Plagg sighed as he rolled over his dream. And a very good dream, it was. Plagg had a throne of cheese, a purple cape and a small scepter that, you guessed it, was made of cheese!
Just as he was about to order a buffet of cheese, Plagg awoke with a start. Adrien was singing in the shower again.
"M'lady,
Cute as a daisy!
Black Cat delight,
M'lady, won't you love me tonnight!"
Oof, Adrien could not hit high notes. Plagg winced, but he was glad the boy was happy. Plagg was upset though, he didn't get his banquet of cheese or cape! But maybe….
Plagg stared over at the desk, where Adrien had left a window tab open on the computer. Plagg flew over, bouncing on the keys as he found Marinette's design website.
Plagg hurriedly put in measurements for a purple cape, then groaned as it asked for a shipping address. Cheese and crackers, he hadn't thought this through! His little tail thumped, then he had wicked idea.
"I'm coming to get it now!" he typed, then hit send, looking very pleased with himself. Plagg tossed Sock Plagg onto the bed, and flew out the window. Adrien would be awhile in the shower, anyway. After all, it was the model in him!
Marinette was already at work on her sewing machine. "I'm here for my cape!" Plagg sang, and Marinette whirled around in her desk chair. "Plagg! What are you doing here, and is Kitty all right?"
"Oh, he's fine. He's playing in the water. I had a dream I was the King Of Cheese, and I want a cape!" Marinette giggled, her face turning quite a shade of pink, and Plagg could see how Adrien thought her cute. "King of Cheese?" "A Kwami can dream, can't they?"
"I just finished it." Plagg's mouth dropped open as she held it up. "But how did you do it so fast?" "Its not very big, and the flying to get it, kinda tipped me off. Go on, try it on!"
Plagg did so, feeling very important. "You will bow down to King Plagg and give me cheese!" "Are you more powerful then me, Guardian of the Miraculous?" Marinette teased. Plagg opened his mouth, then shut it. He wasn't sure about that.
"I may not have cheese, but how about a quick cuddle?" "Okay."
Soon, Plagg was zipping back, huge grin on his face.
"Plagg, where did you go, and what's that cape?" Adrien asked, rubbing his damp hair with a towel. "Ladybug knows," Plagg grinned, and dived into his cupboard of cheese. Ah, it was good to be King, even if it was just pretend!
