"Who would've thought that potions and coffee would've worked so well together?"

Charlie chuckled as she watched Alastor drink his morning coffee to which he had just added his daily dose of elixir. It had been a few days since they became physical and to say it had been a dream for Charlie would've been an understatement. She never thought she could be closer to the Radio Demon but night after night he proves her wrong. At times she believed that perhaps Vox had slipped her a love potion too.

"Dark blood roast and elixir." Charlie tapped her chin in thought. "I like it! The Cannibal Town coffee shop could add it to their menu!"

Alastor cocked his head in thought as he bent down to plant a kiss to Charlie's forehead. "Darling that is a wonderful idea! I'll be sure to give the idea to Rosie next time I see her."

He joined her at the kitchen table and watched as Charlie downed her creamer with a splash of blonde roast. Alastor could never understand how someone could drink that sugar concoction and call it coffee, but if Charlie desired it he would gladly tolerate it. She gave him a toothy grin as she ate a piece of toast from her breakfast plate.

"You need to let me make you my breakfast sometime." Alastor offered.

"No offense Alastor, but bloodied deer doesn't sound too appetizing to me."

He rolled his eyes. "I'm not talking about that kind of breakfast. I could make you a classic New Orleans breakfast! You seem to have taken a shine to my dinner so why not?"

Charlie's mouth began to water as she thought back to the delicious dinner Alastor had prepared for her. It began to water more when she remembered what came afterward.

"You make a good point! As long as uh," Charlie scooted closer to him and leaned in to whisper. "dessert could be had upstairs."

Alastor felt his face get hot at the sudden visuals that flooded his mind. He was slightly embarrassed to admit that him and Charlie had been going at it like rabbits for the past few days and they certainly made it everyone else's problem. The day before they were in the hotel library while they did paperwork for new guests and one thing lead to another which resulted in Angel walking in and seeing Charlie bent over a table. Of all the people he would choose to walk in on them, Angel would be the last person. He didn't judge them, certainly no. He gave themadvice.

"You know if you hike her leg up on the table you could get a better angle-"

"Angel out! NOW!" Alastor's voice boomed, the radio static palpable in the air. Angel quickly closed the door but not before giving a quick wink to Charlie.

They agreed to have their relations in Alastor's room going forward.

"Nothing would sound better, my dear." Alastor said as he finished his piping hot coffee. He got up to put his cup in the sink when Lucifer strolled in.

"And a Hellish morning to you both." Lucifer said with a yawn trailing behind. Alastor leaned forward and pressed 'brew' on the coffee maker. He loathed that he knew which roast Lucifer liked and he loathed it more that he brewed him a cup of coffee without thinking twice. Lucifer gave him an appreciative grin as he took his seat to the left of Charlie.

"How'd you sleep princess?" Charlie nodded as she stuffed some scrambled eggs in her mouth.

"Pretty good! Today me and Alastor are going to go for a nice walk through town and when we return we'll speak to the hotel group about...well..."

"You and Alastor being together? Yeah honey I believe that ship sailed when they heard you beg for him to-"

"Ok ok point taken!" Charlie stopped him. Alastor gave a low chuckle as he brought Lucifer's cup of joe and took his own seat to Charlie's right.

"I still don't see why we must inform them of our personal lives. It's not like they're our children."

"Might as well be. Especially-"

"ALASTOR!"

Lucifer was interrupted yet again when Nifty sprinted in the kitchen and crawled into Alastor's lap. Charlie couldn't stop the laughter that erupted from her. Alastor's face read 'oh please dear Satan help me'and it was the funniest thing she had ever seen. He shot her a warning glare as she covered her mouth to quiet herself.

"Why good morning Nifty! I trust you slept well? Care for some breakfast?"

"I hate a mother cockroach in front of her children so I'm full. Thank you anyway!"

Alastor blinked as he stared at Nifty. She certainly was the closest thing he had to a child and she matched his insanity to boot. Perhaps it was his new transformed self, but he felt a new wave of appreciation for having Nifty. From being a lobotomized housewife sinner to who she was now made Alastor's grin stretch further. He hardly felt proud of anyone other than Charlie, but Nifty certainly earned some of it as well.

"Nice to know you're staying healthy, Nifty. You must give me some of your recipes!"

Charlie looked at Alastor incredulously until Alastor gave her a quick wink. She breathed a sigh of relief because she wasn't quite sure if she could stomach a Nifty original recipe.

"You got it, boss!" She leapt down and scattered back to the livingroom. Lucifer watched as she scampered out then turned his attention back to Alastor.

"So you own her soul too I assume?" He jutted a thumb in Nifty's direction of departure. Alastor folded his hands on the table politely.

"You would be correct. I own many souls but Husker and Nifty's are of the most valuable to me so I keep them closer wherever I go."

"I know that Husk is a former Overlord," Alastor raised an eyebrow in confusion towards Charlie. "Angel told me. Anyway, I know why Husk would be valuable but...why Nifty? No offense but she doesn't seem all that...powerful?" She didn't want to insult Nifty but she really couldn't wrap her head around why Alastor would go through the effort of keeping her soul and having her in his back pocket. I mean sure she killed Adam but Charlie chalked that up to her catching the wounded angel off guard after her father beat him to a pulp.

"A very good question, darling. There are things about dear Nifty that no one here knows about, not even Husker. I prefer to keep them hidden away until she is more comfortable sharing. Just trust me when I say that if I were to choose to, Nifty would be an excellent comrade."

"Why didn't you take her with you when you went to rescue Charlie?" Lucifer asked as he took a sip of his hazelnut brew. The Overlord squinted his eyes but tried to reel in the malice in his face.

"Because I knew that Vox would be easy enough to subdue. I truly didn't think that my angelic wound had gotten so bad or I would've certainly considered bringing someone else along."

"I'm just glad that both of you showed up." Charlie mumbled as she pushed around her leftovers on her plate. Both men changed their attention direction toward her.

"Char char do you really think that I would let anything happen to you?"

"As would I?" Alastor chimed in.

"No, no that's not what I meant. I'm not saying I'msurprisedthat you two showed up. I'm just...I'm really glad that I had you both." Charlie smiled. "Haveyou both."

Lucifer felt his eyes water as he leaned forward and gently grabbed her arm lovingly. Alastor slyly caressed her ankle from below the table comfortingly.

"And you'll never be rid of us. No matter what." Lucifer stated firmly.

"That much we can agree on Your Majesty." Alastor grabbed Charlie's nearly empty plate and walked it over to the sink. She let it sink in just how much she was truly loved. Not just by the two men in the room with her, but Angel too. And Husk and Nifty and even Rosie. She was surrounded by so much love that it threatened to overwhelm her.

"Well, I have some paperwork to tend to but you two go and have a wonderful walk together! No having sex on public benches!"

"DAD!"

"We'll certainly try to keep our hands to ourselves but if the opportunity comes-"

"ALASTOR!"

Both men chuckled at working Charlie up to a tizzy. It was too easy and far too much fun. Lucifer leaned forward and placed a quick kiss to Charlie's cheek before disappearing in a cloud of purple smoke. She grabbed his empty coffee cup and joined Alastor at the sink.

"So? A nice stroll through Hell hmm? What's the occasion?" Alastor turned toward her with a glint in his eye. "Not that I need a reason to spend time with you."

"There's uh...actually something that I need to talk to you about." Charlie leaned her side against the counter as Alastor grew closer to her. She had to crane her neck to be able to meet his eye.

"Oh? Am I in trouble?" Alastor leaned forward and whispered in her ear. "Should I breakout the handcuffs again?"

Charlie swallowed thickly as memories of her being handcuffed to Alastor's headboard filled her mind but shoved it away as she tried to regain focus.

"No need! Um...well it's about-uh..." Charlie practiced this in her mind multiple times but how was she to tell him something like this? She wasn't sure how he'd react and was worried she wouldn't have all the answers to the questions he would ask.

"Charlie your lack of words have gotten me perplexed. Just say it." Alastor's tone showed that he was now worried about whatever Charlie had to say to him.

Charlie closed her eyes and took a big breath. This was going to be a long stroll through Hell.

"I met your mother."
