I want to spend like five chapters here, to develop Mika into a powerful force while separating him from the village for a bit... but he will be back in three years!

It's his time skip, so to speak. This is the prologue -ish of the new arc. It has to be short.

I have so many plans,... but remember, until you reach Elite Jonin, most ranks aren't that seperated in power. I mean otherwise how can Itachi, Shisui, Minato or Kakashi do all they do in like five minutes but take years to reach Elite Jonin?

The Capital was beautiful, tons of tall red buildings, torii gates and an air of elegance. Mika did not really know the customs of the place, but according to Chiriku on the day trip over, it really wasn't that different compared to the Leaf. There was a fast paced energy to the entire palace and the rest of the city proper, he liked it quite a bit as they walked through their, guarding the Daimyo through the roaring crowds.

Soon, they reached the Palace, and Chiriku separated Mika from the others. "I'm going to show you our quarters, our training grounds and the library of course. The Hokage said you were most interested in that." The man winked at Mika. "We even have books on Sealing, several Uzumaki used to work here so they left much behind."

Mika almost started to salivate at that. "Uzumaki sealing... I really am in heaven. Did anyone leave things on healing?"

"Oh, boy, that is why you were chosen. Yes, we have books and scrolls on the Healing Arts.:"

His room, number twelve, was about ten by ten feet, with a desk, a book shelf and a bed. It was bare, but he didn't care, he had always had a utilitarian view of things anyway. "This is perfect. I have a window." And he did, it faced the palace inner sanctum.

"Yes, now we split guard duty day and night. As you are still inexperienced, you will be working with me and my shifts three days a week. Our Shifts last eight hours and then we move onto the next person. I guard the Daimyo during his more public arrangements, so I expect you to be at your most behaved." His tone broke no arguments.

"I am aware of that importance."

"Good... now... you are free to train whenever you like, but Kazuma and I will be your main mentors for the time being, to get your skills up and ensure you are a powerful force for good." They moved down the hall then, toward a library covered in a powerful seal, so strong he could feel it. "I'll be in charge of your access to the library until you earn your rights to enter, but soon... in maybe three months, you will have the means to enter on your own. We will get a few scrolls on whatever you feel is needed. Six scrolls is your limit now."

Mika full on giggled when he saw it, a host of scrolls and books and so much more when Chiriku opened the seal on the massive doors. He danced in, and soon had five scrolls. Two on sealing, two on healing, one on a better shushin and one on healing. "I cannot wait to see who and what I become... after a few years..."

Patting his shoulder, Chiriku chuckled. "Neither can I."

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was a joy to write.

Love, your Ninja Overlord,

Mika.
