After Luffy's little attack on the street gang, the Straw Hats decided to keep a low profile in case the gang and their buddies tried to track them down, or worse...the local law enforcement.

That meant they managed to squat in an empty house just as the sun was going down.

"Looks like it's all clear." Usopp said from looking out of the window.

"Great. Luckily, this place is empty and has working equipment for the night." Zoro said as he saw the rest of the crew look around the area, doing their own thing.

Nami was currently shaking Luffy's neck as she chastised him for the crazy stunt he did, with angry eyes and shark teeth, while Luffy looked dizzy from her attack.

Sanji was already in the kitchen, checking the equipment and making sure to get the dinner ready for tonight as well as keeping Luffy away from the supplies.

Robin was by the fire, reading a book she found earlier.

Franky was going over his tools.

Chopper was curled up by the flames, relaxing in enjoyment.

Brook was playing a melody on his violin, while Jimbe was meditating.

Carrot was polishing off a sketch she did while Yamato was taking a quick nap.

Soon, Nami finished strangling Luffy before calming down.

"OK, until the heat dies down. What do we do?" Nami asked.

"Well, in the meantime, we can plan out what to do tomorrow. We only got a glimpse of the city after all." Jinbei spoke.

"Sounds like a great idea. There may even be more tasty grub somewhere as well." Luffy said with a grin.

"Or maybe some bozos to break." Zoro said with a grin as he eyed one of his new swords.

"Or perhaps some lovely women to meet~" Sanji said with hearts in his eyes.

"Only to get rejected..." Zoro muttered to himself but the chef heard him.

"WHAT YOU SAY, MOSSHEAD?!" Sanji roared as he dove down with a kick.

Soon, the two got into a brawl, leaving Nami to sigh in irritation.

"You know what? I need some air.' She muttered as she headed out. 'I'm gonna go for a walk. I'll be back later!" She called out to them as she left the house.

"OH NAMI, PLEASE DON'T GO!" He proclaimed with goofy tears coming down his eyes, while on his knees.

"Wow, you are so pathetic..." Zoro sighed to himself.

However, no one noticed that Luffy has a narrowed look at the door.

"Robin, Yamato. Can I speak with you in privately?" He asked the archeologist and aerial support.

Both noticed the slight serious tone in his voice and were slightly worried.

Nami was busy walking down the street, this time dressed in a more proactive outfit of a short sleeved white blouse, that was unbuttoned and a red tartan skirt that showed her legs and simple shoes, taking in the glorious sun that was setting over the city.

She hadn't been walking that far, only just down the road as she watched the many people walking and going about their day.

Couples having walks together, kids and families enjoying themselves, the occasional officer taking criminals away.

"Can't believe the Marines gave up on a place like this..." She mused with a grin as she walked.

"Though with a serial killer on the loose, I can believe it. Don't know how a simple killer managed to strike fear in the Marines. I mean, a few sailors I get but captains? I don't get it." Nami spoke with a frown.

As she continued walking, she was unaware of a red eyed stare from the alley.

"Perfect...She's all alone." He mused, a glint shining in the darkness.

Soon, Nami noticed the city went dark and was only illuminated by the street lights.

"Wow. Have I been out for that long?" She mused, seeing the foggy night sky.

"OK...this place REALLY is nothing like back home." She said with a slight scowl, turning away and heading back the way she came.

"Oh? And I was hoping to show you some of the night life, my lady."

Nami paused in her steps as she heard the smooth voice, oozing with malice. She looked around, ready to fight.

"OK, who's there?!" She demanded.

"If you insist..."

Stepping out of the shadows, Nami felt sweat drop as she saw the man. He was rather on the short side, with silver hair and a silver moustache. He had different coloured eyes, with a left eye that is silver in colour and a right eye that is deep red in colour, the latter being covered by a monocle filled with gears. And he was dressed in a grey Victorian Era formal suit with a white shirt underneath and a blood red steampunk top hat, blood red trousers, a blood red coat over his suit and a pair of black gloves.

Putting on a friendly face, the man bowed in politeness.

"Evening madam. My name is Jack." He introduced himself formally as Nami took a small step forward, wary about the man.

"Thanks...I'm Nami." She replied.

"Oh, that is such a lovely name for a lady such as yourself." He complimented, making the girl sweatdrop as her left brow twitched in annoyance.

"Great...this perv is like Sanji. If he shoots like a bloody rocket, I will fry his ass." She thought to herself.

"You seem lost. You want me to help you find your way back?" He asked with a smile.

Luckily, Nami was able to figure out something was up.

"No thanks. I'll manage on my own." She said as she was began to walk away. Suddenly, her instincts flared up as she whipped out her Clima-Tact just as some wires shot to her.

"Piano wires?" She asked herself as she saw that the mysterious man has shot them at her.

"Oh my. I didn't think that you were able to get a hold of my wires that easily. This should be fun." He said with a malicious grin.

"YEah, I thought something was funky when I met you. I'm going to guess that you are this serial killer that everyone is so scared of." She spoke with a glare.

The man chuckled as he retracted his wires.

"A woman with brains and beauty. Such a combination that is rare nowadays." He said as he continued to pull on her staff.

"Allow me to properly introduce myself. I'm Jack. Jack the Ripper.' He said as he then took out a few throwing knives. 'And I want the pleasure of taking your life." He said with a grin.

"Get bent, asshole!" She snarled, ripping the wires off her staff.

Jack was about to throw his knives when he then noticed an arm appeared on his arm.

"What the devil?!" He exclaimed before the hand took the knives and threw them away.

"Huh?" NAmi asked but then heard a growl.

"Guess Luffy was right to have us follow you."

Turning around, she saw Robin and Yamato in her wolf form, glaring at Jack.

"More ladies? And is that one a werewolf?" Jack mused to himself in shock.

"Robin? Yamato? What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Luffy sent us to make sure you didn't get in trouble." Yamato replied, thinking back to a few hours ago

"What's going on?" Yamato asked as she, Luffy and Robin were to in the kitchen.

"You guys mind following Nami while she goes for her walk? In case she gets in trouble?" He asked.

Both girls' eyes widened.

"What?"

"While we were running, my Haki picked up on some creepy presence. It was kinda like when Zoro gets too into his swordfights. Something tells me that killer may be around."

"And with a girl like Nami walking on her own, she will be a prime target for him." Robin deduced, looking serious.

"But she can take care of herself, can't she?" Yamato asked nervously.

"YEah. She's a tough girl, but if this guy can kill and not be detected, she may be blindsided. She doesn't have Haki and I don't want to take that chance. As your CAptain, I'm ordering you to follow her and if she is in trouble? Help her out." He ordered, seriously.

Both girls looked shocked at his seriousness, but they nodded.

"We were following you from a distance, then saw this guy making his move. Luckily we managed to stop him before something bad happened." Yamato finished.

Nami looked grateful.

"Remind me to thank Luffy when I get the chance." She said before turning to Jack.

"Well, isn't this my lucky day." He said as he then drew a large pair of scissors from his coat.

The three girls said nothing as they got ready.

Nami extended her Clima-tact

Robin crossed her arms

Yamato had her club ready.

"Let us have this dance of death." Jack said with a grin as a purple, malicious aura surrounded him.

Holy hell! I am so sorry that I forgot this story! But things have been hectic for me. My grandad passed away, was busy applying for jobs and managed to pass my theory test.

But I managed to finish this chapter! Next up: Yamato, Robin and Nami VS Jack the Ripper!
