This is not the finished product, just a very rough outline of what i will be starting on. I am working on rewriting this currently. Just an Idea or what its gonna be like. Mc is OC.
It was 2 years into the clone wars. The horrors on Umbara had come to an end a week before and Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker regained the Rank of General and rejoined High General Kenobi in the space around Onderon. The Separatists had launched an Invasion on the world Belsavis. Due to the spread of the Jedi and Republic forces, Jedi Knight Allen Walker, General of the 6O1st Star Corps was dispatched to aid the region. Three Venator Star Ships were traveling through hyperspace. The Liberator, the Reliance, and the Retribution. Standing on the bridge of his flag ship, the Liberator, General Allen Walker had his eyes closed with his hands behind his back. Standing at 5'7, the 21 year old had a slim build. His dark blue and black robes were highlighted by the pieces of clone armor on his shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and feet. A black belt wrapped around his narrow waist with a slightly worn down dark silver lightsaber hanging on his left side. He had pale skin due to mainly commanding from the bridge as a support force. Barely visible dark bags hung under his closed black eyes. Silly black hair was tied behind his head with two strands hanging in front of his ears, falling halfway to his shoulders. When he first became a General at the age of 20, he had been assigned to the 6O1st Battalion. His first few battles with his men were mainly providing support to ther forces. His aid in the battle for Christophsis had impressed High General Kenobi, who had reported this to the Jedi high council. A month later, General Walker had been reserved as a strictly reinforcement force. His 6O1st Battalion had just been reassigned to the 6O1st Star Corps, with the addition of two Venators complimented with full battalions. Allen was given a few days to get to know the new crew. Commander Fox was his long lasting friend, while Commanders Iron and Peel were reliable newbies. A year later, Allens Star Corps became the fear of the Separatists. Relying on the council as well as his own battle meditation, the Emerald Star Corps aided many forces throughout the systems. While their piloting couldn't compare to insane skills shown by Anakin Skywalker or Plo Koon, the Emerald squadrons were able to wipe droid squadrons off the map with minimal to no losses. General Walker became as known as General Skywalker. Now on the way to Belsavis, he couldn't ignore the warning the force was giving him. Sighing to himself, he opened his eyes and turned to the clone standing next to him. The clones armor had three green stripes running down his left side. With his helmet off, his short blond hair stood messily on his tanned face. Painted on his helmet was a green fox wrapping around with its triangular face burrowing into its fluffy tail. "Sir?" Allen blinked before frowning slightly. "Inform the commanders to be on alert. Something is wrong but, I don't know what it is yet." Commander Fox stared at Allen for a few seconds before nodding slightly and lifting his arm to com the others. Allen glanced back twords the large windows and took a few steps closer. His fists clenched as a surge of wrongness filled him. He just opened his mouth to tell the ships to drop out of hyperspace when a green light filled the space in front of them. The ship jolted, sending Allen off balance as he fell backwards and landed on something hard.
Leia Organa huffed to herself as the Corellian Corvette shook as another shot hit her hull. "Ma'am, shields down to 30%." She glanced at the officer that was looking between her and the control table with panic in his eyes. "How long until the hyperdrive comes back online?" Her voice was steady, which seemed to calm the officer slightly. "Unknown. The core is damaged and is leaking. Repairs are underway but it's unclear if we can even get it back online." She had been returning to Hoth after retrieving some Intel from an imperial spy. They had dropped out of hyperspace outside of Ord Ivarn to pick up some supplies when an imperial star destroyer picked them up on its long range scanner. Leia cursed as their engines were targeted first and their hyperdrive went offline, it was all they could do to stay out of range of the destroyer while the tie fighters closed in on them. "Keep our speed, divert power to rear shields. Use the turrets to keep those ties behind us." Just as she finished speaking, her attention was drawn to the clear window as 3 ships came out of hyperspace not too far infront of them. Her eyes became frantic seeing them but narrowed realizing that they weren't the usual star destroyers. "Ma'am, 3 new contacts infront of us." Another officer behind them called out. "Imperial signatures?" Her gaze stayed on the distance as her voice filled with hope. "No ma'am, unknown signature." Her eyes lit up slightly as she looked back to the control table. The star destroyer was closing in on them while the 3 new grey dots flickered. "Establish radio contact with them immediately!"
Allen Walker groaned as he got to his feet with the help of Commander Fox who he fell on. Glancing around the bridge, he noticed the clones and officers were a little banged up but no real damage. "Status?" He rubbed his head as he grabbed onto Fox's arms to keep himself steady. "Sir, systems went offline for 3 seconds as we fell from hyperspace. Navigation is the only thing still offline. The Reliance and Retribution is the same. No reported injuries from the crew, no reported damage."
Allen hummed in confirmation as he finally steadied himself. "Sir, two contacts!" Allens eyes snapped to the control screen below him that the officer was at. It showed three blue dots, representing his three ships. Not far infront of them it showed two grey dots. Glancing out the window, he could barely see the outline of a large ship firing at a smaller one. He couldn't be sure due to the distance but it looked like a Corellian ship while the other was a variance of the Venator, except on a larger and bulkier scale. Turning twords the control table, he motioned for Fox to follow him while talking to the officers in the control drops. "Activate the shields and put all ships on battle alert, but don't launch any fighters yet." The officers let out a "Yes sir" as they did as commanded.
Arriving at the table, Allen pushed a few buttons and a projection of Commander Iron and Peel popped up. Before anyone could talk though, an alert of a communications request popped up. Clamping his mouth shut, he opened it. A projection of a lady in white pants and a tan vest appeared. Her hair was styled similar to those you would see in the Senate and she had a blaster on her side. Allen raised an eyebrow as she frowned at him and the clones.
"Greetings, I'm princess Leia Organa requesting immediate assistance. My Hyperdrive is damaged and our shields are critically low." Allen listened as his eyes slid over to the hallow projection that enlarged the two ships. "Princess Organa. I'm General Allen Walker of the Republic Gar sent to assist in the Separatists invasion on Belsavis. The signature on the destroyer is not coming back with anything. What's the affiliation of you and your attacker?"
Leias mouth opened wide in shock before her eyes narrowed. "I'm a general of the Rebel Alliance fighting for the freedom of the joined systems and my attacker is that of the galactic empire. I have civilians on board and our shields are down to 20%." Allen raised an eyebrow at the image of the destroyer as he contemplated. While he didn't know anything about the Rebel Alliance, an empire was the opposite of what the Republic stood for.
"Very well Princess. You may dock with the Liberator for the time being." Finished with her, he turned to his three commanders. "Bring the ships into defensive formation and launch all fighters. Have the main batteries focus on the destroyers shield generators. When it's down, full barrage on its hull. Keep your fighters steady."
Leia was already ordering her ship twords the Liberator, hoping she was making the right decision. The tie fighters right behind them went up in flames as X wings circled the Corvette. As they were passing underneath the Venator, their ship was turning into position to dock which gave them a clear sight of 3 beams of blue light hitting the destroyers shield generators. The Blue shield around the destroyer pulsed a few times before giving out as an explosion destroyed half their shields. Sighing in relief as the clamps joined together, she walked twords the door with an officer and 3 soldiers in green uniforms behind her. Their weapons were held down upon her orders. As the doors slid open, she nearly pulled her side arm as men wearing white uniforms greeted them. The only thing stopping her was the clear different between them and the storm troopers.
"Princess? General Walker has ordered a medical team on standby and requested you on the bridge if you do not require medical attention." Leia nodded twords the man and signaled her men to stand down as the troopers escorted them.
Allen nodded in satisfaction as the destroyers shields were completely destroyed and the tie fighters were retreating. Ordering his fighters to stand by, he turned twords the doors as they slid open, revealing commander fox as well as the princess from before. Leia glanced around the command bridge and caught sight of the damaged destroyer jumping into hyperspace. She admitted that the general in front of her must be impressive. She had gone against the empire enough times to understand that making even a single destroyer retreat shows the skills of a great leader. The young man in front of her looked barely older than her brother, Luke, yet his presence outshined her best generals and commanders. Her gaze slid to his waist where a dark grey lightsaber sat before returning to the black eyes.
"Princess Leia Organa. Now that the enemy has retreated, I would ask your assistance in understanding the current situation. Our navigations have come back online and the Republic controlled hyper lanes are gone. I can't reach the council or any other Republic force. I'm also unaware of this Empire you were talking about." Leia blinked a few times before glancing around at the clones. "If I may ask, are your men clone troopers?" Allen nodded. "Clones of the 6O1st Emerald Star Corps." Leias eyes widened slightly. "6O1st Emerald Star Corps? I've heard of them from my father. One of the best Republic forces during the clone wars until their dissapearence. It was believed that the Separatists ambushed you."
Allens face remained blank. "I see."
Leia studied Allen's face for a few seconds before grabbing a data disk from the officer behind her. Handing it to the clone with the Fox painted on his helmet, she explained. "This is the data of the galaxies current state. If what you say is true, then I'm sorry to inform you that the Republic elected an Emperor and democracy was lost. The territories that were held by both Republic and Separatists were transformed to what is now the Galactic Empire. The free worlds have been subjugated while those who wish to fight against the empire formed the Rebel Alliance. As I stated previously, I'm part of this rebellion." She paused while Allen and Fox studied the map and information that was presented to them. "How did the Jedi order allow this to happen?" He turned to her with a confused expression.
Leia sighed. "I don't know the details, but shortly before the election, the Jedi were named traitors to the Republic and hunted down. As far as our Intel can confirm, there is only 1 Jedi left in the galaxy, Luke Skywalker."
Allen remained silent as he stood up and closed his eyes. He reached into the force and embraced it, asking for guidance. This is what battle meditation was. In truth, it had little to do with fighting, but allowed the force sensitive to receive the will of the force. The Jedi council lost this ability when they knowingly ignored the presence of the Siths return until a war spread throughout the galaxy. Allen had relied on his connection with the force throughout most of his life even after the war started.
He could sense a bright light past Lorta and Bespin, possibly from Hoth. He allowed himself to bask in this light momentarily before shifting his attention. Freezing darkness covered the core worlds but a second light laid past that. The second light was almost as bright as the first one, but was closed off. Allen realized that the Jedi was strong shields that could hide his presence. If it wasn't for his mastery of battle meditation, he guessed he would have never sensed it.
Reaching out, he brushed against the light. The light shivered slightly before reaching back carefully. Allen got a brief vision of a young man with freckles littering his cheeks. He had dark red hair that was pushed back. The young man's eyes widened slightly revealing emerald green.
Allen pulled back as a cold surge traveled from the core system. He watched it briefly and realized it was heading twords the first light. Opening his eyes, he met Leias brown eyes filled with confusion. "I'm guessing that your brother, this Luke Skywalker, is either on or around Hoth? I believe that his presence is already known. What I can only assume as a Sith is currently in route to him."
Leia cursed as she turned to the officer. Allen watched her for a second as she told the man to contact the base on Hoth and commence the evacuation. He turned to commander fox. "Use the Corvettes data to bring our systems up to date. I want a clear understanding of the northern systems. Mainly Dantooine." Pausing for a second, his raised an eyebrow. "Lothal as well." Commander Fox nodded before walking off. Allen turned back to Leia as she ended her coms call.
Luke Skywalker was confused. The base on Hoth was one of the most secure headquarters for the Rebel Alliance they had, yet Leia had contacted them saying the imperials were currently on their way? And what was more suspicious is that Leia had said that she might have gotten the alliance a strong force. He shook his head deciding to get his answers later. The transports were already being loaded, as there was enough time to recover most of the alliance resources from the base, they were taking advantage of it. A home one star cruiser and two nebulan B frigates were currently just outside the atmosphere of the planet. Making his way to his X wing, he thought that perhaps now would be a good time to head to find this Master Yoda that old Ben had talked about.
He stopped along the way to help the soldiers load their ships so by the time he got to his X wing, most of the base had been evacuated. He followed the remaining transports into space and watched them jump into hyperspace along with the home one star cruiser and was just plotting the coordinates when he got a call from one of the frigates. "Commander Luke, thankfully I got you before you left." Luke raised an eyebrow at the officers clear relief. "What's up Douglas?" "General Organa asked if you could meet up with the secondary fleet. She wouldn't give me details but she said there is someone you should meet."
Luke sighed. He had been putting off his Jedi training so he could help the alliance. "Send me their new coordinates, I will head over." When his x wing came out of hyperspace, he wasn't surprised by the large number of Corellian ships, what surprised him was the three Venator class ships to the left of the fleet. Hearing a message come in, he looked at his screen. It was a message from the fleets admiral, telling him to land his x wing on the Venator flag ship Liberator. As he got closer to the Venators, he took in their appearance.
He had seen holograms of the old Republic ships but that were more magnificent in person. Each Venator was 1,155 meters long and 548 meters wide. With the twin command towers, they were 268 meters high. Their Hulls were decked out with 10 heavy duel turbolaser turrets, 2 medium duel turbolaser cannons, 52 point defense laser cannons, 4 heavy proton torpedo tubes, and 20 turbolaser cannons. Each ship alone held more firepower then a Corellian assault frigate, which was the main assault force the rebellion held at the moment.
Following the directions to one of the Liberators 4 hangers, he was caught off guard by the white armored troopers. The only thing keeping him calm was seeing his sister standing not far away talking to a young man in dark blue and black robes with pieces of white armor equipped throughout his body. Getting out of his x wing, he was greeted by a man in white armor. Glancing around at the others, his confusion grew as all the men seemed to look alike.
Finally reaching his sister, he pulled her into a quick hug before looking at the other man. He was scanning through a data pad. His long pitch black hair was loose, letting it wave around his shoulders. He had a slim neck with a straight jawline. As he glanced up, Lukes sky blue eye locked with black eyes. Luke felt a shock run through his body as he finally noticed the dark grey lightsaber on the mans waist. "Commander Luke Skywalker I presume?" Luke shook his head to clear it as he grasped the man's hand. He could feel the calluses on his hand letting him know that he was use to a hands on life.
"General Leia has spoken much about you. It's really unfortunate that Master Obi Wan fell on the death star, but I'm glad to sense that it hasn't clouded your mind." Luke could only blink as he heard the solf yet rough voice. Allen raised an eyebrow at the silent boy and glanced at Leia who was giving her brother an exasperated look.
"Luke. This is General Allen Walker of the 6O1st Star Corps, Jedi Knight." Luke was finally broken out of his thoughts and grabbed Allens arm. "Jedi Knight? As in an actual Jedi? Old Ben said that Me, him, and Yoda were the only Jedi left in the galaxy!"
Allen blinked at the pure joy coming off of the boy. "Well, no, not exactly. I am a Jedi Knight, but I'm not exactly from here. Also, I can sense at least 3 other Jedi separated in separate systems. Wait a minute, did you say Yoda? As in grandmaster Yoda?" Allen grew puzzled but realized that he wouldn't get answers from Luke as he had already pulled his sister aside and was talking at a mile a minute.
Handing the Data pad to fox, he closed his eyes and connected to the force. He immediately noticed the bright light that surrounded the fleet due to Luke. He found the small Light on Lothal before searching out the second light he found. While before the light had been on Dantooine, he was a bit surprised to find it near Agamar. Watching it for a few seconds, he noticed it moving slowly twords Vinsoth. Another brief vision brought into view the freckled Ginger standing at a small hallow table next to a dark skinned lady in her mid 30s with short black hair. The young man was was pointing dramatically to a map of the southern systems with his emerald green eyes bright. He suddenly paused as Allen tried to send a feeling of traveling to Lothal.
Allen stayed connected with the warm light for a minute as the Ginger closed his eyes and moved the map until he pointed at Lothal with confusion. Allen was filled with Joy as he moved on in search for the grandmaster.
However, after a dozen minutes of searching, he found himself growing tired and ended his meditation. Commander Fox and the twins were gone but Captain Sev was standing next to him casually glancing over the x wing Luke brought in.
