade."

Event: "Sigh. Normally, mingling with the rabble is below me, and it also should be for you, but it seems there is a need for it."

Holy Grail: "What do I want? That's very simple, my good friend. I want it all. No more, no less. I want it all."

Next: And the veredict is Guilty Gear! Heh.
