Author's note: I read each review and plan to answer each question, but my attention span doesn't always allow that. The surgery was due to my bones being slightly twisted. (Look up torsional malalignment syndrome). My leg is healing but it will be a long road. The pain is better though.

(Dean)

Dean went to a club and found his groove soon after he arrived. He had been to less bars and less clubs after 21 than he had before 21. That is what it felt like, at least. He shook his head. He had to forget about the kids. He was there for fun and fun only. He got a drink and found a place to sit for a while. The music wasn't his style, but he didn't mind it. He wasn't really listening as much as watching people. He met eyes with a pretty girl with bunny ears. He gave her his signature smirk when she approached him. "Isn't Halloween tomorrow?"

The girl touched one of the ears. "A girl can't celebrate early?"

Dean fell into conversation with the girl. She was a year younger than him and drove over for a short break from her college classes. She was there with an equally pretty sorority sister. He learned that their names were Ashley and Kasey. Dean did notice that Ashley was a little tipsy but she was handsy in all the right ways.

"Maybe you'd want to come back to my room." Ashley said.

Dean groaned. "You are a little too tipsy to be inviting strange men back to your room."

Ashley giggled. "You aren't strange. You are..."

Dean cut her off with a kiss. At that moment, he was frustrated with his new set of morals. Before Kate, he wouldn't have cared if she was slightly tipsy. No, he'd kill a guy for not making sure she was sober enough to make good decisions. He steadied her before she twisted an ankle. "I'll help you to your room."

Ashley's bunny ears had fallen over her eyes and she giggled again when Dean moved them back up on her head. "You can stay."

Dean walked out with her. "Room number?"

Ashley handed him her hotel key.

Dean wondered what would have happened if a sleezy guy had picked her up instead. He got her to the room and unlocked the door. He reluctantly dodged her advances and got her into one of the beds. He took a deep breath and went to walk out of the room when Kasey came in.

Kasey gave him a dirty look and shoved her way through the door.

"I just put her to bed." Dean said, calmly.

Kasey checked on her friend and thanked the stranger. "She can't handle shots."

Dean smirked. "I noticed." He walked back to his own room a little disappointed. No, he stood by his morals. He grumbled to himself before falling into his own bed. Damn the stupid morals.

(Halloween 2002)

Dean was gone. So were Bobby and Karen. That left John with the kids and the cats. Pamela had clients to see, or she would have stayed. John wasn't big on the holiday since he knew just how real some of the spookier things could be. He loved it as a kid but that was back in the 50s and 60s when things were easier. The streets were less crowded. Parents weren't quite as worried about kids going missing. Thankfully, he didn't think that Kate or Taylor would fall victim to a human monster but there were enough supernatural creatures lurking about that he didn't care to repeat the year before.

Taylor was excited to spend time with Hailey outside of school and football. Seeing her house would give him a glimpse into her life that he hadn't gotten to experience yet. He was slightly nervous about her parents, but they seemed to like him.

Kate didn't have plans. She didn't really want to trick or treat and was threatened with death if she asked Hailey if she could come over too. She wouldn't have gone but Taylor was also fun to rile up. That was her one true joy in life, riling up her brothers.

John didn't think Taylor needed 'the talk' before going to Hailey's house but mentioned it anyway just for the hell of it.

Taylor's face was red. "Dad, her parents and sisters will be there."

Dean would have given Taylor proper hell but he wasn't there.

John squeezed Taylor's shoulder. "I know. I am trusting you to stay at the house unless you call me. Keep an eye out for anything out of place. The protection spell should work but we have to be careful."

Taylor promised that he would watch out for stuff. "I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt so I'm going to be paranoid anyway."

"Oh look, you really are a Winchester." Kate said, dryly.

John snorted. "I'll drive you over in a few minutes."

Taylor got ready and went down the stairs. He tugged Kate's hair as he walked by her. "Good luck with dad."

Kate jumped on his back to jokingly choke him. "With no one else around, I can tell him about all the stuff you do behind his back."

Taylor tried to shake her off his back but she had a good grip.

John flicked both of them on the forehead. "Get off of his back before you two break something in the house."

Kate let go. She smacked Taylor but moved before he could get her back.

John shook his head. If they were bantering, they weren't arguing.

(Caleb's family)

Andy was distraught that his parents were following through on not letting him trick or treat for the school ghost incident. He thought they'd give in. He tried begging and all that got him was a warning.

"You might be able to hand out candy, but that attitude isn't going to get you anywhere." April said.

Andy sighed. "It is Halloween, mom."

"Yes, and you will get to go out next year." April said for the dozenth time. She had to deal with Ian too. Ian had set eyes on the candy bowl and all attempts at moving it out of reach had been foiled.

April regretted pouring the candy into the bowl in the first place. She would have been better off doing that when Ian wasn't around. The kid could climb, and she had removed him from the table, countertop and luckily caught him before he made it to the top of the refrigerator. He wouldn't leave her side long enough for her to hide it. Honestly, by the time that Caleb got home, she was ready to strangle both boys.

Caleb took over. He put an end to Andy's whining and a stern 'no' made Ian stop his quest for candy for a few minutes. It was going to be a long night for everyone. He settled the boys down with a snack and turned on a movie. He stepped out of the room to talk to April. "Have they driven you crazy?"

April pressed her forehead into his chest. "That obvious?"

Caleb rubbed her back. "They are antsy and excited. We will turn the porch light off early and get them to bed at a good time."

April heard Ian's feet hit the floor and tensed.

Caleb chuckled. "I'll get him. You get comfortable on the couch." He found Ian pushing a chair over to the refrigerator to retrieve something from the freezer. He took the chair away and asked what Ian wanted.

Ian was highly offended and fell into the floor.

Caleb cleared his throat. He gave Ian a minute before crouching down and standing him up. "Time out?"

Ian shook his head.

Caleb wiped his face. "What do you want?"

Ian frowned. He got out his best version of 'ice cream' and looked at Caleb with a hopeful expression.

"Maybe after dinner." Caleb said. He got another round of protest and placed Ian on a chair in the living room until he decided to calm down. That made Andy mad because Ian was loud. Caleb could see why April was frazzled. He took Ian to his bedroom to calm down instead. When Ian stopped screaming, he spoke to him in a calm but firm tone. "Are you done?"

Ian crossed his arms.

"You can come out when you are done." Caleb said.

Ian turned his face away from Caleb with his bottom lip stuck out and his eyebrows furrowed.

Caleb stepped out of the room but stayed in the hallway incase Ian decided to make a break for it. Thankfully, he didn't.

(Dean)

Dean didn't care for Halloween either, but Vegas sure did. He spent his day making a little bit of pocket money but returned to the club as night grew near. He was enjoying his time there and he still had another day to spend. Luck would have it that Ashley returned as well. She recognized him and sauntered over. "No more bunny ears?"

Ashley spun around. "I'm a pixie."

Dean took in the sight. He didn't know if pixies wore the type of dress she had on but, he was glad she chose it.

"So, you left me alone last night." Ashley said, lightly tugging on one of the buttons of his shirt.

Dean swallowed. "I put a blanket on you and left."

Kasey approached as well.

"You didn't want to have any fun?" Ashley asked.

Dean shivered when her fingers touched his skin. "I didn't think you were sober enough and I wasn't about to take advantage of you."

Kasey was standing beside Ashley. "So, you are a gentleman or something?"

Dean swallowed again. "Uh, I just realized I'd kill someone if he took advantage of my little sister and wanted to do the right thing."

Both girls thought that was adorable. "How old is she?"

Dean gave them a very vague explanation of Kate. That seemed to heighten their interest. Maybe it was true that women were into family men or at least men who gave a damn. He had a few drinks with them and noticed Kasey was all over him too. He wasn't complaining.

Kasey stepped back. "So, Dean. Are you too much of a gentleman to come back to our room?"

Dean stared at her, blinking his eyes. "Huh?"

"You can come with us but stay a while." Kasey said.

Dean's ears turned red. Was she suggesting what he thought she was suggesting? "With..."

"Both of us." Kasey said, amused by his shock.

Dean choked a little. He was suddenly alarmed. Were they witches? Was he going to walk into a ritual and get sacrificed? Did he get caught by a djinn and get sent into a fantasy? Wait, were they both sober? Was he sober?

Ashley took Dean's hand and started making her way out of the club.

Dean's brain started working as they got close to the room. He tensed when the door was opened. Think quick. Think quick. "I'm getting a phone call but will be right there." He lied but quickly dialed Kate's number.

Kate answered. "Dean?"

Dean's voice was a forced whisper. "Can you tell if someone is human by scrying?"

Kate was worried. "I don't know."

Dean cracked the door open and looked at the girls, giving them one of his signatures looks.

Kate could see two women in what could have been costumes but kind of just looked like pieces of cloth. They didn't have glowing eyes or anything. They weren't angels or demons. Why was he with them? Did something happen? Did he need help? They could be some other type of creature.

John asked Kate what was wrong and took the phone. He talked to Dean for a second and pinched the bridge of his nose. "Call Cas, not Kate."

Dean did just that. He was relieved when the trench coated angel showed up. "Are they human and sober?"

Cas walked into the room, startling both girls. "Yes, why?"

"They aren't witches?" Dean asked.

Cas touched both of their heads. "No."

"So, they are safe?" Dean asked, his voice breaking a little.

Cas erased their memories and stepped outside. "They mean no harm. Why are you concerned?"

Dean opened the door again. "After Tessa, you know. I just have to be careful."

Cas was left standing outside as the door shut. He still wasn't sure why he had been called in. He shrugged and returned to what he was doing.

(John and Kate)

Kate paced back and forth. "What if I can't accurately assess people by scrying?"

John sat down and motioned for her to do the same. "Calm down."

"Is he on a hunt? Did he run into something?" Kate asked.

John studied her. "You don't know?"

Kate pulled her thumbnail away from her mouth. "What?"

"You seriously don't understand why he asked you to check them?" John asked, amusedly.

Kate was about to die from confusion and worry. "No. Is he okay?"

John chuckled. "Kate, he is more than fine. He didn't want another Tessa situation."

Kate's face was blank as her brain connected the dots. She gasped in horror. She was going to grab her phone, but John took it away.

"Yell at him later." John said.

Kate wanted to push into Dean's head and fuss at him, but John told her not to do that either.

"Don't scry and don't bother him. Let him have his fun." John said.

Kate sat back with her arms crossed. "He used me. He used my abilities for his... sexcapades."

John cracked up. "He should have talked to Cas before calling you. He didn't mean any harm."

Kate glared at John. "I'm harmed! My mental wellbeing is harmed."

John patted her leg. "Save it for when he gets back."

(Taylor)

Hailey's house had little bats and pumpkins scattered about. The family hadn't gone for the scary Halloween decorations. It was just cute and kid friendly.

Taylor smiled when he saw the bats. Knowing what he did, vampire decorations would feel different.

Hailey welcomed Taylor into the house and stuck a bat sticker to Taylor's chest.

Taylor cringed because it had glitter. He'd wind up with it all over him. The bright side was that he could get rid of it before Dean got back. The tv was on and an old, black and white, horror movie was playing. He walked into the kitchen and grinned. The food was kind of funny. They had hotdogs that looked like fingers and the hamburger buns had jack-o-lantern smiles.

Hailey looked bashful. "We don't really do the scary side of Halloween because I'm a bit of a baby."

Taylor raised an eyebrow. "Oh really?"

Heather reached over Hailey to grab a popcorn ball. "Why do you think we stay home?"

Hailey looked annoyed. "We stay home because we aren't as big on candy. You can't blame me for this."

Taylor wanted to know that story. "Huh?"

Hailey rolled her eyes and huffed. "I was five, okay? We went to a corn maze. I got scared by one of the actors and ran. I got lost in the corn maze and they had to turn on all of the big lights to find me. Totally ruined the mood."

Taylor thought that was truly adorable. "So, no haunted houses for you?"

Hailey shivered. "No thank you."

Part of Taylor's heart broke a little. If she knew. If she only knew what was out there. At least, if something happened, he could trust her to run and hide. She wasn't like Kate, or even Hannah. Jess wasn't the runaway type either. "So why are we watching scary movies?"

Hailey brightened. "You and I are watching Scooby Doo."

Taylor laughed. "Okay." He followed her into a separate room where her other sister and her boyfriend were. He tried to keep up with people as he was introduced but the family had a thing for naming their kids with the same letter. He acknowledged the boyfriend with a slight nod.

"First time?" Chase asked.

Taylor confirmed that it was his first time.

"Stay away from the potato salad and you'll be fine." Chase said.

Tina, an aunt, scolded Chase. "I made that."

Chase feigned confusion. "Really? That must be why it is so good." He gave Taylor a head shake when Tina looked away.

Taylor smiled and turned his attention to Hailey. "Do you have a big family?"

"Kind of. I have a lot of cousins. My mom is an only child, but my dad has three sisters and a brother. Tina is his sister." Hailey explained.

Taylor settled into the couch with a plate of snacks. He watched Hailey's face at times, the colors from the tv dancing in her eyes. He held back a chuckle when she got startled by a jump scare. He didn't think it was much of a jump scare but maybe others handled Scooby Doo with a little less bravery than Andy and Ian did. After two episodes, Hailey decided that they could answer the door for trick or treaters.

Hailey was chipper and greeted each group of kids with comments on their costumes and such. She knew some of the kids from her church program and other volunteer opportunities. She cautioned Taylor as a little boy approached. "Watch yourself. This one holds a grudge."

Taylor got a dirty look when he held out the bowl of candy. He was slightly confused until Hailey told him why the kid had an issue with him.

"That is Zach. He's four but was set on us getting married. Supposedly I'm his first crush and you stole me from him." Hailey said with a grin.

Taylor's eyes twinkled. "That makes sense, I guess. If looks could kill."

(Caleb's house)

Andy liked handing out candy but felt sad when he saw some of his classmates. He didn't want them to know why he wasn't out with them. He saw Jimmy and narrowed his eyes.

Caleb sent Andy inside to 'refill the bowl' and shrugged at Jimmy. It wasn't that he disliked the kid and didn't want to share their stash, but he did cause Andy to break his arm. Pretending to be out of candy was better than Andy launching himself on top of Jimmy.

April was fatigued from fighting Ian. Every time the door opened, he tried to go outside. He was cranky and confused.

A bigger group stopped by so the door was open a bit longer. Riot wanted to meet everyone and was a wiggly mass of fur and feet. Caleb didn't want him to jump on someone and knock them down the stairs. As he was pulling Riot back inside and the children were leaving, he caught sight of a blur of glow in the dark skeleton pajamas. He shoved Riot through the door and tried to get Ian before he got too far. It was dark and Ian's pajamas were primarily black. He was two but Caleb was certain that he was far older when it came to scheming. His heart was beating hard just thinking about all the things that could happen if he didn't find him immediately.

Taylor got a 911 text from Caleb that Ian had gotten out of the house. He stepped outside and tried to locate him.

Hailey followed him. "What is wrong?"

"Ian slipped out of the house and Caleb needs help finding him." Taylor said.

Ian's great escape lasted ten minutes at most. As much as he was focused on evading Caleb, the surrounding houses with bowls of candy slowed his pace.

Taylor and Hailey found Ian taking candy from a nice neighbor.

Ian looked like he had been caught red handed because he had.

Taylor picked him up and pulled a face. He felt down the legs of Ian's pajamas and laughed. "He stuffed candy down the neck of his pjs."

Caleb almost passed out when he got the message from Taylor. He waited anxiously by the front door until he saw the two teenagers struggling to return his wayward son to the house.

Taylor held Ian out. "He's got candy stashed everywhere."

Caleb put him on his feet but held onto his arm. He patted him down and took a slow breath. "You do not leave the house alone."

Ian tried to pull away and fussed.

Caleb popped him across his seat and picked him up. "Thank you, Taylor. I've got it from here."

As they walked back down the street Hailey spoke quietly. "Why did he have to swat him?"

Taylor furrowed his brows. "Ian has a habit of running off and could get hurt."

Hailey frowned. "Yeah, but he's so cute."

"He's a handful." Taylor said. "Caleb is a really good dad."

"Oh, I know. I wasn't thinking he hurt him. He's just so cute and sweet." Hailey said.

Taylor shook his head. "Chaos in footed pajamas."

Hailey took Taylor's hand. "Had he been in normal pajamas, he wouldn't have been able to carry so much."

Taylor didn't know why someone else hadn't stopped him. Who would let a toddler walk around alone? Maybe they thought a parent was nearby. "Ian is only sweet to you."

Hailey shrugged. "That is what Zach's parents said too."

"Lucky me, you happen to be too old for both of them." Taylor teased.

Hailey playfully shoved him as they walked through the door of her house. She let her dad know what happened and started archery talk so that Taylor and her dad could bond.

Taylor knew what she did and gave her an exasperated look. Her dad was cool though. He seemed impressed and that made Taylor happy.

(John and Kate)

The house was a little tense after Dean called. It felt awkwardly quiet. Kate didn't instantly connect with John like Taylor did. Their relationship was just different. She fidgeted and chewed on her thumbnail.

"Are you wanting to do something?" John asked, looking up from a newspaper.

"Can we look at stars?" Kate asked.

John slowly folded the paper. "Yeah, we can do that."

Kate was surprised but grabbed her blanket and ran outside. She climbed onto the hood of his truck and scooted back to rest against the glass.

John joined her. "The night is clear."

Kate looked up at the stars. "They're so bright." She thought that she could see more since she had better vision. She scanned the night sky and let her body rest. "Did you like Halloween before?"

John thought about it. "I did when I was a kid. Of course, I grew out of it when it was no longer cool."

Kate's mouth slightly turned up. "I'm assuming you were always the cool kid."

John let out a slow breath. "No. Back then, it wasn't cool to have a single mom."

"I know how that is but with a dad." Kate said.

"Do you think your situation makes kids make fun of you now?" John asked.

Kate smiled. "Not since I beat up Natasha."

John blew a bit of air through his nose. "Fights were different when I was a kid too."

"Did you have to use chariots?" Kate asked. She squeaked when he flicked her head.

"No. When I was a kid, it was normal to work out your differences that way. You'd fight it out and shake hands after." John said.

"What was it like having a mom? I mean, being raised by a single mom." Kate corrected herself.

John let his mind walk back through time to when he was a young boy. "It was harder for women to do anything without a man. My mom was a warrior in a way. She fought and got on her feet. She opened a bed and breakfast. We were dirt poor for a while, but she worked her fingers to the bone. We never had a lot of money, but the business picked up and we were comfortable. I can't compare it to house you've been raised because hunters are a different story. I should be better at the emotional stuff. She was amazing. I guess I had a good handle on it before Mary died."

Kate let what he said sink in. "My dad wasn't good at it either."

"He loved you." John said, softly.

Kate let one tear slip from her eye. "I know. Sometimes, I look back and get upset or frustrated then I feel like a horrible person. How can I be angry at him when he died for me?"

"What do you get angry about?" John asked.

"Being left alone. Being told to grow up when I was scared." Kate said.

John looked at her. "I'm guilty of that too."

Kate pulled her blanket up to her chin. "I think I glued myself to Sam and Dean because they actually paid attention to me."

"That is okay." John said. "Sometimes, parents make mistakes."

"I can't speak badly of him. He gave me so much. He kept me safe." Kate said.

"Do Sam and Dean ever talk about things that I did when they were younger?" John asked.

Kate frowned. "Yeah."

"I feel guilty for some of that stuff. I thought I was doing my best but sometimes, my best wasn't good enough. It took a while for me to accept that I'm human and mistakes are mistakes." John took a breath. "I think that started the day you blocked me from going up those stairs."

Kate wiped her eyes. "I took a calculated risk."

John chuckled. "You did. I think Sam and I are better off because of it."

They talked for a while longer and opened up about what was on their minds.

Kate understood John a little better.

John understood Kate a little better. He sat up when he got a phone call. It was from Caleb. He spoke to him and pinched the bridge of his nose as the call ended. "Ian will be the death of them."

Kate thought the story was funny. She gasped and clapped her hands. "Taylor left without telling you!"

John saw joy in her eyes, not contempt. It was nearly time for him to pick Taylor up anyway.

(Taylor)

Taylor got a text from John asking if he left Hailey's house. He froze. Crap. He did. He excused himself and stepped outside to call John. "Uh, I did."

"Did I give you an order to let me know if you would be leaving?" John asked, dad voice in full swing.

Taylor licked his lips. "I... it was Ian and Caleb knew. I..."

John let him sweat for a few seconds before chuckling. "Relax. I understand."

Taylor nearly doubled over. "Why make me think I'm going to die?"

"To knock you down a notch for Dean." John said.

Taylor held a hand over his chest. "He isn't even here."

"No, he's off with women." Kate said in absolute disgust.

Taylor furrowed his eyebrows. "Women?"

John cut Kate off. "I'm about to head over to get you. Are you ready?"

Taylor walked back inside. "Yeah, I'll just grab my shoes." He hung up with John and talked to Hailey before he had to leave. He got a quick kiss and said goodbye to everyone. The rumble of John's truck made him step outside. As soon as he got into the truck, he whipped his head around. "It was you."

Kate grinned. "Would you have preferred him to actually get mad that you left?"

Taylor reached over the seat to roughly ruffle her hair, but John pulled him back.

"Leave her alone. Get in the truck." John said.

Taylor buckled his seatbelt. "I feel like you're taking her side a lot today."

"Feel free to work it out when you're outside. No fighting in the truck or house." John said.

Taylor smirked at Kate.

Kate rolled her eyes. "You can't beat up a girl."

Taylor risked a tug of her ponytail. "You're not a girl. You're a Kate."

(Caleb)

Ian was indeed chaos in footed pajamas. He put up an impressive fight being brought back into the house. He protested the theft of his stash of candy and even fought the bath he was put into.

Caleb would have forgone the bath had he not been covered in chocolate. One day, the ordeal would be funny. At that moment, he was just done with the tantrums. He used a cloth to wipe some of the chocolate from Ian's face and felt a sharp bite through the cloth. He swatted Ian twice and told him to stop.

Ian was shocked, having only gotten swats over clothes and a diaper. He melted and let his legs go limp to show that he would not survive such horror. He sniffled and shook his head when Caleb asked him if he needed another one. He played with two of his bath toys but made sure to look sullen when Caleb looked at him.

Caleb got Ian out and dried him off. He got another set of pajamas from his drawer and put them on.

Ian frowned and pointed to his chest and the light.

"No more glow in the dark. Those are dirty." Caleb said.

Ian sniffled and touched the dinosaurs on his legs. Not only had he lost his candy, but he had also lost the glow in the dark bones that fascinated him only hours before. Was it worth it? At two, that would be a tough choice to make. He rubbed one of his eyes and yawned.

Caleb picked him up and rubbed his back. "It's bedtime little man."

Ian didn't fight him. He was truly tired.

Caleb put him into his bed and covered him. He brushed his hair back and wiped a drop of water from his forehead. "You can't run away. We love you too much."

Ian blinked a few times, his eyelids getting heavier each time.

Caleb kissed his forehead. As long as Ian was asleep, the chaos was at bay.

Andy was anxious due to the Ian ordeal. He didn't like hearing Ian cry for any reason and was slightly upset.

April soothed him until Caleb got to the living room.

Caleb sat down across from Andy. "He's okay. He fell asleep right away."

Andy frowned.

"Are you worried I swatted him too hard?" Caleb asked.

Andy nodded.

"He was angry. I tapped him. He's going to live to see another day." Caleb said.

Andy relaxed. "Where did he go?"

"He ran down the street and got quite a bit of candy." Caleb said.

Andy smiled a tiny bit.

Caleb chuckled. "Yeah, this will be funny one day. "

Andy yawned and rested his head against April. "Will my thing be funny?"

Caleb grimaced. "Maybe when you are as old as Dean and me. You and Owen can tell the new little ones all the stupid stuff you've done." He got up and motioned for Andy to get up too. "For tonight, we are all going to go to sleep."

Andy said goodnight to April and went to bed without a story. He patted Riot's back and shared his blanket. "Goodnight, dad."

"Goodnight, bud." Caleb said. He closed the door and returned to April.

April reached for Ian's pajamas and pulled out a candy bar.

Caleb emptied them onto the coffee table. "I was wondering what to do with the candy. We can't really give it to the kids. That would send the wrong message."

April nodded. "We can't let it go to waste so eating it is the only thing that makes sense."

Caleb sat down and let April put her feet in his lap. He gently rubbed them in between bites of a chocolate bar. He carried the left-over candy to the kitchen and placed it on a high shelf. He helped April stand up. "Bedtime for us too, I guess."

April groaned. "Absolutely."

(Dean)

Dean staggered back to his room around 1am. He needed a shower and sleep. He was tired but for all the right reasons. His mind was reeling, and he may have pinched himself once or twice to prove that he hadn't been attacked by a djinn. No djinn was involved. No demons or angels. Just two sorority girls that thought he was amazing for not taking advantage of one of them while they were tipsy. He shut his door behind him and took a moment. He had been questioning his morals the night before, but he was so glad that he didn't take her up on her first offer. Morals had gotten him so sooooo far. He turned on the shower and let the warm water wash over him.

He pressed his forehead against one of the walls and took a slow, deep breath. He took back what he had previously said about Halloween being a stupid holiday. Halloween was awesome.
