It was a bright morning, or... a not-so bright one for Undikai. Queen Zelda, or Zelda, as she herself insisted, had requested that Undikai should stay the night so that things may be quicker and smoother. Therefore, Undikai woke up with a bright sun on her face, illuminating her fair, grey skin, and made her tired, rainbow eyes shine. The vibrant hues almost gave off a celestial glow. Though, the morning wasn't so peachy or pleasant in Undikai's opinion.

Undikai opened her eyes. Her throat was dry and hoarse as she rose, sitting up. Her arm ached, and her skin felt clammy to touch. "Ah. I must've kicked off the blankets in my sleep." She mentally pointed out. Undikai kept her tired gaze to her sheets as she pulled her blanket over her shoulders while she sat. Undikai breathed a long, tired breath. But that breath quickly turned into a pained cry. She yelped, clenching her shoulder.

If she could describe life being drained from your very being, she would describe it like the bones in your body being scraped and sanded down, slowly, agonizingly. She could feel the soreness and the numb sensation eating away at her muscles.

Zelda knocked on the door. Undikai could tell it was her by the softness of her knocks. "Come in." Undikai spoke with a pained tone, almost like the voice of misery.

The Queen entered the guest chambers and closed the mahogany doors behind her. "How is your arm?" She asked. Oddly enough, that triggered Undikai to remember how long she and the Queen had talked last night. Till it was nearly dawn. Undikai cursed herself for allowing so many questions to be asked and so many to be answered.

But, then again, it felt almost right. It felt okay, with Zelda. It was oddly natural to Undikai. And she, had learned many things about Zelda in return. "It's.. got moments." The Ruler finally answered. Zelda came and sat down next to Undikai and gently took her arm in her hands. Zelda gently massaged her arm to improve blood circulation in hopes it may aid to Undikai's recovery. "Are you excited?" The golden-haired woman asked the Ruler.

Undikai raised a brow. ".. for.. what exactly?" The Ruler asked in a questioning manner. "For the champions to meet you of course! " Zelda smiled, talking with her hands. "Did you forget our conversation last night???" Zelda whined. Undikai rubbed the back of her neck and smiled sheepishly. She had definitely forgotten. "Golly Undi, we're like best friends already!" The Queen beamed, smiling like a school girl. Undikai nodded. She was eerie that Zelda wasn't a safe person to confide in yet... however, Undikai hadn't been given a reason not to trust the Queen, so she temporarily let down her walls just a bit.

"C'mon, c'monnn!!! We have to get ready Undikai!" Zelda hoped off the bed and ushered Undikai up. "Get dressed and then we can go down to the Royal dining room for some breakfast, Ruler! " She spoke before exiting the room, leaving Undikai by herself.

Undikai hummed once again, and then began to ready herself, suiting on her regular clothes. Her black trousers, her white button-up shirt, her vest, jabot, and her boots. She opened the door of her room and exited, walking down the halls whilst twisting her hair, since she did not have her maid to do her braid. She spotted Zelda waiting at the end of the corridor.

They exchanged a few words with one another as they walked to breakfast. Zelda made it imperative that Undikai would speak with the champions, and not be a recluse the entire time.

Zelda and Undikai sat at their thrones, as she announced...

"Ruler Undikai, meet, the champions."
