Welcome back to a new chapter
**Chapter 15: The Wedding Day**
The morning of the wedding dawned bright and early, filled with excitement and anticipation. Ino's house buzzed with energy as she prepared for the biggest day of her life. In her bridal room, she sat before a large mirror, her cheeks flushed with nervousness as Sakura, Hinata, and Tsunade gathered around her, helping her get ready. Ino's heart raced as she glanced at her reflection, still trying to wrap her mind around the fact that in just a few hours, she would be Mrs. Ino Uzumaki.
Sakura stood behind her, busy curling and styling her long blonde hair into an elegant updo. Her fingers moved swiftly, creating the perfect bridal look while offering some playful banter to lighten the mood. "You know, Ino, after tonight, I bet Naruto's going to be all over you," Sakura teased, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. "I mean, look at you. That dress is stunning, and we all know Naruto can't keep his hands off you. Tonight's going to be wild."
Ino's eyes widened, her face instantly turning beet red. "Sakura!" she squeaked, slapping her friend's arm in protest. "That's... that's not something we talk about!"
Sakura laughed, unfazed by Ino's embarrassment. "Oh, come on, we're all thinking it. Right, Hinata?"
Hinata, standing nearby and helping with the final touches on the veil, blushed furiously but gave a small smile. "Um... I think you're embarrassing Ino-chan, Sakura."
Tsunade, sitting across the room sipping tea, smirked as she glanced at the bride-to-be. "Well, let's be honest, Naruto is going to lose his mind when he sees you today. You're going to knock him off his feet."
Ino's heart fluttered. She was excited, of course, but the nerves had been building all morning. She could hardly believe this was happening. She was going to marry Naruto—the same boy she had known for years, who had always been there for her, who had saved her in so many ways. Her mind drifted to the past, remembering how he had pulled her out of some of her darkest moments, always with that unbreakable smile of his.
Her thoughts were interrupted by Sakura's voice, teasing once again. "Speaking of knocking him off his feet... I bet Naruto's going to spend the entire night nursing on these," Sakura quipped, playfully grabbing at Ino's chest.
"Sakura!" Ino shrieked, her face glowing bright red. She slapped Sakura's hands away, completely mortified.
Hinata giggled softly, her own cheeks pink with second-hand embarrassment. "Sakura, you're going to embarrass all of us," she said shyly, though her eyes sparkled with amusement.
Tsunade, watching the exchange with a knowing grin, raised her cup of tea. "I agree with Sakura though. Naruto's going to be in for a shock when he sees you in that dress."
Ino, despite her embarrassment, couldn't help but smile. Her friends were right—Naruto was going to be speechless when he saw her, and she couldn't wait to see his reaction.
Meanwhile, on the other side of town, Naruto paced nervously in his room. He had been walking back and forth for what felt like hours, his heart thumping loudly in his chest. The excitement, the nerves, the anticipation—it was all too much. In just a few hours, he would be standing at the altar, waiting for Ino, the love of his life, to walk down the aisle.
Shikamaru leaned against the wall, watching his friend with a calm, lazy expression. "You're gonna wear a hole in the floor if you keep pacing like that," he muttered, though there was a smirk on his face.
Naruto paused, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. "I know, I know, I just... I can't help it. I'm getting married today! What if something goes wrong?"
Shikamaru rolled his eyes. "Nothing's going to go wrong. You're marrying Ino, not running into a battlefield."
Naruto sighed, running his hands through his hair. "Yeah, but still... what if I mess up? What if I say the wrong thing or trip or—"
"You're overthinking it," Shikamaru interrupted, giving him a lazy smile. "Just breathe. It's going to be fine."
Sasuke, who had been quietly adjusting his tie in the corner, looked up and raised an eyebrow. "I still can't believe both of you are so nervous about this. How are you two going to have kids if you're this shy around each other?"
Naruto's face turned a deep shade of red. "Sasuke!" he exclaimed, flustered. "That's not something you just bring up!"
Sasuke smirked. "Just saying. You two are probably the most awkward couple I've ever seen. I can't imagine how you're going to handle everything after the wedding."
Naruto groaned, covering his face with his hands. "Can we not talk about this right now?"
Neji, who had been sitting nearby, chuckled softly. "Relax, Naruto. You'll be fine. You've been through tougher things than this."
Naruto peeked out from behind his hands, still red-faced. "Yeah, but I've never... you know... gotten married before."
Neji gave him a reassuring smile. "You're strong, Naruto. You've got a good heart, and you've got a great partner in Ino. Besides," he added with a sly grin, "your body's in great shape. I'm sure you'll be able to keep her entertained tonight."
Naruto nearly choked, his face turning even redder than before. "Neji! Come on, man!"
Shikamaru snickered, shaking his head. "You guys are making this way more awkward than it needs to be."
Neji shrugged, still grinning. "Just saying the truth. Naruto's built, and Ino's going to be thrilled."
Naruto waved his hands in front of him, trying to stop the conversation before it went any further. "Okay, okay! Can we stop talking about this? Please?"
Shikamaru chuckled and stepped forward, patting Naruto on the shoulder. "Don't worry about it. You're going to look great today. Ino's not going to know what hit her when she sees you in that suit."
Naruto blinked, still blushing, but managed a small smile. "You really think so?"
Shikamaru nodded. "Yeah, you clean up pretty well. Besides, Ino already loves you. You could probably show up in a t-shirt, and she'd still think you're amazing."
Naruto chuckled at that, the tension in his shoulders easing just a little. "Thanks, Shikamaru. I guess I'm just nervous because I want everything to be perfect."
Shikamaru rolled his eyes. "It's a wedding. Nothing's ever perfect. But as long as you're there, and she's there, it'll be fine."
Naruto smiled, feeling a bit more at ease. He glanced at the mirror, adjusting his tie one last time. He had to admit, Shikamaru was right—he did look pretty good in the suit. He just hoped Ino would think so too.
"Alright," Naruto said, taking a deep breath. "Let's do this."
Shikamaru grinned, giving him a thumbs-up. "That's the spirit."
As Naruto prepared to head to the ceremony, his heart raced with excitement and anticipation. Today was the day. The day he would marry Ino, the love of his life. And no matter what happened, he knew it was going to be the best day of his life.
The evening sky darkened as the wedding ceremony drew closer, and Ino's nerves were at an all-time high. The soft glow of the venue lights outside the bridal suite only added to the dreamlike atmosphere. Inside the room, Sakura, Tsunade, and Hinata were finishing the final touches to Ino's look, her gown flowing elegantly around her.
Ino's heart was racing, and her hands trembled slightly as she looked at herself in the mirror. She knew she was about to marry Naruto, the man she had been with for months, but somehow the reality of the moment made it all the more overwhelming.
Sakura smirked at Ino from behind, breaking the serious silence. "You've been living with Naruto for three months, Ino. Surely you've already crossed a few boundaries, right?" Her voice was full of teasing mischief, eyes twinkling.
Ino's cheeks flushed bright red, and she quickly waved her hands in protest. "Sakura! Nothing like that happened! I'm still... I'm still a virgin."
Sakura's smirk only grew wider. "Oh? Well, that's going to change tonight. You're going to become a woman, Ino-chan."
Ino's face turned an even deeper shade of red, almost matching the roses in her bouquet. "S-Sakura! Please stop! You're making me even more nervous."
Hinata, always the gentle one, chuckled softly, her own cheeks slightly pink. "Sakura-chan, you're embarrassing her. Ino, don't worry. Everything's going to be perfect. Naruto-kun loves you, and tonight is just another step in your journey together."
Tsunade, sipping on her champagne casually, smirked from the side. "Hinata's right. But honestly, when Naruto sees you in that dress, he's going to be stunned. You'll probably leave him speechless for the first time in his life."
Ino felt a mix of excitement and anxiety swell inside her chest. She had waited for this day for what seemed like forever, but now that it was here, she wasn't sure she was ready. Her thoughts spun as she imagined Naruto's reaction to seeing her walk down the aisle.
But then Sakura leaned in closer, her grin mischievous again. "And trust me, by the end of tonight, you'll be anything but speechless."
Ino's hands flew to her face, covering her crimson cheeks. "Sakura! I'm going to pass out if you keep talking like this!"
Tsunade laughed, setting her glass aside. "Alright, alright. We'll stop teasing you... for now."
Hinata smiled warmly, her soft voice soothing. "It's normal to feel nervous, Ino-chan. But trust me, you and Naruto have already been through so much together. He loves you, and that's all that matters."
Ino took a deep breath, trying to calm the butterflies in her stomach. She knew Hinata was right. No matter what happened, tonight was about her and Naruto starting their lives together. She just needed to focus on that.
Sakura suddenly jumped up, clapping her hands loudly. "Alright! Enough freaking out. It's time to go meet your husband, Ino!"
Ino's heart raced even faster, but she nodded, determined to make this night everything she had dreamed of. As she walked toward the door, Tsunade gave her one last look of approval. "Good luck out there, kid. Knock him dead."
Meanwhile, in another room, Naruto was pacing back and forth, just as nervous—if not more so—than Ino. His suit fit perfectly, but that did little to calm his nerves. His heart was racing, his mind spinning with a hundred different thoughts. What if he said something stupid? What if he tripped and fell during the ceremony? What if—
Shikamaru leaned against the wall, watching Naruto with a bemused expression. "You need to calm down, Naruto. You're acting like you're about to face the hardest mission of your life."
Naruto stopped pacing, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. "I know, I know. But I can't help it. I'm about to marry Ino, Shikamaru! What if something goes wrong?"
Shikamaru rolled his eyes. "Nothing's going to go wrong. You're marrying Ino, not defusing a bomb. Just relax."
Sasuke, adjusting his cufflinks, glanced over at Naruto with a smirk. "You two are so awkward. I don't know how you're even going to survive tonight, let alone have kids."
Naruto's face turned scarlet, and he waved his hands frantically. "Sasuke! Don't say stuff like that!"
Neji, leaning against the window, chuckled softly. "Naruto, you've faced bigger challenges than this. Besides, you're in pretty good shape. I'm sure Ino's going to appreciate that tonight."
Naruto nearly tripped over his own feet, his face turning an even deeper shade of red. "Neji! Stop!"
Shikamaru snorted, shaking his head. "You guys are going to make him pass out before the ceremony even starts."
Sasuke smirked, walking over to give Naruto a gentle push toward the door. "Come on, it's time to go meet your bride."
The wedding hall was breathtaking. Fairy lights twinkled overhead, and soft music played in the background. The aisle was lined with flowers—Ino's favorite—creating a stunning path toward the altar.
Ino stood at the entrance, her breath catching in her throat. This was it. She could see Naruto standing at the other end of the aisle, looking nervous but so incredibly handsome in his suit. His blue eyes locked onto hers, and for a moment, everything else disappeared.
Sasuke, noticing Naruto's frozen stance, nudged him. "Go on, Naruto. Your bride's waiting."
Naruto, blushing furiously, took a deep breath and stepped forward. His heart pounded as he walked toward the altar, his eyes never leaving Ino. She looked... stunning. Absolutely breathtaking. The white gown clung to her figure in all the right ways, and her blonde hair was styled elegantly, making her look like she had stepped right out of a dream.
When he reached her, he couldn't help but whisper, "You're beautiful, Ino-chan."
Ino blushed deeply, feeling her heart flutter at his words. "You too, Naruto-kun. You look... you look so handsome."
Naruto's face turned an even deeper shade of red. "T-thanks," he stammered, suddenly feeling self-conscious. He had never been good at taking compliments, especially from someone as beautiful as Ino.
The officiant cleared his throat, drawing their attention back to the ceremony. "Well, aren't you two the shyest couple I've ever seen."
Naruto blushed, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. But the officiant wasn't done. He glanced between the two of them, a playful glint in his eye. "So, which one of you is the bride and which one is the groom? I can't quite tell."
Naruto's face turned crimson as a few snickers came from the guests—most notably from Sasuke, who was clearly enjoying every second of Naruto's discomfort. "I-I'm the groom!" Naruto exclaimed, clearly flustered. "Can't you tell?"
The officiant chuckled. "Well, if you say so."
Ino covered her face with her hands, trying to hide her embarrassment. The entire exchange had her heart racing, but when she peeked through her fingers, she couldn't help but notice how endearing Naruto looked when he was flustered.
From the back, Sasuke let out a full laugh—something Shikamaru had never seen before. "I can't believe how embarrassed you two are," Sasuke said, shaking his head. "It's like watching a couple of high schoolers on their first date."
Shikamaru, ever the calm observer, chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, but that's why they're perfect for each other. They balance each other out."
The ceremony continued, and despite the playful teasing, the vows were sweet and heartfelt. Naruto and Ino held hands, their fingers trembling slightly as they exchanged promises of love, loyalty, and partnership.
Finally, the officiant smiled warmly. "You may now kiss the bride."
Both Naruto and Ino froze, their faces turning an even deeper shade of red. The idea of kissing in front of everyone, of sharing such an intimate moment, made their nerves skyrocket. They exchanged nervous glances, neither of them moving.
Sakura, watching from the sidelines, rolled her eyes dramatically. "Oh, come on!" she exclaimed, marching up to the couple. Before either of them could react, she grabbed both their heads and pushed them together.
Their lips met in a sudden, awkward kiss, both of them completely caught off guard. The guests burst into laughter as Sakura held them in place for a moment before letting them go. When she finally released them, Naruto and Ino pulled apart, their faces beet red, looking like they were about to melt from embarrassment.
"I... I guess we kissed," Ino whispered, her heart racing.
Naruto, still blushing, nodded. "Y-yeah... we did."
From the back, Sasuke chuckled, shaking his head. "They're the most awkward couple I've ever seen."
Shikamaru sm
After Sakura forced their heads together, the kiss was brief but enough to make the entire wedding party erupt into laughter. Both Naruto and Ino pulled back, faces red, their hearts racing from embarrassment and joy. Despite the awkwardness, there was something perfect about the moment—about how it reflected their journey, filled with nervousness, love, and genuine care for one another.
Sasuke, wiping a tear from laughing so hard, leaned over to Shikamaru. "They might be the shyest couple in the world, but they're perfect together."
Shikamaru nodded with a small smile, watching the couple finally relax into the moment. "That's what makes them so great. They balance each other out. It's troublesome, but it works."
Ino, still blushing, glanced at Naruto and whispered, "I think they're all laughing at us."
Naruto, rubbing the back of his head, chuckled nervously. "Yeah, but who cares? We did it, right? We're married now."
Ino's heart swelled at his words. Despite the teasing and the embarrassment, she realized that none of it mattered. She was standing next to Naruto—the man she loved—and they were starting their life together. With a deep breath, she smiled, feeling her nerves finally begin to calm.
As the guests clapped and cheered, the couple held hands and made their way down the aisle, heading toward the car waiting to whisk them away to the reception. But as they stepped outside, they were greeted with a crowd of well-wishers, throwing confetti and flower petals in their path.
Naruto opened the car door for Ino, his usual goofy grin back in place. "Ready to start our life together, Ino-chan?"
Ino nodded, her heart fluttering with excitement. "I've been ready for a long time, Naruto-kun."
The reception was lively, filled with music, laughter, and dancing. Naruto and Ino couldn't help but laugh at how many people were still teasing them about their kiss, but neither of them cared anymore. They were surrounded by their friends, their family, and most importantly, by love.
At one point during the evening, Sasuke leaned over to Shikamaru with a grin. "So, when do you think they'll stop blushing around each other?"
Shikamaru chuckled. "Knowing them? Maybe never. But that's okay. That's just who they are."
As the night wore on and the festivities began to wind down, Naruto and Ino finally found a quiet moment to themselves. They stood outside, looking up at the stars, the cool night air wrapping around them. Naruto wrapped his arms around Ino's waist, pulling her close.
"Today was perfect," he whispered, his breath warm against her ear.
Ino smiled, leaning into his embrace. "It really was. I still can't believe we're married."
Naruto chuckled softly. "Me neither. But I'm glad it's real. I'm glad it's you."
Ino's heart swelled with love as she turned to face him, her fingers brushing lightly against his cheek. "I love you, Naruto-kun."
"I love you too, Ino-chan. Forever."
And with that, they shared a soft, tender kiss, this time without the teasing or the pressure. It was just the two of them, standing beneath the stars, ready to face whatever the future held—together.
As they drove off into the night, the car filled with laughter and the promise of a lifetime of love, they both couldn't help but reflect on how far they had come—from awkward moments to the quiet certainty that they were meant to be.
Ino glanced over at Naruto, her heart full. She had once been so nervous, so afraid, but now, in this moment, she knew she had made the right choice.
And as Naruto reached over to take her hand, he smiled at her in that way only he could—goofy, but full of love.
"Ready for our next adventure, Ino-chan?"
She smiled back, her heart soaring. "Always."
In the quiet, warm glow of their new home, Naruto and Ino entered with a mixture of excitement and nerves. The day had been long, filled with emotions, but this moment felt surreal. As they stepped into the living room, Ino's face lit up, taking in the space that was now theirs—beautiful, inviting, and filled with a future yet to be written.
"I can't believe we're married," Naruto whispered, still in awe of the entire day.
Ino, just as overwhelmed, smiled back. "Me neither… it still feels like a dream."
They stood there, bathed in the soft lighting of the room, unsure of what to say next. It wasn't that they were strangers to one another. They had spent months together, getting to know every detail of each other's lives, but tonight was different—tonight was the beginning of something new.
Ino took a deep breath, her heart swelling with gratitude. "Naruto," she began, her voice soft but filled with emotion. "I just wanted to thank you… for everything. You've done more for me than I could ever put into words."
Naruto blinked, taken aback by the sincerity in her tone. "Ino-chan, you don't have to thank me. You deserve all of this—everything."
She shook her head, tears welling up in her eyes. "No, let me say this. I'll never forget that night when you found me… in the rain… crying at my mother's grave. My father had thrown me out, and I thought I had no one left. But you—" her voice trembled, "you gave me hope again. You showed me I was worth something, that I wasn't alone. I'm so lucky to have you."
Naruto's face flushed, his usual confidence replaced with a shy, humbled expression. "Ino, you've always deserved the best. I'm the one who's lucky. I don't know what I'd do without you."
Before either of them could say anything more, Ino reached out and kissed him—firmly, passionately. It wasn't the soft, shy kiss from the ceremony. It was full of all the feelings she had been holding inside, all the love and gratitude she had for this man who had changed her life.
Naruto's heart raced as he kissed her back, his hands gently holding her face. When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathless, their cheeks flushed with more than just nerves.
Ino smiled, her fingers still resting on his chest. "I'm going to go change," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Wait for me in the bedroom, okay?"
Naruto nodded, too flustered to speak as she disappeared into the bathroom. He stood there for a moment, his mind racing with everything that had happened. Slowly, he made his way to the bedroom, the reality of the day still sinking in.
Once inside, he removed his suit, tossing it aside as he lay on the bed, staring up at the ceiling. It was only then that he realized how tired he was. The weight of the day had finally caught up to him, and before he knew it, his eyes began to droop.
But then, the door creaked open.
Naruto sat up quickly, blinking as Ino stepped into the room. She was wearing a silky, form-fitting dress that clung to her in all the right ways. It was simple but elegant, the kind of dress that made his heart skip a beat. But what really caught his attention was how nervous she looked, despite her beauty. Her blonde hair cascaded over her shoulders, framing her face, and her soft blue eyes met his.
"I-I'm sorry," she stammered, clearly shy about her appearance. "Sakura made me wear this."
Naruto blushed fiercely, his heart pounding in his chest. He had seen Ino in so many different ways—tough, brave, vulnerable—but tonight, standing there in front of him, she was breathtaking.
"You look... amazing," he managed to say, his voice barely above a whisper.
Ino smiled softly, walking toward the bed, her cheeks pink with embarrassment. "Naruto-kun," she said quietly, sitting beside him, "I love you. And tonight, I want to give you something that means a lot to me. I'm ready to give you all of me."
Naruto's heart raced even faster, his face turning a deeper shade of red. He didn't know what to say, but he knew how much this meant to her—to both of them.
"I-I love you too, Ino-chan," he replied, his voice shaky but filled with sincerity.
Ino leaned in, pressing her lips to his again, this time with even more tenderness. They stayed like that for a moment, simply savoring the closeness, the warmth between them. Naruto could feel his nerves melting away, replaced with a sense of peace and happiness.
For the first time in a long time, everything felt perfect.
And as the night went on, they held each other close, knowing that this was the start of something beautiful—a life they would build together, filled with love, trust, and countless moments like this.
Their journey had only just begun.
Ino slowly woke up to the soft glow of the morning sun filtering through the curtains, her body warm and comfortable. She blinked, realizing that her head was resting on Naruto's chest, and the memory of their wedding night rushed back, making her blush deeply. She lifted her head slightly and noticed her bare chest pressed against Naruto's firm body, and her face flushed even more.
Her gaze fell on his skin, noticing faint scratches trailing across his torso—marks she had unintentionally left behind. Ino covered her face with her hands, remembering how passionate things had gotten the night before.
Before she could sink any deeper into her thoughts, Naruto stirred beneath her. He groaned softly, blinking awake, and winced as he stretched, feeling the marks on his skin. "Ow…" he mumbled, his voice rough from sleep. "You were pretty wild last night, Ino-chan. I didn't know you had it in you."
Ino's face turned crimson. She bit her lip, clearly embarrassed, and reached up to gently touch his cheek. "I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to... scratch you that much."
Naruto laughed softly, his eyes warm as he looked at her. "Don't be sorry. It was... kind of amazing," he said, grinning sheepishly. "I can't believe we're married."
Ino leaned forward, kissing him softly on the lips. "Me neither. Last night was... special." Her voice was shy, and she felt a flutter in her chest as she remembered the intimacy they had shared.
She stood up, still blushing, and made her way toward the bathroom, not bothering to cover herself. Naruto's eyes widened slightly as he watched her walk, feeling his own face heat up again. "W-Wait, Ino-chan... you're just walking around like that?"
Ino glanced over her shoulder with a teasing smile. "Come on, Naruto-kun. We're married now, remember? It's okay to relax around me."
Naruto chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of his head. "I guess you're right... but it's still new to me."
Ino smiled, her heart full of warmth as she disappeared into the bathroom. A few moments later, she called out to him, her voice playful. "Are you going to join me, Naruto-kun, or are you just going to stay in bed?"
Naruto's face flushed again as he quickly got up and followed her into the bathroom. Together, they shared a quiet, intimate moment under the warm spray of the shower, the laughter and love between them making the start of the day feel light and perfect.
Afterward, they dressed casually and made their way to the kitchen, where Naruto prepared a simple breakfast. As they sat down to eat, the warmth of the morning sun filling the room, Ino smiled, her eyes sparkling with happiness.
"I'm so glad I gave you my heart," she said softly, her hand resting on his. "And... my trust. I've never felt safer than I do with you, Naruto-kun."
Naruto looked down at their hands, his heart swelling with emotion. "I'm glad you trusted me, Ino-chan. It means the world to me." His face flushed again as he added shyly, "I still can't believe we're together... that you're my wife."
Ino giggled, leaning forward to kiss his cheek. "And you're my husband."
They shared a quiet moment, their hearts full of love and contentment, knowing that they had a lifetime of happiness ahead of them.
Naruto and Ino had barely stepped foot out of their house, the sun shining brightly, when Naruto winced in pain, his movements stiff and slow. Ino walked closely beside him, her arm wrapped around his waist, trying to steady him as they headed to work at the police precinct.
"I'm really sorry, Naruto-kun," Ino whispered, her cheeks red with embarrassment as she glanced at him. She could see how much he was struggling to walk. "I didn't mean to be so... rough last night."
Naruto, still blushing from the night before, avoided eye contact. "It's... okay, Ino-chan," he mumbled, wincing again as he took another slow step. His mind flashed back to the previous evening. They had finally been alone in their new house after the wedding, and let's just say things had gotten a bit... intense. Now, his back and shoulders were covered in faint red marks, courtesy of Ino's enthusiastic embrace.
They reached the precinct, where Sasuke was already waiting outside, leaning casually against the wall. As soon as he saw Naruto limping alongside Ino, his lips curled into a smirk. "What happened to you, Naruto?" he teased, his eyes glinting with amusement. "I can't believe Ino did that to you."
Naruto's face flushed crimson as Sasuke's gaze dropped to the faint marks peeking out from beneath his shirt collar. "It's... nothing," Naruto stammered, but Sasuke's chuckle made it clear that he wasn't buying it.
Ino blushed even harder, guilt creeping in. "It's my fault," she whispered. "I didn't mean to hurt him."
Sasuke shook his head, clearly enjoying Naruto's discomfort. "I never thought I'd see the day when Naruto was defeated... by his own wife," he said with a smirk. "You really let her take control, huh?"
Naruto groaned, running a hand through his hair. "Sasuke, come on, man. Don't make this worse."
Sasuke laughed again, his rare smile showing just how much he was enjoying this. "You should be proud, Naruto. Not many guys can say they've survived their first night married to someone like Ino."
Before Naruto could respond, Tsunade stepped out of the precinct, her sharp eyes instantly landing on the awkward scene in front of her. Her eyebrows shot up as she took in Naruto's stiff posture and Ino's bright red face.
"Well, well, well," Tsunade said with a knowing grin. "Looks like someone had a wild night."
Both Naruto and Ino froze, their faces turning a deep shade of crimson.
Tsunade's eyes narrowed as she spotted the marks on Naruto's neck. "Seems like Ino really left her mark on you, Naruto," she teased. "You okay to work today, or do we need to send you home to recover?"
Naruto groaned again, this time burying his face in his hands. "I'm fine, Granny Tsunade."
Ino was mortified. She tried to apologize again, but Tsunade just chuckled and waved it off. "Don't worry about it, Ino. Just try not to break him next time."
As they walked further into the precinct, Kiba and Shikamaru approached, grinning when they saw Naruto's flushed face.
"What happened to you?" Kiba asked, leaning in to inspect Naruto's collar. "Did a bear attack you?"
Naruto shot him a glare. "Can we not talk about this?"
But before anyone could say anything else, Sakura appeared, holding up her phone with a huge grin on her face. "Hey, guys! Look what I've got!"
Naruto's heart sank as Sakura showed them a photo she had snapped at the wedding—the moment she had forced Naruto and Ino into their awkward first kiss.
"This is going on my desk," Sakura said triumphantly, zooming in on their embarrassed faces. "You two were so shy, it's adorable!"
Ino buried her face in her hands. "Sakura, no! That's so embarrassing!"
Sakura just laughed. "Oh, come on, Ino! Look at you now—you're a married woman! No more shyness. Besides," she added with a sly grin, "from the looks of it, you're not as innocent as you used to be, huh?"
Naruto groaned for what felt like the hundredth time that day. "Sakura, please... not you too."
Sakura winked at Ino. "You're part of the club now, Ino. You're officially a woman!"
Ino's face was bright red, and Naruto looked like he wanted to disappear. "Can we just... not talk about this?" Naruto muttered under his breath.
But Sakura wasn't done teasing. "Looks like Naruto enjoyed himself last night, huh? You sure know how to leave a mark, Ino."
Naruto slumped his shoulders, feeling utterly defeated. "I just want to go back to bed…"
The entire precinct erupted into laughter as Naruto, red-faced and embarrassed, was escorted by Ino through the station. Every teasing comment, every knowing glance, just made the two of them blush harder. It seemed like their first day back as a married couple was going to be filled with endless teasing from their friends.
But despite the embarrassment, Naruto couldn't help but feel a warmth in his chest. He glanced over at Ino, who was doing her best to support him despite her own awkwardness. They were in this together, and even though their friends were teasing them mercilessly, it was all in good fun.
At the end of the day, Naruto couldn't help but laugh a little. This was their life now—filled with love, laughter, and a lot of awkward moments. But as long as he had Ino by his side, he knew he could handle anything, even the teasing from his friends.
As Naruto and Ino exited the precinct at the end of the day, Naruto leaned heavily on Ino for support. His steps were slow, and his muscles ached from the teasing comments and his own physical soreness. Ino, blushing furiously, kept apologizing with every step, her voice quiet as they passed by their friends.
"I'm so sorry, Naruto-kun," Ino whispered for what felt like the hundredth time. "I didn't mean to hurt you... I was just so... excited."
Naruto blushed deeply, avoiding eye contact as they made their way through the parking lot. "It's... it's fine, Ino-chan. Really. I just didn't know you could be so... enthusiastic."
Before they could get much further, they heard a familiar voice from behind.
"I don't believe it," Hinata said softly, her hand over her mouth, her own cheeks turning pink. "Ino-chan... did that... to Naruto-kun?"
Ino froze in place, her face turning even redder than before. She hadn't expected anyone else to hear about their... eventful night, but it seemed the whole precinct was talking.
Sakura walked up behind Hinata, grinning like a cat that had caught a mouse. "Oh, you better believe it. Ino here is a wild one! Who knew she had that side to her, huh? I always thought she was the quiet type, but man, she's something else."
Naruto's entire body tensed, and his face flushed with embarrassment. He could barely move, especially with all the eyes on him and the relentless teasing.
"Sa-Sakura!" Ino squeaked, her voice barely audible as she wished for the ground to swallow her whole. "It's not like that!"
Sakura just smirked, clearly enjoying herself. "Sure, sure. Tell that to poor Naruto. He looks like he barely survived."
Naruto groaned, his head dropping in defeat. "Can we please not talk about this anymore?"
But the teasing was far from over. Shikamaru appeared, looking at Naruto with his usual lazy grin. "Man, Naruto, you really took a beating last night, didn't you? I'm married to Temari, and she's fierce, but I don't think she's ever done that to me."
Naruto's face was practically glowing red now. "Shikamaru, come on..."
Kiba couldn't resist jumping in either. "Naruto's the one who needs to take it easy. Poor guy's walking like he's just fought a battle and lost."
Ino, mortified by all the attention, kept her head down, her grip on Naruto tightening as they walked past their friends. "I'm really sorry..." she whispered again.
Naruto, though equally embarrassed, managed a small smile. "It's okay, Ino-chan. Really. Let's just get out of here before anyone else says something."
But as if on cue, Sasuke appeared, leaning casually against the wall, his arms crossed and a smirk on his face. "You two look exhausted. Should I congratulate you on starting your family?"
Both Naruto and Ino froze in place, their faces burning with embarrassment. The idea of having kids hadn't even crossed their minds, but now that Sasuke had mentioned it, they couldn't stop thinking about it. Ino blushed furiously, her thoughts racing. A child? Could they really...?
"N-no!" Naruto stammered, waving his hands frantically. "We're not... I mean, we just got married, and—"
Sasuke raised an eyebrow, his smirk growing wider. "Sure, sure. Just make sure you're ready when the time comes."
Ino, still red-faced, glanced at Naruto, her heart racing. The idea of having a child with him made her both nervous and excited, but she couldn't help but feel shy about it. She bit her lip, trying to shake off the thoughts, but the idea lingered in the back of her mind as they finally made their way to the car.
The drive home was quiet, both Naruto and Ino still reeling from the teasing they had endured all day. By the time they pulled into the driveway of their new home, they were both exhausted, physically and emotionally.
As they stepped out of the car, their neighbors waved and called out teasing remarks. "Hey, Naruto! Heard you had a wild night!"
Naruto groaned, wishing he could disappear. Ino blushed furiously, pulling Naruto toward the front door as quickly as possible. "Let's just go inside," she muttered, her face still bright red.
Once inside, the two of them finally relaxed. Ino let out a long sigh, leaning against the door as she glanced at Naruto. Despite the embarrassment of the day, she couldn't help but feel a warm sense of love and contentment. They had been through so much together, and now, here they were, starting their lives as husband and wife.
Naruto smiled at her, his usual playful grin returning as he reached out to pull her close. "Well, at least we made it through the day," he said with a chuckle. "I think we deserve a break after all that."
Ino giggled, leaning into his embrace. "I think so too..."
Without warning, she kissed him deeply, catching Naruto off guard. Her hands slid up his chest, and she could feel his heartbeat quicken under her touch. When they pulled apart, Ino's face was flushed, but there was a determined look in her eyes.
"I've been holding back all day," she whispered, her voice soft but filled with intent. "I can't stop thinking about last night, Naruto-kun. I want... another round."
Naruto's eyes widened in surprise, his face flushing with embarrassment. "A-another round? Ino-chan, we just got home, and—"
Ino silenced him with another kiss, her fingers tugging at his shirt as she led him toward the bedroom. "Come on, Naruto-kun... don't tell me you're too tired."
Naruto blushed deeply, his heart racing as he followed her, unable to say no. "I-I'm not... tired," he stammered, feeling a mixture of nervousness and excitement.
Ino smiled, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "Good."
And with that, she closed the door behind them, her heart full of love and anticipation as they began another chapter of their life together—filled with love, laughter, and endless possibilities.
