"We don't have all day, Moka."

Kokoa held the door open to her suite with her keys in hand. The vampire was wearing the sleeveless sweater vest with her schoolbag's strap resting upon her left shoulder.

"I'm almost ready."

Waiting outside, Kurumu smiled at Moka's response. Kurumu had on the same attire as Kokoa but her schoolbag rested against her right hip while the strap crossed her torso. She held the letters she had written last night and her lunch card in her right hand.

"I need to stop in the commissary for a moment."

Yukari huffed, fussing with the ribbon at her collar. The witch had her school jacket closed up while her schoolbag and lunch satchel both hung by their straps upon her right shoulder.

"You could do that now."

Moka stepped into view, wiggling her feet into her school loafers. The silver haired vampire also had her school jacket closed and was wearing the red bow at her collar. She hefted her schoolbag up by its strap with her lunch satchel already secured at her side.

"You look a little pale, Rubi."

Rubi managed a smile. The older witch was garbed in a long sleeved, white blouse with frills of lace stitched into the hems of her cuffs and collar. Black sailor pants hugged her hips and legs all the way down to her brown leather boots.

"It's nothing that I can't endure."

Moka frowned, drifting out to join them.

"Are you sick?"

Yukari sighed dramatically as Kokoa locked the door.

"She started her period last night. She should be fine by the weekend."

Kurumu giggled as they started walking towards the gap between the corner of the commissary and the bottom of the stair leading up to suite 305. The lucky senior living in that single suite was none other than Udetama Imi though Kurumu had yet to see the mischievous girl in their clearing.

"Is it just me or do you guys never see our older neighbors?"

Yukari huffed as they walked through the gap.

"As if you have quality observational skills."

"If we didn't leave so early, we might see someone. Where are you going?"

Having veered away from the group, Kurumu grinned at Moka's confusion. She gestured at the glass doors with her lunch card and letters in hand.

"Dropping off a letter. Be right back."

Hearing the acknowledgment, Kurumu wagged her hand to trigger the sensor for the commissary door. It drew apart, allowing her to pass through without breaking stride.

"Good morning, Ms. Kurono."

Kurumu shivered from the lick of debauchery the middle aged man greeted her with. The swarthy man with dark hair and dark eyes was wearing a black polo and khakis.

"Morning, Mr. You. I have two letters."

As the door closed, she presented the man with her letters. He bowed slightly though it was clearly to enhance his view of her bosom while taking her items. He laughed softly, handing back her lunch card.

"You might need this."

Kurumu forced a smile, taking back her lunch card held in his thick fingers.

"Thank you. Have a good day."

He responded as she waved her card to trigger the door. It whirred back open, allowing her to escape his unwanted admiration. Strolling over to join her waiting friends, Kurumu opened up her schoolbag to put away her lunch card.

"Who were those letters for?"

Kurumu smiled as they all started walking towards the trail leading out of the clearing.

"I wrote to Hinoko and Kabuki. Hopefully Hinoko's mother reads it to her."

"I think there are less girls in our clearing this year."

Kurumu giggled, suspecting that was true as they left the clearing. She gestured at Moka's lunch satchel.

"Did you chat with Tsukune about the situation with your father?"

"Yes. He wants to talk to his mother about this over the weekend."

"I hope that he realizes that this gives his mother a reason to pick Hisoshi High over Yokai Academy."

Kurumu frowned at Yukari's declaration.

"What makes you say that?"

"Because reporting inappropriate behavior is not limited to students. Elder Kunai isn't the only resident whom wants vampires and succubi out of their town."

"That was a false report Manami gave."

"Didn't you give her brother a blowjob?"

Kurumu blushed, shaking her head at Moka's blunt query.

"That was before the rules were in place! She claimed that I was on a date with him over the weekend which was clearly not true!"

"Even so, false reports could be made against my Moka."

Kurumu sighed as they arrived in the clearing where the paths combined. They all drifted to the right, intending to take the wider trail which connected to the main school path.

"There isn't much we can do about false reports."

"It won't be false reporting if you plan to go on dates every weekend."

Kurumu pouted at Kokoa's statement as they started down the wide path.

"A group date should be fine. There aren't rules against hanging out with your friends. We just can't be doing any hugging or kissing."

Moka sighed with a slight shake of her head.

"Or holding hands. A part of me wishes these people would just start a fight."

"That wouldn't change the school's policies."

"I know but at least I could make it so these people leave us alone."

"Even powerful monsters like to play the political game, Sister. Lord Fujisaki avoided direct confrontation with Mother and the High Court for years before making his move."

Moka huffed at her sister.

"I doubt any of the locals are powerful monsters. I could take them without Tsukune's help."

"What is this girl up to now?"

Yukari was looking ahead, prompting Kurumu to do the same. Five girls and one guy were approaching them at a brisk pace. Kurumu recognized all of the girls from the seventh floor of Baratoge. The witches were all garbed in school jackets and skirts.

The guy was also wearing the school jacket but had a red tie instead of a bow. Like all guys, he had on a pair of tan slacks. Boxy glasses with black frames rested on his broad nose in front of dark eyes. His dark locks were short and parted down the middle.

"Yukari!"

Imai waved enthusiastically, skipping ahead of the group. Her short, top knot bobbed as she hurried to join them. Tanaka quickened her pace to arrive ahead of the others. Her black hair was braided in twin tails which were connected in the back with a white bow.

"Good morning!"

Yukari nodded as they intercepted her cousin.

"Morning, Ms. Imai and Ms. Tanaka."

Tanaka laughed softly, stopping short of them. The girl turned about to walk slightly ahead of them as Imai grinned wide while walking beside Yukari.

"Mr. Murakami has an interesting proposition for you."

Yukari gestured at the remaining group which had stopped.

"I take it that this guy is the Murakami Katsuya mentioned before."

"Mhm. I met him yesterday and he really wanted to chat with you."

"Good morning, Ms. Sendou."

Yukari made a shooing gesture as they crossed the remaining distance to the young man and the trio of witches he had gone to junior high with. Ono was the girl with the bangs over her eyes while Yamashita was the one with the ponytail. The girl with the bob hairstyle was Takahashi.

"You can chat while we walk. I don't want to be late to school."

"But it's so early."

Murakami puffed up with a glimmer in his brown eyes. He fell in step with them.

"Nonsense, Ms. Ono. I expect nothing less from the infamous granddaughter of Lord Sendou. I've heard much about your academic accolades. Top of your class and perfect exam scores despite only being twelve years old. I doubt anyone else in Japan could claim such feats."

Yukari trembled with pride but quickly hid her smile. She turned her nose up and huffed.

"Of course. I am a genius."

"Are you actually twelve? You look much younger."

Yukari scowled as they neared the end of this trail.

"I'm aware that I'm short for my age but I'm a mature woman. Make no mistake about that."

Murakami laughed nervously, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose.

"My apologies, Ms. Sendou. That was not meant as an insult."

Yukari grumbled in annoyance. Reaching the end of this trail, they turned left towards the school.

"What is it that you want?"

"Yes, well, as you should know, myself and my three acquaintances are witches. And with this being a school full of monsters, I was thinking that for the sake of our safety, we should form our own club."

"Kokono and I will also join this club if you want us too."

Yukari frowned at Imai's declaration.

"Why should I care which club you join?"

"That's a cold thing to say to your cousin."

"Second cousin."

Tanaka giggled at Yukari's quick correction of the pouting Imai.

"But you did have something to say about us joining the newspaper club."

"That's a different matter entirely."

"What sort of club do you want to make?"

Murakami grinned at Rubi's query.

"Obviously a magic user's club!"

Both Yamashita and Takahashi giggled at his enthusiasm. Tanaka smiled politely.

"Wouldn't a group of witches be a coven?"

Imai nodded eagerly at her friend's remark.

"That's way cooler of a name than magic user's club."

"You clearly aren't fans of the anime."

Yamashita huffed at him.

"It was a silly anime. Witch Hunter Robin was better in every way."

"Totally agree. Maybe our club name could be Solomon."

"But we wouldn't be hunting witches."

Murakami made a dismissive gesture at Ono's mild protest.

"The name of the club can be decided by our leader, Ms. Sendou."

Yukari flinched at the announcement.

"What makes you think I'm your leader?"

"Well I looked into the rules of forming a club back on Monday and discovered that an upperclassmen is required to take the leadership role."

"And I immediately thought you would be the best person for the job!"

Yukari shivered at Imai's excitement.

"While that is true, what reason do I have to lead such a club?"

"Because you love me."

"I've known you less than a week."

"True love isn't determined by time!"

Tanaka giggled at Imai's resolve. Their group had already walked by the pond and were nearing the spot where the path would split up.

"You wouldn't have to do much, Ms. Sendou. You could register as our leader and leave the club matters to us, much like Ms. Kurono plans to do when she gets more recruits for her broadcasting club."

"Hey now. I'm doing most of the work for my club and it might stay that way the whole year."

"You should do it, Ms. Sendou. You could teach us magic."

Yamashita nodded at the comment from Takahashi.

"You were obviously disappointed in our lack of skill in witchcraft."

"That sounds more like a reason to refuse being in a club where I'm the only one with any proficiency."

"That's not true. Mr. Murakami knows several enchantments."

Murakami puffed up at Ono's endorsement.

"I do know a few spells."

"Only ones that cater towards your lechery."

Murakami wagged a finger at Takahashi.

"I object to that defamation."

"We've seen your hypnosis of Mayu before."

"It's not hypnosis and it's not the only spell in my arsenal."

Reaching the split, they favored the trail on their right.

"I think you should do it. A club of sister witches would be nice."

Yukari frowned at Rubi.

"They are barely witches."

"But you could teach them. You taught me how to teleport."

"It was weeks before you could teleport with your clothes."

Murakami barked out a laugh.

"I had no idea teleportation was possible. You are also a witch?"

"Yes. I'm Toujou Rubi. But I'm not a student."

"I deduced that much from your attire. Are you able to be a club advisor?"

"I could but I've already been asked to be the advisor for the newspaper club."

"You are not doing that."

Rubi frowned at Yukari's curt denial.

"You want me to be this club's advisor?"

"I didn't say that."

Moka chuckled at Yukari's frustration.

"You should do it, Yukari. Many students join clubs without any experience in that subject. It's common for older students to help their juniors learn what their clubs do."

"But I'm in the newspaper club."

"You have never had issues meeting Ginei's deadlines."

Imai sighed theatrically.

"I suppose we will just have to join the newspaper club then."

"Hopefully that big bad wolf won't eat us up."

Yukari scowled at Tanaka's playful tone.

"Don't you dare blame any of his antics on me!"

"Why are you so against being our club leader?"

Yukari frowned at Murakami.

"Because there isn't anything in it for me."

"Perhaps then I should give you a demonstration of my power!"

Murakami darted ahead, turning about in the middle of the path. He thrust his hand into the hem of his slacks, causing Ono to gasp before he yanked out a gnarled stick from his trousers.

"Can't believe he whipped it out."

Yamanashi giggled at Takahashi's remark as everyone came to a stop.

"I'm more surprised that he had it in there."

Yukari stepped up to the young man brandishing the stick at her.

"Is that supposed to be a wand?"

"Mr. Murakami is a big fan of Harry Potter."

Murakami blushed at Ono's revelation.

"That has nothing to do with this!"

"You better not be thinking of doing anything with that, young man."

Kurumu nodded at Moka's warning.

"Yea. You don't want to pick a fight with us."

Yukari huffed, stepping closer to the young man.

"I can already see what kind of spells you have imbued in that thing. It's mostly a bunch of polymorph enchantments. The only respectable spell in his repertoire is invisibility."

"What if he turns you into a cat or a bird?"

Yukari snorted at Kurumu's concerns.

"His enchantments are far too simple for that. Every living being has natural resistances to magic. My teleportation spell requires safe parameters for it to work even on willing targets."

"I wouldn't be so confident, Ms. Sendou. I've seen his hypnosis spell work on Sayuri."

"Yea and I wasn't a willing participant in his schemes."

"I don't see any hypnosis charms."

Murakami cackled happily as he flicked his rod.

"Because this is a spell of my own design!"

Kurumu shivered when she felt a sudden surge of power. She glanced at Yukari whom had gone quiet. Her posture had become more relaxed.

"Now Ms. Sendou will do whatever my heart desires!"

"Yukari?"

Yukari ignored Moka's concern, silently reaching down her skirt. She grabbed the pleated garment, hiking it up to reveal her pastel yellow, cotton hipsters.

"What are you doing?!"

Kurumu seized Yukari's wrists, trying to push them down but the witch held the fabric in a vice grip.

"Why am I not surprised?"

Murakami made incoherent protests as Yamanashi and Takahashi stepped around Yukari to block their associate's view.

"Did you want to see her panties that badly?"

Murakami gagged, turning his gaze upon a disappointed Ono.

"No! It was just a passing thought! I swear!"

Moka was on the guy in an instant, hauling him off his feet by his collar. He was actually taller than Moka but not enough to spare him this fate. He gasped, grabbing hold of her arm with his free hand.

"Stop your spell!"

"I will! Please put me down!"

Moka let go, allowing the young man to stumble on his feet.

"Do it quickly!"

Murakami nodded, backing away from the vampire. He leveled his wand.

"Please understand that this was a mistake. I only wanted her to agree to be our club leader."

Takahashi snorted, crossing her arms below her slight bosom.

"Considering how many times you've had Mayu expose herself, I'm doubting it was a mistake."

Murakami whimpered, shaking his head.

"That isn't true! Ms. Ono does other things that I ask of her while under the spell."

"Are you going to fix her or not?"

Murakami flinched at Moka's sharp demand.

"Yes, of course. I just needed to prepare the other spell first."

"Other spell?"

Murakami smiled nervously at Kurumu's curiosity. He flicked his wand at Yukari, causing a sudden surge of energy to drain from the environment. Yukari stiffened up, letting go of her skirt which prompted Kurumu to let go of Yukari's wrist.

"What just happened?"

Imai giggled, jostling Yukari by the shoulder.

"He had you flash your panties."

Yukari's eyes widened as she looked about.

"Where is he?!"

Kurumu glanced about and frowned, realizing Murakami had vanished.

"I don't know. He was here a second ago."

"He did have an invisibility spell on his wand."

Moka nodded at Kokoa's comment.

"Yes, but I can hear his footsteps through the woods. Do you want me to bring him back here?"

Yukari grimaced, shaking her head as she stalked off which encouraged everyone to follow.

"Don't bother. I can't believe he pulled that off with a modified sleep spell."

"You must admit that was impressive. You should lead our club."

Yukari scoffed at Imai.

"He may have some talent but my answer remains the same."

"Let it go for now, Rin. We can ask again later."

Kurumu giggled, walking the rest of the way to school without incident.

The bell sounded, prompting Ms. Unsei to get up from her seat behind the teacher's desk. The teacher had on a loose, crimson blouse and black capris. She grabbed up her portfolio as the boys closest to the front door got up from their desks to depart.

"Remember that I will be available in the teachers' lounge until last period. Have a good day."

Kurumu relaxed in her seat, having put her things away earlier like most of her classmates. She lifted her foot up and tapped Yukari's derriere through the gap in these chairs. The witch frowned, glancing over her shoulder while holding her mechanical pencil.

"What do you want?"

"Can we leave for lunch early today?"

Yukari huffed, turning her attention back to her notebook.

"After things die down in the hallway."

"When are you going to have lunch with me?"

Kurumu smirked at Burumoto whom was lingering in the open doorway. He was the last guy in class, not counting Umizake whom was busy with Mizore.

"I'm not eating with the soccer team."

"There isn't a team, Kurumu. It's just me and Mr. Shitama. Mr. Nishida has been joining us since he was the only judo club member with this lunch period and he's known Mr. Shitama forever."

Kurumu smiled, watching Kana and her friends walk by the big guy. Kochimaru was on their heels.

"I'm just going to alternate between eating with Yukari and the choir this year. Sorry, Ushio."

Burumoto chuckled as Shinayaka slipped by him with little Kosame in her care.

"You know where to find me."

"See you in gym, Ms. Kurono."

Turning her attention away from the departing guy, Kurumu nodded at Dakuhime. The girl had hold of Yokumoto's hand as she walked across the classroom.

"See you then."

"You don't mind if I leave her with you?"

Kurumu grinned as Umizake steered Mizore over to her. She hopped out of her desk, offering her arms. Mizore detached from Umizake, switching to Kurumu's side. Kurumu shivered from Mizore's cold body.

"I'll be waiting for you in the cafeteria."

Kurumu sounded an affirmative as he departed. Mizore sighed, nuzzling her head against Kurumu's shoulder. One hand was around Kurumu while the other rested on her swollen abdomen.

"My tits hurt."

Kurumu giggled, leaning slightly to fish her lunch card out of her schoolbag.

"Are they getting bigger?"

"Can't really tell with how big my belly is."

Kurumu smirked, guiding Mizore over to the front of Yukari's desk.

"Have you started lactating?"

"Not yet. We don't have lab tomorrow, right?"

"We won't have lab until next Tuesday."

"Good. Standing a whole hour is so annoying when Hatsue is active."

Yukari sighed dramatically, closing up her notebook.

"I suppose we can go get our drinks. I'll meet you by the machine."

Kurumu nodded, shuffling to the open front door with Mizore in tow. By the time they reached the door, Yukari had already put away her things.

"Why is this month so long?"

Kurumu giggled stepping out into the corridor. A few students were still milling about, heading to their sixth period classes while the rest were in line. Kurumu turned right, heading to this end of the hall. As she drifted around the corner to stand before the vending machine, Yukari slipped out of the classroom with her white satchel.

"Did you want something to drink?"

"Aoi's kiss."

"I doubt they have that in a can."

Yukari shook her head, walking briskly over to join them.

"There are too many people in this hallway."

"This is nothing compared to Disneyland."

Yukari huffed at Kurumu's remark, pulling some coins out of her jacket's pocket.

"Something needs to be done. That line is blocking the doors to Ms. Yumeito's lab."

Kurumu smiled as Yukari dropped coins into the machine.

"Maybe I could say something in the announcements."

"Maybe. What do you want to drink?"

"Yuzu juice but can you get it for me? I'm worried Mizore will fall if I let go of her."

Yukari snorted, pushing the button that caused the can to tumble into the bin.

"I suppose I can humor you."

"I want to go home."

Kurumu giggled as Yukari fetched her drink. She squeezed Mizore at her side.

"Don't you want to have lunch with your fiancé?"

"I can't eat anything."

Yukari huffed, holding one can as she dropped more coins into the machine.

"You shouldn't deprive your baby of nutrients."

"If she doesn't like it, then she can get out."

"Maybe she is waiting for you to start lactating first."

Mizore whimpered at Kurumu's playful response.

"I can't make that happen."

Another can tumbled into the bin, prompting Yukari to bend over. The witch pulled the can of green tea out, starting off. Kurumu followed after Yukari at a leisurely pace.

"Maybe you'll start lactating if your fiancé suckles your nipples."

Mizore sighed, leaning heavily against Kurumu.

"There is no way my mom would let that happen. We haven't had sex since before spring break."

Kurumu smirked, wondering if sex would even be comfortable in Mizore's present condition.

"Honestly I haven't had sex since before graduation."

"Most high school girls haven't had sex at all."

Kurumu pouted as they neared the end of the line where Koyomi was waiting with Nyuuwa and Mukai. The first year girls were already by the first door to Ms. Yumeito's lab as the second bell sounded.

"I wasn't bragging."

"Ms. Kurono!"

Kurumu managed a smile at Nyuuwa's greeting. She waved with her lunch card.

"We'll be at the table, Ageha. Yukari brought our lunches and we just picked up our drinks."

Nyuuwa nodded as they came to a stop near the trio.

"I see. Do you mind walking with us?"

"I have no desire to cut through the lunch line."

Kurumu snickered at Yukari's declaration.

"I suppose we can walk with you. But in the future, you don't have to wait for us."

Nyuuwa giggled, gesturing at the students ahead of them.

"If you hadn't noticed, these are our classmates. We tend to be the last ones in line anyways."

"I guess that's fine then. Did you speak with Mr. Tagami yesterday?"

Koyomi perked up at Kurumu's prompting. The succubus smiled, tilting her head slightly.

'Yes. I will need your flute for tomorrow.'

"Do you want to pick it up after school?"

'Could I spend the night?'

Kurumu smirked at the girl's inquiry.

"Will you behave yourself?"

'Do I have to?'

"It frightens me to think what sort of conversation would prompt Kurumu to ask that."

Kurumu giggled at Yukari's declaration.

"She just wants to spend the night."

Kurumu shivered, noticing Koyomi did too as some first year guys took interest in her words. Koyomi's lips trembled as she shook her head slightly.

'How can you eat lunch in these conditions?'

"You'll get used to it."

'More like becoming numb from my body tingling for hours. I am constantly tempted to play with myself between class periods.'

"You shouldn't do that."

'I know. The scent would only make the guys worse.'

Kurumu smirked as they reached the end of the hall.

"Good. I think we can slip behind you guys to the other side."

"Okay. We will see you in a bit."

Kurumu nodded at Nyuuwa, following Yukari through the small gap between the wall and the line of students. They were late enough that no third years were in a line down this other hallway.

'Wait up.'

Kurumu frowned, glancing back at Koyomi as they walked down the hall with the glass doors to the interior courtyard on their right.

"Aren't you going to eat?"

Turning left up the center aisle, Koyomi favored her a pleading smile.

'Not right now. Make me dinner?'

Kurumu snickered, supposing she could break in her kitchenware.

"You're pushing your luck, brat."

"What is that guy doing here?"

Yukari's complaint drew Kurumu's attention back to their progress up the aisles. It was impossible to miss the object of Yukari's scorn. Murakami was standing at their table, beckoning to them. Imai and Tanaka were already present, having been told this morning about Yukari having lunches for them.

Nijiro was at the adjacent table with most of the guys from the math club. Their backs were to Mikomi whom was seated at the nearby table with Tokori and Bunii. Ginei was at the other table with Koike and Umizake. He favored them a wolfish grin as they approached.

"These girls are saying some interesting things, Yukari."

Yukari huffed as she strolled around Nijiro's table.

"Depends on what you define as interesting."

Kurumu giggled, steering Mizore through the narrow space between Nijiro's and Mikomi's tables. She brought Mizore over to Umizake. The snow girl detached from her side as Yukari came to a stop on the other side of Tanaka.

"This guy seems to think he has a chance of poaching you from my club."

"I said no such thing, Mr. Morioka."

Kurumu snickered, sitting across from Imai while Koyomi slipped behind her to sit to her right. Yukari handed Kurumu the can of yuzu juice before opening up her white satchel.

"I should quit your silly club but that has nothing to do with this guy."

Murakami chuckled softly, deciding to sit back down beside Imai.

"I do apologize for this morning, Ms. Sendou, but my proposition remains the same."

"I have no desire to become your club's leader."

"Please reconsider."

Yukari pulled out a periwinkle bento with a white daisy petal pattern. She handed it over to Kurumu.

"There is nothing to discuss. I don't want to be responsible for a pedophile like you."

"Pedophile?! You misunderstand! That was an accident!"

Yukari snorted, setting aside her white bento with the red bird over a blue rose. Having already given Tanaka the black bento with the cherry blossom pattern, Yukari presented Imai the faded pink bento with the red hearts and white clouds that she used to reserve for Moka.

"That's not what your friends said."

"It's a flaw in my spell. I've been trying to fix it for months."

"What exactly happened?"

Yukari sighed dramatically at Ginei's curiosity.

"He cast a spell on me and made me show him my panties."

Ginei favored Murakami a wicked grin.

"Sounds like I may need to teach someone a lesson."

Kurumu snorted, taking the lid off her bento.

"You are the last person with any right to punish a guy over having dirty thoughts."

Ginei nodded thoughtfully.

"Fair point. I could have done much worse with such a spell. Any chance you could teach it to me?"

Murakami favored Ginei a look of confusion.

"I can't, Mr. Morioka. Sorcery is an innate gift."

"In that case, perhaps I could give you some tips on how to use that spell."

Kurumu turned slightly and backhanded Ginei's shoulder.

"He doesn't need that kind of lesson!"

"Don't you have a class to attend?"

Murakami chuckled at Yukari's protest after swallowing down a morsel. The witch seized another chunk of omelet from her bento.

"No need for concern. Ms. Ono shall speak on my behalf in Mr. Katai's class. We just had lunch together and all three girls expressed interest in you becoming the leader of our club."

'While true they never said they wanted him in the club.'

The sudden thought caught Kurumu off guard. She laughed, seizing her first serving with her chopsticks.

'Are you peeking into his mind?'

Koyomi smiled with her hands folded in her lap.

'I was curious why this guy had no interest in me at all.'

Kurumu chewed on the delectable morsel, glancing at Murakami. His attention was fixated on Yukari which was expected with her being the reason why he was here. Kurumu swallowed down her bite.

"I don't believe that I properly introduced myself this morning. I'm Kurono Kurumu and this is my friend, Hajinai Koyomi. She's a first year in class one."

His eyes turned upon Kurumu and he managed a smile. There was no interest in his gaze.

"Pleased to meet you, Ms. Kurono. Ms. Yamanashi mentioned that you spent the night on her floor."

"Yes and Ms. Hajinai lives on their floor."

Murakami glanced at Koyomi and nodded.

"The mute girl. Yes. I've also been told about her."

The complete lack of desire was worrisome.

'He thinks women like us are whores.'

Kurumu frowned, gesturing at Nijiro with her chopsticks.

"This is Amesuki Nijiro, my boyfriend."

Nijiro laughed as Murakami looked at him. The undine made a dismissive gesture.

"While true, we lack parental approval."

"Which will be fine. Even if we don't get their permission, I will wait for you."

Nijiro smiled politely, picking up his drink. The meal on his tray had already been consumed.

"Hopefully you won't have to wait long."

"I hope things will work out for you, Mr. Amesuki."

'He thinks you will cheat on him.'

Koyomi's persistence defeated Kurumu's reluctance to check on this guy's mind. Taking in a deep breath as she picked up her next morsel, Kurumu pushed her awareness in Murakami's direction. It was so easy to slip into the mind of an inexperienced teenager as he resumed appealing to Yukari.

Koyomi was correct. This guy did have a poor opinion of buxom girls like Kurumu. He believed sexy girls could just take whatever they wanted because most men were slaves to big breasts. He suspected that Nijiro was either rich or popular, making him an ideal companion. Kurumu would only be with Nijiro as long as he remained those things.

This was not a bias against succubi. While he was aware of her true form, his distaste for voluptuous women was tied to a disappointment in his father. Kurumu only had to push a little deeper into his thoughts to learn that his father had left his mother to be with a model.

Murakami's father was a wealthy businessman in Niigata city. He no longer lived with his family but he kept up his financial duties to them. Murakami had studied hard to get the attention of his father but all of his accomplishments were no match for a pair of massive tits. He despised such selfish women whom preyed upon the weaknesses of men. His mother never had a chance, being too polite, too humble and too petite. His mother should have been protected but instead she had been abandoned.

Kurumu managed a smile as she chewed another morsel. She had seen his parents in his memories. His father was a forgettable man with short, dark hair and dark eyes. Somehow he had caught the attention of a buxom beauty with long, black hair. His mother had short, dark hair that tapered in the back. She was a slender lady, standing not much taller than Kurumu.

"A girl's personality is not defined by the shape of her body."

"I prefer girls with lots of personality."

Kurumu glanced over her shoulder to see Ginei making a curving gesture over his chest.

"That is not what I'm talking about."

"What are you talking about?"

Kurumu flashed Nijiro a slight smile.

"I'm saying that girls can be kind or mean. It has nothing to do with their body."

"No doubt about that. Why are you bringing this up?"

Kurumu chuckled at Imai's confusion, realizing nobody fully understood her train of thought.

"I was just thinking that Yukari will still be Yukari when she fully develops into a mature woman."

"Implying that you don't see me as a mature woman."

Kurumu pouted at Yukari.

"You and I both know that you're going to get bigger tits than what you have now."

Yukari blushed as the other two witches giggled. Shaking her head, the witch stuffed the last chunk of omelet in her mouth.

"You didn't need to say that aloud."

"But she's right. You're only twelve so you're bound to have one more growth spurt."

Swallowing, Yukari huffed at Imai. She popped the tab of her can of tea.

"I better have it this year."

"I think you're fine the way you are."

Yukari scowled at Murakami.

"I don't want to hear compliments from a pedophile."

"I'm not a pedophile!"

Imai stroked her chin thoughtfully, already finished with her bento.

"I don't know. Most of their stories were about things you did to Ms. Ono and she's shorter than me."

"No, she's not."

Imai pouted at Tanaka's amusement.

"But I'm more developed!"

"I've seen you naked, Rin. Aren't you still wearing training bras?"

"Shut up!"

Kurumu giggled when Imai slugged her friend. She glanced at Murakami whom had a slight smile. He was thinking about how lovely Imai was and wondering if she was as smart as Sendou. He could not fathom a twelve year old girl growing much taller, having seen no change in Ono these last three years. These girls were precious, needing love and protection. Just like his mother should have been given.

"You must really love your mother."

Murakami frowned, turning his gaze upon Kurumu.

"Are you talking to me?"

"Don't you love yours?"

"Kurumu's mother passed away."

Imai let out a sound of understanding, nodding at Yukari's answer.

"My condolences, Ms. Kurono. I'm sure that most people love their mothers."

Ginei chuckled at Murakami's response.

"I'm suspecting there is something more going on here."

Kurumu knew there was no good way to explain herself without admitting to using her powers.

"I'm a little worried that Mr. Murakami has an unhealthy interest in Yukari."

"Rest assured, Ms. Kurono. My only interest is having her agree to be our club leader. While I would like her to mentor us in the arcane arts, I understand that she has other commitments."

"Don't forget that we also need Ms. Toujou to be our club advisor."

Ginei perked up at Imai's contribution.

"Hold on. That masochist is property of the newspaper club."

Kurumu huffed, picking up another morsel from her bento.

"Rubi isn't your property."

"She wouldn't object to being that."

"Don't you have a girlfriend?"

Ginei grinned at Imai, nodding as Kurumu chewed the morsel in her mouth.

"I do. Like every other couple on campus, I'm hurrying to get my paperwork approved."

Kurumu swallowed her food, taking a deep breath. She opened up her can of yuzu juice.

"Did you mail that out yet?"

"We both did this morning."

"This morning? Did you sleep with her?"

Ginei grinned mischievously before looking at Murakami.

"Ms. Toujou has a thing for Tsukune. He's an important member of my club so your chances of getting her over me is slim. We're even throwing her a birthday party."

"She is not becoming the advisor for your club."

"She would pick Tsukune over you."

Yukari scowled at Ginei, setting down her tea can.

"Tsukune might end up marrying my Moka soon because vampires don't believe in casual dating."

"Oh? Are you saying that Moka's father would not condone their relationship?"

"He would with an official challenge which would make my Moka and Tsukune engaged."

Ginei nodded thoughtfully.

"While that would discourage most women, I can't see Rubi giving up on him. She would be fine being his mistress if he allowed it."

Murakami stood up with clenched fists.

"Then it is decided. I will challenge this Tsukune for the sake of Ms. Toujou."

Kurumu coughed up her citrus drink, covering her mouth. She coughed again while shaking her head.

"That's a bad idea."

"Ms. Toujou should stay away from men in committed relationships. That is best for all involved parties."

"While I don't disagree with that, what would a challenge accomplish?"

"I assume you are friends with this Tsukune."

Nijiro chuckled softly at Murakami's statement.

"Kurumu did have a crush on him."

"Which I stopped when he made his interest in Moka clear."

"Perhaps I misjudged you, Ms. Kurono."

"Where should we sit?"

Kurumu laughed, realizing Nyuuwa and Mukai had arrived. She beckoned to the girls which prompted them to come over to her side. She scooted closer to Koyomi, giving enough space on this end for the two girls to sit across from Murakami and Imai.

"Who is this guy?"

"I'm Murakami Katsuya of class seven."

Nyuuwa frowned at his introduction.

"Why are you in the cafeteria?"

"I am trying to negotiate with Ms. Sendou and Ms. Kurono. Would you talk with this Tsukune?"

"What exactly are the terms of this challenge?"

Murakami turned his attention upon Ginei.

"The winner gets Ms. Toujou as their club advisor."

"Rejected. You have zero chance of winning that fight."

Murakami balked at Yukari's reaction.

"Surely this Tsukune must understand the situation."

"That might be true but Rubi is his blood claim. In his culture, she is essentially his property."

Murakami gasped at Ginei's aloof remark.

"What sort of culture allows a person to become property?!"

"Hasn't slavery been common throughout history?"

Murakami scowled at Imai's lighthearted query.

"All the more reason to challenge this man."

Kurumu sighed, knowing that Ginei was intentionally riling up this guy.

"You know that Tsukune isn't like that."

"As much as I would enjoy seeing Tsukune kick your ass, I don't see what he gains from this fight."

Murakami shivered from Yukari's nonchalant statement.

"I understand. If I lose, I shall cease my efforts to recruit you."

"I'm so confident that you'll lose that I will safely put my own body on the line here."

"You'll be our president if he wins?"

Yukari shrugged at Imai's excitement.

"I'll even be his girlfriend."

Murakami chuckled nervously.

"I'm sure that your parents would never allow that. Maybe when you are older-"

"Are you backing out?"

"Of course not! I will fight for Ms. Toujou's sake."

"Can we fight on school grounds?"

Murakami paused at Imai's inquiry.

"That is a good point. Where should I confront this villain?"

Yukari snickered, putting the lid of her bento back on.

"You could duke it out behind the commissary in our clearing. It's a nice open space and there won't be any teachers around to scold us."

"Where exactly is that?"

Imai giggled, gesturing at the standing youth.

"We could show you after school."

"Understood. This will only be for the club. While I appreciate your offer to be my girlfriend, I barely know you, Ms. Sendou."

Yukari made a dismissive wave.

"Go. You've already missed most of your chemistry class."

"Yes. I shall see you this evening."

Kurumu nodded as the guy finally departed. She took another swig of her drink, noting she had very little left inside her bento. Imai and Tanaka had already returned theirs to Yukari.

"What was that all about?"

Kurumu laughed at Nyuuwa's query, having no idea where to begin.

"I still can't get over how you haven't turned in a club form. What are you waiting for?"

Moka shrugged as she walked alongside Kurumu on the trail to their clearing. Ahead of them were two of the pitchers from the softball team whom lived in suite 301. Kashisora Kotori had twin braided tails that were jet black while Koishitani Merodi had short, auburn locks which were naturally feathered. The harpies were from Hongu with Kashisora being Tatakai's half-sister.

"I lost the form Coach Kanatoko gave me before the break. I'll pick one up tomorrow morning."

"I swear. If Coach hadn't mentioned it in practice today, would you have waited another week?"

"Doubtful. Kurumu and Kokoa have been pestering me to get that done."

"I only brought it up yesterday."

"But you would bring it up again."

Kurumu huffed, glancing back at Kokoa. The vampire was walking with Udetama. Trailing behind the pair were three girls from the softball team and Samurakami Atae, the track team's captain. Samurakami had short, charcoal locks and was Takameru Shinko. Takameru had glossy black hair plagued with cowlicks. Both girls were tanuki from Aserutani and both had dated Nishida in junior high. They lived together in 309, the suite Samurakami had shared last year with her older sister.

The girl with the long, platinum blond tresses was Tochimaru Asemi. The sylph from Hateshinai was the softball team's captain and would be their first baseman this year. She was in suite 303 with Kazehime Yome, another sylph from Hateshinai whom was on the tennis team. The tennis team was not practicing this week, having only a meeting yesterday to determine what they would do for the club showcase.

The last girl was Himitsuen Inka whom had her inky black locks styled in a pixie cut. Like Takameru, she would be given a position in the outfield because Coach Kanatoko refused to bench third years. She lived in suite 310 with Fujino U, president of the archery club. Both girls were sprites from Okataiyou. Kurumu had stopped chatting with Himitsuen shortly after learning that since Juri was from that community. She was just glad that Fujino was not here and had no intentions of asking why.

Kashisora sighed heavily, drawing Kurumu's attention back to the front as they arrived at their clearing. The harpies drifted right, heading straight for their suite.

"Keep on her, Kurono. I like having Akashiya as our catcher."

"Me too. Have fun with that fight."

"I doubt that silly thing will take long."

Kurumu smirked at Moka's remark, glancing over her shoulder at the other girls. Himitsuen was already veering off since the stair up to her double facing the forest was on this side of the building closest to the trail. Kurumu's attention shifted to Udetama.

"Are you going to watch this fight with us?"

"Ya sure nots over?"

Kurumu snickered, passing through the gap between the stair up to Udetama's suite and the front corner of the commissary. They kept to the side of the commissary, intent on the other gap between the back corner and the stairs going up to Kurumu's suite.

"Ginei wanted Moka to be present for it."

"I don't see why. It has nothing to do with her."

Moka pouted at her sister's remark.

"It's a fight with Tsukune. I should be there to witness it."

"See you tomorrow, Ms. Akashiya."

Moka nodded, offering a wave to Takameru as the girl turned right, following her roommate to the back of the building. 309 would be the double on the ground floor facing the woods. Tochimaru was already at the door to her double which faced the commissary.

Passing through the gap, Kurumu could already see the gathering of students in the space between their building and the vacant one which Mizore had lived in last school year. Yukari was with Rubi, Imai and Tanaka while Murakami stood with the three girls from his junior high. Ginei stood off to the side with Tsukune and Koyomi. Koyomi must have gone home already as she was garbed in a dark green dress the same style as the ones she had worn before.

"And just this morning you were saying how we never see any of our neighbors."

Kurumu smirked at Moka as they came to a stop by the grinning werewolf.

"Have you explained the situation to Tsukune?"

"Yes. He must avenge Yukari for the wrongs committed by this man."

Tsukune chuckled at Ginei's false fury as Kokoa arrived with Udetama.

"Says the guy whom used to look up skirts on a regular basis."

"Slander. Imi has done much more skirt flipping."

Udetama sneered at Ginei.

"There a point saying that?"

"Any reason why you are over here instead of with the other girls?"

Koyomi smiled slyly at Kurumu.

'Thrilling to be next to a guy with naughty thoughts while I have no panties on.'

Kurumu smirked, shaking her head. During their choir elective, Koyomi had confirmed that she had clean clothes, having done laundry last night.

"Did you bring clothes for tomorrow?"

Koyomi nodded, pointing at a schoolbag which rested in the grass nearby.

'No pajamas though. I can sleep in this or nothing at all.'

"You are so bad."

"That makes me wonder what she is thinking."

Kurumu smirked at Ginei's interest.

"I'm letting this brat spend the night but she is planning to seduce me."

Koyomi shuddered when Ginei favored them a wry grin with a generous amount of debauchery.

"I hope she succeeds. You don't have a pesky roommate like Mika does, preventing anything beyond harmless kissing and hand holding."

"Did you spend the night with her?"

Ginei grinned devilishly, turning his back on Kurumu.

"It is time to start this fight. Are you ready, Mr. Murakami?"

The young man stiffened up as the girls around him giggled. He stepped away from the trio.

"As ready as I can be, Mr. Morioka."

Tsukune sighed, sauntering away from Ginei.

"I still don't get why this is necessary."

Kokoa shrugged, following Tsukune out into the open.

"I'll go ahead and signal the start. You can probably beat this guy with just your aura. I'll give a count of three but that will probably take longer than the actual fight."

Tsukune snickered as they came to a stop a few paces away from Murakami.

"You must have really annoyed Yukari."

Murakami scowled, leveling his gnarled stick at Tsukune.

"Silence, knave! Your tyranny over Ms. Toujou ends today!"

"I thought this was about Yukari."

"I don't mind being tyrannized."

Tsukune's confusion only deepened as he glanced at Rubi.

"What does that even mean?"

"Cruel treatment from an authority figure."

"Since when I have been cruel to Rubi?"

Murakami trembled with righteous anger.

"I've heard enough of your depravity, foul vampire! You've convinced this poor woman that she is yours to do with as you please!"

"What have you been telling this guy?"

Ginei gasped at the look Tsukune shot him, touching his chest.

"Me? I was with you the whole time, Tsukune. I only had a few words with this young man at lunch."

Kurumu shrugged when Tsukune glanced at her.

"That could be true. Ginei was with us at lunch and with me in choir. As far as I know, he didn't skip gym so the only time he could have spoken with Murakami would have been after that."

"I heard everything from Ms. Toujou herself!"

Tsukune shot a glance at Yukari.

"And you didn't feel like correcting her?"

"No. I figured it would be more fun this way."

"What exactly did you tell him, Rubi?"

"Only the truth! Prepare to defend yourself!"

Kokoa held up a palm.

"Don't be throwing any spells just yet. We start at the count of three."

"Then start counting!"

"Go easy on the guy, Tsukune. I doubt he has been trained to take a beating like me."

Several girls gasped at Rubi's remark.

"He's trained her to take beatings?!"

"He really is a scoundrel!"

"I've done no such thing!"

"One!"

Kokoa's sharp cry caused Tsukune to snap his focus upon his scowling opponent.

"Two!"

Kurumu shivered, watching Murakami tense up. The young man had his wand leveled. She wondered if that modified sleep spell could work on Tsukune. It had caught Yukari by surprise.

"Three!"

Murakami cried out with a flick of his wrist but his opponent was already gone. Tsukune appeared in the young man's shadow, causing Murakami to gasp. The opponent fell to his knees as an immense pressure swept out from their location.

"I don't want to hit you so concede defeat now."

Murakami hugged himself, trembling with wide eyes. He spoke through clenched teeth.

"What is this?"

Tsukune looked down upon his ignorant adversary.

"Aura. Some call it fighting spirit or terrifying presence. I want you to apologize to Yukari for treating her like an object and to never trouble her again."

Murakami's knuckles whitened as he shook.

"You are the one treating women like objects!"

"What could you possibly know in the few hours you've known them? I've spent months with Yukari and Rubi. I know their mannerisms, their hopes and dreams. We've shared sorrows and joys together. I'm their friend. You are nothing but a guy trying to rescue a damsel in distress that doesn't exist."

Murakami grit his teeth as his brow furrowed.

"I will not yield!"

Smashing a palm into the ground, Murakami lifted up from his knees. He got his feet under him and stood back up. There was a notable wet stain in his pants as he turned about to face Tsukune.

"I must free Ms. Toujou and you will obey me!"

The moment he leveled his wand it was snapped in two. Murakami laughed in disbelief.

"What did you…?"

Tsukune thrust his palm out, causing Murakami to fall back on his ass.

"That was wind pressure, Mr. Murakami. Apologize to Yukari and leave her alone."

"You're a monster!"

Tsukune sighed, looking over at Ginei.

"Why didn't you try talking him out of this? You know better than anyone how much training I went through to rescue Moka."

Ginei shrugged with a chuckle.

"Ideas for articles aren't easy to come up with. But 'overpowered vampire bullies first years' sounds like a good headliner for our first paper."

Most of the first year witches giggled while Ono kept her concerned gaze upon Murakami.

"Is this a school paper or a tabloid?"

"Is the fight over?"

Takahashi shrugged at Ono's query.

"Probably. He's already pissed himself."

Ono darted out into the clearing causing Moka to cry out.

"Tsukune!"

Before the girl reached the combatants, she collapsed to her knees and shuddered. Ono started bawling as a wet stain developed on her skirt. Tsukune cursed, causing the pressure in the air to rapidly diminish. Takahashi and Yamashita rushed out to aid their friend.

"He hadn't conceded defeat yet."

Ginei snickered, strolling over to the skirmish.

"Sounds like the challenge was a draw but the article just got better."

"What did you do to her?"

Tsukune sighed at Takahashi's frown.

"I just said that it was terrifying presence. It frightens people."

Ono sobbed, shaking her head against Yamashita whom held her close.

"I was so scared. And now I'm so embarrassed."

Tsukune sighed again, regarding Murakami whom was babbling incoherently.

"What was even the point of this?"

"He humiliated me and now you have humiliated him. I call that even."

Tsukune grimaced as Yukari came over to join him.

"Couldn't you have gotten your revenge on your own?"

Yukari snorted, picking up the broken half of Murakami's wand. Approaching the hysterical warlock, she wagged the useless branch.

"This is why you need to put your spells in sturdier objects. All of my enchantments are coded into my earrings. I had Rubi do the same thing."

"Earrings. Of course. Earrings."

Yukari clucked her tongue, dropping the broken branch in front of him.

"I don't know if you want to get earrings, but you should consider something more durable."

"Like a ring?"

Yukari nodded at Imai's suggestion.

"Yes. You have a long way to go before you would be of any value in a fight, especially with most of your spells being harmless parlor tricks."

Kurumu smiled softly when Koyomi grabbed her arm. She shared a glance before turning her attention back to the witches.

"It's all about preparation with witchcraft. Could you have beaten Tsukune?"

Tsukune chuckled nervously when Yukari favored him an inquisitive look.

"I doubt either of us could take such a fight seriously."

"Even if we ignored that limitation, I don't know if I could hurt you. You are a Shinso vampire."

"That doesn't make me immune to damage. Fujisaki nearly killed us both."

Moka nodded vehemently.

"We are not immortal by any means."

Murakami threw himself at Yukari's feet, groveling.

"Please! Teach me! I must get stronger!"

Yukari grimaced, batting him away from her legs.

"Stop trying to look up my skirt!"

"I am not! I am not!"

Yukari sighed when she was safely out of the whimpering guy's reach.

"Why must I be your teacher? Isn't one of your parents a witch?"

Murakami shivered, looking up at Yukari.

"My father but he never taught me anything. I don't know if he was ashamed of his gift or if had no idea how to use it. He left my mother seven years ago for a younger woman with a sexier body."

"And your mother is just a normal human being?"

"Yes. She doesn't know the true nature of this school."

"How did you learn about Yokai Academy?"

"That would be on us. My mother went to Yokai Academy and I believe both of Mayu's parents did."

Yamashita nodded at Tashikana's remark while she continued to hold the quietly sobbing Ono.

"My parents didn't attend Yokai Academy but they knew Lord Sendou's reputation. They moved to the city back when I was very young with the hopes that I would go to this school."

"You taught yourself all of those spells?"

Murakami swallowed, still shivering as he nodded at Yukari's inquiry.

"Yes. But you saw that most were just variations of the same spell."

"Even so, that is quite impressive."

Yamashita giggled, caressing Ono's head.

"We did say that he was super smart."

"Too bad that he's super perverted."

Yukari nodded thoughtfully, turning her attention back to Murakami.

"Since this was technically a draw, I'll make you a new offer. If you can rank first in the assessments, I'll agree to be your club leader and Rubi will be our club advisor."

"Hey now. Don't I have a say in this?"

Yukari huffed at Ginei's mild protest.

"I'm not quitting your club but I'm never allowing Rubi to be your club's advisor."

Ginei sighed dramatically, placing his hands behind his head.

"Guess I'll have to ask old man Fujita after all."

"I will do this, Ms. Sendou. I shall rank first for you."

Yukari glanced over Murakami with disdain.

"We shall see."

Tsukune chuckled, placing a hand on Yukari's shoulder which made the short girl quiver.

"I suspect that you want to join this club."

Yukari huffed, pulling away to turn her back on him.

"I would if they were actual witches. Not a single one of them could put up a better fight than this guy. It's a disgrace to our kind."

"Which is why I agreed that you should teach them."

Yukari pouted at Moka.

"I will if they prove themselves. You better all be top students."

The girls giggled nervously, looking at each other.

"It can't be that hard, right?"

"Yea. It's just a monster school without an entrance exam."

Kurumu smirked, thinking these girls were in for a big surprise.
