Kurumu stepped forward to the table behind which sat the bride and groom. A white cloth covered the table which only had a row of black, folding chairs on the other side. The newlyweds were the only ones seated at this table as guests congratulated the couple.

"Congratulations on your marriage."

The bride nodded with a slight smile. She had short, platinum locks and bright blue eyes. A rich, purple kimono was wrapped about her slender figure with a silver sash tied about her waist. White patterns of clouds and lightning streaked across the kimono's surface.

"Thank you for coming. I've appreciated your years of service."

Kurumu smirked at the comment from Inazuma Jinrai. He was wearing a black kimono with a silver sash. His silver tresses had been hiked up in a ponytail secured by a black ribbon.

"It's barely been two."

"Nonsense. You were helping me before your graduation."

Kurumu made a dismissive gesture. She had on a black suit jacket over a white blouse which had been custom ordered to accommodate her bosom which had enlarged since the time he was referencing. Her black slacks had a thin silver belt fed through the loops and glossy black high heels graced her feet.

"I had my own reasons to learn the truth about the fire."

Lord Inazuma chuckled softly.

"None would have expected Mr. Motegi to be the culprit with how cooperative he was with us."

"It made some sense, considering his son was the sole provider of gasoline in town."

"We do have other guests, Ms. Kurono. We can chat more when we are back from our honeymoon."

Kurumu smiled apologetically at the bride whom was from the Gizatochi clan.

"Sorry. Congratulations again."

Kurumu bowed slightly before taking her leave. She strolled across this banquet hall located in Uchimori. This was one of the many new buildings in the expanding town. Lately Lord Inazuma had been trying to talk her into moving here but she liked her apartment in Chirasu. It was closer to everything.

Kurumu approached her table which had three of her succubi colleagues about it. Koyomi smiled softly, offering a slight wave. The mute succubus was wearing the exact same attire as Kurumu, having followed the same career path as Kurumu.

The gesture caught the attention of Ms. Ohno sitting across from Koyomi. The blond glanced over her shoulder and smiled at Kurumu. She was wearing a short sleeved, periwinkle dress made from velvet. The stretchy fabric had a small collar, denying the men in attendance any glimpse of her cleavage but satisfying them in other ways. The dress was form fitting, defining her every curve.

"Welcome back."

Kurumu snorted, sitting beside her superior.

"You should go and congratulate him too."

"I will when the line gets shorter."

Kurumu's attention settled on the last of her companions. Ms. Kiyoshi had scooted her chair back and was brazenly breastfeeding her little girl swaddled in a pink, crochet blanket. Her rich black hair was unbound, spilling down her back and over the straps of her white dress with a floral print design. The dress was loose enough for the woman to tug down and attend to her four month old child.

"You should do that in the bathroom."

The succubus smirked, glancing up at Kurumu with amethyst eyes. A beauty mark was below her plump, crimson lips, drawing more attention to them.

"Most of these men wish they were in my baby's place."

Kurumu had no doubt about that. Ms. Kiyoshi already had ginormous assets before the baby. There was not a word in the dictionary to accurately describe their size now. The poor woman was waiting to see if the new size was permanent before ordering new custom made bras.

"What about the women?"

Ms. Kiyoshi sighed, adjusting the little one in her arms. The sucking and swallowing was quite audible.

"Nobody wants to hear my baby crying."

"Don't you have bottles?"

The succubus chuckled at Ms. Ohno's query.

"My girl prefers it this way. You'll understand when you have your own."

"No chance. I barely can keep up with my workload as it is. I'd never have time for a baby."

"I'm sure that your precious Kimi could help out."

"Kimi has her own job to go to."

"Kurumu could pick up the slack. I've been heavily relying on Koyomi these recent months."

Ms. Ohno sighed, glancing at Kurumu.

"I don't want to give her more things to do. Niigata is a long way from Nagoya and Shizuoka."

"And Yamagata is a long way from Aomori."

"That's not even a fair comparison since you have your sister helping with that prefecture."

Ms. Kiyoshi chuckled softly, caressing the dark locks of her baby girl.

"She's returning the favor for all of the hassle I put up with when she had Saikou. Those first two years were chaotic but things got much easier after that."

Kurumu smiled at the mention of Ms. Mawari's daughter.

"I spoke with your sister recently. I heard that Saikou would rather go to college than join Fairy Tale."

"That girl still has one more year of high school. Plenty of time to change her mind."

"Were you in Hokkaido?"

Kurumu grinned, nodding at Ms. Ohno.

"That's what my vacation leave was for last month. Hatsue just turned four."

"How is your little girl?"

"She's a chatterbox. She loves being in Yukimura."

"Living away from your daughter must be hard."

Kurumu smiled softly, glancing down.

"Not really. She has all of her memories from before so she's more like my friend than my daughter."

"But she's still yours."

Kurumu sighed at the insistence from Ms. Kiyoshi.

"Mizore has offered letting Hatsue stay with me, though I know that was more out of frustration. It's not easy dealing with a little girl whom is smarter than you. We both have a better understanding on how difficult things must have been for Yukari's mother."

Ms. Kiyoshi chuckled, shifting her baby in her arms.

"Maybe you should take her up on that. She does have another child."

"A little boy. She's hoping this next baby will be a girl."

"Is she pregnant again?"

"She's trying to have as many kids while she still can. She should know the gender by summer."

A loud ringing demanded Kurumu's attention. She smiled apologetically, leaning over to fetch her phone out of her purse. Bringing it up to her ear, she pushed the button to answer the call.

"Hello?"

"Kurumu. Where are you?"

Kurumu laughed at Yukari's familiar voice.

"I'm at Lord Inazuma's wedding. What are you calling for?"

"I can't deal with Tatsuhiko's stupidity. I'm spending the rest of the week at your place."

"Where are you now?"

"I'm already in your apartment. Why don't you have any food in your refrigerator?"

Kurumu blushed with embarrassment.

"I don't like cooking just for myself."

"Whatever. Wake up already."

Kurumu frowned at the command.

"Wake up?"

"You're obviously dreaming so get up! That's your phone alarm, dummy!"

Kurumu groaned as the dream faded into an incoherent mess. Her eyes fluttered open, betraying the darkness of the room. Her phone was chiming on her desk beneath the lamp. Grumbling at the noise, Kurumu snuggled her face into her new pillow.

She breathed in deep, enjoying the fragrance of the detergent which was mixed in with the peach scent lingering in her locks. She was lying on her side beneath the warmth of her sheets, hugging one pillow against her chest. Her chemise had hiked up in her sleep, allowing her bare hip direct contact with her new sheets. The fabric was not nearly as smooth as the silk but was nice all the same.

Releasing the pillow, Kurumu pushed up onto her side while scooting her ass up. She dragged her legs over as she lifted into a seated position, forcing the comforter and sheet to fall to her side. Groaning, Kurumu stretched her arms up over her head. The straps of her black chemise went lax as the fabric was held up by her bosom.

Kurumu lowered her arms, yawning grandly. She still felt tired despite turning in early. Wondering if she should have saved her shower for this morning, Kurumu fixed her pillows on top of the futon. Scooting off the bed frame, she turned about and pulled her sheets back up. She quickly tidied up her bedding.

Prancing over to her dresser, she tugged the top drawer open and fetched a pair of socks. She closed the drawer before darting over to her desk. Pushing a button, she silenced the alarm. She padded over to the refrigerator, tugging open her closet door. Stepping inside, she turned on the light.

Kurumu dropped her socks before grabbing the bottom hem of her chemise. Pulling it up over her head, she tossed the silken garment into her hamper. Stepping over to the shelf, she selected her white lace lingerie. She hopped into the bikini cut panties, tugging them up over her curls. Grabbing her bra, she slipped it on like a jacket. Bringing the cups together, she fished the hooks through the eyelets. Once the band was secure, she fixed the straps and adjusted her breasts for a comfortable fit inside the cups.

Today was the club showcase. She would have some first years checking out her club which meant she should look respectable. Taking down a blouse, she whipped it behind her and thrust her arms through the sleeves. She started buttoning up from the bottom, thinking the school jacket was better than the vest in this situation. She should even wear the red bow despite how much she disliked tying that thing.

Flipping the collar of her blouse up, she grabbed a red ribbon from the shelf. She wrapped it about her neck, tying it about itself. It took her moment to remember how to get the knot right with the loops flared out in a bow. It was not much different from making loops with shoelaces but only her sneakers for gym had laces and tying about her feet felt different than tying about her throat.

Bending over, she picked up a skirt but decided to put on her socks first. Once her socks were on, she stepped into her pleated skirt and tugged it up over her waist. Tucking in her blouse, she tightened up the waistband. Fully dressed, she took down a school jacket before turning off the light and retreating back into her main room.

Shutting the closet door, Kurumu sashayed over to her dresser with her eyes quickly adjusting to the darkness. She opened up her jewelry box, picking out her amethyst studs. Deciding to put them in now, she listened to the simple tune as she pierced her lobes and pushed on the backs.

Once the task was finished, she closed up the box and padded over to her entryway. Kurumu collected up her schoolbag and loafers before moving back to the bottom of her new bed frame. Feeling up the wall, she found the magic device and activated it.

Despite having done this many times, she still shuddered when she passed through the arcane opening. She turned about and felt up the wall, finding the other device on to close the passageway. As energy hummed around her, she turned about again and felt around for the closet's door. She found the knob in seconds, twisting and pushing the door out.

Kurumu paused upon seeing Kokoa at the table in the center of the room. The silver haired vampire was wearing the sleeveless, beige vest over her blouse. Frowning, Kurumu shut the closet door.

"What are you doing here?"

"Getting breakfast."

The sound of a spatula moving in a skillet brought her attention to the stove. Yukari was standing on a stool, still wearing her pajamas which consisted of a cream chemise and matching pants.

"Did you spend the night or get here early?"

"I don't have problems sleeping in my suite alone."

Kurumu smirked, stalking over to the table. She lowered down on her knees, setting her schoolbag and loafers aside.

"I slept fine on my own last night."

"I'm surprised that you didn't visit us last night."

Kurumu grinned, looking to Yukari whose attention was fixed on her task.

"I had a late dinner with Mizore after doing a load of laundry. Figured I should wash the futon, my new sheets and the PSC uniform before starting the week."

"I'm guessing that you informed Shirayuki about the recent developments with Mr. Kizen."

Kurumu nodded, turning her attention back to Kokoa.

"I did. Have you told Kokoa?"

"She had just finished explaining things when we heard your arrival."

"And breakfast is almost ready. Rubi! You better not be sleeping in there!"

"I'm not."

Kurumu giggled at the weak response from the open bathroom door. She heard the displacement of water, revealing the witch was enjoying another bath.

"Don't you usually wake up before my alarm?"

"I'm sure that we did. How long have you been up?"

Kurumu shrugged, having no idea how long it had taken her to realize her alarm was going off.

"I'm just surprised you aren't dressed."

"I will be taking a bath after breakfast. Come over here and help me get the plates."

Kurumu giggled, getting back on her feet. She padded over to the counter, lifting up on her toes to reach the overhead cabinet. Tugging the door open, she retrieved four ceramic plates.

"How long has Kokoa been here?"

"She woke us up."

Kurumu took down four glasses before closing the cabinet. Lowering back on her heels, she tugging out a drawer and fetched four sets of chopsticks.

"Did you do anything other than shop for groceries last night?"

"Nope. I checked on you before I made dinner and saw that your bed frame was set up. I figured you were either doing laundry or visiting with Shirayuki. I still thought you might show up."

"Did I worry you?"

"Not really. Move aside."

Kurumu smiled, scooting to the other side of the sink as Yukari started portioning omelet onto the plates. She breathed in deep, enjoying the scent of food. She glanced at Kokoa.

"How was that birthday party?"

"It was fun. Ran into some of your friends at Warzone."

Kurumu grinned at the name of the paintball place.

"You saw Asuka and Suzume?"

"Mhm. We had the session right after theirs. I was mildly surprised that you weren't with them."

"They forgot to invite me and Tora didn't mention it until that morning. I did think about going to it but found out from Hatoko that it was paintball."

"I'm surprised that you were in the mood to play a game involving guns."

Kokoa made a dismissive gesture.

"Hikari didn't know what the boys had in mind and I wasn't about to protest when we got there."

Yukari huffed, moving the empty skillet to another burner before turning off the stove. She grabbed the kettle and started pouring out tea into each of the glasses.

"Someone should be using her powers to avoid such surprises."

"I wouldn't have enjoyed the game at all if I had known exactly how to win."

"Rubi! We are serving breakfast right now!"

Kurumu giggled as Yukari grabbed two plates which already had the chopsticks. Taking the hint, Kurumu seized the other two and followed the witch to the table. She heard the slosh of water as Rubi exited the tub. She knelt down beside Yukari, arranging the plates on the table.

"So you did paintball and karaoke. Anything else?"

Kokoa shrugged as Yukari got back up and returned to the counter.

"We had dinner. The guys wanted me to help out with their club recruitment."

"What about your own club?"

"We'll be right next to them so it won't be a big deal if I help the guys out."

Movement caught Kurumu's attention. She smiled as Rubi strolled into the room with a towel wrapped about her torso. The older witch returned the smile as her hair dripped.

"Morning, Rubi."

"Morning, Ms. Kurono."

The clank of ceramic drew Kurumu's attention back to Yukari as the young witch placed glasses by two of the plates. Yukari retreated to fetch the other two glasses as the sound of a drawer being opened pulled Kurumu's attention back to Rubi. The older witch retrieved her white lingerie set.

"I saw Moka at the hospital last night after parting ways with Hikari."

"Oh? How is she?"

"Same as she was the day before. I need to turn in her form to join the softball team."

Yukari huffed, returning with the other glasses. The witch settled down, placing the drinks on the table.

"It's not like my Moka resigned from the newspaper club. There is no hurry for her to turn that in."

Kokoa sighed heavily, seizing the chopsticks from the plate before her.

"Maybe not but her classroom is having a vote on whom will be the class representative this week."

"Today?"

"Wednesday."

Yukari nodded thoughtfully as Rubi joined them, wearing only lingerie. The older witch was drying her hair with the towel.

"We should convince her to come back to school. At least for that."

Kurumu smiled softly, picking up her own set of chopsticks.

"Maybe she should just let Hiboshi have it."

"But my Moka wants to be a class representative."

Kokoa let out a dramatic sigh as she picked up a chunk of omelet.

"Well my best case scenarios had us visiting the hospital the night of Rubi's birthday. I'll skip the club recruitment tomorrow to refresh my visions of the future through Moka's eyes."

Kokoa stuffed the morsel in her mouth.

"You should bring up the class representative matter while you are at it."

Kokoa smirked at Yukari as she swallowed.

"You can do that yourself. We will be at Rubi's party."

"Thank you, Ms. Shuzen. I would like that very much."

Kurumu smiled, poking at the meal without much interest.

"Wasn't Tsukune the only person interested in being class representative for his homeroom?"

Yukari nodded, munching on her first bite.

"That's right. Nobody else wanted it."

"Do you think they will pick someone else?"

"I think they have to. Officially he's dead so there isn't a reason for them not to."

Yukari nodded at Kokoa's statement.

"You have choir with girls from his homeroom. You should ask."

"I don't have choir today or tomorrow. I'll be busy with my broadcasting club commitments."

Yukari made a thoughtful sound as she chewed on another morsel.

"You're still short a member."

"Hopefully that won't be the case after today."

"Regardless of your success, I would like to know whom is in charge of his homeroom before the class representative meeting on Saturday."

Kurumu smirked, picking up her first bit of omelet.

"I'll be sure to ask Kanari on Wednesday."

Kokoa cleared her throat, wagging her chopsticks at Yukari.

"I just glimpsed that guy witch in our near future."

"Murakami?"

Kokoa shrugged at Kurumu.

"I don't remember his name. He's going to bother us on our walk this morning."

Yukari groaned, chewing on her breakfast.

"What does he want?"

"I don't get thoughts or sound with my visions."

"I know but I told him that he had to rank first in the assessments. There isn't a reason for him to bother me this week."

Kurumu smiled apologetically, recalling her brief encounter with the guy during lunch last Friday.

"He was planning to talk to you on Friday but I charmed him away."

"Then by all means, do it again. I don't want to deal with his nonsense today."

Kurumu laughed, turning her full attention to her meal.

The bell sounded, cutting Mrs. Unsei off in the middle of her lecture. The English teacher was wearing a black sweater vest over a plum blouse with a ruffled black skirt fluttering about her ankles. The woman laughed softly, glancing over her shoulder to confirm that she had run out of time.

"It seems we have no more time today."

The woman turned an apologetic smile to the class as she folded up her portfolio on the podium.

"I wish everyone the best of luck finding new recruits in your clubs. Good day."

Dakuhime huffed, putting away her things as the teacher headed for the front door.

"Not that Ms. Kurono will help."

"She has her own club."

Dakuhime sighed dramatically at Shinayaka's remark.

"I'm aware but our choir could have benefited from her presence."

Kurumu giggled, retrieving her schoolbag off the hooks mounted to the side of her desk.

"I'm sure that you'll do just fine without me. Have more faith in our seniors."

"Are you going to help advertise for our club?"

Kurumu grinned at Kana, putting away her things as the dryad got up from her desk.

"I will mention over the PA system that you guys are in the broadcasting room."

"That could help. What about you, Ms. Sendou?"

Yukari snorted, still writing in her notebook.

"I am going home after lunch. No reason to stay here with a senior whom made no plans for this."

Touzoku snickered, hauling her schoolbag up to rest its strap on her shoulder as she stood up.

"I'm surprised that you're sticking around for lunch."

"I have to. People are depending on me to make meals for them."

"Ms. Kurono could make her own lunch."

Kurumu laughed at Dakuhime, closing up her schoolbag.

"It's not just for me. She's also making lunches for her cousin."

"Second cousin."

"That's awfully sweet of you."

Yukari made a dismissive gesture at Kana.

"I didn't see her over the weekend so it felt wrong to leave campus today without speaking to her."

Kana nodded, moving under the encouragement of her three friends.

"We'll see you in the cafeteria then."

"Kurumu!"

Burumoto waved, standing by the open doorway as Dakuhime departed with Yokumoto. The big guy favored her a feral grin, having entertained lecherous thoughts of her several times today.

"When will you have lunch with me?"

Kurumu smirked as Kana and her three friends slipped by him.

"After I have lunch with my boyfriend."

"You sit by your boy every other day."

"But not at his table. See you tomorrow, Ushio."

Burumoto chuckled with a shake of his head. Turning about, he exited the room.

"Ready to go?"

The question drew her attention to Shinayaka whom had offered a hand to Kosame. The tiny girl silently nodded, taking the hand as she got up from her desk.

"Is her greetings club doing something for the club showcase?"

Shinayaka shrugged as Kosame fetched her schoolbag. The gyokuto shared a glance with Kochimaru.

"I have no clue. I was just going to leave her with her sister."

"I'll watch her during her sister's performance since ours is right before theirs."

Kurumu smiled, having shared that in the announcements this morning. Several clubs were making use of the stage so nobody else would be in the auditorium. The basketball and volleyball clubs were sharing the practice gym while many athletic programs were using their outdoor facilities. Most clubs were using the homerooms of their advisors while groups like the judo and kendo club would be gathered in the interior courtyard to spare students the long walk to their buildings.

"You could always check Mr. Ishihara's homeroom. He is her club's advisor."

"We'll check with her sister first. See you around."

Kurumu nodded as the trio took off, leaving her in the room with just Yukari, Mizore and Umizake. The drama club was also using the stage but she had already confirmed that Mizore was not participating.

"Are you two sticking around for lunch?"

Mizore grumbled, absently caressing her belly which hung over the waistband of her skirt. The snow girl had not even bothered buttoning up her blouse, wearing the sweater vest over it. The sleeveless top had more stretch but only had enough fabric to cover her popped out belly button.

"Can we just go home?"

Umizake stood up, drifting forward to Mizore's desk. He was wearing the PSC uniform as usual.

"Not hungry?"

Mizore sighed, leaning back in her chair. She glanced up at her tall fiancé, favoring him a weak smile as he fetched her schoolbag for her.

"I'd rather eat what we have at home."

"A wise and rational decision."

Kurumu chuckled at Yukari's comment.

"Maybe I'll see you tonight."

Mizore groaned, taking Umizake's hand.

"I don't know if we should be giving out free meals."

Umizake chuckled, helping her up onto her feet. The pregnant girl immediately nuzzled her face against his side. He adjusted the straps of their schoolbags which both hung from his far shoulder.

"Are you wanting to charge her?"

"Mhm. One kiss should be enough."

Umizake snickered, steering Mizore towards the back of the class.

"I'll allow that if you are in a lot of pain."

"My legs hurt."

"Do you want me to carry you?"

"I want a kiss."

"I thought your legs hurt."

"Not from you, dummy."

Kurumu giggled as the couple exited through the open back door. She turned her attention back to Yukari. The witch was still writing something. Letting out a sigh, Kurumu got up from her desk while hanging her schoolbag by its strap from her shoulder.

"We can get our drinks before the bell, Yukari."

Yukari sighed dramatically, setting aside her mechanical pencil. The witch closed her notebook, leaning over to stow away her writing utensil and notebook in her schoolbag. Scooting off her chair, she turned about and removed her schoolbag from the hook before retrieving the white satchel beneath her desk.

Once she had her things, Yukari started off for the open front door. Kurumu quickly followed, exiting the classroom in seconds. Most of the bustle in the hall had already ceased with the end of the lunch line by the home economics room. Koyomi was lingering with Nyuuwa and Mukai.

Kurumu turned right, following Yukari to the open back door of their classroom. They drifted around the corner, stopping in front of the vending machines. Yukari fished yen out of her jacket's pocket.

"What drink do you want?"

"Yuzu juice."

Yukari dropped coins into the slot as the bell sounded the official start of the next period. In moments the witch pushed the button which sent the can tumbling into the bin below.

Taking the initiative, Kurumu leaned down and pushed the flap in. She closing her hand about the cool drink as Yukari fed more coins into the machine. She left her hand in the machine, intent on getting the other drink for Yukari.

"Do you think Lord Inazuma will uncover the truth about the fire?"

"Assuming the death of Mr. Kizen and his wife was related to that, then yes. He seems more competent than most of the adults we have relied upon in the past."

Yukari pushed a button to send a can of Georgia coffee into the bin. Kurumu felt the can bounce on the top of the flap. She pulled out her juice, switching it to her other hand before reaching into the machine to fetch the warm coffee can.

"What other reason could there have been for his brutal murder?"

Yukari shrugged, walking back into their hall. Kurumu followed on Yukari's heels, carrying their drinks.

"Who knows? It's all just speculation at this point."

"I think he should start with Mr. Motegi. His son controls all of the gasoline sales in town."

"That's just a hunch. Don't forget that Mr. Motegi was offering Fairy Tale a place."

"But that could be a diversion or maybe it was just his son."

"Do we even know if his son was at the town meeting?"

"Even if he wasn't, his father may have told him about it."

"Unless this murderer was part of Mr. Kizen's scheme to kill Tsukune, this is not a pressing issue for us."

Kurumu pouted as they steadily neared the end of the line.

"Maybe Elder Hogo-"

"It could be anyone, Kurumu. You already told us that Mr. Kizen's father was the only person with some knowledge of this plot against Tsukune which means these two things are most likely separate agendas. Let Lord Inazuma handle this matter."

Kurumu sighed, having argued on this topic yesterday. Whomever killed the elderly couple probably had no motive to attack Moka or make another attempt on Tsukune's life once his survival became public knowledge. Unless they provoked this murderer, this person would leave them alone.

"Afternoon, Ms. Kurono."

Kurumu smiled softly, coming to a stop at the end of the line which caused Yukari to frown.

"Hey, Ageha. Yukari made lunch for me so there wasn't a reason for you to wait in line."

Nyuuwa nodded, drifting forward with the line which was already to the first door of Ms. Yumeito's lab. There was a serious look in her eyes.

"I heard about the situation with Mr. Aono over the weekend. Are you two okay?"

"The situation is being handled by Fairy Tale."

Nyuuwa smiled thinly at Yukari.

"That doesn't help your friend."

"I can't believe somebody shot him on campus. Yokai Academy really is a dangerous place."

Kurumu forced a smile at Mukai's remark.

"Everything will be fine."

'Because he survived.'

Kurumu glanced at Koyomi.

'You better be keeping that to yourself.'

'You had a busy weekend.'

"You could just ask without skimming through my memories."

Koyomi smiled apologetically.

'Sorry. Can I come to the birthday party tomorrow?'

"I suppose you can."

"What are you two talking about?"

Kurumu grinned at Nyuuwa.

"She was just asking about tagging along to a birthday party tomorrow. Is that fine with you?"

Yukari shrugged indifferently.

"It's not my birthday. These two could show up for all I care."

"Ageha is turning sixteen soon."

Kurumu perked up at Mukai's revelation.

"You are?"

"On the twenty third."

"I didn't realize you were that close to my age."

"Didn't I tell you at Mrs. Takizawa's wedding?"

"Don't expect Kurumu to remember things like that."

Kurumu pouted at Yukari.

"That was back in December."

"It's on the weekend so I was thinking your club might do something for her."

Kurumu smiled softly, wondering if she could arrange a party on this short of a notice.

"That could be fun but it's just Ageha, me and Yotaku."

"Have you picked a club, Ms. Mukai?"

Mukai smiled nervously at Yukari, shaking her head.

"Not yet. But I will visit Ms. Kurono's club."

"We do need a fourth member, Suki."

"I've heard you several times, Ageha. I'll think about it."

'I will join your club.'

Kurumu snorted at Koyomi's offer as they reached the end of the hall. They drifted right, crossing the hall diagonally to the serving line.

"You should join band. I'll find someone to retain my club's official status."

"Not that it matters in the long run. You probably won't request any funds and are still in the choir."

Kurumu frowned at Yukari.

"I'll be fine but Ageha and Yotaku would have to pick a second club if we lose our status."

"I'll join in name only if you need me to."

"I have plenty of friends willing to do that, Mukai. Don't worry about it."

Mukai nodded at Kurumu as they eased to the start of the serving line with the nearby dividing wall.

"We were thinking about inviting several girls from Aserutani for Ageha's party."

"Yes. You mentioned Kosame is in your homeroom."

Kurumu smiled, coming to a stop since she had no reason to continue following the lunch line.

"I can invite her if you need me to."

"That would be nice. I suppose you could also invite Mayu."

Kurumu smirked at Nyuuwa's remark.

"Should I invite the other Aserutani girls in my class? I've got Kochimaru, Yokumoto and Shinayaka."

"I don't know if we want that big of a party."

"What could we even do?"

Kurumu mulled over Mukai's query for a moment.

"Well if it's over a dozen, we could do skating at the roller rink."

"They have a roller rink in town?"

Kurumu chuckled at Mukai's surprise.

"Yes. Have you ever gone skating before?"

"They don't have one of those in Aserutani."

"Yea. The closest one is in Watasora."

"Is that expensive?"

Kurumu smiled at Nyuuwa, noting that the line was steadily moving away from them.

"It's not like you have to reserve the rink. Each person rents their own skates. You just need to show up at the start of one of their three hour time slots to get the most out of your skate rental."

"That doesn't sound too bad. Do they serve food?"

"They do but you might want to eat somewhere else. We could ask Mrs. Senda about being an escort since the school likes students doing that when groups are over a certain size."

'Can I come to this party too?'

Kurumu laughed, gesturing at Koyomi.

"You don't mind if Koyomi goes to your birthday party?"

Nyuuwa sighed dramatically.

"I suppose that she can since she is my classmate."

"Can we go already? Ms. Imai must be getting worried."

Kurumu smiled apologetically.

"We should go. We can talk later."

Nyuuwa nodded, moving to catch up with the end of the line.

"Yes. You'll have to tell me more about this birthday party tomorrow."

Kurumu sounded an affirmative, following Yukari whom had already walked off. She caught up to the witch at the start of the center aisle. Most students were already at their usual tables.

"Yukari!"

Imai beckoned to them, standing in front of the bench of their usual table. Tanaka smiled politely, sitting next to her friend. To Kurumu's surprise, the Doronuma siblings were sitting at their table across from the witches. Ginei was sharing that bench while Koike was alone at the other table.

"There is your girlfriend."

Kurumu snickered at Akenuma's prodding of Nijiro. She strolled around his math table, following Yukari over to their own.

"Afternoon, Nijiro."

"Afternoon, Kurumu."

"He tells us that you two didn't see each other at all over the weekend."

Kurumu smiled softly, stopping near the table as Yukari placed the satchel on the bench beside Imai. The witch opened up the satchel, starting to fish out bento boxes for her friends.

"That's true. I bought a new bed frame with that refund you gave me."

"Planning to break it in soon?"

Nijiro cleared his throat loudly.

"We won't be doing anything like that in the near future. How was your weekend?"

Kurumu forced another smile, settling down in front of the periwinkle bento that Yukari had placed at the end of the table. She could see his genuine concern as she set aside the drinks in her hands.

"It was okay. Spent most of it with Yukari and Tora. What did you do?"

"Mostly studied but we did spend half a day watching movies at Ms. Okimune's place."

Kurumu gasped playfully as she took off the top of her bento.

"Cheating on me with my sister."

"I was with Mr. Shiname the whole time."

Akenuma snickered, jostling Takanuma.

"That doesn't sound much better."

"We were also with Ms. Sairyuu and Ms. Sazanami whom live next door."

Kurumu smiled, recalling Okimune's two friends from the dance club. Taking out her chopsticks, she turned her attention to the Doronuma siblings.

"Any particular reason why the two of you are eating with us today?"

The older sister huffed, making a dismissive gesture with her chopsticks.

"Shin wants to join your club and I didn't want him over here on his own."

"Why not?"

"Because he's a moron and will do something stupid."

"Do you have an application?"

Kurumu smirked at the young man with his ebony bangs hiding his right, sapphire eye.

"You'll have to pick one up in the broadcasting room later."

"I'll be sure to stop by as soon as we are finished."

"I thought that you would join the band."

The younger brother glanced at Nijiro before shaking his head.

"I'm pretty sure that you have to take band as your elective to be in band. Nobody in their right mind should take band over the computer class."

Akenuma chuckled, wagging his chopsticks at Shin.

"Lucky devil. We all got stuck with the business program."

"He gambled by not listing that in his elective options. He's lucky he didn't end up in band or choir."

"Why don't you join your sister's music club?"

Kiriko huffed at Akenuma.

"We only need a new drummer. Shin doesn't have any experience with that."

"I wouldn't mind learning but I don't know if I want to be in her club. And they already have four members unlike Ms. Kurono's club."

"Unless you have a real interest in broadcasting, you shouldn't be rushing to her rescue. I'm sure that Kurumu can find someone else to take that fourth spot."

Kurumu chuckled at Nijiro's discouragement, pulling out a wad of omelet.

"That's true. I've had several people offer to join in name only."

"Do you think you'll get any serious recruits?"

Kurumu stuffed the morsel in her mouth, chewing slowly in contemplation.

"I don't see why not. I've mentioned our meeting place several times in the announcements."

"You might not realize this, but his sister has been saying all sorts of shit about you. Akenuma's cousin and Usabara have been agreeing with most of it so a lot of girls from our communities don't like you."

Kurumu frowned at the sister's statement.

"What did I do to Usabara?"

"Usabara has always been a bitch. Nobody likes her."

Takanuma nodded at Akenuma's amused remark.

"Yea. She's always talked trash about people."

"And people always talk trash about her."

"My point is that you're not likely to get any random kids from our communities. If any of them were undecided, they won't give your club a chance."

Shin nodded in agreement with his sister.

"Right. And many of the first year guys know about your troubled relationship with Mr. Amesuki. They most likely will stick with clubs that have other guys from our communities."

Kurumu huffed, seizing another morsel from her bento.

"I don't care if guys avoid my club. I'd rather have a girl."

"As do I. Hopefully this girl will also have a genuine interest in broadcasting."

Kiriko snorted at Nijiro.

"That's precisely the issue. If anybody had a genuine interest, they would have already spoken with Ms. Kurono. The only people she's pandering to now are the ones whom don't know what they want."

"While that might be true, I think you are overestimating my sister's influence. The first years from our communities don't even make up half of this lunch group. There's two other lunch groups full of first years whom have no reason to listen to my disgruntled sister."

Ginei chuckled, wagging a finger.

"And we shouldn't dismiss that Kurumu was one of the most popular girls in school last year. I bet that she picks up a few members."

Yukari snorted, pointing at him with her chopsticks.

"You were one of the most popular guys and nobody was giving your club a chance last year."

"That's a different matter entirely."

His smoky gray eye lit up and he grinned mischievously. Ginei patted the empty bench beside him.

"Over here, beautiful. I'm saving you a spot."

Kurumu glanced up as Koyomi slipped between the tables. The succubus dutifully walked over to Ginei's side, settling down beside him. Kurumu shook her head in disbelief.

"Seriously?"

Koyomi smiled politely.

'No room next to you.'

"Where should we sit?"

Kurumu managed a smile at Nyuuwa's question, realizing their table was almost full.

"I guess you could sit across from each other or at the table with Koike."

"Come over here. You know I won't bite."

Nyuuwa and Mukai giggled at Koike's multi fanged grin. The tiny girls claimed spots on the bench across from the inugami.

"Okay but we still have to discuss these birthday parties."

"What birthday parties?"

Kurumu grinned at Nijiro, hoping it would be okay to invite him.

Kurumu groaned, sitting on a stool inside the broadcasting room. Her knees were spread but her hands were gripping the front of the stool, keeping her skirt down as she regarded the open door. Not a single student had entered the room in the last ten to fifteen minutes.

"When can we shut things down?"

Mrs. Senda chuckled, sitting on another stool near Yotaku. The science teacher had on a frilly, cream blouse and textured gray slacks. Yotaku was still holding a microphone, having just given the reminder that the cheerleader squad's performance would start on the stage in five minutes. Her school jacket's sleeves were tied about her waist.

"This goes until five. It's not even four and we still have one more announcement to make."

"Yea. The music club has the stage next."

Kurumu grumbled at Yotaku's enthusiasm, knowing that was the last club with a stage reservation at four fifteen. Each slot had been a half hour long with the drama club going first at two fifteen. The dance club had taken the next slot.

"We've had less than twenty people stop by."

Nyuuwa nodded, lingering by the door. Their schoolbags were leaned up against the wall.

"Most were guys and they only came here to flirt."

Mrs. Senda chuckled, picking up the only club form that had been filled out today.

"At least we got one new member."

Kurumu huffed, knowing that was Shin's form.

"I'm not about to approve that guy unless we have to."

"Yea. Suki will join if we need her and Ms. Kurono has other friends she can ask."

Mrs. Senda smiled, looking over the form.

"My only concern with this young man is that he's related to the girl whom got suspended for using our PA system earlier this year."

"Big deal. My cousin was suspended and he was the president."

"Fair point. Disregarding my concern, I think we should take this young man. We don't know if he is applying to any other clubs."

Yotaku sighed dramatically, fussing with the dials on the console.

"I wish that I could help but all of my friends knew what clubs they wanted to join. Momo and Sumire admire Ms. Yamakusa. There was no way they weren't going to join her club with her as the leader."

Kurumu smiled at the mention of the third year in charge of the gymnastics club.

"It's too bad that none of your friends stopped by for a visit."

"It's not like they don't see me. We all have the same homeroom."

"Didn't two of your classmates show up?"

Yotaku huffed at Nyuuwa's question.

"They only came to see Ms. Kurono's tits. Just like those two boys from your hometown."

"I still can't believe they asked if she was a gyokuto. They know the rules against discussing true forms."

Kurumu smirked, recalling that pair.

"I actually knew those two from choir. I'm surprised they waited this long to ask."

Yotaku sighed, bouncing the microphone against the slight swell of her bosom.

"Hapi is going to be a cheerleader like her big brother. Jiyou would join kendo if they let her. Chisana and Risa haven't decided yet but they want something athletic."

"Don't worry about it, Ms. Yotaku. Other than Suki, I don't have any friends interested in joining this club even as a casual member."

"Maybe we need to change up our recruiting tactics. Like talking about the future of this club."

Nyuuwa frowned, cocking her head at Yotaku.

"What do you have in mind?"

"My cousin said that they ran all new wiring through the school for video. The school will eventually buy some televisions so we can broadcast the announcements like the morning news."

Kurumu grimaced, recalling this conversation with Tashikana. She glanced at the unused camcorder which was connected to a port in the control panel.

"That won't be happening this year. The school didn't want to spend money on sixty televisions."

"Sixty?!"

Mrs. Senda chuckled at their surprise.

"Well they would need one for each homeroom. They also have cables ran to the science rooms and all of the classrooms in the elective wing."

Kurumu nodded dumbly, having seen the shelf in the corner of her science room.

"But announcements are done in the morning. Why did the science rooms need them?"

"They probably didn't but those vacant classrooms in the elective wing will be used if we ever get back to thirty five students per homeroom like we had in my high school days."

Kurumu laughed softly, doubting that would happen in the next decade.

"They don't need that many televisions. Thirty six should be enough for now."

"That still isn't cheap, Ms. Yotaku. Maybe it will get done by the time you are a senior."

"But we could still mention that to potential new members. Some might want to be on television."

Kurumu smirked, shaking her head.

"I'm leaving that up to you."

"We could ask for guys that want to use a camcorder."

Kurumu pouted at Yotaku.

"There might be girls interested in that."

"I think we'd have better luck with guys. They already like looking at you. I bet they'd jump at the chance to actually film you."

"I am not going to be filmed!"

Mrs. Senda laughed, checking the time on her watch.

"Twelve minutes to four. Do you want to try out your new recruiting tactics today?"

Yotaku mulled that over for a moment before shaking her head.

"We should mention it tomorrow morning in the announcements. It wouldn't surprise me if most of the students are off campus right now."

"Would it be okay if we shut down at four thirty today and tomorrow?"

"Giving up on tomorrow too?"

Kurumu did not appreciate the amused look in Mrs. Senda's eyes.

"Rubi's birthday party is tomorrow. Ginei set things up to start at five so I want to leave right after we do tomorrow's announcement for the music club's performance."

"Since we are all going to it, would you drive us there?"

Mrs. Senda laughed at Yotaku's request.

"I suppose that I could do that."

Kurumu smiled, recalling the earlier conversation with the teacher.

"Thank you again for agreeing to help out with Ageha's birthday."

"That's no trouble at all. I'll see if Mrs. Sunao is willing to join us."

Kurumu grinned, thinking about the diminutive teacher.

"That would be nice."

"It would have been nice to get more than one applicant."

Kurumu pouted at Mrs. Senda's smug look.

"That can't be helped. Most guys were only here to ogle my tits."

"You didn't seem to mind some of the guys whom stopped by."

Kurumu shrugged at Yotaku's comment.

"Sangi's cousin was cool. Maybe that talk about the camcorder would make him change his mind."

Nyuuwa nodded thoughtfully.

"I could mention it to him. He is in my homeroom."

"Yea. Nonezumi also likes filming and taking pictures of things. He was also going to check out the film club but I might be able to bring him in."

"Another guy from Aranoiji?"

"Yea but he won't creep on you like the other two."

Kurumu snickered, recalling the pair she had met earlier. One had been Nazenara Hayate, the little brother of the new captain of the volleyball team. He had been too excited to meet his first succubus, asking way too many inappropriate questions. His friend, Kuromune, had not behaved any better.

"Kurono!"

The sudden appearance of the short haired blond in the doorway startled Nyuuwa. Udetama glanced at the tiny girl, favoring Nyuuwa a fanged grin before turning her arctic blue eyes back to Kurumu. The girl was wearing slacks and actually had a red tie at the collar of her white blouse which did not betray even the slightest hint of a bosom. Udetama could genuinely pass as a guy with how deep her voice was.

"Need ya to come to the courtyard."

Kurumu grimaced, lacking any desire to be out there. She had bad memories with that tree.

"Is something wrong?"

"Yer lady be on a rampage, thrashing guys left and right. Morioka said to fetch ya."

Kurumu frowned, hopping off her stool.

"Why is Kokoa doing that?"

"Something Miyamoto said. Come see."

Kurumu sighed, stalking across the room.

"You guys don't mind taking care of things here while I'm gone?"

"I'm sure that we will manage a few minutes without you."

Kurumu smiled, nodding at Mrs. Senda before stepping out into the hall. She trotted after Udetama whom had already darted to the start of the first year wing. The blond beckoned to her.

"Get moving, ya slowpoke."

"What exactly did Miyamoto say?"

"Who knows? He always been stupid."

Kurumu snickered, turning to follow the byakko. While she could not deny that, there had to be some reason for Kokoa to get upset.

"Did you see what happened?"

Udetama grinned with those rows of fangs as she backpedaled along this upper balcony at a pace that was difficult for Kurumu to maintain without resorting to a jog.

"Naw. Was flirting with Tenshi when yer lady laid Miyamoto out. Some folks try stopping her but it escalated. Morioka set up shop and asked me to get ya."

Kurumu gave up once Udetama had put a whole class between them. Bringing one arm across her tits to hold them in place, she openly jogged to catch up with the grinning brat.

"Set up shop?"

"Ya see when we gets there."

That imp turned about and shot to the end of the hall in the blink of an eye. Kurumu whimpered, having no hope of doing that. Udetama had stopped turned about, tapping her wrist as if concerned with the time. The girl stretched grandly and yawned dramatically, placing her hands together before resting her cheek against them as if taking a nap.

Kurumu hurried as fast as she dared with this sort of bra, passing by the crossover to the bathroom. The open door to the choir room was next on her right. A few girls were still in the choir room as they were planning to close up at four. Kurumu was glad none of those girls noticed her as she passed by the other open door, closing in on the mocking girl's location.

Before Kurumu could reach Udetama, the girl sprung over to the top of the stairs. Udetama gestured for her to hurry, zipping down the flight out of sight. Already panting from the jog, Kurumu slowed her approach as she neared the top of the stairs.

The last thing she wanted was a tumble down the stairs. Kurumu trotted down the flight at a safe pace, turning about on the landing. She descended the second flight, spying Udetama over by the start of the serving line. The lithe girl rocked back and forth on the balls and heels of her feet, pretending to whistle.

"Why do I get the feeling that this isn't remotely serious?"

Udetama backed away, making gestures like she was pulling a rope. Kurumu smirked, wondering if this rope was supposedly tied to her. Shaking her head, she trotted after the girl, passing by the opening for the second year wing. The byakko had already retreated to the alcove with the row of glass doors giving access to the interior courtyard when Kurumu made it to the opening on the left for the serving line.

All of the tables in the cafeteria seating area had been folded up and pushed to the side, leaving a huge open space. Kurumu could hear the music in the auditorium playing for the cheerleader squad. It was an acoustical track that the girls were shouting encouragements to rally up the crowd. Clearly some people were watching their performance as Kurumu could hear some guys shouting back and whistling.

"Over here."

Udetama popped open a door to the interior courtyard, drawing Kurumu's attention. Kurumu only glimpsed the carnage when the squeal of a megaphone cut through the air.

"Five hundred yen for a chance to squeeze that vampire's boobs. And if you actually do subdue that vixen, her culture allows you to do whatever you want with her."

Kurumu's eyes widened at Ginei's declaration. She hustled through the open door, quickly spying the werewolf. He was seated behind a table with a man garbed in the royal blue robes worn by the kendo club. This particular man with the braided sable hair resting on his shoulder was Hosokoun Habiki, captain of the kendo club and the current valedictorian.

"Suppose I will give it a shot."

Ginei bowed politely as a familiar tall guy with his charcoal locks swept up like a broom dropped a wad of yen on the table. The guy's shirt strained beneath his barrel chest as he walked confidently towards the silver haired vampire standing amidst many fallen adversaries. Several of the victims were garbed in the blue robes of the kendo club while others had on the white gi of the karate and judo clubs.

Kurumu glanced at the massive tree standing in the background, having a passing thought of a young man from her junior high whom had tried to blackmail her. He was probably dead now which somehow made her feel worse. Shaking her head to disperse those thoughts, she sauntered over to Ginei's table.

"What do you think you are doing?"

Ginei grinned, gesturing at the glass jar filled with yen on top of the table.

"Collecting funds for the school trip."

Kurumu snorted, glancing back in time to see Kokoa blink behind her opponent when he tried to grab the vampire. Kokoa hopped up, pinching the guy's head between her thighs. The next moment the guy was thrown in a tight circle, smashing his face into the dirt. Straddled on top of the back of his head, Kokoa threw her arms out wide. Somehow this made the guy crater into the ground with the vampire springing off his back to a standing position.

"What exactly happened here?"

The two seniors shared a look and both shrugged.

"Not entirely sure."

"Haiji must have pissed her off since he was the first one taken out."

"Obviously. His club members tried to avenge him and were summarily felled."

"Then Mr. Hosokoun made an official challenge against her but he immediately retracted that."

The kendo captain nodded solemnly, regarding the vampire with his hazel eyes.

"Because I saw no victory in my future. She can't be defeated."

Kurumu nodded, realizing Kitajima and Hikari's older brother were among Kokoa's victims.

"Didn't feel like sharing that with your teammates?"

Ginei snickered, nudging the captain.

"This collection box was his idea. He originally offered a bounty of fifty thousand yen to the person able to best Kokoa. The only catch was they had to pay an entrance fee to participate."

Hosokoun closed his eyes and nodded again.

"Yes. With all of the young men of the clubs gathered out here disposed of, we refrained from telling any new contestants about the original bounty. Not that anyone stands a chance of besting Ms. Shuzen."

"You guys are terrible."

Ginei snickered, waving behind Kurumu with the megaphone.

"Go find more suckers, Imi. These guys are lightweights."

Kurumu sighed, shaking her head as the byakko darted back through the doors to the cafeteria. She noted that both of the Miwa gym instructors had been knocked out along with Mr. Ochi. That was three of the four clubs that had been set up here.

"You even have her beating up the teachers."

"Vampire pride. She won't refuse a challenge from anyone."

There were some unfamiliar guys among the conquered which were probably first years whom had been checking out these clubs. She frowned when she failed to locate Ijouyama but she did see Megumareta, the young man in love with Sonoda. He was sprawled next to Miyamoto.

"Was Ijouyama not helping with your kendo demonstration?"

"Mr. Miyamoto said that Mr. Ijouyama left campus after sixth period."

Ginei snickered, leaning back in his chair.

"Probably practicing his thrusting technique on a choir girl."

Kurumu blushed, having no way of denying that. It was possible that Oso had skipped choir today.

"Where is the fencing club? I thought they were out here with you guys."

Ginei shrugged nonchalantly.

"Ms. Takaku and Shikichi were here when I visited around three but decided to quit for the day. They already had three new prospects. Most of the girls had left before this incident started."

"Udetama mentioned that Tenshi was here."

"Yea. She went to get Sabaku to put a stop to this but that didn't work out."

Kurumu followed the direction of Ginei's gesture and gasped. The big PSC dude had been shoved through one of the walls to a storage room. Only his legs were hanging out.

"Is he okay?!"

"Kokoa said he survived."

"Kokoa!"

The silver haired vampire turned her attention upon Kurumu. Her eyes were burning crimson.

"Are you wanting a fight?"

"What happened with Sabaku?"

"He was going to do that stupid shouting nonsense. It doesn't work if you knock him out first."

"Yea. He didn't even pay the entrance fee."

Hosokoun nodded in unison with Ginei, both having their arms crossed and eyes closed.

"Agreed. A lost opportunity."

"That's what you two are disappointed with?!"

"What's this about free titty grabbing if we can get away with it?"

Ginei favored a grin at the arrival of the Yabuhame twins. The okami boys were on the basketball team and hailed from Morihochou. One had his oily black hair braided up while the other had left his shaggy locks alone. Both guys sauntered over with snaggletooth grins.

"That's right!"

Kurumu flinched at Ginei's confirmation made through the megaphone.

"Vampires have a policy of the strong ruling the weak. If you can best her in combat, you can do anything you want with her."

The twins snickered, coming up to the table which prompted Ginei to lower the megaphone.

"What's the catch?"

"Just a five hundred yen entrance fee and you can give it a go."

Ginei nodded at Hosokoun's terms.

"Don't forget that Kurumu here is like property to Kokoa. Besting her also gives you full permissions to this gorgeous beauty's body."

Kurumu gagged as both boys looked over her with lecherous thoughts.

"I am not a prize in this!"

The twins snickered, tossing coins into the glass jar.

"May as well give it a shot."

"Yea. Even if we lose, we might get a feel in."

The twins shared a grin and shot over to Kokoa in the blink of an eye. In a heartbeat Kokoa ducked into a low clothesline which flipped the guy with the braids. She spun up with a twirl, twisting into an axe kick which caught the other guy in the top of the head. She planted his head into the ground, springing off as she flipped back into a corkscrew dive that speared the first twin into a crater.

"And you questioned my wisdom."

Ginei made a dismissive wave as Kokoa hopped away from the twitching twins.

"Those two were uncoordinated and unskilled. I could have dropped them just as easily."

"By all means, try landing a hit on that woman."

Ginei snorted at Hosokoun's encouragement.

"I only have one testicle and I plan to keep it."

Ginei had said this as a joke several times, referencing his time in prison under Lord Chiki's men. During her training in Hong Kong, Kurumu had confirmed that Ginei still had both testicles but the experience of being raped by a guard still haunted him.

"You realize that she wasn't even using her powers of perception to beat those guys."

"Powers of perception?"

Kurumu smiled at Hosokoun's interest.

"She can see probable futures."

"I see. That makes her very much like me. I hope she doesn't waste too many years of her life by taking peeks at the future."

Kurumu nodded, guessing that made Hosokoun a satori.

"I don't think she has the same limitations."

"How goes your recruitment?"

Kurumu sighed at Ginei's question.

"Horrible. We only got one application."

Kurumu frowned at a sudden thought.

"Wait. Why aren't you recruiting for your club?"

Ginei chuckled, making a dismissive wave.

"I gave it an hour and had about the same luck. The only girl to fill out an application was Cho, Kana's pretty friend. She would have joined even if we had not participated in the club showcase."

Kurumu grumbled, knowing that was true for the two first years in her club.

"I did say where your club was set up in the announcements."

"I know that you tried. Maybe we are just bad at being club leaders."

"Don't include me in your shortcomings."

"I heard that we have a young lady causing trouble here."

Kurumu glanced over to the row of glass doors, witnessing the arrival of Mr. Yuutan and the entire soccer team. The new coach was wearing a white shirt and black track pants with a whistle dangling about his neck. He had scruffy, black hair which had never known the touch of a comb or brush.

Naturally Kurumu's eyes gravitated to Burumoto first. He was flanked by the two big guys whom had often joined him in the lunch line last year. Tamaishi was slightly taller and had shaved his dark locks short. The big brute had gone to the junior high in Akichi and had been in Tsukune's homeroom with Burumoto last year. Yano was the thick guy with short, dull gray locks with long bangs. He had been in Kurumu's homeroom last year and she honestly could not recall which village he hailed from.

The Nishimura brothers from Watasora had both returned this year. Neither had been starters last year but that most likely had changed considering they only had twelve returning players and needed eleven to field a full team. Both of these kirin boys had short, charcoal locks. The taller one was from Kurumu's grade level while the shorter one was now a senior. The younger brother was dating his childhood friend, Tategami. That tall girl had been in Kurumu's home economics class.

Only the younger Fuyukake brother had returned to the team since his older brother had graduated. He had his silvery blond hair pulled back in a ponytail. He looked short compared to Nakamori whose older brother from the basketball team had also graduated. Nakamori had a scruffy mess of tawny locks which challenged their coach's status of having the messiest hair. Both of these kirin boys from Watasora were in Kurumu's grade.

The guy with his chestnut hair swept into a faux hawk was the younger Hatatachi brother. He and his brother had been starters last year. The kirin from Watasora was a third year now and stood beside a familiar tanuki guy. She could not recall the guy's name but he had been in Ginei's first homeroom.

The massive Kuromuro stood beside Hechiyado. Kuromuro was most likely the goalkeeper this year, having been the reserve goalie last year. She could not recall where he was from but Hechiyado had attended the junior high in Akichi. The stocky senior had shoulder length, dark hair.

The last returning player was Kusahase Takeru, captain of the soccer team. The okami from Morihochou had shaggy, peppered locks. The girls whom had gone to junior high with him had not expected Kusahase to get the position over the Hatatachi brother, but Kusahase had been a starter just like Burumoto.

These five other guys lingering in the back were all new faces. The one with the short, slate locks had a strong resemblance to Yasunama Koya, an okami from the soccer team whom had recently graduated. This guy stood close by two of the other new guys. The slightly taller one had jet black, shoulder length hair while the other had auburn locks that were wavy. That thinner guy with the curled bangs had an effeminate air to him. The last two guys were bulky like Burumoto. The taller one had a short, dull black curls while the last had his ebony locks pulled back in a top knot.

"If you want to fight the champion, you have to pay the toll."

Mr. Yuutan frowned at Ginei whom had issued that instruction over the megaphone.

"What nonsense are you talking about?"

"Five hundred yen. If you beat this vixen, you can do whatever you want with her."

The new coach turned flush, shaking his head as he stalked over to their location. The rest of the soccer team followed in his wake, snickering amongst themselves. Many appreciated Kurumu's body, filling her up with delicious, lecherous thoughts as they approached.

"I am a member of this faculty!"

"A challenger is a challenger."

Mr. Yuutan scowled, stopping near the table.

"This sort of thing isn't allowed. I'm shutting this down."

Ginei lifted the megaphone to his lips, turning his head towards Kokoa.

"Mr. Yuutan wants you to surrender peacefully."

Kokoa crossed her arms below her bosom, favoring the soccer coach a maniacal smirk.

"Not a chance! He will have to take me by force!"

"Nobody is taking anybody by force."

"That sounds like virgin talk to me!"

Mr. Yuutan flinched as several of his boys snickered. He shook a clenched fist at the sneering vampire.

"I will not stand for such insults!"

"Than fight me!"

"That isn't how things work, young lady. There are rules-"

"Talking like a coward."

"You are trying my patience."

"When are you going to stop yapping?"

"Do you want to be expelled?"

"Rules only work when people allow them to work. If you expelled me, I would just keep coming to school. At some point, physical interaction will be required and you will find out that you are sorely lacking in the ability to enforce your silly rules."

"What is with her attitude today?"

Kurumu shrugged at Burumoto's query.

"She was like this when I got here."

"Coach. What should we do?"

Mr. Yuutan shivered at the question from Kusahase.

"Clearly this young lady needs to be disciplined."

Kokoa laughed, turning about. She smacked her ass which was covered in the pleats of her school skirt.

"Get over here and discipline me."

Mr. Yuutan took a step forward but Hosokoun cleared his throat loudly.

"Are you forgetting the entry fee?"

Mr. Yuutan turned about and scowled at the kendo captain.

"This is also against the rules. As the valedictorian, you should know better."

"I do. But as I am unable to stop it, we may as well profit off the situation."

"That's street rules, Mr. Yuutan."

The coach snorted at Ginei's smug grin.

"I'll deal with you two later."

"Are you coming to get me? It's rude to keep a lady waiting, Mr. Virgin."

Mr. Yuutan spun about and snarled.

"I'll have you know that I'm not a virgin!"

"Then get over here and show me your experience. Stop teasing me."

Mr. Yuutan pounded his fist into his palm as he stepped closer. Kurumu could feel the threatening aura spilling out from him as he approached the vampire.

"Bad choice, young lady. I was hoping to spare you this beating but you are right. Some people are just too stupid to reason with."

Kokoa's crimson eyes burned with amusement.

"I can smell your mixed blood, monstrel. Don't get all high and mighty just because some friends took pity on you and got you a job."

Mr. Yuutan's lips turned up in a devilish grin.

"You really want this to go badly. Since you seem to know so much about it, those friends of mine might have mentioned that I was quite the unruly delinquent in high school."

Mr. Yuutan planted his feet and flexed his muscles. His shirt exploded as energy rushed to his location.

"I'll show you the terror that-"

Kokoa blinked behind him and chopped him in the back of his neck. The man's eyes rolled in the back of his head as he fell to his knees. He pitched forward into the dirt as the vampire clapped her hands as if to dust them off.

"Little dogs bark so much to cover their inadequacies. You are no different."

"She just dropped Coach in a single strike!"

"What manner of monster is she?!"

Burumoto chuckled at the reaction from the new guys.

"A vampire. Momma always told me to keep clear of them."

"Well that was a big disappointment. I've still got so much frustration inside me."

Kokoa turned a smirk upon Kusahase.

"How about you boys try taking me on all at the same time?"

The captain snickered, holding his hands up defensively.

"Hold on. I get that you're powerful and all, but nobody can take on a dozen guys at once."

"Are you chickening out?"

Kusahase frowned at Ginei.

"It's not that. It just doesn't seem fair."

"If you boys win, Kurumu and I can be your playthings for the evening."

Kurumu shuddered when the lustful thoughts already directed upon her intensified.

"The choice is clear."

Tamaishi nodded solemnly at Burumoto's declaration. They along with most of the guys on the team were fishing out yen from their shorts.

"We wouldn't be men if we didn't at least try."

"Wait! I didn't agree to this!"

Hosokoun chuckled softly as the soccer guys started to line up and toss money into Ginei's jar.

"No worries, Ms. Kurono. You have nothing to fear."
